Abstract
Description
本実施形態のリール収容トレイ30および保管庫40は、基板生産設備80に設けられる。図1に示すように、基板生産設備80は、対基板作業ライン10Lと、着荷部2Aと、リール収容トレイ30と、保管庫40と、無人搬送車50とを備えている。本実施形態の基板生産設備80では、着荷部2Aに到着したリール20は、リール収容トレイ30に収容されて無人搬送車50によって保管庫40に搬送される。また、保管庫40に保管されているリール20は、リール収容トレイ30に収容されて無人搬送車50によって部品装着機10cに搬送される。
対基板作業ライン10Lでは、対基板作業機10によって、基板90に所定の対基板作業が行われる。対基板作業ライン10Lを構成する対基板作業機10の種類および数は、限定されない。図1に示すように、本実施形態の対基板作業ライン10Lは、印刷機10a、印刷検査機10b、部品装着機10c、リフロー炉10dおよび外観検査機10eの複数(5つ)の対基板作業機10を備えている。
図2に示すように、着荷部2Aには、少なくとも一つのリール収容トレイ30が備えられている。リール収容トレイ30は、外形寸法(リール径)が異なる複数種類のリール20を収容することができる。既述したように、リール20には、基板90に装着される部品を収容する部品テープ20bが巻回されている。
保管庫40は、リール20を収容するリール収容トレイ30を収納することができれば良く、種々の形態をとり得る。図5および図8に示すように、本実施形態の保管庫40は、例えば、12角形の角柱形状に形成されている。なお、図6に示す保管庫40は、保管庫40の内部を視認可能に、図示の便宜上、保管庫40の外壁が取り外されている。また、図7は、図6の収納ユニット42uの一部を拡大した拡大図である。
入庫部41は、リール20またはリール20を収容するリール収容トレイ30が入庫する。出庫部43は、リール20またはリール20を収容するリール収容トレイ30が出庫する。リール収容トレイ30は、既述されているいずれの形態であっても良い。また、入庫部41は、リール20またはリール収容トレイ30が入庫することができれば良く、種々の形態をとり得る。同様に、出庫部43は、リール20またはリール収容トレイ30が出庫することができれば良く、種々の形態をとり得る。
収納部42は、リール収容トレイ30を収納する収納スペース42sを備える。収納部42は、リール収容トレイ30を収納可能であれば良く、種々の形態をとり得る。図6および図7に示すように、本実施形態では、収納部42は、リール収容トレイ30の幅方向(矢印TW方向)の両端部30e,30eを支持する一対の支持部材42a,42aを備えている。リール収容トレイ30は、一対の支持部材42a,42aの同じ高さに形成されている一対のスリット42b,42bに挿入されて、両端部30e,30eが支持される。
移動部44は、リール20の入庫時にリール収容トレイ30を入庫位置から所定の収納スペース42sに移動させ、リール20の出庫時に収納スペース42sに収納されているリール収容トレイ30を所定の出庫位置に移動させる。移動部44は、移動装置40bを用いて、リール収容トレイ30を移動させることができる。移動装置40bは、リール収容トレイ30を移動することができれば良く、種々の形態をとり得る。
図6および図7に示すように、本実施形態では、収納部42は、収納スペース42sが鉛直方向(矢印Z方向)に沿って複数設けられている。そのため、一の収納スペース42sに収納されるリール収容トレイ30に収容されているリール20の上端部20tが、鉛直方向(矢印Z方向)に隣接する収納スペース42sに侵食する可能性がある。
図5に示すように、保管庫40は、表示装置40cを備えている。表示装置40cは、公知の表示装置を用いることができ、各種データを作業者が視認可能に表示する。表示装置40cは、例えば、収納部42に収納されているリール20に関するリール情報などを作業者の操作に応じて表示する。なお、本実施形態の表示装置40cは、タッチパネルにより構成されており、表示装置40cは、作業者による種々の操作を受け付ける入力装置としても機能する。例えば、作業者は、タッチパネル(入力装置として機能する表示装置40c)を用いて、保管庫40から出庫させる所望のリール20を指定することができる。この場合、制御装置40aは、移動装置40bを用いて、指定されたリール20を収容するリール収容トレイ30を出庫部43の出庫位置に移動させて出庫する。
