本实用新型属于电缆技术领域,尤其涉及防水中压交联电缆技术领域。本实用新型包括紧压导件、内屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、护套,以铜丝稀疏缠绕取代铜带绕包,在铜丝屏蔽层内外设有半导电阻水层,半导电阻水层外面纵包单面涂塑金属复合带。本实用新型能阻止电缆内部水分纵向迁移,杜绝“水树”导致的故障,改善提高了电缆的电气性能,提高敷设速度,降低成本。

防水中压交联电缆
本实用新型属于电缆技术领域,尤其涉及防水中压交联电缆技术领域。
现有的中压电缆,其导体采用紧压线芯,用三层挤出同时完成内屏蔽层、交联聚乙烯绝缘层挤包,主要实现导电、绝缘、均匀电场,但在长期使用过程中由于水份渗入,在强电场的影响下,电缆的绝缘层产生“水树枝”,加速绝缘层老化,导致电缆击穿事故,降低了电缆使用寿命。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种克服上述缺陷,既能满足普通中压交联电缆固有的电性能、物理性能和机械性能,且防水性能好,同时还有效地改善电缆的电气性能的防水中压交联电缆。
现详细叙述本实用新型的技术方案:
本实用新型包括紧压导件、内屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、护套,它还包括半导电阻水层,以铜丝稀疏缠绕取代铜带绕包,在铜丝屏蔽层内外设有内外两层半导电阻水层,外半导电阻水层外面纵包单面涂塑金属复合带。
本实用新型的优点是:
1、由于对半导电阻水带绕包和单面涂塑金属复合带纵包,可以有效阻止电缆外部水份和离子渗透到电缆内部,阻止电缆内部水份纵向迁移,从而堵截因外部水份产生“水树”导致的故障。
2、改变铜屏蔽结构,改善和提高电缆的电气性能。
3、减缓电缆绝缘的老化速度,提高使用寿命。
4、由于采用独芯结构,电缆装盘长度可以大大增加,减少电缆接头,提高敷设速度且降低成本。

本实用新型包括紧压导件、内屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、护套,它还包括半导电阻水层、单面涂塑金属复合层,在绝缘屏蔽层4外面设置一层半导电阻水层,在半导电阻水层5和7之间稀疏缠绕铜丝屏蔽层6,在外半导电阻水层7外面纵包单面涂塑金属复合带8,最后再由护套9紧包。
从紧压导件至护套之间的连接,均为同心式紧包连接。

1、一种防水中压交联电缆,它包括紧压导件、内屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、护套,其特征在于:它还包括半导电阻水层,以铜丝稀疏缠绕取代铜带绕包,在铜丝屏蔽层内外设置内外两层半导电阻水层,外半导电阻水层外面纵包单面涂塑金属复合带。
