Claims (10)
- 一种含铁氰络合物和草酸盐废水的处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:S1:调节废水的pH至5-9,再向所述废水中依次加入二价锰盐A和絮凝剂A,静置沉降,固液分离得到第一滤液;其中,所述废水中含有铁氰络合物和草酸盐,加入的所述二价锰盐A中二价锰离子的质量为所述废水中总氰化物质量的5-30倍;S2:向所述第一滤液中依次加入二价锰盐B和絮凝剂A,静置沉降,固液分离得到第二滤液;S3:向所述第二滤液中依次加入碱和絮凝剂B,静置沉降,固液分离得到第三滤液;S4:调节所述第三滤液的pH至5-8,再依次加入亚铁盐和絮凝剂A,静置沉降,固液分离得到第四滤液;S5:向所述第四滤液中依次加入碱和絮凝剂B,固液分离得到第五滤液。
- 根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述废水中总氰化物的含量为100-2000mg/L,COD的含量为2000-10000mg/L。
- 根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于,所述二价锰盐A、二价锰盐B独立为硫酸锰、氯化锰或硝酸锰中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于,所述絮凝剂A为质量浓度0.5‰-1.5‰的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺溶液;所述絮凝剂B为质量浓度0.5‰-1.5‰的阴离子聚丙烯酰胺溶液。
- 根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,加入的所述二价锰盐B中二价锰离子的质量为所述废水中COD的1.4-7倍。
- 根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,还包括对所述固液分离后的滤渣进行淋洗处理。
- 根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,加入所述碱调节所述第二滤液的pH至11-13;步骤S5中,加入所述碱调节所述第四滤液的pH至11-13。
- 根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,还包括对所述固液 分离后的滤渣进行淋洗处理。
- 根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中,所述亚铁盐的加入量为5g/L-30g/L的第三滤液。
- 根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于,步骤S5中,所述第五滤液中总氰化物的含量≤0.5mg/L,COD的含量≤500mg/L,Mn2+的含量≤0.5mg/L。
