本实用新型公开了一种电力传输用阻水电线电缆,包括有多根导体,多根导体外均依次采用阻水带重叠绕包构成阻水层,阻水层外挤塑成型有交联聚乙烯绝缘层构成绝缘线芯,绝缘线芯相互绞合成束构成缆芯,缆芯外套装有无皱纹不锈钢管,无皱纹不锈钢管与缆芯之间设有阻水膏构成填充层,填充层内设有高碳纤维丝束绞的加强芯,无皱纹不锈钢管外壁设有螺旋形的凹槽,无皱纹不锈钢管外挤塑成型有外护套层。本实用新型结构设计合理,通过阻水层、无皱纹不锈钢管、阻水膏综合阻水结构能有效的防止水分浸入电缆内部,延长了电缆的使用寿命,降低了电缆的维护成本。

背景技术
随着电力系统、交通系统的快速发展,电缆被广泛用在港口、水电站、过江隧道等场合,特别是南方等潮湿多雨区域,电缆常常要在潮湿环境中稳定工作,这就对电缆的阻水性能提出了更高的要求。
在目前的电缆行业,传统电缆的阻水效果很差,随着电缆运行时间的增长,水分就侵入绝缘层,绝缘层就会在交变电场的作用下形成电树枝,当电树枝贯穿整个绝缘层的时候,电缆击穿报废,无形中增加电缆的维修成本及安全风险。

为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种电力传输用阻水电线电缆,结构设计合理,具有优越的阻水效果,在潮湿环境中保证电力传输的稳定性。

电力传输用阻水电线电缆,包括有多根导体,其特征在于:所述的多根导体外均依次采用阻水带重叠绕包构成阻水层,阻水层外挤塑成型有交联聚乙烯绝缘层构成绝缘线芯,绝缘线芯相互绞合成束构成缆芯,缆芯外套装有无皱纹不锈钢管,无皱纹不锈钢管与缆芯之间设有阻水膏构成填充层,填充层内设有高碳纤维丝束绞的加强芯,无皱纹不锈钢管外壁设有螺旋形的凹槽,无皱纹不锈钢管外挤塑成型有外护套层。

所述的电力传输用阻水电线电缆,其特征在于:所述的阻水层采用左向搭盖绕包,其搭盖率不小于绕包带宽度的28%。
本实用新型的有益效果:
(1)、本实用新型的导体采用一类导体或二类高紧压合金导体,减少了合金导体单丝之间的缝隙,避免了水分的侵入;
(2)、导体外绕包的阻水层能吸收存储水分,并能吸水膨胀,填补绝缘和导体之间的缝隙,阻止水分进一步浸入导体,达到纵向阻水的效果;
(3)、填充层采用阻水膏,配合无皱纹不锈钢管,达到纵向阻水的效果;
(4)、本实用新型的纵向和径向的综合阻水结构能有效的防止水分浸入电缆内部,有效的延长了电缆的使用寿命,降低了电缆的维护成本。

电力传输用阻水电线电缆,包括有多根导体1,多根导体1外均依次采用阻水带重叠绕包构成阻水层2,阻水层2外挤塑成型有交联聚乙烯绝缘层3构成绝缘线芯,绝缘线芯相互绞合成束构成缆芯,缆芯外套装有无皱纹不锈钢管4,无皱纹不锈钢管4与缆芯之间设有阻水膏构成填充层5,填充层5内设有高碳纤维丝束绞的加强芯6,无皱纹不锈钢管4外壁设有螺旋形的凹槽,便于与外层结合的更加紧密,无皱纹不锈钢管4外挤塑成型有外护套层7。
多根导体1均为高紧压合金导体,减少了合金导体单丝之间的缝隙,避免了水分的侵入。
阻水层2采用左向搭盖绕包,其搭盖率不小于绕包带宽度的28%。
