Abstract

一种香菇菌盖自动切片装置,包括进料斗、箱体、切片刀、传送带、主动带轮和从动带轮,当人工将香菇加入进料斗后,利用进料斗下端旋转轴上扇型盛料斗顺时针旋转,将落在圆形出料导口处的菌盖盛起一部分,倒在传送带上,避免了人工上料和普通滚料轴转动时压伤菌盖的情况,保证菌盖的完整和美观,再利用刷毛将香菇平铺在传送带上,依次进入进料传送带内,避免切片时香菇跳动或有菌盖卡在内部,同时将进料传送带与传送带设为同一转速,防止一端转速过快,菌盖外部被磨损,影响美观,切片时利用双轴电机带动摇杆旋转,曲柄下端所连接的滑块在导轨上滑动,使刀片达到伸缩的效果,通过调节双轴电机的转速,使刀片往复运动加快或减慢,以控制菌盖片厚度。

目前,香菇是一种食用真菌,素有“山珍之王”的称号,是一种高蛋白、低脂肪的营养保健食品,其味道鲜美、营养丰富,经常食用能降低血液中的胆固醇,防止动脉粥样硬化,对防治脑溢血、心脏病、肥胖症和糖尿病都有效,成为餐桌上越来越常见的一种食物,
专利申请号为201820639015.6的一种香菇切片装置,包括架体,所述的架体上设有循环运动的链条和带动链条间歇运动的电机,所述的链条上设有盛菇装置,所述的架体上设有油缸,油缸的端部设有用于切香菇的切刀装置,所述的切刀装置包括刀板和设置在刀板上的切刀,所述链条的下方设有与切刀装置相对应对盛菇装置起支撑作用的支撑板,该装置需要人工将香菇放置于盛菇装置内,不仅废人力,并且效率缓慢,使操作的工人劳动强度过高,固定的刀片使香菇切片后的厚度无法调节,自动化程度较低。
发明内容
本发明要解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种香菇菌盖自动切片装置,提高生产效率,减轻人力负担,使切片时香菇厚度便于调节,同时保证在加工过程中对香菇菌盖无法造成损害。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种香菇菌盖自动切片装置,包括进料斗、箱体、切片刀、传送带、主动带轮和从动带轮,所述箱体前后两壁上端设有导轨,前后两侧的导轨顶部设有电机箱,电机箱内安装有双轴电机,电机箱前后壁上均设有第一圆形开口,所述双轴电机的输出轴穿过第一圆形开口在电机箱,前后壁外侧安装有第一圆形凸台,所述电机箱下端前后两侧均安装有活塞固定块,活塞固定块下端安装有限位套筒,活塞固定块下端设有位于限位套筒内的短杆,短杆下端设有位于限位套筒内的限位块,所述限位套筒下端安装有上刀柄,上刀柄下端前后两侧均设有第一刀柄连接块,所述第一刀柄连接块上均设有第二圆形开口,所述上刀柄下端安装有下刀柄,下刀柄上端前后两侧均设有第 二刀柄连接块,第二刀柄连接块外侧均设有短转轴,短转轴穿过第二圆形开口与第二圆形开口转动连接,所述下刀柄下端设有方形凹槽,方形凹槽内安装有切片刀,所述上刀柄前后两侧固定安装有滑块,前后滑块外端固定安装有第二圆形凸台,所述上刀柄前后滑块与导轨内侧滑动连接,第二圆形凸台外侧安装有曲柄,第二圆形凸台与曲柄转动连接,曲柄上端朝向箱体一侧安装有摇杆,曲柄与摇杆转动连接,摇杆与第一圆形凸台转动连接,所述进料斗右端下侧设有圆形出料导口,圆形出料导口前后两端面固定连接在箱体左侧内壁,所述箱体内左侧安装有从动带轮,箱体内右侧安装有主动带轮,从动带轮和主动带轮通过传送带传动连接,所述箱体右端后侧安装有与主动带轮对应位置的第一电机,第一电机输出轴与主动带轮固定连接,所述箱体底部设有若干个斜向外的支撑架,所述进料斗左侧下端安装有支撑杆,增加装置稳定性,利用双轴电机带动摇杆旋转,摇杆带动曲柄远动,曲柄下端所连接的滑块在导轨上做上下往复运动,从而使装置达到切片的效果,同时调节双轴电机的转速,加快或减慢刀片往复远动的速度,从而控制切片的厚度。