リール収容トレイ30によれば、第一リール21を第一収容部31に収容することができ、第一リール21よりも外形寸法が大きい第二リール22を第二収容部32に収容することができる。よって、リール収容トレイ30は、外形寸法が異なる複数種類のリール20を収容することができる。リール収容トレイ30について上述されていることは、リール収容トレイ30を収納する保管庫40についても同様に言える。

- 基板に装着される部品を収容する部品テープが巻回されている外形寸法が異なる複数種類のリールのうちの少なくとも一種類の前記リールである第一リールを収容可能な第一収容部と、
前記第一リールよりも外形寸法が大きい少なくとも一種類の前記リールである第二リールを収容可能な第二収容部と、
を備えるリール収容トレイ。 - 前記第二収容部は、前記第一収容部の鉛直方向の上方に前記第一収容部の収容空間と連続して設けられ、
前記第一収容部には、前記第一リールを収容可能な第一凹部が形成され、
前記第二収容部には、前記第二リールを収容可能な第二凹部が形成されており、
前記第一凹部の底面および前記第二凹部の底面は、段状に形成されている請求項1に記載のリール収容トレイ。 - 複数の前記第一収容部と、一の前記第二収容部とを備え、
複数の前記第一収容部の各々は、一の前記第一リールを収容可能に高さ寸法が設定され、
一の前記第二収容部は、一の前記第二リールを収容可能に高さ寸法が設定されている請求項1または請求項2に記載のリール収容トレイ。 - 複数の前記第一収容部と、一の前記第二収容部とを備え、
前記第一収容部および前記第二収容部は、前記リールの回転軸の軸線方向と鉛直方向とが一致するように、前記リールを収容可能であり、
前記第一収容部は、鉛直方向視において、前記第二収容部に収容される前記第二リールの回転軸を中心とする同一円周上に、前記第一収容部に収容される前記第一リールの回転軸が位置するように配置されている請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のリール収容トレイ。 - 前記第一収容部および前記第二収容部は、前記リールの回転軸の軸線方向と鉛直方向とが一致するように、前記リールを収容可能であり、
前記第一収容部および前記第二収容部のうちの少なくとも一方は、前記リールの最小高さ寸法に合わせて、高さ寸法が設定されている請求項1~請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のリール収容トレイ。 - 前記第一収容部および前記第二収容部は、前記リールの回転軸の軸線方向と鉛直方向とが一致するように、前記リールを収容可能であり、
前記第一収容部および前記第二収容部のうちの少なくとも一方は、前記リールの収容時に前記リールの支持穴に挿入されるピン部材を備える請求項1~請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のリール収容トレイ。 - 前記リールを収容する請求項1~請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のリール収容トレイを収納する収納スペースを備える収納部と、
前記リールの入庫時に前記リール収容トレイを入庫位置から所定の前記収納スペースに移動させ、前記リールの出庫時に前記収納スペースに収納されている前記リール収容トレイを所定の出庫位置に移動させる移動部と、
を具備する保管庫。 - 前記収納部は、前記リール収容トレイの幅方向の両端部を支持する一対の支持部材を備え、
前記リール収容トレイは、前記一対の支持部材の同じ高さに形成されている一対のスリットに挿入されて、前記両端部が支持される請求項7に記載の保管庫。 - 前記収納部は、前記収納スペースが鉛直方向に沿って複数設けられている収納ユニットを複数備え、複数の前記収納ユニットが鉛直方向視において円状に配置されており、
前記リール収容トレイは、鉛直方向視において正方形または矩形に形成された角部に切り欠き部を備え、
前記切り欠き部は、前記リール収容トレイが前記収納スペースに収納されるときに隣接する前記リール収容トレイと干渉しないように、円状に配置されている複数の前記収納ユニットの中心側の前記角部に形成されている請求項7または請求項8に記載の保管庫。 - 前記収納部は、前記収納スペースが鉛直方向に沿って複数設けられており、
一の前記収納スペースに収納される前記リール収容トレイに収容されている前記リールの上端部が、鉛直方向に隣接する前記収納スペースに侵食する場合に、当該隣接する前記収納スペースにおける前記リール収容トレイの収納を規制する管理部を備える請求項7~請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の保管庫。
