Abstract
Description
吸着素子は、繊維構造体と金属有機構造体が混成された基材層を備えている。
基材層は、繊維が一体化した繊維構造体と、金属イオンと有機配位子を含む金属有機構造体と、が混成された、繊維と金属有機構造体の複合体である。
繊維構造体を構成する繊維は、パルプ繊維、樹脂繊維、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維等が挙げられ、これらの一種または二種以上を併用してもよい。
金属有機構造体は、基材層において、繊維の間に挟まれて繊維構造体に保持される。金属有機構造体は、繊維の間に挟まれて繊維構造体に保持されるため、基材層からの脱落が抑制される。また、金属有機構造体は、繊維の間に挟まれて繊維構造体に保持され、繊維構造体の表面だけでなく繊維構造体の内部においても保持されるため、繊維構造体の内部で保持された金属有機構造体の吸着素子からの脱落が抑制される。さらに、金属有機構造体は、繊維の間に挟まれて繊維構造体に保持され、繊維構造体の表面だけでなく繊維構造体の内部においても保持されるため、基材層における担持量を増大させることが可能である。なお、基材層としては、繊維の間に挟まれて繊維構造体に保持されている金属有機構造体の方が、繊維の間に挟まれることなく繊維表面に付着している金属有機構造体よりも多いことが好ましく、繊維の間に挟まれて繊維構造体に保持されている金属有機構造体の乾燥状態における総重量が、繊維の間に挟まれることなく繊維表面に付着している金属有機構造体の乾燥状態における総重量よりも重いことが好ましい。
基材層においては、繊維同士の結合力を高めるため、または、繊維と金属有機構造体との結合力を高めるために、結合剤が用いられていてもよい。このような結合剤は、例えば、繊維と金属有機構造体を共に水や有機溶剤等に分散させた分散液に溶解させ、これを抄いてシート状物を得るようにして用いることができる。
基材層に対しては、繊維構造体に保持されている金属有機構造体の脱落を抑制する観点から、通気性層が積層されていることが好ましい。通気性層は、吸着対象を含む空気が通気性層を通過して基材層に到達できるように、基材層の一面を完全に覆うことがないように構成されている。
基材層を有する吸着素子の形態は、特に限定されず、例えば、シート状であってもよいし、図4に示すようにシート状の吸着素子が巻き上げられたロール状のロータ52であってもよい。
パルプ繊維(アーテック社製)49重量%と、ポリアクリルアミド(ACROS ORGANICS社製、MW100,000)1重量%、MIL-100(Fe)(Atomis社製、AP0004)50重量%とを水に分散させ、この水分散液を手漉き手法にて抄紙し、上部より圧力をかけた状態で90℃にて加熱乾燥させ、更に150℃で加熱真空乾燥させることで厚さ160g/m2のPCP含有混抄紙を得た。
PCPとしてMOF-801(Atomis社製、AP0005)を用いた以外は実施例1と同じ手法を用い厚さ155g/m2のPCP含有混抄紙を得た。
PCPとしてMOF-303(Atomis社製、AP0044)を用いた以外は実施例1と同じ手法を用い厚さ150g/m2のPCP含有混抄紙を得た。
パルプ繊維(アーテック社製)34重量%と、ポリアクリルアミド(ACROS ORGANICS社製、MW100,000)1重量%、MIL-100(Fe)(Atomis社製、AP0004)65重量%とを水に分散させ、この水分散液を手漉き手法にて抄紙し、上部より圧力をかけた状態で90℃にて加熱乾燥させ、更に150℃で加熱真空乾燥させることで厚さ165g/m2のPCP含有混抄紙を得た。
PCPとしてMOF-801(Atomis社製、AP0005)を用いた以外は実施例4と同じ手法を用い厚さ160g/m2のPCP含有混抄紙を得た。
PCPとしてMOF-303(Atomis社製、AP0044)を用いた以外は実施例4と同じ手法を用い厚さ160g/m2のPCP含有混抄紙を得た。
パルプ繊維(アーテック社製)24重量%と、ポリアクリルアミド(ACROS ORGANICS社製、MW100,000)1重量%、MIL-100(Fe)(Atomis社製、AP0004)75重量%とを水に分散させ、この水分散液を手漉き手法にて抄紙し、上部より圧力をかけた状態で90℃にて加熱乾燥させ、更に150℃で加熱真空乾燥させることで厚さ165g/m2のPCP含有混抄紙を得た。
PCPとしてMOF-801(Atomis社製、AP0005)を用いた以外は実施例7と同じ手法を用い厚さ170g/m2のPCP含有混抄紙を得た。