进一步完善,所述箱体内安装有位于切片刀左侧安装有进料主动轮,进料主动轮左端安装有位于箱体内的进料从动轮,进料主动轮与进料从动轮通过进料传送带传动连接,所述箱体后壁上开有与进料主动轮对应的第三圆形开口,进料主动轮后端穿过第三圆形开口安装有位于箱体后侧的第一齿轮,所述第一电机输出轴上安装有位于箱体后侧的第二齿轮,箱体后壁外侧安装有与第二齿轮啮合的第三齿轮,箱体后壁外侧安装有与第一齿轮和第三齿轮啮合的第四齿轮,所述箱体内安装有位于进料从动轮左侧的排料刷,排料刷上均匀分布有若干个刷毛,箱体后端安装与排料刷对应的第二电机,排料刷穿过箱体后壁与第二电机输出轴固定连接,在刀片左端安装传送带,避免在切片时菌盖跳动或有较大的菌盖卡在前端,影响切片的效率,同时将进料传送带和传送带设为同一转速,避免一端转速过快将菌盖磨伤,在进料传送带左端安装有排料刷,避免菌盖重复堆积,卡在传送带内,影响切片效率。
进一步完善,所述箱体内安装有位于切片刀右侧安装有海绵块,防止香菇片沾在刀片上,同时清洁刀面。

一种香菇菌盖自动切片装置的使用方法,包括以下几个步骤:
1)更换切片刀:按压按钮,将短轴上端的短销推入至空腔内,短销脱离第二圆形开口上端的固定槽,抬起下刀柄至90°,此时短轴上短销自动弹入第二圆形开口左端的固定槽, 将下刀柄固定住,旋转紧固螺钉将切片刀取出更换,旋转下刀柄左端的旋转把手,旋转把手右端的转动齿轮在齿条前端上下移动,使平直板在方形凹槽内上下移动,调整高度后安装切片刀,转紧紧固螺钉,按压按钮,将短销推回空腔内,向下旋转下刀柄,使短销弹回至第二圆形开口上端的固定槽内,在刀片磨损时以便于更换刀片,根据刀片不同或切片料不同调整刀片所需高度,同时平直板在方形凹槽内保证直线度,避免装刀倾斜,切料时部分材料无法切断或损坏装置;
2)上料:人工将菌盖倒入进料斗后,菌盖堆积在下端圆形出料导口处,箱体后侧第三电机开始运转,第三电机输出轴带动旋转轴转动,旋转轴外端的扇型盛料斗顺时针旋转,将掉落在扇型盛料斗内的香菇倒入传送带上,向切片刀处运输,利用扇型盛料斗顺时针旋转,避免菌盖掉落过快,在传送带上过度堆积,同时防止普通出料装置转动时压坏菌盖的现象,保证菌盖完整无缺陷;
3)进料:掉落在传送带的菌盖跟随传送带传送到切片刀处,利用排料刷缓慢转动,将在传送带上重复堆积的菌盖踢至后侧,防止菌盖过度堆积,保证菌盖能够依次切片,在排料刷右侧安装有进料传送带,进料传送带的进料主动轮通过齿轮与传送带转动连接,使菌盖在切片时不会跳动,影响切片效率,同时利用传送带与进料传送带上下同一速度转动,防止当菌盖过大时会卡在进料传送带内,同时传送带与进料传送带上下同一速度不会由于一端速度过快而磨伤菌盖,影响美观,在传送带下端安装有垫片,避免切片时切片刀向下运动时,传送带也向下形变,导致菌盖无法切片;
4)切片:切片时双轴电机开始运转,双轴电机输出轴带动摇杆旋转,摇杆带动所连接的曲柄运作,曲柄所连接的滑块在导轨内上下往复运动,使切片刀上下运动,达到菌盖切片的作用,同时调节双轴电机转速就能控制切片刀上下运动的速度,便于调节切片厚度,在上刀柄与电机箱之间安装有限位套筒,起到导向的作用,防止切片刀上下运动时歪斜,在箱体内切片刀右侧安装有海绵,防止在切片过程中香菇片粘在刀片上,同时还有清洁刀片的作用;
5)清料:在切片结束后,香菇片随着传送带掉落装置外侧,再利用箱体右端下侧的斜凸台将粘在传送带上的香菇片刮落,同时刮除传送带上的残渣和水分,达到清洁的作用。
本发明有益的效果是:人工将香菇加入进料斗后,利用进料斗下端旋转轴上扇型盛料 斗顺时针旋转,将落在圆形出料导口处的菌盖盛起一部分,转动后落在传送带上,以减轻了工人的劳动强度,避免了人工上料,再利用刷毛将香菇平铺在传送带上,依次进入进料传送带内,避免切片时香菇跳动或有较大的菌盖卡在内部,同时将进料传送带与传送带设为同一转速,防止一端转速过快,菌盖外部被磨损,影响美观,切片时利用双轴电机带动摇杆旋转,曲柄下端所连接的滑块在导轨上滑动,使刀片达到伸缩的效果,通过调节双轴电机的转速,使刀片往复运动加快或减慢,以控制菌盖片厚度,当刀片磨损后,按压按钮,使下刀柄内的短销推入空腔内,抬起下刀柄后松开紧固螺钉,以便于更换刀片。

