本发明涉及一种新型的高速泡罩包装机。这种高速泡罩包装机包括有机架,所述机架上依次设有泡托成型装置、成型牵引装置、泡罩热封装置、热封牵引装置、泡罩冲切装置以及泡罩格栅输送装置,其特征在于:泡罩热封装置与热封牵引装置之间设有泡罩冷却装置,泡罩冷却装置包括有冷却箱以及冷却板,所述冷却板设于冷却箱内,冷却板的下方具有让泡罩通过的冷却通道。这种高速泡罩包装机能使热封后的泡罩快速冷却下来,从而使热封牵引装置在牵引泡罩的过程中不使泡罩变形。

一种高速泡罩包装机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用物品包装机械,具体涉及一种泡罩包装机。
背景技术
泡罩包装机是一种将医用物品(比如西林瓶、注射器等)包装在泡罩内的设备(泡罩为PVC膜)。现有泡罩包装机在物品置于泡罩内后,需要经过泡罩热封装置的封装,然后由热封牵引装置牵引出来,然而泡罩热封装置会使PVC膜软化,PVC膜软化经后方的热封牵引装置牵引出来时会变形,从而影响后续工作。
技术问题
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明创新提供了一种新型的高速泡罩包装机。
技术解决方案
这种高速泡罩包装机包括有机架,所述机架上依次设有泡托成型装置、成型牵引装置、泡罩热封装置、热封牵引装置、泡罩冲切装置以及泡罩格栅输送装置;所述泡托成型装置包括有成型上模与成型下模,所述成型牵引装置包括有成型牵引夹,所述泡罩热封装置包括有热封上模与热封下模,所述热封牵引装置包括有热封牵引夹,所述泡罩冲切装置包括有成型凸模与成型凹模,其特征在于:所述泡罩热封装置与热封牵引装置之间设有泡罩冷却装置,所述泡罩冷却装置包括有冷却箱以及冷却板,所述冷却板设于冷却箱内,所述冷却板的下方具有让泡罩通过的冷却通道。
所述冷却箱内设有导轴,所述导轴上滑动设有移动座,所述冷却板连接在移动座上,所述移动座与驱动移动座前后移动的冷却板动力源传动连接,所述冷却板可移动到泡罩热封装置的热封上模与热封下模之间。
冷却箱内设有泡罩托板,所述泡罩托板具有泡托导槽,所述泡罩托板位于冷却板的下方。
泡托成型装置包括有上安装板、下安装板、导柱、成型上模以及成型下模,所述成型下模安装在成型下模托盘上,所述成型下模托盘滑动设在导柱上,所述成型下模托盘与下安装板之间设有连杆传动机构,所述连杆传动机构包括有中连杆、上连杆以及下连杆,上连杆的下端铰接在中连杆上,上连杆的上端铰接在成型下模托盘上,下连杆的上端铰接在中连杆上,下连杆的下端铰接在下安装板上,所述中连杆与拉杆铰接,所述拉杆与驱动拉杆拉动的动力源传动连接。
所述上连杆、具有前后两组,每组左右两个,所述下连杆、具有前后两组,每组左右两个。
所述动力源为伺服电机,所述伺服电机与偏心轮的轮轴传动连接,所述偏心轮通过轴承与拉杆连接。

按照本发明提供的一种高速泡罩包装机,能使热封后的泡罩快速冷却下来,从而使热封牵引装置在牵引泡罩的过程中不使泡罩变形。

本发明的实施方式
如图1所示,这种高速泡罩包装机包括有机架,在机架上依次设有泡托成型装置2、成型牵引装置3、泡罩热封装置6、热封牵引装置8、泡罩冲切装置9以及泡罩格栅输送装置10。其中泡托成型装置2包括有成型上模与成型下模;成型牵引装置3包括有成型牵引夹30(如图3所示);泡罩热封装置6包括有热封上模与热封下模;热封牵引装置8包括有热封牵引夹(热封牵引装置8与成型牵引装置3结构相同,都为现有技术);泡罩冲切装置9包括有成型凸模与成型凹模。
