本发明公开了一种纳米颗粒改性新型耐火砖成型系统,属于耐火砖生产技术领域,包括底部组装板和侧部组装板,侧部组装板对称设置有两组,两组侧部组装板分别设置于底部组装板两侧,还包括:第一上料机构,设置于底部组装板顶部,第一上料机构包括两组第一竖板和第一移动底座;第二上料机构,设置于底部组装板顶部,第二上料机构包括联动组件和滑动升降组件,第二上料机构顶起端设置有第二下模座;快速成型组件,设置于侧部组装板内侧壁,快速成型组件与第一上料机构和第二上料机构相配合;本发明能有效解决装填原料所占单组生产时间过长的问题,能实现连续作业,可有效调高生产效率。