2)上料:人工将菌盖倒入进料斗1后,菌盖堆积在下端圆形出料导口27处,箱体2后侧第三电机31开始运转,第三电机31输出轴带动旋转轴29转动,旋转轴29外端的扇型盛料斗30顺时针旋转,将掉落在扇型盛料斗30内的香菇倒入传送带4上,向切片刀3处运输,利用扇型盛料斗30顺时针旋转,避免菌盖掉落过快,在传送带4上过度堆积,同时防止普通出料装置转动时压坏菌盖的现象,保证菌盖完整无缺陷;
3)进料:掉落在传送带4的菌盖跟随传送带4传送到切片刀3处,利用排料刷40缓慢转动,将在传送带4上重复堆积的菌盖踢至后侧,防止菌盖过度堆积,保证菌盖能够依次切片,在排料刷40右侧安装有进料传送带34,进料传送带34的进料主动轮32通过齿轮与传送带4转动连接,使菌盖在切片时不会跳动,影响切片效率,同时利用传送带4与进料传送带34上下同一速度转动,防止当菌盖过大时会卡在进料传送带34内,同时传送带4与进料传送带34上下同一速度不会由于一端速度过快而磨伤菌盖,影响美观,在传送带4下端安装有垫片45,避免切片时切片刀3向下运动时,传送带4也向下形变,导致菌盖无 法切片;
4)切片:切片时双轴电机9开始运转,双轴电机9输出轴带动摇杆26旋转,摇杆26带动所连接的曲柄25运作,曲柄25所连接的滑块23在导轨7内上下往复运动,使切片刀3上下运动,达到菌盖切片的作用,同时调节双轴电机9转速就能控制切片刀3上下运动的速度,便于调节切片厚度,在上刀柄16与电机箱8之间安装有限位套筒13,起到导向的作用,防止切片刀3上下运动时歪斜,在箱体2内切片刀3右侧安装有海绵43,防止在切片过程中香菇片粘在刀片上,同时还有清洁刀片的作用;
5)清料:在切片结束后,香菇片随着传送带4掉落装置外侧,再利用箱体2右端下侧的斜凸台44将粘在传送带4上的香菇片刮落,同时刮除传送带4上的残渣和水分,达到清洁的作用。

  1. 一种香菇菌盖自动切片装置,包括进料斗(1)、箱体(2)、切片刀(3)、传送带(4)、主动带轮(5)和从动带轮(6),其特征是:所述箱体(2)前后两壁上端设有导轨(7),前后两侧的导轨(7)顶部设有电机箱(8),电机箱(8)内安装有双轴电机(9),电机箱(8)前后壁上均设有第一圆形开口(10),所述双轴电机(9)的输出轴穿过第一圆形开口(10)在电机箱(8),前后壁外侧安装有第一圆形凸台(11),所述电机箱(8)下端前后两侧均安装有活塞固定块(12),活塞固定块(12)下端安装有限位套筒(13),活塞固定块(12)下端设有位于限位套筒(13)内的短杆(14),短杆(14)下端设有位于限位套筒(13)内的限位块(15),所述限位套筒(13)下端安装有上刀柄(16),上刀柄(16)下端前后两侧均设有第一刀柄连接块(17),所述第一刀柄连接块(17)上均设有第二圆形开口(18),所述上刀柄(16)下端安装有下刀柄(19),下刀柄(19)上端前后两侧均设有第二刀柄连接块(20),第二刀柄连接块(20)外侧均设有短转轴(21),短转轴(21)穿过第二圆形开口(18)与第二圆形开口(18)转动连接,所述下刀柄(19)下端设有方形凹槽(22),方形凹槽(22)内安装有切片刀(3),所述上刀柄(16)前后两侧固定安装有滑块(23),前后滑块(23)外端固定安装有第二圆形凸台(24),所述上刀柄(16)前后滑块(23)与导轨(7)内侧滑动连接,第二圆形凸台(24)外侧安装有曲柄(25),第二圆形凸台(24)与曲柄(25)转动连接,曲柄(25)上端朝向箱体(2)一侧安装有摇杆(26),曲柄(25)与摇杆(26)转动连接,摇杆(26)与第一圆形凸台(11)转动连接,所述进料斗(1)右端下侧设有圆形出料导口(27),圆形出料导口(27)前后两端面固定连接在箱体(2)左侧内壁,所述箱体(2)内左侧安装有从动带轮(6),箱体(2)内右侧安装有主动带轮(5),从动带轮(6)和主动带轮(5)通过传送带(4)传动连接,所述箱体(2)右端后侧安装有与主动带轮(5)对应位置的第一电机(28),第一电机(28)输出轴与主动带轮(5)固定连接,所述箱体(2)底部设有若干个斜向外的支撑架(66),所述进料斗(1)左侧下端安装有支撑杆(67)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种香菇菌盖自动切片装置,其特征是:所述圆形出料导口(27)内安装有旋转轴(29),旋转轴(29)外端均匀分布有若干个扇型盛料斗(30),旋 