Abstract
Un método de selección de cebada con deficiencia de lipoxigensa-1 de la cebada, que comprende un paso en el que se distingue la cebada con deficiencia de lipoxigenasa-1 de la cebada por el hecho, o no, de que la guanina del sitio donador de empalme del 5° intrón del gen de lipoxigenasa-1 de la cebada haya mutado a una base diferente y un método para la producción de bebidas alcohólicas de malta utilizando un material para bebidas alcohólicas de malta obtenido por medio del método de selección. Reivindicación 1: Un gen mutante de lipoxigenasa-1 de la cebada, en el cual la guanina del sitio donador de empalme (5'-GT-3') del 5° intrón del gen de lipoxigenasa-1 de la cebada ha mutado a una base diferente. Reivindicación 2: Un gen mutante de lipoxigenasa-1 de la cebada de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, en el cual la base diferente es adenina. Reivindicación 5: Un método de selección de la cebada con deficiencia de lipoxigenasa-1 de la cebada de acuerdo con la reivindicación 3 ó 4, que comprende: un paso de extracción de ADN genómico en el cual se extrae ADN genómico de una muestra de cebada, un paso de amplificación del fragmento de ADN en el cual se amplifica un fragmento de ADN que contiene el sitio donador de empalme del 5° intrón del gen de lipoxigenasa-1 de la cebada a partir del ADN genómico extraído y un paso de detección de fragmentos de ADN en el cual se escinde el fragmento de ADN que contiene el sitio donador de empalme del 5° intrón del gen lipoxigenasa-1 de la cebada amplificado en el paso de amplificación del fragmento de ADN con una enzima de restricción, se detecta el fragmento de ADN que tiene el número de bases y se diferencia la cebada deficiente en lipoxigenasa-1 de la cebada verificando si la guanina ubicada en el sitio donador de empalme ha mutado a una base diferente o no.
