Abstract
Description
項1. (A)塩化ベンザルコニウム、及び(B)下記一般式(1)で表されるポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレンブロックポリマーを含有する、ゲル状洗浄剤組成物。
項2. 更に、(C)ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルを含む、項1に記載のゲル状洗浄剤組成物。
項3. 更に、(D)水溶性無機塩化物を含む、項1又は2に記載のゲル状洗浄剤組成物。
項4. 更に、(E)下記一般式(2)で表されるポリオキシエチレンポリオキシブチレンポリオキシプロピレンブロックポリマーを含む、項1~3のいずれかに記載のゲル状洗浄剤組成物。
項5. 更に、(F)両性界面活性剤を含む、項1~4のいずれかに記載のゲル状洗浄剤組成物。
項6. 前記(A)成分の含有量が0.1~10重量%であり、且つ前記(B)成分の含有量が10~50重量%である、項1~5のいずれかに記載のゲル状洗浄剤組成物。
項7. トイレの洗浄用である、項1~6のいずれかに記載のゲル状洗浄剤組成物。
本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物は、(A)成分として、塩化ベンザルコニウムを含有する。本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物において、塩化ベンザルコニウムは除菌成分として機能し、洗浄対象となる硬質表面を除菌する役割を果たす。従来技術では、塩化ベンザルコニウムを配合したゲル状洗浄剤組成物は、適度なゲル強度を有するゲル状態を形成できなくなるが、本発明によれば、後述する(B)成分を含有することにより、適度なゲル強度を有するゲル状態の形成が可能になる。
本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物は、(B)成分として、下記一般式(1)で表されるポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレンブロックポリマーを含有する。本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物において、下記一般式(1)で表されるポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレンブロックポリマーは、適度なゲル強度を有するゲル状態を形成させるためのゲル化剤としての役割と共に、界面活性作用による洗浄成分としての役割を果たす。
本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物は、(A)成分及び(B)成分に加えて、更にポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル(以下、(C)成分と表記することもある)を含有してもよい。本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物において、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルを含む場合には、硬質表面に対する良好な付着性を備えさせることが可能になる。
物における(C)成分の含有量としては、例えば、(C)成分の総量で1~40重量%、好ましくは2~15重量%、更に好ましくは3~7重量%が挙げられる。
本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物は、水溶性無機塩化物(以下、(D)成分と表記することもある)を含有してもよい。本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物において、前記(A)成分及び(B)成分に加えて、(D)成分を含む場合には、硬質表面に対する良好な付着性を備えさせることが可能になる。
本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物は、下記一般式(2)で表されるポリオキシエチレンポリオキシブチレンポリオキシプロピレンブロックポリマー(以下、(E)成分と表記することもある)を含有してもよい。本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物において、前記(A)成分及び(B)成分に加えて、(E)成分を含む場合には、硬質表面に対する良好な付着性を備えさせることが可能になる。
本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物は、両性界面活性剤(以下、(F)成分と表記することもある)を含有してもよい。
くは0.01~10重量部、より好ましくは0.5~2重量部が挙げられる。
本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物には、使用する空間に芳香を付与するために、必要に応じて、香料が含まれていてもよい。香料は、ゲル状洗浄剤組成物の用途に応じて、所望の芳香を呈する香料成分を適宜選択すればよい。
本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物は、前記前述する成分と共に、水を含有させることによりゲル状に調製される。
本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物には、前述する成分の他に、必要に応じて、水以外の溶剤、(B)成分及び(F)成分以外の界面活性剤、酵素、殺菌剤、キレート剤、着色剤、顔料、消臭剤、乳化剤、可溶化剤、増量剤、溶解性調整剤、漂白剤、撥水剤、親水剤、充填剤、pH調整剤、増粘剤、緩衝剤、消泡剤等の添加剤を適量含むことができる。
