本实用新型涉及一种电缆,具体地说是一种船用控制电缆,属于电线电缆技术领域。
背景技术:
随着船舶工业的发展,尤其是随着大吨位船舶技术的发展,用于船舶的电缆需求量也越来越多。随着科学技术的发展,对与船舶配套的电缆要求也越来越高。通常所用的阻燃电缆基本都是采用阻燃绝缘料、阻燃包带、阻燃填充料、阻燃护套料。其不足在于:当发生火灾时,电缆阻止火焰蔓延的性能不强,火焰容易向绝缘层蔓延。对船舶及人员的安全造成很大的隐患。对于船用电缆来说,阻燃性能要求非常高,普通结构的电缆当电缆着火时,不能有效的阻止火焰的蔓延。
发明内容:
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种船用控制电缆,在电缆着火时可有效阻止火焰向绝缘层蔓延,阻燃性能好,且具有滞然性。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
船用控制电缆,由实心导体以及挤包于所述导体外层的无卤低烟阻燃交联聚烯烃绝缘层构成绝缘线芯,多根绝缘线芯绞合成缆芯,在所述缆芯外依次设置双层无卤低烟阻燃包带、阻燃涂层、双层阻燃包带和无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护套层。
与已有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果体现在:
1、本实用新型采用在缆芯外面两层阻燃包带之间设置一层阻燃涂层,该涂层可提高电缆的自熄性、憎水性、密封性、绝缘性等,该涂层自身附着力好、光洁度良好。
2、本实用新型采用两层阻燃包带中间设置一层阻燃涂层,可提高电缆的阻燃性能。所述图层主要成分由环氧焦油和阻燃剂组成。
