(表面処理剤の調製)
下記表1に示すフルオロポリエーテル基含有シラン化合物を20質量%含有するNor7200溶液に、下記表1に示す量のアミド化合物及び相溶化剤等を加えて、実施例1~32及び比較例1~10の表面処理剤を調製した。
上記で調製した表面処理剤(実施例1~28及び比較例1~7)を化学強化ガラス(コーニング社製、「ゴリラ」ガラス、厚さ0.7mm)上に真空蒸着した。真空蒸着の処理条件は、圧力3.0×10-3Paとし、まず、化学強化ガラス表面に二酸化ケイ素膜を形成し、続いて、表面処理剤400mgを蒸着し、表面処理層を形成した。
(表面処理剤の調製)
下記表2に示すフルオロポリエーテル基含有シラン化合物を0.12質量%、及び下記表2に示す量のアミド化合物及び相溶化剤等を、Nor7200中に溶解させて、実施例29~32及び比較例8~10の表面処理剤を調製した。
スピンコーター上にセットした化学強化ガラス(50mm×50mm)に、上記で得られた表面処理剤を1g滴下した後、3000rpmで30秒回転させ、表面処理剤の塗布層を形成した。その後、送風オーブンを用いて加熱することにより、化学強化ガラス上に表面処理層を形成した。
(耐消しゴム摩擦性試験)
ラビングテスター(新東科学社製)を用いて、下記条件で2500回擦る毎に対水接触角を測定し、10000回もしくは100度未満となるまで試験を続け、100°を保っていた最終の摩耗回数を比較した。試験環境条件は25℃、湿度40%RHであった。結果を下記表1及び表2に示す。

フルオロポリエーテル基含有シラン化合物のシランカップリング部位の分子間反応性について評価した。上記実施例6及び比較例1の溶液に、フルオロポリエーテル基含有シラン化合物に対して9当量の水を添加し、撹拌した。その後、29Si-NMRを経時的に測定し、シランカップリング部位に関して、非縮合状態を示すピーク(Mn)、トリアルコキシのうち一つ縮合した状態を示すピーク(Dn)、及びトリアルコキシのうち2つ縮合した状態を表すピーク(Tn)のピーク変化を観察した。結果を図1に示す。

- さらに溶媒を含む、請求項1~16のいずれか1項に記載の表面処理剤。
- 防汚性コーティング剤又は防水性コーティング剤として使用される、請求項1~17のいずれか1項に記載の表面処理剤。
- 請求項1~18のいずれか1項に記載の表面処理剤を含有するペレット。
- 基材と、該基材上に、請求項1~18のいずれか1項に記載の表面処理剤より形成された層とを含む物品。
- 前記基材は、ガラス基材である、請求項20に記載の物品。
- 光学部材である、請求項20に記載の物品。
