Abstract

Otkriven je proces za izolaciju antibiotika pseudomonicne kiseline A iz kulturnog buljona iz jedne od vrsta bakterijskog roda Pseudomonas koji produkuje pseudomonicnu kiselinu A, koji sadrzi ekstrakciju biosintetizovane pseudomonicne kiseline A iz kulturnog buljona na kiselom pH sa hlorinisanim alifaticnim ugljovodonikom ili izobutil acetatom, pracenu preciscavanjem. Pronalazak ukljucuje procese preciscavanja izolovane pseudomonicne kiseline A, ukljucujuci (a) pomocu distribucije isparenog ostatka ekstrakta izmedju voda-alkohol i nekog alifaticnog ili aromaticnog ugljovodonika, i zatim ekstrakciju povecane voda-alkohol faze koja sadrzi vodu sa metilen hloridom, etil acetatom, ili izobutil acetatom; (b) putem ekstrakcije ekstrakta sa vodenim amonijum hidrogen karbonatom, alkalnim metal hidroksidom ili rastvorom amonijum hidroksida i zakiseljavanjem nastalog alkalnog vodenog ekstrakta, zatim ponovne reekstrakcije sa hlorinisanim alifaticnim ugljovodonikom ili izobutil acetatom; i (c) koncentrisanje ekstrakta i rekristalizaciju kristalne pseudomonicne kiseline A u mesavini izobutil acetata i petroleum etra, ili acetonitrila, ili vodenog acetonitrila.
