本申请要求于2022年02月25日提交中国专利局,申请号为202220396430.X、申请名称为“一种前地板后横梁与后地板的搭接结构”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及前地板后横梁与后地板搭接领域,尤其涉及一种前地板后横梁与后地板的搭接结构。
背景技术
目前后部下车体含有左/右后纵梁2个PB件,若新开发,产生的模具费达几百上千万。传统的后纵梁与后地板的搭接结构是后地板的前半部分与后纵梁连接件焊点连接,后地板的后半部分与后纵梁焊点连接。当因车型空间布置需要变化时,左/右后纵梁无法共用,需新开模具。
申请内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种前地板后横梁与后地板的搭接结构,旨在解决现有技术中因车型空间布置需要变化时,左/右后纵梁无法共用,需新开模具的技术问题。
本申请是这样实现的,一种前地板后横梁与后地板的搭接结构,所述搭接结构包括用于连接前地板后横梁与后地板的后地板横梁,设置在所述后地板横梁两侧用于固定后地板的后纵梁,及设置在两侧所述后纵梁上用于调节深度以适应所述后纵梁与其它零件共用的后门槛连接板。
本申请的进一步技术方案是:所述搭接结构还包括设置在所述后地板横梁左右两侧用于连接前地板后横梁的前地板连接支架。
本申请的进一步技术方案是:所述搭接结构还包括设置在两侧所述后纵梁尾部用于调节所述后纵梁长度以适应所述后纵梁与其它零件共用的后纵梁后连接件。
本申请的进一步技术方案是:所述搭接结构还包括设置在两侧所述后纵梁上用于搭接后地板与备胎仓的搭接横梁。
本申请的进一步技术方案是:两侧所述后纵梁上设置有用于支撑后地板的后支撑板。
本申请的进一步技术方案是:所述搭接结构还包括设置在两侧所述后纵梁末端用于支撑备胎仓的支撑连接横梁。
本申请的有益效果是:通过此种搭接结构解决了同平台新开发车型,左/右后纵梁共用问题,节省开发费用,缩短零件开发周期,降低零件交样问题,由于新开发零件可能产生TIR问题、质量问题等,而此种搭接结构降低了零件后期维护问题,并且使后纵梁的材料利用率提升了8%,另外后纵梁是B280VK-FB-D,t=1.6,增加的后支撑板是B280VK-FB-D,t=1.2,共减轻重量约0.2kg,还有就是此种搭接结构在结构上简单,成 本低,无需另外进行新开模具。

具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本申请的技术方案,下面结合附图对本申请实施例进行详细描述。
图1-4示出了本申请提供的一种前地板后横梁与后地板的搭接结构,所述搭接结构包括用于连接前地板后横梁1与后地板2的后地板横梁3,设置在所述后地板横梁3两侧用于固定后地板2的后纵梁4,及设置在两侧所述后纵梁4上用于调节深度以适应所述后纵梁4与其它零件共用的后门槛连接板5。当新开发车型因为宽度变化(Y向)时,可通过改变两侧后门槛连接板5的深度,实现左/右后纵梁4以及其它零件的共用。
所述搭接结构还包括设置在所述后地板横梁3左右两侧用于连接前地板后横梁1的前地板连接支架6。当新开发车型因为轴距(X向)变化时,可通过改变后门槛连接板5、前地板连接支架6、后地板横梁3及前地板后横梁1的X向长度吸收,实现左/右后纵梁4以及其它零件的共用。
所述搭接结构还包括设置在两侧所述后纵梁4尾部用于调节所述后纵梁4长度以适应所述后纵梁4与其它零件共用的后纵梁后连接件7。当新开发车型因为后悬长度(X向)变化时,可通过改变两侧后纵梁后连接件7的X向长度,实现左/右后纵梁4以及其它零件的共用。
两侧所述后纵梁4上设置有用于支撑后地板2的后支撑板9。在后地板2和后纵梁4间增加一个后支撑板9,此后支撑板9的位置起始于后纵梁4上,终止于后座椅安装点11之后,使后地板2与后支撑板9焊点连接,然后后支撑板9与后纵梁4连接,当新开发车 型因为空间问题,后地板2需要整体上下移动时(Z向),可通过改变后支撑板9的Z向长度吸收,实现左/右后纵梁4共用。
所述搭接结构还包括设置在两侧所述后纵梁4上用于搭接后地板2与备胎仓12的搭接横梁8。所述搭接结构还包括设置在两侧所述后纵梁4末端用于支撑备胎仓12的支撑连接横梁10。通过搭接横梁8以保证后地板2与备胎仓12的搭接,通过支撑连接横梁10以保证备胎仓12的结构强度。
通过此种搭接结构解决了同平台新开发车型,左/右后纵梁共用问题,节省开发费用,缩短零件开发周期,降低零件交样问题,由于新开发零件可能产生TIR问题、质量问题等,而此种搭接结构降低了零件后期维护问题,并且使后纵梁的材料利用率提升了8%,另外后纵梁是B280VK-FB-D,t=1.6,增加的后支撑板是B280VK-FB-D,t=1.2,共减轻重量约0.2kg,还有就是此种搭接结构在结构上简单,成本低,无需另外进行新开模具。

  1. 一种前地板后横梁与后地板的搭接结构,其特征在于:所述搭接结构包括用于连接前地板后横梁与后地板的后地板横梁,设置在所述后地板横梁两侧用于固定后地板的后纵梁,及设置在两侧所述后纵梁上用于调节深度以适应所述后纵梁与其它零件共用的后门槛连接板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的搭接结构,其特征在于,所述搭接结构还包括设置在所述后地板横梁左右两侧用于连接前地板后横梁的前地板连接支架。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的搭接结构,其特征在于,所述搭接结构还包括设置在两侧所述后纵梁尾部用于调节所述后纵梁长度以适应所述后纵梁与其它零件共用的后纵梁后连接件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的搭接结构,其特征在于,所述搭接结构还包括设置在两侧所述后纵梁上用于搭接后地板与备胎仓的搭接横梁。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的搭接结构,其特征在于,两侧所述后纵梁上设置有用于支撑后地板的后支撑板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的搭接结构,其特征在于,所述搭接结构还包括设置在两侧所述后纵梁末端用于支撑备胎仓的支撑连接横梁。
