5.3 本发明多肽营养粉对胃溃疡疗效观察
[胃溃疡的诊断标准]:按1995 卫生部制定的发布中药新药治疗胃溃疡的临床指导原则。
西医诊断标准:参照1982 年重庆全国胃炎诊治座谈会制定的标准;
中医辩证:参照1989 年中国中西医结合学会消化系统疾病专业委员会的诊断试行标准。
疗效判定标准:按照1995 年卫生部制定发布的中药新药治疗胃溃疡的临床指导原则规定:
i 临床治愈:临床症状体征消失,胃镜复查粘膜慢性炎症好转,肠化生和异型增生恢复正常或消失;
ii 显效:临床主要症状、体征消失,胃镜检查粘膜慢性炎症好转,肠化生和异型增生恢复正常或减轻2 度;
iii 有效:主要症状体征明显减轻,胃镜复查粘膜病变范围缩小1/2 以上,炎症有所减轻,溃疡面减小;肠化生和异型增生减轻;
iv 无效 :达不到有效标准或反恶化。
[治疗方法]:
治疗组给药本发明多肽营养粉,每日3 次,每次20g 温水200 毫升冲服,一个月为一疗程,病情重可连续2-3 个月,观察期间停用一切健脾养胃药物。治疗前后各复查一次胃窥镜及各项理化检查,结果如下:
本发明大豆多肽营养液治疗胃溃疡的总有效率:
此表体现出本发明多肽营养粉对胃溃疡总有效率85%,另外其他体征也有显著变化。
5.4 本发明多肽营养粉对运动员体力恢复观察
[观察方法]:
对30 例运动员进行了2 个月的临床观察,每日3 次,每次20g 温水200 毫升冲服。
评价结果
研究认为本多肽营养粉可以迅速恢复体能,增强高强度劳动、运动者的免疫力、耐力,同时对胃动力有明显效果。
Claims (7)
- 一种多肽营养粉,其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的营养食品:大豆分离蛋白10~90g、大豆肽粉3~15g、乳清蛋白粉1~10g、胶原蛋白肽粉3~15g、海洋鱼低聚肽粉3~15g、小麦肽3~15g、植脂末1~50g(葡萄糖浆、氢化植物油、酪蛋白、磷酸氢二钾、单、双甘油脂肪酸脂、二氧化硅)、麦芽糊精1~15g、全脂乳粉1~10g、葡萄糖酸锌6~18mg、磷酸氢钙250~1000mg、碳酸镁130~210mg、焦磷酸铁9.5~22mg、醋酸维生素A 400~1700ug、维生素D³1~2ug、dl-α-醋酸生育酚7.6~18mg、盐酸硫胺素0.9~2.2mg、核黄素0.9~2.2mg、盐酸吡哆醇0.7~2.2mg、氢钴胺1~6.6ug、L-抗坏血酸100~225mg、烟酸11~33mg、叶酸60~600ug、D-泛酸钙2.2~8mg、黄原胶0~0.9g。
- 如权利要求1 所述的一种多肽营养粉,其原料的重量配比是:大豆分离蛋白30~80g、大豆肽粉3~10g、乳清蛋白粉2~8g、胶原蛋白肽粉3~10g、海洋鱼低聚肽粉3~10g、小麦肽3~10g、植脂末5~20g(葡萄糖浆、氢化植物油、酪蛋白、磷酸氢二钾、单、双甘油脂肪酸脂、二氧化硅)、麦芽糊精1~12g、全脂乳粉1~10g、葡萄糖酸锌6~18mg、磷酸氢钙250~800mg、碳酸镁130~200mg、焦磷酸铁9.5~20mg、醋酸维生素A 400~1500ug、维生素D³1~2ug、dl-α-醋酸生育酚7.6~18mg、盐酸硫胺素1~2mg、核黄素1~2mg、盐酸吡哆醇0.7~2.2mg、氢钴胺1~6.6ug、L-抗坏血酸100~200mg、烟酸11~33mg、叶酸60~600ug、D-泛酸钙2.2~8mg、黄原胶0~0.9g。
- 如权利要求1 或2 所述的一种多肽营养粉,其原料的重量配比是:大豆分离蛋白50g、大豆肽粉7g、乳清蛋白粉5g、胶原蛋白肽粉7g、海洋鱼低聚肽粉7g、小麦肽5g、植脂末10g(葡萄糖浆、氢化植物油、酪蛋白、磷酸氢二钾、单、双甘油脂肪酸脂、二氧化硅)、麦芽糊精5g、全脂乳粉3g、葡萄糖酸锌15mg、磷酸氢钙400mg、碳酸镁180mg、焦磷酸铁15mg、醋酸维生素A 500ug、维生素D³1ug、dl-α-醋酸生育酚15mg、盐酸硫胺素1.5mg、核黄素1.8mg、盐酸吡哆醇1.5mg、氢钴胺2ug、L-抗坏血酸180mg、烟酸20mg、叶酸280ug、D-泛酸钙7mg、黄原胶0.25g。
- 如权利要求1 或2 所述的多肽营养粉,其特征在于原料还包括加入80mg 阿斯巴甜(含苯丙氢酸),以及0.1g 可可香精,形成可可味。
- 如权利要求1 或2 所述的多肽营养粉,其特征在于原料还包括加入80mg 阿斯巴甜(含苯丙氢酸),以及0.1g 杏仁香精,形成杏仁味。
- 如权利要求1~5 所述的一种多肽营养粉配置方法,其特征在于按上市原料的配比称取原料,经初混,经80 目筛,加入混合机混合1~3 个小时,微波杀菌器中杀菌1 个小时,入袋装,检验后即可得成品。
- 如权利要求6 所述的一种多肽营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于成品剂型是采用食品上可以接受的载体或赋形制成的粉剂、颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂。
