本实用新型的工作原理是:固定底盘1固定在桌面上,转动顶盘2上转动连接有三个卡盘6。固定待处理工件时,只需要将其中一个卡盘6向外侧拉动,此时支撑L杆5滑动,弹簧23蓄能,将电路板放置在卡槽61内,弹簧23复位,三个V形固定槽62卡住电路板的三点实现对电路板的固定,此时对电路板进行焊接时十分方便,同时适用于不同规格的电路板夹持,结构简单;同时通过吸烟管3与外部排气管连接对焊接处的焊锡烟雾进行吸附,通过照明灯41可以清晰的观察到工作区域内的结构,提高了焊接操作的便利性和焊接质量;而由于不同电路板具有不同要求,一部分电路板上需要焊接电容或者电阻,此时转动顶盘2可以转动,进而使操作人员可以轻松的转换电路板面向自己的位置,进而避免了由于插针导致焊接电路元件的阻碍作用,提高了配合件焊接的便利性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种精密定位夹具,其特征在于:包括固定底盘(1)和转动顶盘(2),其中所述转动顶盘(2)同轴转动连接在所述固定底盘(1)的上端面上,
    所述固定底盘(1)上端面的边缘处间隔固设有一吸烟管(3)和一支撑杆(4),其中支撑杆(4)的顶端固定连接有照明灯(41);
    所述转动顶盘(2)的上端面上开设有若干个间隔分布的滑槽(22),该若干个滑槽以转动顶盘的中心为圆心呈辐射状均匀分布;每个所述滑槽(22)内均滑动定位连接有一支撑L杆(5),该支撑L杆(5)靠近所述转动顶盘(2)中心的一端处均固定连接有一卡盘(6),若干个所述卡盘同时卡紧固定一个待处理工件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的精密定位夹具,其特征在于:所述支撑L杆(5)的底端固定连接有一滑板(51),该滑板(51)的底部固定连接有一与所述滑槽(22)相配合的滑块(54),所述滑块(54)滑动连接于所述滑槽(22)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的精密定位夹具,其特征在于:所述滑槽(22)内沿滑槽长度方向位于滑槽内侧壁与所述滑块之间设置有一弹簧(23),所述滑块(54)在滑动过程中对该弹簧压缩。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的精密定位夹具,其特征在于:所述支撑L杆(5)与所述滑板(51)之间固定连接有一弧形杆(52),且该弧形杆(52)的底部与所述滑板(51)之间固定连接有补充块(53)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的精密定位夹具,其特征在于:所述卡盘(6)上朝向待处理工件一侧处开设有呈平直状的卡槽(61),且所述卡盘(6)的侧面开设有V形固定槽(62),所述V形固定槽(62)位于所述卡槽(61)的内侧面且与所述卡槽连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的精密定位夹具,其特征在于:所述吸烟管(3)底端固定连接有一连接盒(31),该连接盒(31)的一侧设有与所述吸烟管(3)相连通的连接管(32);且所述吸烟管(3)远离所述连接盒(31)一端固定连接有扩口管(33)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的精密定位夹具,其特征在于:所述支撑杆(4)为合金软管,所述吸烟管(3)为竹节管。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的精密定位夹具,其特征在于:所述固定底盘(1)的直径大于所述转动顶盘(2)的直径,且所述转动顶盘(2)的周向外壁上固定连接有转动把手(21)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的精密定位夹具,其特征在于:所述固定底盘(1)的底部固定连接有橡胶圈(11)和吸盘(12),所述吸盘(12)位于所述固定底盘(1)的圆心处,所述橡胶圈(11)位于所述吸盘(12)的外部。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的精密定位夹具,其特征在于:所述滑槽(22)至少为三个。
