Abstract
Un medio de crecimiento adaptado para el crecimiento de una variedad de diferentes bacilos lácteos, que se basa en la leche complementada por al menoscuatro aminoácidos, ribonucleosidos y hierro. En particular, la presente trata el uso de dicho medionuevo para cultivar una variedad de diferentescepas de Lactobacillus de preferencia Lactobacilli que pertenecen al grupo A y B de Johnson, especialmente para la produccion de productos lácteos.