PCPとしてMOF-303(Atomis社製、AP0044)を用いた以外は実施例7と同じ手法を用い厚さ165g/m2のPCP含有混抄紙を得た。
セルロース繊維(ダイセルファインケム社製、セリッシュKY100G)49重量%と、ポリアクリルアミド(ACROS ORGANICS社製、MW100,000)1重量%、MOF-801(Atomis社製、AP0005)50重量%とを水に分散させ、この水分散液を手漉き手法にて抄紙し、上部より圧力をかけた状態で120℃にて加熱乾燥させることで厚さ155g/m2のPCP含有混抄紙を得た。
アラミド繊維(ダイセルファインケム社製、ティアラKY-400S)49重量%と、ポリアクリルアミド(ACROS ORGANICS社製、MW100,000)1重量%、MOF-801(Atomis社製、AP0005)50重量%とを水に分散させ、この水分散液を手漉き手法にて抄紙し、上部より圧力をかけた状態で90℃にて加熱乾燥させ、更に150℃で加熱真空乾燥ことで厚さ160g/m2のPCP含有混抄紙を得た。
結合剤としてアンモニウムCMC(ダイセルファインケム社製、CMCダイセルDN800H)を用いた以外は実施例1と同じ手法を用い厚さ145g/m2のPCP含有混抄紙を得た。
結合剤としてセルロースナノファイバー(第一工業製薬社製、レオクリスタI-2AX)を用いた以外は実施例1と同じ手法を用い厚さ155g/m2のPCP含有混抄紙を得た。
結合剤としてポリエチレンイミン(純正化学社製、ポリエチレンイミン70000)を用いた以外は実施例1と同じ手法を用い厚さ160g/m2のPCP含有混抄紙を得た。
結合剤としてポリアミドエピクロロヒドリン(星光PMC社製、WS4020)を用いた以外は実施例1と同じ手法を用い厚さ155g/m2のPCP含有混抄紙を得た。
パルプ繊維(アーテック社製)50重量%と、MIL-100(Fe)(Atomis社製、AP0004)50重量%とを水に分散させ、この水分散液を手漉き手法にて抄紙し、上部より圧力をかけた状態で90℃にて加熱乾燥させ、更に150℃で加熱真空乾燥させることで厚さ160g/m2のPCP含有混抄紙を得た。
MIL-100(Fe)(Atomis合成品、AP0004)を蒸留水に超音波分散し、ここにポリアクリルアミド(ACROS ORGANICS社製、MW100,000)を添加し、MIL-100(Fe) 30重量%・ポリアクリルアミド0.6重量%分散液を調製した。ここにパルプ紙(アドバンテック社製、角形定性濾紙5B)を30分間攪拌浸漬し、取り出した後150℃で真空乾燥した。この操作を繰り返し、PCP添加量が50重量%となるように調製した。
ポリアクリルアミド(ACROS ORGANICS社製、MW100,000)を蒸留水中に攪拌溶解し、ここにMIL-100(Fe)(Atomis合成品、AP0004)を加えて超音波分散し、MIL-100(Fe) 20重量%・ポリアクリルアミド0.4重量%分散液を調製した。この分散液をパルプ紙(アドバンテック社製、角形定性濾紙5B)にスプレー塗布し、150℃で真空乾燥した。この操作を繰り返しPCP添加量が50重量%となるように調製した。
各吸着素子をステンレス容器に入れ、10回上下左右にタッピングすることにより落ちたPCPの粉落ち量を重量測定により評価した。担持性としては、粉落ち量/担持量(重量%)として、以下のように段階を分けて評価した。
評価1:100~50 (重量%)
評価2:50~20 (重量%)
評価3:20~5 (重量%)
評価4:5~2 (重量%)
評価5:2~0 (重量%)
パルプ繊維(アーテック社製)99重量%と、ポリアクリルアミド(ACROS ORGANICS社製、MW100,000)1重量%とを水に分散させ、この水分散液を手漉き手法にて抄紙し、上部より圧力をかけた状態で120℃にて加熱乾燥させることで厚さ80g/m2のLayer-A紙を得た。別途パルプ繊維(アーテック社製)34重量%と、ポリアクリルアミド(ACROS ORGANICS社製、MW100,000)1重量%、MOF-801(Atomis合成品、AP0005)65重量%とを水に分散させ、Layer-A紙を予め敷いた手漉き網を用いてこの水分散液を抄紙し、上部より圧力をかけた状態で90℃にて加熱乾燥させ、更に150℃で加熱真空乾燥させることで厚さ240g/m2の2層混抄紙を得た。
