運転対象プログラムと同じファイル識別情報の加工プログラムが外部記憶デバイス300に記憶されている場合、ファイル情報比較部18は、外部記憶デバイス300から読み出した運転対象プログラムの編集日時と、ファイル情報記憶部13に記憶された運転対象プログラムの編集日時とを比較する。2つのデバイスの編集日時が異なる場合には、運転対象プログラムが編集されたと判定する。
第2の開示のファイル管理システム1000は、編集日時の管理を、ファイルシステム部11ではなく、数値制御装置100の編集日時更新部23及び外部装置200の編集日時更新部33が行う。
外部装置200で外部記憶デバイス300に記憶された加工プログラムを編集するときは、外部記憶デバイス300の編集日時のみを更新する。このため、外部装置200に記憶された加工プログラムの編集日時と、ファイル情報記憶部13に記憶された加工プログラムの編集日時とが一致しない。
数値制御装置100のファイル情報比較部18は、外部記憶デバイス300の編集日時と、ファイル情報記憶部13の編集日時とを比較し、2つの編集日時が異なる場合には、運転対象プログラムが編集されたと判定する。本開示のファイル管理システムは、編集日時を用いてファイルの内容が変更されたか否かを識別することができる。
なお、編集日時の読出し及び更新は、第1の開示ではファイルシステム部が行い、第2の開示ではファイル情報読取部が行う。

Claims (9)
- 加工プログラムのファイル識別情報と編集日時とを記憶するファイル情報記憶部と、
運転対象に設定された加工プログラムである運転対象プログラムのファイル識別情報を記憶する運転対象プログラム記憶部と、
外部記憶デバイスの取り付けを認識する外部記憶デバイス認識部と、
前記取り付けられた外部記憶デバイスに前記運転対象プログラムが格納されている場合、前記外部記憶デバイスが記憶する運転対象プログラムの編集日時と、前記ファイル情報記憶部が記憶する運転対象プログラムの編集日時とが異なる場合、前記運転対象プログラムが編集されたと判定するファイル情報比較部と、
を備える数値制御装置。 - 前記加工プログラムを格納するファイルに対し、各加工プログラムにユニークなファイル識別情報を付与するファイル識別情報管理部を備える、請求項1記載の数値制御装置。
- 前記加工プログラムを編集する編集部と、
前記外部記憶デバイスに格納された加工プログラムが編集された場合、前記外部記憶デバイスが記憶する前記加工プログラムの編集日時を更新するファイルシステム部と、
前記ファイル情報記憶部が記憶する前記加工プログラムの編集日時を更新する編集日時更新部と、を備える請求項1記載の数値制御装置。 - 前記加工プログラムを編集する編集部と、
前記外部記憶デバイスに格納された加工プログラムが編集された場合、前記外部記憶デバイスが記憶する前記加工プログラムの編集日時と、前記ファイル情報記憶部が記憶する前記加工プログラムの編集日時とを、更新する編集日時更新部と、を備える請求項1記載の数値制御装置。 - 前記運転対象プログラムが編集されていないと判定された場合、前記運転対象プログラムを運転対象の加工プログラムとして選択する運転対象プログラム選択部を備える、請求項1記載の数値制御装置。

前記運転対象プログラムが編集されていると判定された場合、前記運転対象プログラムが編集されたことをオペレータに通知する編集通知部を備える、請求項1記載の数値制御装置。 - 前記編集通知部は、前記オペレータが承認するまで加工の開始を待機する、請求項6記載の数値制御装置。
- 前記運転対象プログラムは、当該数値制御装置が最後に実行した加工プログラムである、請求項1記載の数値制御装置。
- 1つ又は複数のプロセッサが実行することにより、
加工プログラムのファイル識別情報と編集日時とを数値制御装置に記憶させ、
運転対象に設定された加工プログラムである運転対象プログラムのファイル識別情報を前記数値制御装置に記憶させ、
外部記憶デバイスの前記数値制御装置への取り付けを認識し、
前記取り付けられた外部記憶デバイスに前記運転対象プログラムが格納されている場合、前記外部記憶デバイスが記憶する運転対象プログラムの編集日時と、前記数値制御装置が記憶する運転対象プログラムの編集日時とが異なる場合、前記運転対象プログラムが編集されたと判定する、
