技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种电缆,特别是船舶用电力电缆,属于电线电缆技术领域。 
背景技术:
船用电缆在使用过程中,敷设于露天甲板、浴室、货仓、冷藏舱、机舱和可能有积聚水蒸气或有害蒸汽等场所。对于普通的船用电缆不具有防水或防潮的功能,电缆在长期使用过程中,就会吸收潮气,导致绝缘性能下降,从而降低电缆的使用寿命。 
现在船用电缆大多防水、防潮性能差,当电缆着火时,阻止火焰蔓延的能力差。船用电缆直接涉及到船舶正常航行和船员生命的安全,因此船用电缆要保证具有滞然性、耐火性、低卤性或无卤性、低毒性等性能。 
发明内容:
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有耐腐蚀、防水、防潮和滞然性等特性的船用电力电缆。 
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下技术方案: 
船用电力电缆,多根绝缘线芯绞合成缆芯,缆芯间隙设置填充层,各绝缘线芯具有紧压圆形导体,在所述导体外层依次绕包双层云母带耐火层、挤包无卤低烟阻燃交联聚烯烃绝缘层;所述缆芯及填充层外依次设置无卤低烟包带层、无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃内护套层、纵包轧纹钢护套和无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护套层。 
与已有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果体现在: 
1、本实用新型采用纵包钢护套,可提高电缆的防水、防潮性能,在电缆着火时,还具有阻止电缆燃烧的性能,同时在敷设、维护和使用期间承受压力及强力冲击等作用时电缆不被损坏。从而延长整个电缆的使用寿命,可降低导致短路、火灾和人员伤害危险等问题的出现。 
2、本实用新型采用纵包轧纹钢护套,可提高电缆弯曲性能,有利于电缆安装、敷设。 
3、本实用新型采用无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃内护套层和外护套层,提高电缆的阻燃性、耐老化、耐紫外线和臭氧侵蚀性,能更好的保护绝缘层在电缆使用运行中的完好性。

实施例:参见图1,具体实施中,采用紧压圆形导体1,在所述导体1的外层由内向外依次绕包双层云母带构成的耐火层2,挤包无卤低烟阻燃交联聚烯烃绝缘层3构成绝缘线芯,多根绝缘线芯绞合成缆芯,在缆芯间隙设置填充层4以保证电缆的圆整度,在所述缆芯及填充层的外层,依次设置无卤低烟包带层5、无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃内护套层6、纵包轧纹钢护套7和无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护套层8。

1.船用电力电缆,其特征是多根绝缘线芯绞合成缆芯,缆芯间隙设置填充层(4),各绝缘线芯具有紧压圆形导体(1),在所述导体外层依次绕包双层云母带耐火层(2)、挤包无卤低烟阻燃交联聚烯烃绝缘层(3);所述缆芯及填充层(4)外依次设置无卤低烟包带层(5)、无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃内护套层(6)、纵包轧纹钢护套(7)和无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护套层(8)。