这种高速泡罩包装机的工作原理如下:PVC膜从放料机构1出来,经加热后由成型牵引装置3把PVC膜拉到泡托成型装置2中进行泡托成型,再由热封牵引装置8把成型好的泡托拉倒中间加料平台4,由机械手5进行加料,然后由热封牵引装置8把加满物料的泡托拉至泡罩热封装置6内,泡罩热封装置6把物品封合在里面形成连续泡罩,连续泡罩进入到泡罩冲切装置9,由泡罩冲切装置9冲切下一个个泡罩,冲切好的泡罩被吸放到泡罩格栅输送装置10上,泡罩格栅输送装置10输送到下一个工序。
为了能使热封后的泡罩快速冷却定型,如图1所示,本发明在泡罩热封装置6与热封牵引装置8之间设有泡罩冷却装置7,如图2所示,泡罩冷却装置7包括有冷却箱70以及冷却板71(冷却板71为现有技术,上面具有热却管,热却管内通水实现水冷),冷却板71设于冷却箱70内,而冷却板71的下方具有让泡罩通过的冷却通道。当泡罩通过泡罩热封装置的热封后,就先进入到泡罩冷却装置的冷却箱内,泡罩经过冷却板71下方的冷却通道,冷却板71贴在泡罩上,带走泡罩上的热量,从而使泡罩快速冷却定型,之后泡罩就进入到热封牵引装置8,由于泡罩已经冷却下来,热封牵引装置8也就不会在牵引泡罩的过程中使泡罩变形。
为了使泡罩热封装置6在停机状态下不影响PVC膜(泡罩热封装置的热封上模与热封下模之间会产生高温),本发明在冷却箱70内设有导轴73,导轴73上滑动设有移动座74,冷却板71连接在移动座74上,移动座74与驱动移动座74前后移动的冷却板动力源传动连接,通过冷却板动力源的驱动,冷却板71可移动到泡罩热封装置6的热封上模与热封下模之间。当正常运行的时候,泡罩冷却装置7的冷却板71会伸入泡罩热封装置6的热封上模与热封下模之间,从而阻隔泡罩热封装置6对针剂的热辐射,保证针剂的产品质量。
为了能使冷却箱70内的泡罩能始终与冷却板71相贴,本发明在冷却箱70内设有泡罩托板72,该泡罩托板72具有泡托导槽720(泡罩的置于泡托导槽720内),该泡罩托板72位于冷却板71的下方。当泡罩进入到冷却箱70内后,就进入到泡罩托板72上,由于泡罩托板72对泡罩实现支撑与定位,这样泡罩就能始终与冷却板71相贴,从而达到更好的冷却效果。
目前现有泡托成型装置大多采用凸轮机构形式,凸轮与下模底部的滚子滚动摩擦接触,通过电机减速器连接花键轴来驱动凸轮的旋转来改变合模的模具的上下运动,当凸轮旋转过快会使下模的滚子脱离与凸轮的接触,当凸轮与下模滚子再次接触的时候就会撞击接触,为了避免这样的情况存在,只能让凸轮的旋转速度降下来,而且下模下降需要通过自重,这样生产效率也随之降低,所以现有凸轮传动机构不能满足高速开合模动作要求。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种新型的泡托成型装置2。如图4所示,这种泡托成型装置包括有上安装板29、下安装板21、导柱22、成型上模27以及成型下模26,导柱22安装在上安装板29与下安装板21之间,成型下模26安装在成型下模托盘24上,而成型下模托盘24滑动设在导柱22上,为了能传动成型下模26上移,并与成型上模27进行合模,本发明在成型下模托盘24与下安装板21之间设有连杆传动机构,如图5或图6所示,该连杆传动机构包括有中连杆211、上连杆212以及下连杆213,上连杆212的下端铰接在中连杆211上,上连杆212的上端铰接在成型下模托盘24上,下连杆213的上端铰接在中连杆211上,下连杆213的下端铰接在下安装板21上,而中连杆211与拉杆217铰接,如图7所示,拉杆217与驱动拉杆217拉动的动力源215传动连接。
其工作原理如下:工作时,动力源215传动拉杆217相对左右运动,拉杆217拉动中连杆211,使中连杆211左右运动,中连杆211带动上连杆212与下连杆213同步旋转一定的角度,这样成型下模托盘24在导柱22上相对上下运动,从而带动成型下模26也上下运动,当往上移动时就与成型上模27完成合模,当往下移动时就与成型上模7完成开模。由于成型下模托盘24的上下移动都是通过连杆传动机构进行传动,因此速度更快,运行也更加平稳。
