Abstract

Un proceso de conversion de gas incluyendo la síntesis de hidrocarburo catalítico de un gas de síntesis que comprende una mezcla de H2 y CO, producehidrogeno del gas de síntesis y mejora a los hidrocarburos sintetizados por medio de una o más operaciones de hidroconversion que utilizan a estehidrogeno. La hidroconversion también produce un gas de cola rico en hidrogeno que se usa en el proceso para al menos uno de (i) regeneracion del catalizadorde síntesis de hidrocarburo, (ii) síntesis de hidrocarburo, (iii) produccion de hidrogeno. En una realizacion el gas de cola se utiliza para hidrodesulfurizara los líquidos de hidrocarburo que contienen azufre recuperados del gas natural usado para formar el gas de síntesis. La produccionde hidrogeno se logra pormedio de la separacion física, como por ejemplo, PSA, con o sin un medio químico como por ejemplo, la reaccion de conversion de gas de agua.
