本实用新型公开了一种阻水电力电缆,其包括紧压圆形绞合导体,在绞合导体外设置阻水层及PE护套,所述电缆是在绞合导体外依次设置导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、半导体阻水带、金属屏蔽层和非导电阻水带;在绞合导体中绞入有阻水粉的阻水纱。当电缆为单芯时,其阻水层为纵包铝塑综合复合带和PE护套。当电缆为三芯时,其阻水层依次为第二非导电阻水带和纵包铝塑复合带及PE护套。本实用新型轴向阻水采用阻水粉和阻水纱绞入导体结构中,该结构具有良好的阻水效果。

技术领域
本实用新型电力电缆,具体是一种阻水电力电缆,该电缆适用于潮湿场合及多雨地区的中压输配电线路。
背景技术
传统的阻水电缆仅限于采用铅套或铝套,该技术一方面加工设备(压铅机、压铝机)价格昂贵,且只起到电缆纵向阻水作用,后逐渐发展采用纵包铝塑复合带阻水层以代替价格昂贵的压铅机(或压铅机)加工,但也只能起到电缆纵向阻水作用,而不能解决轴向阻水问题。特别是对于中压电缆,当迂水或有潮气时,在高电能的作用下会产生“水树枝”现象,并引发“电树枝”,严重时电缆会发生短路故障。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种综合阻水性能良好的电力电缆。
本实用新型所述的阻水电力电缆,其包括紧压圆形绞合导体,在绞合导体外依次设置导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、半导体阻水带、金属屏蔽层和第一非导电阻水带、阻水层和护套;在绞线导体中绞入有阻水粉和阻水纱。
当电缆为单芯时,其阻水层为纵包铝塑复合带。
当电缆为三芯时,其阻水层依次为第二非导电阻水带和纵包铝塑复合带。
本实用新型即解决电缆的纵向阻水,又能解决电缆的轴向阻水。具体是:
1、轴向阻水结构,采用阻水粉和阻水纱绞入导体结构中,达到导体阻水目的。
2、纵向阻水结构在绝缘屏蔽与金属屏蔽间绕包半导电阻水带,在金属屏蔽外绕包非导电阻水带;之后再纵包铝塑综合复合带;最后挤包PE护套以代替PVC护套,该结构具有良好的阻水效果。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型所述的阻水电力电缆,其包括紧压圆形绞合导体,在绞合导体外设置阻水层及护套11。即在绞合导体1外依次设置导体屏蔽层2、绝缘层3、绝缘屏蔽层4、半导体阻水带5、金属屏蔽层6和非导电阻水带7;在绞合导体1中绞入有阻水粉和阻水纱。
电缆为单芯时(图1),其阻水层为纵包铝塑复合带8;电缆为三芯时(图2),其阻水层依次为第二非导电阻水带9和纵包铝塑复合带8,三根主线芯与第二非导电阻水带9之间的空隙挤包或填充橡皮填充物10。

1.一种阻水电力电缆,其包括紧压圆形绞合导体(1),在绞合导体(1)外依次设置导体屏蔽层(2)、绝缘层(3)、绝缘屏蔽层(4)、半导体阻水带(5)、金属屏蔽层(6)和第一非导电阻水带(7)、阻水层和护套(11);其特征是:在绞线导体(1)中绞入有阻水粉和阻水纱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻水电力电缆,其特征是:所述电缆为单芯,所述阻水层为纵包铝塑综合复合带(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阻水电力电缆,其特征是:所述电缆为三芯,在线芯外的阻水层依次为第二非导电阻水带(9)和纵包铝塑综合复合带(8),三根主线芯与第二非导电阻水带(9)之间的空隙挤包或填充橡皮填充物(10)。
