本实用新型公开了一种阻水无卤低烟阻燃电缆,主要是由绞合导体、4根绝缘线芯、阻水纱、阻水绳、阻水带和外护套组成。本实用新型绞合导体的缝隙使用阻水纱填充,其外围设有阻水带绕包,绝缘线芯是在绞合导体上挤压有一层无卤低压绝缘料,4根绝缘线芯与阻水绳绞合成缆,外层绕包阻水带形成阻水层,在阻水带外挤压有一层无卤低烟护套料作为护套层。具有结构简单,易于实施,效果显著,能防止水分渗入、燃烧时有阻止电缆燃烧和释放出少量的烟雾,提高了能见度,提升了电缆运行可靠性、具有纵向和径向防潮和阻水作用,故是一种理想的阻水无卤低烟阻燃电缆。

一、技术领域
本实用新型属于电线电缆机械制造领域,尤其涉及到一种阻水无卤低烟阻燃电缆。
二、背景技术
目前,我国的阻水无卤低烟阻燃电缆在使用过程中达不到导体纵向阻水、绝缘外纵向阻水、护层径向挡潮、在燃烧时烟尘小和透光率(能见度)低。而我国使用的阻水无卤低烟阻燃电缆大多敷设在潮湿及地下水位较低的地区,电缆的敷设环境和接头处的密封都会造成潮气渗入绝缘中,导致电缆绝缘电阻下降,最终导致电缆击穿。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种能防止水分渗入、燃烧时释放出少量的烟雾提供能见度、提高电缆运行的可靠性、具有纵向和径向防潮和阻水作用的一种阻水无卤低压阻燃电缆。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的:本实用新型主要是由绞合导体、4根绝缘线芯、阻水纱、阻水绳、阻水带和外护套组成。本实用新型绞合导体的缝隙使用阻水纱填充用阻水带绕包,绝缘线芯是在绞合导体上挤压有一层无卤低烟绝缘料,4根绝缘线芯与阻水绳绞合成缆,外层绕包阻水带形成阻水层,在阻水带外挤制一层无卤低烟护套料作为护套层。
综上所述,本实用新型结构简单,易于实施,效果显著,能防止水分渗入、燃烧时释放出少量的烟雾提供能见度、提高电缆可靠性、具有纵向和径向防潮和阻水的作用,故是一种理想的阻水无卤低烟阻燃电缆。

1.一种阻水无卤低烟阻燃电缆,其特征在于:由绞合导体(1)、4根绝缘线芯(2)、阻水纱、阻水绳(3)、阻水带(4)和外护套(5)组成;其中所述的绞合导体(1)的缝隙使用阻水纱填充,其外围设有阻水带(4)绕包,绝缘线芯(2)是在绞合导体(1)上挤压有一层无卤低烟绝缘料,4根绝缘线芯与阻水绳(3)绞合成缆,外层绕包阻水带(4)形成阻水层,在阻水带(4)外挤压一层无卤低烟护套料作为护套层(5)。
