Abstract

Katalizator za reakcije krekovanja sa vodenom parom, koji se sastoji iz čistog majenita, koji ima opštu formulu 12CaO.7Al2O3 sa spektrom difrakcije X-zračenja, kao što je naznačeno Tablicom I, dobijen je procesom proizvodnje, koji sadrži sledeće faze: - rastvaranje soli koja sadrže kalcijum i aluminijum u vodi; - kompleksiranje rastvorenih soli pomoću poklifunkcionalnih organskih hidroksi-kiselina - sušenje rastvora, koji proističe iz kompleksiranja u cilju dobijanja čvrstog poluproizvoda; - kalcinaciju čvrstog poluproizvoda u opsegu temperatura od 13000 do 1400В°C, u trajanju od najmanje 2 časa.[Catalyst for steam cracking reactions consisting of pure mayenite having the general formula: 12CaO.7Al2O3 having an X-ray diffraction spectrum as indicated in Table I, obtained with a preparation process comprising the following steps: - dissolution of salts containing calcium and aluminum with water; - complexing of the dissolved salts by means of polyfunctional organic hydroxyacis; - drying of the solution resulting from the complexing in order to obtain a solid precursor product; - calcination of the solid precursor product at a temperature ranging from 1300 to 1400В°C for at least two hours.