根据合模面积的大小,可以选择多组上连杆与多组下连杆,如图5所示,上连杆217具有前后两组,每组左右两个,下连杆213具有前后两组,每组左右两个。这种多组连杆有如下优点:在上下开合模运动时,是通过双组连杆,一前一后的力作用在成型下模托盘24上,这样平行度更好,上升平稳性更高,而且上下模合膜时更加贴合,对结构制造精度降低了要求,运行使用寿命也更加长久。与之相比,原来是靠凸轮的旋转,来顶升上下模合膜,成型下模托盘受到凸轮的力是凸轮旋转的切向力,凸轮与成型下模托盘的滚轮是线性接触所以它不能平衡上升,所以只有靠导柱导套强行定位让它直线上升,这样就对导柱导套的强度和精度要求极高,而为了能使它快速上升,对凸轮的输出扭矩也相应的增加。
如图7所示,本发明的动力源215为伺服电机,该伺服电机215与偏心轮216的轮轴传动连接,偏心轮216通过轴承与拉杆217连接。由于该装置采用连杆传动机构,将合模的压力分解,避免负载直接作用于偏心轮216的轮轴上。当合模的压力为定值的时候,成型下模26越接近成型上模27时,驱动偏心轮216轮轴的扭矩会成倍的减小,当模具内部进行吹泡工作的时候,上连杆212与下连杆213都是竖直状态,此时上连杆212与下连杆213是承受内力,伺服电机输出的扭矩相对为零,从而减小了伺服电机输出的扭矩,这样伺服电机可以输出更高的转速,提高开合模的运行速度。
在高速开合的同时会产生更高的惯性,为了抵消这些惯性,本发明在成型下模托盘24与下安装板21之间连接有缓冲件(可以弹簧、气弹簧等),本发明的缓冲件具体采用缓冲气缸214,利用调节缓冲气缸214的气压大小和排气速度,能更有效的消除惯性产生的震动,让机器能更加平稳运行。与之相比,现有技术中凸轮机构是利用凸轮与成型下模的滚子滚动摩擦接触来实现上下运动,当凸轮的转速大于成型下模下落得加速度,那么此时凸轮与成型下模滚子脱离,再次接触就会撞击,在正常运行的过程中这中情况是不允许存在的,所以凸轮转速就不能过快,只能在低速工作,其次成型下模和成型上模越接近的时候,输出的扭矩是越来越大,当模具内部进行吹泡工作的时候,输出的扭矩达到最高值,所以对伺服电机的输出扭矩有更高的要求。
为了使成型上模26与成型下模27在合模时具有缓冲效果,本发明将成型上模27安装在成型上模安装板28上,在上安装板29上安装有缓冲器210,该缓冲器210与成型上模安装板28连接。缓冲器210为现有技术,其内部具有弹簧,通过弹簧的缓冲,可以有效减缓成型上模27与成型下模26合模时产生的冲击,从而使合模噪音减少,合模更加平稳,使用寿命更长。
为了对成型下模26进行冷却,本发明将成型下模26安装在冷却水板25上,而冷却水板25安装在成型下模托盘24上。冷却水板25可以使泡托快速冷却,使成型牵引装置8在牵引泡托时,不会使泡托变形。
泡罩冲切装置9是泡罩包装机中一个重要工位,其作用将是封装好的连续泡罩板冲切下一个个单独的泡罩,然后将泡罩下放到泡罩格栅输送装置上,由泡罩格栅输送装置将泡罩送到装盒机进行装盒。现有泡罩冲切装置包括有冲切凹模、冲切凸膜以及冲切动力源,通过冲切动力源驱使冲切凹模与冲切凸膜合模,从连续泡罩板上冲切下泡罩,泡罩就落到格栅输送装置上,由格栅输送装置将泡罩继续往前输送。然而从泡罩冲切点到格栅输送装置之间具有一定的落差,泡罩直接落下可能会弹起,无法准确进入到格栅输送装置的格栅内,导致后续工作无法正常进行。
