Abstract
本发明涉及一种营养粉,具体涉及一种含复合益生元的均衡营养粉及其制备方法。包括以下组分:大豆蛋白、乳清蛋白、膳食纤维、益生元、脂肪、碳水化合物、复合维生素、葡萄糖酸钙、蜂蜜、苹果浓缩汁、益生菌;益生元为低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖和低聚半乳糖复配的复合益生元。本发明各组分协同作用,满足病人对不同蛋白多肽的需求,达到良好的营养效果,同时具有减轻便秘症状、增强免疫、改善各种肠道疾病等效果;本发明还提供其制备方法,本产品为粉剂,相比片剂、胶囊剂等其他固体制剂,本品中的大豆蛋白、乳清蛋白等更易溶出,利于吸收。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种营养粉,具体涉及一种含复合益生元的均衡营养粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前我国医用食品市场上,粉剂产品占40.4%、液体产品占49.6%、半固体产品和固体产品仅占2.5%和7.4%,产品种类还较为单一。而在已收录的705款医用食品中,适用于0-1岁人群的仅有39款,适用于老年人的仅17款,还有极大的发展需求。由于我国医用食品行业发展滞后,大多食品专业人士还并未涉入到医用食品研发领域中。目前,我国医用食品种类少,产品加工质量急需提高,以至于患者选择余地小,产品大量依靠国外进口,这就更催促了我国医用食品加工行业的发展。我国医用食品应在保证质量安全和营养的前提下,提高品质,才能使消费者长期坚持食用。同时,形成完整产业链,以应对国外医用食品的冲击。
在我国,即使在食品专业领域,听说过医用食品的也仅占受访者的1/3,仅0.6%的受访者能正确选用医用食品,这与对传统保健食品的认知度有很大差距。消费者对医用食品的不了解,严重制约了其发展。医用食品的发展还依赖对医务工作者和消费者的宣传和普及力度,将医用食品与传统保健食品的概念加以区分,明确医用食品对临床营养的重要性,才能使医用食品得到更好、更健康的发展。
均衡全营养粉是一种可作为单一营养来源满足目标人群营养需求的特殊医学用途配方食品。均衡全营养粉富含维持人体正常生理功能所必需的多种营养成分,包含优质蛋白、脂肪、碳水化合物、膳食纤维、亚油酸、多种维生素和矿物质。而且更加科学合理的补充均衡营养,能更好地增强人体免疫能力与健康水平。
以食辅药进行肠内营养干预可以避免长期服用药物所带来的副作用,在一定程度上缓解疾病患者的痛苦,避免某些并发症的产生,更可有助于患者的康复,缩短住院治疗周期,同时减轻患者的经济负担。随着各种疾病发病率的逐年提高及我国人口老龄化程度的不断加深,疾病患者的营养问题逐渐突显,医用食品作为一种特殊的配方食品,在患者日常的营养管理中处于越来越重要的地位,在辅助治疗效应和经济效应上,都存在必要性和必需性,具有非常重要的现实意义。尤其在糖尿病、肥胖、肿瘤、肺病、肝病等多个疾病领域以及婴幼儿人群、老年营养不良人群等多个目标人群中,均留有巨大的发展空间和发展潜力。相信随着政策法规的不断完善、产品的不断创新、新技术的不断开发,医用食品将在临床营养应用上起到更重要的作用,具有广阔的产业发展空间,造福于更多患者。
全营养医用食品适合于大部分无代谢障碍、胃肠功能尚属正常的患者,特别是进食量较少或普通饮食不能满足其营养需求的患者,在进行外科手术前后的患者也适用。此类医用食品可以改善营养状况,纠正负氮平衡,增强机体抵抗力;在外科术前使用患者有足够的营养储备,可增加对手术和麻醉的耐受力;术后补充,有利于减少感染等并发症,促进创口的愈合。全营养医用食品参考中国营养学会推荐的食物营养素参考摄入量(DRIs),含有供能配比合适的糖类、蛋白质和脂肪,还含有全面丰富的维生素、矿物质。以此类产品长期作为唯一肠内营养来源,可以维持机体健康,促进疾病的恢复。医用食品在老年、儿童及孕妇等特殊人群的疾病治疗中提供营养支持并能起到改善预后作用,同时对缩短住院时间、防止疾病恶化、降低死亡率有正向作用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种含复合益生元的均衡营养粉,各组分协同作用,满足病人对不同蛋白多肽的需求,达到良好的营养效果,同时具有减轻便秘症状、增强免疫、改善各种肠道疾病等效果;本发明还提供其制备方法。
本发明所述的含复合益生元的均衡营养粉,包括以下组分:大豆蛋白、乳清蛋白、膳食纤维、益生元、脂肪、碳水化合物、复合维生素、葡萄糖酸钙、蜂蜜、苹果浓缩汁、益生菌;益生元为低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖和低聚半乳糖复配的复合益生元。
其中:
复合维生素为以下重量份数的成分:维生素A 1份、维生素C 2份、维生素D 2份、维生素B1 1份、维生素B2 1份、维生素E 2份。
益生菌为:嗜酸乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌和短双歧杆菌按等质量比混合。具有促进人体对营养物质的吸收、提高免疫力、预防和治疗便秘及腹泻、降低血脂、抑制肠道病源和腐败微生物的生长,分解致癌物质等作用。
优选地,低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖和低聚半乳糖的重量比为1:2:1。益生元是一种膳食补充剂,它通过选择性的刺激有益菌的生长与活性而对宿主产生有益的影响,从而改善寄主健康的不可被消化的食品成分,益生元作为一种膳食补充剂,通过选择性的刺激一种或几种细菌的生长与活性,而对寄主产生有益的影响,从而改善寄主健康。对人体的主要作用如下:减轻便秘症状、降低肠pH值、调理细菌平衡、预防肠癌发生、增强免疫系统等。
作为一种优选的技术方案,本发明所述的含复合益生元的均衡营养粉包括以下重量份数的组分:大豆蛋白10-15份、乳清蛋白10-15份、膳食纤维12-16份、益生元5-7份、脂肪5-7份、碳水化合物12-16份、复合维生素5-7份、葡萄糖酸钙2-5份、蜂蜜2-3份、苹果浓缩汁2-3份、益生菌1-2份。
本发明所述的含复合益生元的均衡营养粉的制备方如下:将所有组分混合、浓缩、喷雾干燥、杀菌烘干、分装、外包装、检验、包装得产品。
其中:喷雾干燥的进风温度为200℃,出风温度100℃,进料速度12mL/min。
杀菌烘干工艺采用微波烘干杀菌工艺。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)大豆蛋白中含有多种生物活性物质。它们有明显地改善人体细胞的微环境,平衡人体内分泌和抑制癌细胞等保健作用。乳清蛋白是具有多种活性成分和保健作用的蛋白质,对孕妇、产妇,生长发育期的儿童和青少年,免疫力和抵抗力低下,病后、术后康复期,体质差,容易生病,运动员等补充优质蛋白质有重要价值。膳食纤维是健康饮食不可缺少的,纤维在保持消化系统健康上扮演着重要的角色,同时摄取足够的纤维也可以预防心血管疾病、癌症、糖尿病以及其它疾病。纤维可以清洁消化壁和增强消化功能,纤维同时可稀释和加速食物中的致癌物质和有毒物质的移除,保护脆弱的消化道和预防结肠癌。纤维可减缓消化速度和最快速排泄胆固醇,所以可让血液中的血糖和胆固醇控制在最理想的水平。益生元作为一种膳食补充剂,通过选择性的刺激一种或几种细菌的生长与活性,而对寄主产生有益的影响,从而改善寄主健康。对人体的主要作用如下:减轻便秘症状、降低肠pH值、调理细菌平衡、预防肠癌发生、增强免疫系统等。益生菌调理肠胃能够改善各种肠道疾病,常吃益生菌能够破坏幽门螺旋干菌的保护层,从而改善胃部疾病,能够杀死有害细菌,防止其产生毒素,缓解便秘腹泻等症。
(2)本项目采用植物性蛋白与动物性蛋白精制复合的方式形成双蛋白复合,可满足病人对不同蛋白多肽的需求,达到良好的营养效果。
(3)本发明还提供其制备方法,本产品为粉剂,相比片剂、胶囊剂等其他固体制剂,本品中的大豆蛋白、乳清蛋白等更易溶出,利于吸收。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种含复合益生元的均衡营养粉,包括以下重量份数的组分:大豆蛋白12份、乳清蛋白12份、膳食纤维15份、益生元6份、脂肪6份、碳水化合物14份、复合维生素6份、葡萄糖酸钙3份、蜂蜜2.5份、苹果浓缩汁2.5份、益生菌2份。
益生元为低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖和低聚半乳糖复配的复合益生元,低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖和低聚半乳糖的重量比为1:2:1。
复合维生素为以下重量份数的成分:维生素A 1份、维生素C 2份、维生素D 2份、维生素B1 1份、维生素B2 1份、维生素E 2份。
益生菌为:嗜酸乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌和短双歧杆菌按等质量比混合。
所述的含复合益生元的均衡营养粉的制备方法,将所有组分混合、浓缩、喷雾干燥、微波烘干杀菌、分装、外包装、检验、包装得产品。

