背景技术
复合多肽,也称多元胜肽,是α-氨基酸以肽链连接在一起而形成的化合物,它也是蛋白质水解的中间产物。由两个氨基酸分子脱水缩合而成的化合物叫做二肽,同理类推还有三肽、四肽、五肽等。通常由10~100氨基酸分子脱水缩合而成的化合物叫多肽。
生物活性肽是源于蛋白但优于蛋白的多功能化合物,按照功能来分有免疫活性肽、神经活性肽、降血压肽和抗菌多肽等多种。一般地将2肽-10肽(2肽由2个氨基酸构成,n肽由n个氨基酸构成)或相对分子质量小于1000D的肽称为寡肽或小肽,如谷胱甘肽,它们具有多种人体代谢和生理调节功能,易消化吸收,有促进免疫、激素调节、抗菌、抗病毒、降血压、降血脂、降血糖等作用,食用安全性极高,是当前国际食品界最热门的研究课题和极具发展前景的功能因子。20世纪末,科学家在破解基因的秘密的同时,也对存在于生物体内的另一类奇妙物质的研究发生极大的兴趣。这类物质就是生物活性肽。

针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种提高免疫力缓解疲劳的复合肽固体饮料及其制备方法,该复合肽固体饮料中的营养成分丰富、功能因子多、协同作用强、便于人们吸收,具有良好的提高机体免疫力、补充营养的功能。

该提高免疫力缓解疲劳的复合肽固体饮料的制备方法包括如下几个步骤:
步骤1:按照称取枸杞、黄精、桑叶、大枣、酸枣各80份;
步骤2:枸杞洗净去杂;黄精去杂切片;桑叶去杂,剪碎;大枣、酸枣洗净、去核;
步骤3:按照权利要求1中的比例称取处理好的枸杞、黄精、桑叶混合,加水提取两次,第一次按照质量比为1:10加水,回流提取2h,取一次滤液;第二次按照质量比M滤渣:M水=1:8加水,回流提取1.5h,取二次滤液,并合并两次滤液,混匀得混合提取液;
步骤4:取步骤3所得提取液,浓缩,按照重量之比M原料:M麦芽糊精=1:0.1加入麦芽糊精,喷雾干燥,即得混合提取物;
步骤5:称取处理好的大枣、酸枣各40份,加入按照重量之比M原料:M水=1:10加水,低温循环提取,提取温度控制为60-80℃,提取时间为1.5h,过滤分离残渣;
步骤6:再次称取处理好的大枣、酸枣各40份,加入步骤5所得提取液,低温提取,提取温度控制为60-80℃,提取时间为1.5h,过滤分离残渣;
步骤7:取步骤6所得提取液,按照重量之比M原料:M麦芽糊精=1:0.2加入麦芽糊精,喷雾干燥,即得大枣酸枣提取物;
步骤8:按照权利要求1中的比例称取剩余原料,并将剩余原料、混合提取物及大枣酸枣提取物,搅拌均匀,制粒,即为所得。

4.根据权利要求2所述的提高免疫力缓解疲劳的复合肽固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3中混合原料与水的质量比为M混合原料:M水=1:10。
5.根据权利要求2所述的提高免疫力缓解疲劳的复合肽固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4中浓缩液的相对密度为1.06-1.08。
6.根据权利要求2所述的提高免疫力缓解疲劳的复合肽固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4、7中喷雾干燥条件为进风温度175~180℃,出风温度87~90℃,塔内压强-33~-35Pa。
