Definitions
- the present invention relates to an application container.
- This application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2021-081699 filed in Japan on May 13, 2021, and the contents thereof are incorporated herein.
- an applicator container for applying a content liquid such as a medicinal solution to a part to be applied such as the scalp or skin of a human body has been known.
- a container is attached to the mouth of a container body, and a communication hole that communicates with the inside of the container body and a discharge hole that communicates with the communication hole and discharges the content liquid are formed.
- Applicator containers are known which are formed with a valve seat that abuts against.
- the communication between the communicating hole and the discharge hole is blocked by the valve body and the valve seat when not in use. It is necessary to open the valve by pushing the application member after removing it. Therefore, it is difficult to additionally impregnate the content liquid into the application member before use. Moreover, if the communication hole and the discharge hole were to communicate with each other all the time, the content liquid might leak from the discharge hole during use.
- the present invention has been made in consideration of such circumstances, and provides an applicator container in which the content liquid can be impregnated into the applicator member before use while suppressing leakage of the content liquid during use. intended to
- a communication hole is attached to the mouth of a container body and communicates with the inside of the container body, and a discharge hole communicating with the communication hole and discharging the content liquid of the container body is formed.
- a cylindrical inner plug member extending in the vertical direction; a cylindrical storage portion with a bottom supported inside the inner plug member so as to be movable in the vertical direction; a holder having a plug that opens from below the communicating hole so as to be able to be closed, and has a communicating passage formed between itself and the inner plug member that communicates the inside of the accommodating portion with the inside of the container main body; an applicator member protruding upward from the holder; a biasing member that biases the holder upward against the inner plug member; and an overcap that closes the discharge hole, and in a state in which the overcap is detached from the mouth and the plug closes the communication hole, the inner peripheral surface of the inner plug member and the outer peripheral surface of the accommodating portion. and a sealing portion for blocking communication with the outside
- the plug when the overcap is attached to the mouth of the container body, the plug opens the communication hole of the inner plug member, so that the inside of the container and the container body are communicated through the communication passage. communicated with the inside. Therefore, by inverting or shaking the applicator container with the overcap attached, the content liquid in the container main body can be supplied into the accommodating portion. At this time, since the discharge hole of the inner plug member is closed by the overcap, it is possible to impregnate the application member with the content liquid before use while suppressing leakage of the content liquid. Furthermore, when the overcap is removed from the mouth portion of the container body, the restriction on the upward movement of the holder is released, so that the plug body rises and closes the communication hole.
- the sealing portion cuts off the communication between the communication passage extending between the outer peripheral surface of the accommodating portion and the inner peripheral surface of the inner plug member and the outside. Therefore, for example, it is possible to suppress leakage of the content liquid remaining in the communication passage from between the outer peripheral surface of the accommodating portion and the inner peripheral surface of the inner plug member.
- an application container capable of impregnating the content liquid into the application member before use while suppressing leakage of the content liquid during use.
- the seal portion includes a first seal convex portion provided on the inner peripheral surface of the inner plug member, and a first seal convex portion provided on the outer peripheral surface of the accommodating portion. and a second seal protrusion located below the first seal protrusion and the second seal when the overcap is detached from the mouth and the plug closes the communication hole.
- a seal is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the inner plug member and the outer peripheral surface of the accommodating portion by contact with the convex portion.
- the first seal protrusion and the second seal protrusion are brought into contact with each other, thereby A seal is provided between the inner peripheral surface of the member and the outer peripheral surface of the housing.
- the inner peripheral surface of the inner plug member and the outer peripheral surface of the accommodating portion can be reliably sealed by the seal portion.
- the overcap is attached to the mouth, the first seal protrusion and the second seal protrusion are not in contact with each other.
- a third aspect of the present invention further comprises a first restricting convex portion provided on the inner peripheral surface of the inner plug member, and a second restricting convex portion provided on the outer peripheral surface of the accommodating portion, In a state in which the overcap is detached from the mouth, the stopper closes the communication hole, and the seal blocks communication between the communication passage and the outside, the first restricting protrusion and the It is an application container which concerns on a said 1st aspect or 2nd aspect to which a said 2nd control convex part contact
- the plug when the inner plug member and the holder change over time, the plug may excessively bite into the inner plug member due to the biasing force of the biasing member.
- Such changes over time include, for example, a state in which the overcap is detached from the mouth of the container body, and a state in which the intermediate product (applicator plug) in which the inner plug member and the holder are combined is not used as a component of the applicator container. It can occur when maintained for a long period of time.
- the stopper closes the communication hole, and the seal portion blocks communication between the communication passage and the outside, the first restricting convex portion and the second restricting portion A convex part abuts on the up-down direction. Therefore, as described above, even if the plug body tries to excessively bite into the inner plug member due to the urging force of the urging member, the first and second restricting projections engage with each other to raise the holder. can be regulated. This restricts the plug from excessively biting into the inner plug member.

