Abstract

Se trata de un compuesto de [[4-(2-azido-3-metil]-5-oxotetrahidrofuran-2-il)fenil]hidrozono]propanodinitrilo, de aplicacion en el análisis de cargas delevosimendan caracterizado porque tiene la formula (I) y diaestereomeros del mismo, y al uso delmi smo como compuesto de referencia en la determinacion deimpurezas potencialmente genotoxicas en muestras de levosimendan. La invencion asimismo se refiere a un método analítico para la determinacion de impurezaspotencialmente genotoxicas enmuestras d e levosimendan en donde se emplea (I) como compuesto de referencia. El levosimendan es un medicamento que resulta utilen el tratamiento de la insuficiencia cardíaca.
