本实用新型具体是指一种电气线路配电输送电力连接的35KV以下阻水电缆。包括有至少三根导线芯,绕每个导线芯由内向外挤包内屏蔽层、交联聚乙烯绝缘层、外屏蔽层、铜带屏蔽层而组成成缆,三根成缆共同包裹于阻水绕包带内,铜带屏蔽层与阻水绕包带间的间隙设有阻水纱填充物,铜带屏蔽层的外侧套隔离套,隔离套外设铜带铠装,铜带铠装外设聚氯乙烯护套。本实用新型采用上述技术方案后,多次防水、绝缘设计使其具有比普通交联电缆更好的阻水性能和优良的电气性能。

本实用新型涉及电缆,具体是指一种电气线路配电输送电力连接的35KV以下阻水电缆。
背景技术:
电缆在长期的使用过程中,由于潮气和水分的侵蚀,导致传输性能下降,影响正常的使用。特别是在南方地区,由于潮湿、多雨、地下水位高,埋地敷设电缆的阻水性显得格外重要,用户越来越需要一种能够防止潮气和水分侵蚀、经久耐用的电缆,以保障电缆的传输性能和正常使用。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种结构合理、具有高阻水性的35KV以下阻水电缆。
为实现上述目的本实用新型提供的技术方案为:包括有至少三根导线芯,绕每个导线芯由内向外挤包内屏蔽层、交联聚乙烯绝缘层、外屏蔽层、铜带屏蔽层而组成成缆,三根成缆共同包裹于阻水绕包带内,铜带屏蔽层与阻水绕包带间的间隙设有阻水纱填充物,铜带屏蔽层的外侧套隔离套,隔离套外设铜带铠装,铜带铠装外设聚氯乙烯护套。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案后,多次防水、绝缘设计使其具有比普通交联电缆更好的阻水性能和优良的电气性能。

见图1所示,本较佳实施例包括有至少三根导线芯1,绕每个导线芯由内向外挤包内屏蔽层2、交联聚乙烯绝缘层3、外屏蔽层4、铜带屏蔽层5而组成成缆,三根成缆共同包裹于阻水绕包带6内,铜带屏蔽层5与阻水绕包带间的间隙设有阻水纱填充物10,铜带屏蔽层5的外侧套隔离套7,隔离套7外设铜带铠装8,铜带铠装8外设聚氯乙烯护套9。

1、35KV以下阻水电缆,包括有至少三根导线芯(1),其特征在于:绕每个导线芯由内向外挤包内屏蔽层(2)、交联聚乙烯绝缘层(3)、外屏蔽层(4)、铜带屏蔽层(5)而组成成缆,三根成缆共同包裹于阻水绕包带(6)内,铜带屏蔽层(5)与阻水绕包带间的间隙设有阻水纱填充物(10),铜带屏蔽层(5)的外侧套隔离套(7),隔离套(7)外设铜带铠装(8),铜带铠装(8)外设聚氯乙烯护套(9)。