- a plurality of restricting ribs 75 are formed at intervals in the circumferential direction.
- the regulation rib 75 is formed so as to be separated from the application member 50 .
- a lower edge of the regulating rib 75 is separated from the discharge cylinder portion 26 .
- a part of the lower edge of the regulating rib 75 protrudes downward and contacts the upper edge of the accommodating portion 31 of the holder 30 from above the accommodating portion 31 .
- the overcap 4 restricts the lifting of the holder 30 in an upwardly biased state by the biasing member 60 .
- the stopper 35 of the holder 30 is in contact with the communication hole of the inner stopper member 20 . 21 is opened, the inside of the housing portion 31 and the inside of the container main body 2 are communicated through the communication path 40 . Therefore, by inverting or shaking the applicator container 1 with the overcap 4 attached, the content liquid in the container main body 2 can be supplied into the accommodating portion 31 . Since the discharge hole 22 of the inner plug member 20 is closed by the inner cylindrical portion 72 of the overcap 4, leakage of the content liquid can be suppressed and the application member 50 can be impregnated with the content liquid before use.
- the distance between the communication passage 40 and the outside of the applicator plug 3 is the distance between the inner peripheral surface of the protruding tube 27 and the outer peripheral surface of the housing portion 31 (discharge hole 22). communicated through That is, the communication passage 40 and the outside of the applicator plug 3 (the inside of the inner cylindrical portion 72) communicate through the space (discharge hole 22) between the inner peripheral surface of the protruding tube 27 and the outer peripheral surface of the housing portion 31.
- the second seal protrusion 31d which was positioned inside the first recess 27a in the initial state, moves upward from the first recess 27a and is positioned radially inside the first seal protrusion 27c.
- the surface of the first seal protrusion 27c and the surface of the second seal protrusion 31d are pressed against each other, and the space between (the space between) the inner peripheral surface of the inner plug member 20 and the outer peripheral surface of the housing portion 31 is formed. is sealed.
- the first seal projection 27c and the second seal projection 31d function as a seal portion 80. As shown in FIG.
- the seal portion 80 is formed between (the space between) the outer peripheral surface of the housing portion 31 and the inner peripheral surface of the inner plug member 20 in a state where the overcap 4 is detached from the mouth portion 10 and the plug body 35 closes the communication hole 21 .
- the communication between the communication passage 40 passing through (the discharge hole 22) and the outside (that is, the outside of the coating plug 3 or the outside of the coating container 1 when the overcap 4 is removed from the mouth portion 10) is cut off.
- the discharge hole 22 is closed when the overcap 4 is attached, and as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the overcap 4 is removed, the discharge hole 22 is closed. After opening and the holder 30 starts to rise, the communication hole 21 is closed. Therefore, when the overcap 4 is removed, the application container 1 can be ready for use with the internal pressure of the container body 2 temporarily released. Therefore, it is possible to suppress leakage of the content liquid during use due to an increase in the internal pressure of the container body 2 .
- the sealing portion 80 can block the communication between the communication passage 40 passing between the outer peripheral surface of the housing portion 31 and the inner peripheral surface of the inner plug member 20 and the outside.
- communication between the communication path 40 passing between (the space between) the outer peripheral surface of the housing portion 31 and the inner peripheral surface of the inner plug member 20 and the outside is cut off without using the seal portion 80.
- the sealing portion 80 can block the communication between the communication passage 40 passing between the outer peripheral surface of the housing portion 31 and the inner peripheral surface of the inner plug member 20 and the outside. Therefore, the lubricating agent as described above becomes unnecessary, and the flexibility of the content liquid can be increased.
- the plug body 35 may excessively bite into the inner plug member 20 due to the biasing force of the biasing member 60 .
- the overcap 4 is removed from the mouth portion 10, the plug 35 closes the communication hole 21, and the seal portion 80 connects the communication passage 40 and the outside.
- the first restricting protrusion 27b and the second restricting protrusion 31e abut vertically (the first restricting protrusion 27b and the second restricting protrusion 31e abut vertically).
- the overcap 4 is in direct contact with the holder 30 to regulate the upward movement of the holder 30, but it is not limited to this.
- the overcap may restrict the upward movement of the holder by contacting the application member and pressing the application member downward.
- the application member 50 projects upward from the discharge hole 22 with the overcap 4 attached to the mouth portion 10 of the container body 2, but the application member 50 is not limited to this.
- the application member only needs to protrude upward from the ejection hole with at least the overcap removed.
- the overcap 4 has a double cylindrical shape, but it is not limited to this.
- it may have a multi-stage cylindrical shape that expands stepwise from the top to the bottom.
- a step between the upper tubular portion and the lower tubular portion may function as the second sealing surface 72a.
- an application container capable of impregnating an application member with a content liquid before use while suppressing leakage of the content liquid during use.

Abstract
