Abstract
La présente invention concerne un moule de produit de moulage par injection (1), un procédé de traitement de moule de produit de moulage par injection et un produit moulé par injection (6), le moule de produit de moulage par injection (1) étant pourvu d'une entrée de colle (2), d'une cavité de moule (3) et d'une fente de trop-plein (4), l'entrée de colle (2) communiquant avec la cavité de moule (3), et la fente de trop-plein (4) étant disposée sur une paroi latérale de la cavité de moule (3) et correspondant à la position d'une ligne de soudure après moulage de bande de garniture. Lors du moulage par injection, un matériau fondu converge généralement au niveau de la ligne de soudure. Après l'ajout de la fente de trop-plein (4), au niveau de la position de convergence, la vitesse d'écoulement d'un front de matériau dans une direction verticale est supérieure à sa vitesse dans une direction parallèle, la différence de vitesse entre les deux directions fait augmenter un angle de convergence, ce qui permet d'améliorer la ligne de soudure.