为此,本发明提供了一种新的泡罩冲切装置9。如图8与图9所示,这种新型泡罩冲切装置包括有安装架91、冲切凹模92、冲切凸膜93以及冲切动力源94,冲切凸模93安装在安装架91上,冲切凹模92位于冲切凸模93的下方,为了能驱动冲切凹模92上下移动,冲切凹模92连接在模具托板95上,模具托板95与升降导柱96的下端连接,升降导柱96可上下滑动设置在安装架91上,升降导柱96的上端与升降座97连接,升降座97与冲切动力源94传动连接。通过冲切动力源94的驱动,升降座97通过升降导柱96带着模具托板95上下移动,而连接在模具托板95上的冲切凹模92也实现上下移动,冲切凹模92上移与冲切凸模93实现合模冲切,冲切凹模92下移与冲切凸模93实现分模。
如图10与图11所示,在安装架91上设有竖直滑轨98,竖直滑轨98上滑动设有滑动板99,滑动板99与驱动滑动板99在竖直滑轨98上移动的下料动力源910传动连接,通过下料动力源910的驱动,滑动板99实现上下移动,滑动板99上连接有真空吸附模具911(真空吸附模具911为现有技术),真空吸附模具911上设有真空吸杆912(真空吸附模具911内具有气路,真空吸杆912与气路接通),而冲切凸模93具有让真空吸杆912穿过的凸模孔930(只有这样才能从正面吸住泡罩),冲切凹模92具有让冲切凸模93进入和让真空吸杆912穿过的凹模孔920,模具托板95具有让真空吸杆912穿过的托板孔950。如图13所示,当冲切凹模92与冲切凸模93冲切时,真空吸杆912吸住泡罩,当切凹模92与冲切凸模93完成冲切后,下料动力源910驱动滑动板99下移,这样真空吸杆912就带着泡罩穿过冲切凹模92的凹模孔920,同时穿过模具托板95的托板孔950,将泡罩下放到位于下方的格栅输送装置上。由于真空吸杆912吸着泡罩下放,从而可以保证泡罩稳定进入到格栅输送装置的格栅内。
为了能实现精确合模,本发明在冲切凸模93上连接有合模导柱930,而在冲切凹模92上连接有导向套925,合模导柱930位于导向套925内,通过合模导柱930的导向,冲切凹模92与冲切凸模93便能实现精确合模;由于冲切凹模92还要与模具托板95连接(模具托板95带动冲切凹模92上下移动),为了能让冲切凹模92与模具托板95连接,同时让冲切凹模92相对模具托板95水平移动(因为要保证冲切凹模92沿着合模导柱930上下移动,而冲切凹模92与模具托板95普通连接难以保证冲切凹模92安装位置的精度,所以必须要让冲切凹模92有水平移动的空间),如图14与图15所示,本发明在冲切凹模92的一侧设有下锁紧块921,下锁紧块921具有锁紧槽,冲切凹模92的侧边与模具托板95的侧边均处于下锁紧块921的锁紧槽内(可以通过螺栓将下锁紧块921连接在模具托板95上,或者冲切凹模92上,当然不用螺栓连接也可以)。通过下锁紧块921的锁紧槽将冲切凹模92与模具托板95锁住,这样模具托板95上下移动时可以带着冲切凹模92上下移动,同时冲切凹模92可以在下锁紧块921的锁紧槽内实现水平方向上的微小移动,这样可以保证冲切凹模92在水平上没被限制死,从而使冲切凹模92沿着合模导柱930上下移动时有自我调节的空间。
如图14所示,由于冲切凹模92连接在模具托板95上,为了让冲切凹模92在模具托板95上实现快速定位,本发明在模具托板95上设有定位块951,冲切凹模92的一侧设有让定位块951进入的定位凹槽。当冲切凹模92放到模具托板95上时,可以让定位块951进入到冲切凹模92的定位凹槽内,这样冲切凹模92就基本确定好,然后再锁上下锁紧块921。
为了方便更换模具,冲切凸模93可拆卸地安装在安装架91上。当需要取出模具时,将冲切凸模93拆下,同时取下下锁紧块921,这样就可以将冲切凹模92与冲切凸模93一起取出。
