Claims (1)
- REIVINDICACIONESMétodo de tratamiento de aguas residuales que contienen complejo de ferricianuro y oxalato, que comprende las siguientes etapasS1: ajustar el pH de las aguas residuales a 5-9, después añadir sucesivamente sal de manganeso divalente A y floculante A a las aguas residuales, y dejar la mezcla en reposo para la sedimentación, y realizar separación sólido-líquido para obtener un primer filtrado; en donde las aguas residuales contienen complejo de ferricianuro y oxalato, y la masa de los iones de manganeso divalente en la sal de manganeso divalente añadida A es 5-30 veces la masa del cianuro total en las aguas residuales;S2: añadir sucesivamente sal de manganeso divalente B y floculante A al primer filtrado, y dejar la mezcla en reposo para la sedimentación, y realizar separación sólidolíquido para obtener un segundo filtrado;S3: añadir sucesivamente álcali y floculante B al segundo filtrado, y dejar la mezcla en reposo para la sedimentación, y realizar separación sólido-líquido para obtener un tercer filtrado;S4: ajustar el pH del tercer filtrado a 5-8, después añadir sucesivamente sal ferrosa y floculante A, y dejar la mezcla en reposo para la sedimentación, y realizar separación sólido-líquido para obtener un cuarto filtrado;S5: añadir sucesivamente álcali y floculante B al cuarto filtrado, y realizar separación sólido-líquido para obtener un quinto filtrado.Método de tratamiento según la reivindicación 1, en el que en la etapa S1, el contenido de cianuro total en las aguas residuales es de 100-2000 mg/l, y el contenido de DQO es de 2000-10000 mg/l.Método de tratamiento según la reivindicación 1, en el que la sal de manganeso divalente A y la sal de manganeso divalente B son independientemente al menos uno de sulfato de manganeso, cloruro de manganeso o nitrato de manganeso.Método de tratamiento según la reivindicación 1, en el que el floculante A es una disolución de poliacrilamida catiónica con una concentración de masa del 0,5 %o-1,5 %o; el floculante B es una disolución de poliacrilamida aniónica con una concentración de masa del 0,5 %o-1,5 %o.5. Método de tratamiento según la reivindicación 1, en el que en la etapa S2, la masa de los iones de manganeso divalente en la sal de manganeso divalente B añadida es 1,4 7 veces la DQO en las aguas residuales.6. Método de tratamiento según la reivindicación 1, en el que la etapa S2 comprende además realizar un proceso de enjuague en el residuo de filtro después de la separación sólido-líquido.7. Método de tratamiento según la reivindicación 1, en el que en la etapa S3, se añade el álcali para ajustar el pH del segundo filtrado a 11-13; en la etapa S5, se añade el álcali para ajustar el pH del cuarto filtrado a 11-13.8. Método de tratamiento según la reivindicación 1, en el que la etapa S3 comprende además realizar un proceso de enjuague en el residuo de filtro después de la separación sólido-líquido.9. Método de tratamiento según la reivindicación 1, en el que en la etapa S4, la cantidad de adición de la sal ferrosa es 5-30 g/l del tercer filtrado.10. Método de tratamiento según la reivindicación 1, en el que en la etapa S5, el contenido de cianuro total en el quinto filtrado es ≤0,5 mg/l, el contenido de DQO es ≤500 mg/l y el contenido de Mn2+ es ≤0,5 mg/l.
