Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种新型交联电缆,主要包括有三根绝缘线芯、阻水填充绳、阻水层、径向挡潮层与外护层;三根绝缘线芯与阻水填充绳绞合成缆后,外层依次为阻水层、径向挡潮层、外护层。本实用新型具有既可以确保良好的阻水和挡潮功能,又能保持良好的电性能,保证电缆运行安全可靠的特点,是一种理想的新型交联电缆。

本实用新型涉及电线电缆制造领域,尤其涉及一种新型交联电缆。
背景技术
目前,我国现有的阻水型交联电缆在使用过程中达不到导体纵向阻水、绝缘外纵向阻水、护层径向挡潮的目的,而我国使用的交联电缆多数敷设在潮湿及地下水位较高的地区,电缆护套在制造中的缺陷及敷设中的外力损伤、接头时的恶劣环境下,都会造成潮气渗入绝缘,导致绝缘内形成水树枝,最终导致电缆击穿,降低电缆使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能防止水分渗入、提高电缆运行可靠性、保证电缆使用寿命的、具有纵向阻水及径向挡潮的新型交联电缆。本实用新型主要是由三根绝缘线芯、阻水填充绳、阻水层、径向挡潮层与外护层组成;绝缘线芯与阻水填充绳绞合成缆,外层依次为阻水层、径向挡潮层、外护层,绝缘线芯所用导体采用阻水结构,再通过阻水填充绳、阻水层及径向挡潮层的纵向阻水和径向挡潮,可以防止水分渗入,保证电缆使用寿命。

具体实施方式
现结合附图详述本实用新型具体实施方式,本实用新型是用三根绝缘线芯(1)、阻水填充绳(2)、阻水层(3)径向挡潮层(4)与外护层(5)组成,三根绝缘线芯(1)与阻水填充绳(2)绞合成缆,外层绕包半导电阻水带形成阻水层(3),在阻水层(3)外纵包铝塑复合带形成径向挡潮层(4),在径向挡潮层(4)外再挤制聚乙烯塑料,形成外护层(5)(如图1所示)。其中,绝缘线芯(1)是由阻水导体(6)、半导电内屏蔽层(7)、绝缘层(8)、半导电外屏蔽层(9)、半导电阻水层(10)、铜带屏蔽层(11)组成,阻水导体(6)外层依次为半导电内屏蔽层(7)、绝缘层(8)、半导电外屏蔽层(9)、半导电阻水层(10)、铜带屏蔽层(11)(如图2所示),绝缘层(8)为交联聚乙烯;阻水导体(6)可以由多根铜导线或铝导线与填充在间隙中的阻水粉组合而成;导体也可以由多根铜导线或铝导线与阻水绳绞合而成。本实用新型结构中阻水填充绳(2)、阻水层(3)使用的阻水材料都是半导电型材料,即实现了阻水,又保持电性能良好接触,保证电缆运行安全可靠。阻水导体(6)是在多根铜导线或铝导线的间隙中均匀地添加阻水粉或由多根铜导线或铝导线与阻水绳绞合,可以达到良好的纵向阻水的目的;纵包铝塑复合带及挤制外护套(5)的共同作用,可以确保良好的径向防水功能。

1、一种新型交联电缆,其特征在于:主要包括有三根绝缘线芯(1)、阻水填充绳(2)、阻水层(3)、径向挡潮层(4)与外护层(5)组成,三根绝缘线芯(1)与阻水填充绳(2)绞合成缆,外层绕包半导电阻水带形成阻水层(3),在阻水层(3)外纵包铝塑复合带形成径向挡潮层(4),在径向挡潮层(4)外再挤制塑料护套,形成外护层(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种新型交联电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘线芯(1)是由阻水导体(6)、内屏蔽层(7)、绝缘层(8)、外屏蔽层(9)、半导电阻水层(10)、铜带屏蔽层(11)组成,阻水导体(6)外层依次为内屏蔽层(7)、绝缘层(8)、外屏蔽层(9)、半导电阻水层(10)、铜带屏蔽层(11)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型交联电缆,其特征在于所述的阻水导体(6)可以由多根铜导线或铝导线与填充在间隙中的阻水粉组合而成;导体也可以由多根铜导线或铝导线与阻水绳绞合而成。