パルプ繊維(アーテック社製)29重量%と、ポリアクリルアミド(ACROS ORGANICS社製、MW100,000)1重量%、MOF-801(Atomis合成品、AP0005)75重量%とを水に分散させ、Layer-A紙を予め敷いた手漉き網を用いてこの水分散液を抄紙し、上部より圧力をかけた状態で90℃にて加熱乾燥させ、更に150℃で加熱真空乾燥させることで厚さ245g/m2の2層混抄紙を得た。
パルプ繊維(アーテック社製)79重量%と、ポリアクリルアミド(ACROS ORGANICS社製、MW100,000)1重量%、MOF-801(Atomis合成品、AP0005)20重量%とを水に分散させ、この水分散液を手漉き手法にて抄紙し、上部より圧力をかけた状態で120℃にて加熱乾燥させることで厚さ85g/m2のLayer-B紙を得た。別途パルプ繊維(アーテック社製)19重量%と、ポリアクリルアミド(ACROS ORGANICS社製、MW100,000)1重量%、MOF-801(Atomis合成品、AP0005)80重量%とを水に分散させ、Layer-B紙を予め敷いた手漉き網を用いてこの水分散液を抄紙し、上部より圧力をかけた状態で150℃にて加熱乾燥させることで厚さ245g/m2の2層混抄紙を得た。
パルプ繊維(アーテック社製)54重量%と、ポリアクリルアミド(ACROS ORGANICS社製、MW100,000)1重量%、MOF-801(Atomis合成品、AP0005)45重量%とを水に分散させ、この水分散液を手漉き手法にて抄紙し、上部より圧力をかけた状態で120℃にて加熱乾燥させることで厚さ85g/m2のLayer-C紙を得た。別途パルプ繊維(アーテック社製)14重量%と、ポリアクリルアミド(ACROS ORGANICS社製、MW100,000)1重量%、MOF-801(Atomis合成品、AP0005)85重量%とを水に分散させ、Layer-C紙を予め敷いた手漉き網を用いてこの水分散液を抄紙し、上部より圧力をかけた状態で90℃にて加熱乾燥させ、更に150℃で加熱真空乾燥させることで厚さ255g/m2の2層混抄紙を得た。
セルロースナノファイバー(第一工業製薬社製、レオクリスタI-2AX)を蒸留水で攪拌希釈し、セルロースナノファイバー0.5重量%溶液を調製した。この溶液をスプレーボトルに入れ、実施例7で調製したPCP含有混抄紙の表面にスプレー塗布し、150℃で真空乾燥した。この操作を繰り返し、コーティング量が2重量%となるように調製した。
酢酸セルロース(和光純薬工業社製)をアセトンで攪拌溶解し、酢酸セルロース5重量%溶液を調製した。この分散液をスプレーボトルに入れ、実施例8で調製したPCP含有混抄紙の表面にスプレー塗布し、150℃で真空乾燥した。この操作を繰り返し、コーティング量が5重量%となるように調製した。
エチルセルロース(日新化成社製、エトセルSTD100)をメタノールで攪拌溶解し、エチルセルロース5重量%溶液を調製した。この分散液をスプレーボトルに入れ、実施例9で調製したPCP含有混抄紙の表面にスプレー塗布し、150℃で真空乾燥した。この操作を繰り返し、コーティング量が5重量%となるように調製した。
以下に吸着素子が用いられた吸湿装置の一実施形態として空気調和装置1を例に挙げて説明する。
図6に、空気調和装置1の概略外観図を示す。図7に、空気調和装置1の概略構成図を示す。
室内機12は、例えば、室内の壁面等に設置される壁掛け型の室内機である。また、室内機12は、室内機ケーシング16、室内熱交換器13、および、室内ファン14等を備えている。室内熱交換器13および室内ファン14は、室内機ケーシング16内に収納されている。
室外機11は、下部の室外空調ユニット20と、上部の加湿ユニット50と、から構成されている。
室外空調ユニット20内には、圧縮機21と、圧縮機21の吐出側に接続される四路切換弁22と、圧縮機21の吸入側に接続されるアキュムレータ23と、四路切換弁22に接続された室外熱交換器24と、室外熱交換器24に接続された室外膨張弁25と、室外熱交換器24に空気流れを供給する室外ファン29と、が収容されている。室外膨張弁25は、液閉鎖弁27を介して液冷媒配管17に接続されている。四路切換弁22は、ガス閉鎖弁28を介してガス冷媒配管18に接続されている。室外空調ユニット20は、液冷媒配管17とガス冷媒配管18を介して、室内機12と接続されている。具体的には、液冷媒配管17は、室内機12における室内熱交換器13の一端と接続されている。ガス冷媒配管18は、室内機12における室内熱交換器13の他端と接続されている。
図8に、加湿ユニット50の分解斜視図を示す。図9に、上面視における加湿ロータ52の領域の説明図を示す。
