Abstract

POSTUPAK HIDROFORMILOVANJA OLEFINA, u kome olefin koji sadrži 2-4 atoma ugljenika, ugljen monoksid i vodonik reaguju u prisustvu rastvornog rodijum-fosfornog kompleksnog katalizatora, slobodnog fosfornog liganda i visoko ključajućih aldehidnih kondenzacionih sporednih proizvoda, radi dobijanja aldehida odabranog iz klase koju sačinjavaju propanal, smesa n-butanala i izo butanala, i smesan-pentanala i pentanala sa razgranatim nizom, i gde se gasoviti efluent, koji sadrži neizreagovali olefin, ugljen monoksid i vodonik kao gasove odvodi iz postupka, n aznačen time, što se neizreagovali olefin regeneriše tako što se u izlazni gas koji sadrži neizreagovali olefin, ugljen monoksid i vodonik uvodi apsorbent koji sadrži tečni aldehid dobijen pomenutim postupkom hidroformilovanja, čime se neizreagovali olefin apsorbuje u apsorbentu, na pritisku od oko 350 kPa do oko 950 kPa, i na temperaturi od oko 0В°C do oko 60В°C; što se apsorbovani neizreagovali olefin rektifikuje iz apsorbenta provodjenjem sinteznog gasa kroz apsorbent radi dobijanja gasovite smese sinteznog gasa i rektifikovanog neizreagovanog olefina, na pritisku nižem od oko 3447 kPa, i na temperaturi od oko 0В°C do oko 130В°C, i što se pomenuta gasovita smesa sinteznog gasa i neizreagovanog olefina vraća u reaktor za hidroformilovanje za pomenuti postupak hidrofor-milovanja. Prijava sadrži još 6 zavisnih zahteva.