转轴(29)后端传动连接有固定连接在箱体(2)后端平面上的第三电机(31)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种香菇菌盖自动切片装置,其特征是:所述箱体(2)内安装有位于切片刀(3)左侧安装有进料主动轮(32),进料主动轮(32)左端安装有位于箱体(2)内的进料从动轮(33),进料主动轮(32)与进料从动轮(33)通过进料传送带(34)传动连接,所述箱体(2)后壁上开有与进料主动轮(32)对应的第三圆形开口(35),进料主动轮(32)后端穿过第三圆形开口(35)安装有位于箱体(2)后侧的第一齿轮(36),所述第一电机(28)输出轴上安装有位于箱体(2)后侧的第二齿轮(37),箱体(2)后壁外侧安装有与第二齿轮(37)啮合的第三齿轮(38),箱体(2)后壁外侧安装有与第一齿轮(36)和第三齿轮(38)啮合的第四齿轮(39),所述箱体(2)内安装有位于进料从动轮(32)左侧的排料刷(40),排料刷(40)上均匀分布有若干个刷毛(41),箱体(2)后端安装与排料刷(40)对应的第二电机(42),排料刷(40)穿过箱体(2)后壁与第二电机(42)输出轴固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种香菇菌盖自动切片装置,其特征是:所述箱体(2)内安装有位于切片刀(3)右侧安装有海绵块(43)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种香菇菌盖自动切片装置,其特征是:所述箱体(2)右侧底部设有一个斜向上贴向传送带(4)的斜凸台(44)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种香菇菌盖自动切片装置,其特征是:所述箱体(2)内侧固定连接有位于传送带(4)下端与切片刀(3)对应的垫片(45)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种香菇菌盖自动切片装置,其特征是:所述下刀柄(19)右平面下端设有螺纹孔(46),螺纹孔(46)内通过螺纹连接有固定切片刀(3)的紧固螺钉(47)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种香菇菌盖自动切片装置,其特征是:所述下刀柄(19)的短转轴(21)外端设有圆形限位开口(48),第二刀柄连接块(20)内设有与圆形限位开口(4)相通的空腔(49),所述第二刀柄连接块(20)与短转轴(21)连接处上端设有短销开口槽(50),所述圆形限位开口(48)内安装有短轴(51),短轴(51)上端安装有位于短销开口槽(50)内的短销(52),短轴(51)左端设有位于圆形限位开口(48)外端的按钮(53),按钮(53)左端设有位于圆形限位开口(48)内的限位圈(54),短轴(51) 右端设有弹簧盖(55),空腔(49)内右端设有与弹簧盖(55)对应的弹簧底座(56),弹簧盖(55)与弹簧底座(56)之间安装有弹簧,所述第二圆形开口(18)上端与左端均设有与短销(52)对应的固定槽(57),短销(52)伸出短销开口槽(50)外端的一部分安装于固定槽(57)内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种香菇菌盖自动切片装置,其特征是:所述下刀柄(19)内设有位于方形凹槽(22)左端前后两侧的导向槽(58),方形凹槽(22)左端面设有位于前后两侧导向槽(58)之间的滑动开口槽(68),所述方形凹槽(22)内安装有平