实施例2

益生元为低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖和低聚半乳糖复配的复合益生元,低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖和低聚半乳糖的重量比为1:2:1。
复合维生素为以下重量份数的成分:维生素A 1份、维生素C 2份、维生素D 2份、维生素B1 1份、维生素B2 1份、维生素E 2份。
益生菌为:嗜酸乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌和短双歧杆菌按等质量比混合。
所述的含复合益生元的均衡营养粉的制备方法,将所有组分混合、浓缩、喷雾干燥、微波烘干杀菌、分装、外包装、检验、包装得产品。

Claims (8)
1.一种含复合益生元的均衡营养粉,其特征在于:包括以下组分:大豆蛋白、乳清蛋白、膳食纤维、益生元、脂肪、碳水化合物、复合维生素、葡萄糖酸钙、蜂蜜、苹果浓缩汁、益生菌;益生元为低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖和低聚半乳糖复配的复合益生元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含复合益生元的均衡营养粉,其特征在于:复合维生素为以下重量份数的成分:维生素A 1份、维生素C 2份、维生素D 2份、维生素B1 1份、维生素B21份、维生素E 2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含复合益生元的均衡营养粉,其特征在于:益生菌为:嗜酸乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌和短双歧杆菌按等质量比混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含复合益生元的均衡营养粉,其特征在于:低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖和低聚半乳糖的重量比为1:2:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含复合益生元的均衡营养粉,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的组分:大豆蛋白10-15份、乳清蛋白10-15份、膳食纤维12-16份、益生元5-7份、脂肪5-7份、碳水化合物12-16份、复合维生素5-7份、葡萄糖酸钙2-5份、蜂蜜2-3份、苹果浓缩汁2-3份、益生菌1-2份。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的含复合益生元的均衡营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于:将所有组分混合、浓缩、喷雾干燥、杀菌烘干、分装、外包装、检验、包装得产品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的含复合益生元的均衡营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于:喷雾干燥的进风温度为200℃,出风温度100℃,进料速度12mL/min。
8.根据权利要求6所述的含复合益生元的均衡营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于:杀菌烘干工艺采用微波烘干杀菌工艺。
