Abstract
pri čemu ariltetralonski intermedijeri imaju formulu: u kojoj je R3 vodonik ili karboksi-zaštitna grupa kao što je etil ili defenilmetil, naznačen time, što obuhvata ciklizaciju ciklopropil jedinjenja formule: u kojoj jr R3 kao što je definisano gore, tretiranjem sa najmanje 0.5 ekvivalenata Luisove kiseline, kao što je BF3.Et2O ili ZnCl2 i sa anhidridom formule: u kojoj je R9 fenili ili C1-4 alkil koji je po potrebi supstituisan sa jednim ili više atoma fluora, hlora ili broma, u količini od katalitičke količine pa sve do 2 ekvivalenta anhidrida, u inertnom organskom rastvaraču kao što je metilnen hlorid, nitrometan ili benzol, na temperaturi oko sobne, da bi se dobio novi intermedijer formule: u kojoj su R3 i R9 kao što je definisano gore; nakon čega se reakcija, sa ili bez izolovanja novog intermedijera formule (XIV), nastavlja sve dok se ne dobije željeni proizvod formule (VI). Prijava sadrži još 1 patentni zahtev.