直板(59),平直板(59)左端前后两侧设有与导向槽(58)对应的导向块(60),所述平直板(59)左端设有与滑动开口槽(68)对应位置的滑动套筒(61),滑动套筒(61)伸入滑动开口槽(68)内且与滑动开口槽(68)滑动连接,滑动套筒(61)左端安装有旋转杆(62),旋转杆(62)右伸入滑动套筒(61)内与滑动套筒(61)转动连接,旋转杆(62)左端伸出滑动开口槽(68)外侧,旋转杆(62)左端设有旋转把手(63),旋转杆(62)左端安装有位于下刀柄(19)左侧的转动齿轮(64),下刀柄(19)左侧安装有位于转动齿轮(64)后侧且与转动齿轮(64)啮合的齿条(65)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种香菇菌盖自动切片装置的使用方法,包括以下几个步骤:
    1)更换切片刀:按压按钮(53),将短轴(51)上端的短销(52)推入至空腔(49)内,短销(52)脱离第二圆形开口(18)上端的固定槽(57),抬起下刀柄(19)至90°,此时短轴(51)上短销(52)自动弹入第二圆形开口(18)左端的固定槽(57),将下刀柄(19)固定住,旋转紧固螺钉(47)将切片刀(3)取出更换,旋转下刀柄(19)左端的旋转把手(63),旋转把手(63)右端的转动齿轮(64)在齿条(65)前端上下移动,使平直板(59)在方形凹槽(22)内上下移动,调整高度后安装切片刀(3),转紧紧固螺钉(47),按压按钮(53),将短销(52)推回空腔(49)内,向下旋转下刀柄(19),使短销(52)弹回至第二圆形开口(18)上端的固定槽(57)内,在刀片磨损时以便于更换刀片,根据刀片不同或切片料不同调整刀片所需高度,同时平直板(59)在方形凹槽(22)内保证直线度,避免装刀倾斜,切料时部分材料无法切断或损坏装置;
    2)上料:人工将菌盖倒入进料斗(1)后,菌盖堆积在下端圆形出料导口(27)处, 箱体(2)后侧第三电机(31)开始运转,第三电机(31)输出轴带动旋转轴(29)转动,旋转轴(29)外端的扇型盛料斗(30)顺时针旋转,将掉落在扇型盛料斗(30)内的香菇倒入传送带(4)上,向切片刀(3)处运输,利用扇型盛料斗(30)顺时针旋转,避免菌盖掉落过快,在传送带(4)上过度堆积,同时防止普通出料装置转动时压坏菌盖的现象,保证菌盖完整无缺陷;
    3)进料:掉落在传送带(4)的菌盖跟随传送带(4)传送到切片刀(3)处,利用排料刷(40)缓慢转动,将在传送带(4)上重复堆积的菌盖踢至后侧,防止菌盖过度堆积,保证菌盖能够依次切片,在排料刷(40)右侧安装有进料传送带(34),进料传送带(34)的进料主动轮(32)通过齿轮与传送带(4)转动连接,使菌盖在切片时不会跳动,影响切片效率,同时利用传送带(4)与进料传送带(34)上下同一速度转动,防止当菌盖过大时会卡在进料传送带(34)内,同时传送带(4)与进料传送带(34)上下同一速度不会由于一端速度过快而磨伤菌盖,影响美观,在传送带(4)下端安装有垫片(45),避免切片时切片刀(3)向下运动时,传送带(4)也向下形变,导致菌盖无法切片;
    4)切片:切片时双轴电机(9)开始运转,双轴电机(9)输出轴带动摇杆(26)旋转,摇杆(26)带动所连接的曲柄(25)运作,曲柄(25)所连接的滑块(23)在导轨(7)内上下往复运动,使切片刀(3)上下运动,达到菌盖切片的作用,同时调节双轴电机(9)转速就能控制切片刀(3)上下运动的速度,便于调节切片厚度,在上刀柄(16)与电机箱(8)之间安装有限位套筒(13),起到导向的作用,防止切片刀(3)上下运动时歪斜,在箱体(2)内切片刀(3)右侧安装有海绵(43),防止在切片过程中香菇片粘在刀片上,同时还有清洁刀片的作用;
    5)清料:在切片结束后,香菇片随着传送带(4)掉落装置外侧,再利用箱体(2)右端下侧的斜凸台(44)将粘在传送带(4)上的香菇片刮落,同时刮除传送带(4)上的残渣和水分,达到清洁的作用。