加湿ユニットケーシング51は、加湿ロータ52、ヒータ60、給排気ファン54、流路切換装置53および吸着用ファン55等を収納している。
加湿ロータ52は、吸着シートが巻き上げられることにより、略円柱形状の外形を有している。吸着シートは、平坦なシートとコルゲート状のシートとが重ねられて構成されている。平坦なシートとコルゲート状のシートとの間の隙間は、略円柱形状の加湿ロータ52の軸方向に延びている。この吸着シートの平坦なシートとコルゲート状のシートとは、いずれも、吸着素子30により構成されている。吸着素子30は、上述のように、例えば、金属有機構造体と繊維とが一体化して構成された基材層31と、基材層31を厚み方向から挟むように設けられた第1通気性層32と第2通気性層33と、を有している。この略円柱形状の加湿ロータ52は、上下方向に延びる軸を中心として回転可能に支持されており、ロータ駆動用のモータによって回転駆動される。加湿ロータ52には、接触する空気中の水分を吸着可能であるとともに、加熱されることで吸着した水分を脱離可能である。
吸着用ファン55は、吸着用ファンモータによって回転駆動され、加湿ロータ52のうちのヒータ60と対向しない吸着領域Xを通過する空気の流れを生成する。具体的には、吸着用ファン55は、第1吸湿用取込口51bおよび第2吸湿用取込口51cから吸い込まれ、吸湿用流路58aを流れて、吸湿用吹出口51aから室外へ排出される空気の流れを生成する。
ヒータ60は、加湿ロータ52のうち加湿用流路58b内に位置する一部の上方に位置しており、加湿ロータ52の上面に対向して配置されている。ヒータ60は、加湿ロータ52から水分を脱離させるために加湿ロータ52へ送られる空気を加熱する。加湿ロータ52は、ヒータ60によって加熱された空気が送られることで加熱されることになる。
給排気ファン54は、加湿ロータ52の側方に配置されており、流路切換装置53による流路の切り換えにより、室外から取り込まれ室内機12へと送られる空気の流れを生成する状態と、室内から室内機12内に取り込まれ室外へと送られる空気の流れを生成する状態と、に切り換えて用いられる。給排気ファン54は、例えば、ターボファン等の遠心ファンで構成することができる。
流路切換装置53は、給排気ファン54と給排気ダクト15との間に配置されている。流路切換装置53は、給排気ファン54と給排気ダクト15との接続状態を、加湿用流路58bと給排気ダクト15とを接続した状態の供給状態と、加湿用流路58bと給排気ダクト15との接続を解除した供給停止状態と、に切り換えることが可能である。また、流路切換装置53は、供給状態において、給排気ダクト15を通過させる空気流れ方向を切り換えることも可能である。
加湿運転時には、加湿ユニット50内において、吸着用ファン55が駆動し、吸湿用流路58aを矢印A11-12方向に空気が流れ、かつ、給排気ファン54が駆動し、加湿用流路58bを矢印A21-23方向に空気が流れる。なお、加湿運転時には、加湿ロータ52は、矢印R方向に回転する。具体的には、加湿ロータ52では、矢印R方向に回転することにより、吸着領域Xに位置していた部分が加熱領域Yに移動し、加熱領域Yに位置していた部分が冷却領域Zに移動し、冷却領域Zに位置していた部分が再び吸着領域Xに移動し、これが繰り返えされる。
本実施形態の空気調和装置1では、冷媒回路10において室内熱交換器13を冷媒の蒸発器として機能させ、室外熱交換器24を冷媒の凝縮器として機能させるように四路切換弁22が切り換えられた状態で、圧縮機21を駆動させることで、室内の空気を冷却させる冷房運転を行うことができる。冷房運転では、室内ファン14、室外ファン29が駆動制御される。
本実施形態の空気調和装置1によれば、室内の湿度を上げることと、室内の湿度を下げることが可能になる。これにより、室内の湿度を調節することができる。特に、ヒータ60の加熱程度や給排気ファン54の送風量を調節することにより、加湿の程度を調整することができる。ここで、ヒータ60の加熱程度を高めた場合であっても、加湿ロータ52が耐熱性材料で構成されることにより、ロータの劣化や吸放湿能力の低下が抑制される。
以下に吸着素子が用いられた大気造水機の一実施形態として大気造水機100を例に挙げて説明する。
図10に、大気造水機100の概略外観図を示す。
大気造水機100では、吸湿ファン62と循環ファン72を駆動させ、ヒータ92を発熱させ、ロータ91を回転駆動させることで、造水する。
本実施形態の大気造水機100によれば、空気中に含まれる水分を集めて水を造ることができる。
