Abstract
La presente se refiere a un procedimiento para fabricar un cable eléctrico. En particular, el procedimiento comprende las fases de: a) alimentar un conductor a una velocidad de alimentación predeterminada; b) extrusar una capa caliente termoplástica en una posición radialmente externa al conductor; c) enfriar la capa aislante extrusada y formar un blindaje de metal circunferencialmente cerrado alrededor de dicha capa aislante extrusada. El procedimiento de acuerdo con la presente se lleva a cabo continuamente, es decir que el tiempo transcurrido entre el final de la fase de enfriado y el comienzo de la fase de formación del blindaje es inverasamente proporcional a la velocidad de alimentación del conductor.