为了方便取出模具,如图14与图15所示,在冲切凸模93的一侧设有取模工具922,该取模工具922包括有取模板与把手,把手连接在取模板上,取模板可通过取模螺栓与冲切凹模92和冲切凸模93螺纹连接。当需要取出模具时,在上面所述解锁的情况下,通过螺栓将取模板连接在冲切凹模92和冲切凸模93上,然后拉动把手,这样就能将冲切凹模92和冲切凸模93一同抽出,十分方便。
如上面所述,冲切凸模93可拆卸地安装在安装架91上,为了方便安装冲切凸模93,本发明在安装架91上设有水平卡槽931,冲切凸模93的侧边缘可进入到安装架91的水平卡槽931内。然后可以通过螺栓将冲切凸模93与安装架91锁紧,水平卡槽931也方便让冲切凸模93抽出。
为了能快速将冲切凸模93锁紧在与安装架91上,如图14所示,在水平卡槽931具有上锁紧块933,安装架91上设有上螺栓932,上螺栓932与上锁紧块933螺纹连接,通过拧紧上螺栓932,上锁紧块933可将冲切凸模93固定在水平卡槽931内。当要取出冲切凸模93时,拧松上螺栓932即可十分方便。
如图9所示,为了传动升降座97实现升降,冲切动力源94与偏心轮轴913传动连接,偏心轮轴913的偏心部与连杆914的一端铰接,连杆914的另一端与连杆轴915铰接,连杆轴915与升降座97上的支座970铰接。工作时,冲切动力源94驱动偏心轮轴913转动,偏心轮轴913的偏心部带动连杆914上下移动,连杆914又通过连杆轴915带动升降座97上下移动,这样冲切凹模92就实现上下移动。当然,冲切动力源94传动升降座7实现升降的结构有很多,比如曲柄连杆916的结构,或者其他凸轮传动结构等现有的传动结构,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
为了传动滑动板99上下移动,下料动力源910通过曲柄连杆916与滑动板99传动连接。同样,下料动力源910传动滑动板99上下移动的结构有很多,比如凸轮传动结构等现有的传动结构,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
最后值得一提的是,为了方便调节冲切装置的位置,如图12所示,在安装架91上安装有滑动定位梁917,滑动定位梁917滑动设置在牌坊板918上的水平滑轨919上(牌坊板918是泡罩包装机上的),牌坊板918上可转动地安装有调节螺杆9180,滑动定位梁917上安装有螺母,螺母与调节螺杆9180螺纹连接。调节时,通过转动调节螺杆9180,让安装架91的滑动定位梁917在牌坊板918上的水平滑轨919上移动,这样安装架91上实现水平移动,整个冲切装置的位置就能实现调节。

  1. 一种高速泡罩包装机,包括有机架,所述机架上依次设有泡托成型装置(2)、成型牵引装置(3)、泡罩热封装置(6)、热封牵引装置(8)、泡罩冲切装置(9)以及泡罩格栅输送装置(10);所述泡托成型装置(2)包括有成型上模与成型下模,所述成型牵引装置(3)包括有成型牵引夹,所述泡罩热封装置(6)包括有热封上模与热封下模,所述热封牵引装置(8)包括有热封牵引夹,所述泡罩冲切装置(9)包括有成型凸模与成型凹模,其特征在于:所述泡罩热封装置(6)与热封牵引装置(8)之间设有泡罩冷却装置(7),所述泡罩冷却装置(7)包括有冷却箱(70)以及冷却板(71),所述冷却板(71)设于冷却箱(70)内,所述冷却板(71)的下方具有让泡罩通过的冷却通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高速泡罩包装机,其特征在于:所述冷却箱(70)内设有导轴(73),所述导轴(73)上滑动设有移动座(74),所述冷却板(71)连接在移动座(74)上,所述移动座(74)与驱动移动座(74)前后移动的冷却板动力源传动连接,所述冷却板(71)可移动到泡罩热封装置(6)的热封上模与热封下模之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高速泡罩包装机,其特征在于:所述冷却箱(70)内设有泡罩托板(72),所述泡罩托板(72)具有泡托导槽(720),所述泡罩托板(72)位于冷却板(71)的下方。