Dans l'unité spatiale (1) de la présente invention comprenant au moins un élément de paroi (3), qui, sur un côté interne, délimite un espace interne (2) et sur un côté externe délimite un arbre (4), une partie de montage (10) de l'arbre (4) et l'espace interne (2) sont reliés par l'intermédiaire d'un passage s'étendant à travers l'élément de paroi (3), et la partie de montage (10) étant séparée d'une partie de l'arbre (4) disposée en dessous de celle-ci par une cloison coupe-feu (6) disposée dans l'arbre (4).