本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物のゲル強度については、使用時において、硬質表面に付着させるのに適度なゲル強度を備えていることを限度として、特に制限されないが、例えば、25℃でのゲル強度として、100gf以上、好ましくは100~300gfが挙げられる。なお、本発明において、25℃でのゲル強度は、レオメーターを使用して、直径10mmの感圧軸を用い、せん断速度60mm/min(モード20)の条件下にて測定される値である。
本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物は、常温において、前記(A)及び(B)成分、水、必要に応じて添加される他の成分を所定量混合することによって製造される。
本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物は、硬質表面の洗浄及び除菌に使用される。具体的には、硬質表面に付着させ、硬質表面上に付着した本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物に水を接触させることにより、水に配合成分が流出し、硬質表面の洗浄及び除菌が行われる。
本発明のゲル状洗浄剤組成物は、チューブ容器、ボトル容器、シリンジ型容器等の押出式容器;エアゾール容器等の噴射式容器等に収容して供給される。押出式容器の押出機構については、特に制限されず、手動式、圧縮式等のいずれであってもよい。
(1)洗浄剤組成物の調製
表1に示す各成分を、容器(柏洋硝子株式会社製マヨネーズ瓶;M140/容量140ml)に所定量添加して混合することにより、洗浄剤組成物(容器中に50g収容)を調製した。なお、表1及び2に示す各成分の略号は、以下の通りである。また、表1及び2に示す含有量は、添加した添加剤(商品)に含まれる溶媒を除いた各成分の実質的な量を示す。
レオメーターCR500DX(株式会社サン科学製)を使用して、直径10mmの感圧軸を用い、25℃、せん断速度60mm/min(モード20)の条件下でゲル強度の測定を行った。測定したゲル強度について、以下の判定基準に従って、ゲル強度を判定した。なお、ゲル強度が50gf以上の場合であれば、硬質表面に付着させるゲル状洗浄剤組成物として適度なゲル強度を備えており、ゲル強度が80gf以上であれば、硬質表面に付着させるゲル状洗浄剤組成物として更に適度なゲル強度を備えており、ゲル強度が100gf以上であれば、硬質表面に付着させるゲル状洗浄剤組成物として特に適度なゲル強度を備えているといえる。
(ゲル強度の判定基準)
◎:ゲル強度が100gf以上である。
○:ゲル強度が80gf以上100gf未満である。
△:ゲル強度が50gf以上80gf未満である。
×:ゲル強度が50gf未満である、又は液化しておりゲル強度を測定できない。
各洗浄剤組成物3.5gを「ブルーレット デコラル」(小林製薬株式会社)の容器に充填し、TOTO社製便器C730のボウル表面に、中心から最外縁まで約20mmの花びら形状を5枚有する形状となるように塗布した。塗布後直ぐに、TOTO社製S731Bタンクを用いてフラッシュを連続50回行い、便器ボウルの表面上の洗浄剤組成物の状態を観察した。
(硬質表面への付着性の判定基準)
◎:フラッシュ回数50回でも便器ボウルから剥がれておらず、安定に付着している。
○:フラッシュ回数9回までは便器ボウルから剥がれないが、フラッシュ回数50回までに便器ボウルから剥がれる。
△:フラッシュ回数3回では便器ボウルから剥がれないが、フラッシュ回数9回までに便器ボウルから剥がれる。
×:フラッシュ回数3回までに便器ボウルから剥がれる。
各洗浄剤組成物を60℃の温度条件で2週間保存した後の性状を目視にて確認し、以下の判定基準に従って、ゲル状態を評価した。なお、各洗浄剤組成物を収容した容器を90度傾けた状態で5秒間静止し、目視にて流動が確認できなかったものを「ゲル状」であると評価した。
<ゲル状態の判定基準>
○:ゲル状態に変化がなく、形状を安定に維持できている。
△:明らかな軟化又は硬化が認められ、ゲル状態に変化が認められる。
×:液化したり、硬くなり過ぎて容器から出し難くなったりしている。
(透明性の判定基準)
○:透明である。
△:やや白濁している。
×:明らかに白濁している。
得られた結果を表1に示す。塩化ベンザルコニウムを含まない場合には、EO・BO・POブロックポリマーを使用することにより、優れたゲル強度、透明性、及び硬質表面への付着性を備えることができていたが(参考例1)、EO・BO・POブロックポリマーと共に塩化ベンザルコニウムを添加すると、ゲル強度、硬質表面への付着性、及び透明性の全てが不十分になり、硬質表面に付着して使用される洗浄剤としては実用に供し得ないものであった(比較例1)。これに対して、これに対して、塩化ベンザルコニウムと共にEO・POブロックポリマーを含む場合には、適度なゲル強度を備えることができ、良好なゲル状態を形成できていた(実施例1~10)。また、塩化ベンザルコニウム及びEO・POブロックポリマーに加えて、ポリオキシエチレンセチルエーテル、EO・BO・POブロックポリマー、及び水溶性無機塩化物(塩化アンモニウム、塩化ナトリウム)の少なくとも1種を含む場合には、硬質表面に対する付着性も良好であった(実施例3~10)。更に、塩化ベンザルコニウム及びEO・POブロックポリマーに加えて、ポリオキシエチレンセチルエーテル及び水溶性無機塩化物(塩化アンモニウム、塩化ナトリウム)を含む場合には、高温保存後でもゲル状態を安定に形成できていた(実施例5)。また、塩化ベンザルコニウム及びEO・POブロックポリマーに加えて、水溶性無機塩化物(塩化アンモニウム、塩化ナトリウム)及び両性界面活性剤を含む場合でも、高温保存後でもゲル状態を安定に形成できていた(実施例6)。

- 前記(A)成分の含有量が0.1~10重量%であり、且つ前記(B)成分の含有量が10~50重量%である、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のゲル状洗浄剤組成物。