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高速泡罩包装机,其特征在于:所述泡托成型装置(2)包括有上安装板(29)、下安装板(21)、导柱(22)、成型上模(27)以及成型下模(26),所述成型下模(26)安装在成型下模托盘(24)上,所述成型下模托盘(24)滑动设在导柱(22)上,所述成型下模托盘(24)与下安装板(21)之间设有连杆传动机构,所述连杆传动机构包括有中连杆(211)、上连杆(217)以及下连杆(213),上连杆(217)的下端铰接在中连杆(211)上,上连杆(217)的上端铰接在成型下模托盘(24)上,下连杆(213)的上端铰接在中连杆(211)上,下连杆(213)的下端铰接在下安装板(21)上,所述中连杆(211)与拉杆(217)铰接,所述拉杆(217)与驱动拉杆(217)拉动的动力源(215)传动连接。

  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高速泡罩包装机,其特征在于:所述泡罩冲切装置(9)包括有安装架(921)、冲切凹模(92)、冲切凸膜(93)以及冲切动力源(94),所述冲切凸模(93)安装在安装架(91)上,所述冲切凹模(92)位于冲切凸模(93)的下方,所述冲切凹模(92)连接在模具托板(95)上,所述模具托板(95)与升降导柱(96)的下端连接,所述升降导柱(96)可上下滑动设置在安装架(91)上,所述升降导柱(96)的上端与升降座(97)连接,所述升降座(97)与冲切动力源(94)传动连接;所述安装架(91)上设有竖直滑轨(98),所述竖直滑轨(98)上滑动设有滑动板(99),所述滑动板(99)与驱动滑动板(99)在竖直滑轨(98)上移动的下料动力源(910)传动连接,所述滑动板(99)上连接有真空吸附模具(911),所述真空吸附模具(911)上设有真空吸杆(912),所述冲切凸模(93)具有让真空吸杆(912)穿过的凸模孔(930),所述冲切凹模(92)具有让冲切凸模(93)进入和让真空吸杆(912)穿过的凹模孔(920),所述模具托板(95)具有让真空吸杆(912)穿过的托板孔(950)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种高速泡罩包装机,其特征在于:所述冲切凸模(93)上连接有合模导柱(930),所述冲切凹模(92)上连接有导向套(925),所述合模导柱(930)位于导向套(925)内;所述冲切凹模(92)的一侧设有下锁紧块(921),所述下锁紧块(921)具有锁紧槽,所述冲切凹模(92)的侧边与模具托板(95)的侧边均处于下锁紧块(921)的锁紧槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种高速泡罩包装机,其特征在于:所述冲切动力源(94)与偏心轮轴(913)传动连接,所述偏心轮轴(913)的偏心部与连杆(914)的一端铰接,所述连杆(914)的另一端与连杆轴(915)铰接,所述连杆轴(915)与升降座(97)上的支座(970)铰接。
