Definitions
- One aspect of the present invention relates to a prefabricated razor.
- T-shaped razor that can change the tilt of the head with respect to the handle.
- a T-shaped razor is disclosed in, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2.
- a knife that can adjust the tilt angle of the blade with respect to the handle.
- Such a knife is disclosed in, for example, Patent Document 3.
- the inclination of the head with respect to the handle can be selected according to the user's preference.
- the knife described in Patent Document 3 has an adjustable blade tilt angle with respect to the handle so that it can be conveniently used as a knife.
- One of the objects of the present invention is to provide a razor capable of easily performing forward shaving and reverse shaving without the user having to change the handle up and down.
- the present invention provides a razor having the following configuration in order to solve the above problems.
- reference numerals and the like in the drawings may be added in parentheses to facilitate understanding of the invention, but each component of the present invention is limited to these specific configurations. Rather, it should be broadly interpreted to the extent that one of ordinary skill in the art can technically understand it.
- the grip is rotatably centered on a grip portion (10) that extends in the vertical direction and can be gripped by the user, a razor head (70), and a rotation shaft (61) that extends in the horizontal direction that intersects the vertical direction.
- a razor having a head connecting portion (30) connected to the upper end (10 g) of the portion and connected to the razor head.
- the razor head The blade (80) having the left-right direction as the long direction and With the blade assembly (74) having a contact surface (74a) that comes into contact with the skin of the user together with the blade, and the blade assembly (74) to which the blade is assembled.
- connection portion (76) connected to the head connection portion and It has an elastic support (75) provided between the connection portion and the blade assembly so as to tiltably support the blade assembly in the vertical direction and the front-rear direction intersecting the left-right direction. death,
- the angle between the contact surface and the vertical direction can be changed by the operation of the user, and when the blade assembly is in a neutral position where no external force is applied, the contact surface and the vertical direction can be changed.
- the first state in which the neutral angle between the two is the first angle ( ⁇ f) and the contact surface is substantially parallel to the vertical direction, and the second angle ( ⁇ s) in which the neutral angle is larger than the first angle.
- a switching mechanism (50) to switch between the second state and In the second state, the blade assembly can be tilted to a position where the contact surface and the vertical direction are at least substantially vertical by applying an external force. It is a handle bending razor.
- the grip portion is downward by setting the first state in which the contact surface and the vertical direction are substantially parallel.
- the contact surface can be moved on the skin of the user's cheek while extending to.
- the contact is made in the second state where the neutral angle is a second angle larger than the first angle, that is, when the blade assembly is in the neutral position.
- the blade assembly tilts to a position where the contact surface and the vertical direction are substantially perpendicular to each other, and the lower end of the grip portion is pressed.
- the contact surface can be reliably brought into close contact with the skin under the user's chin while keeping away from the user's body and with the grip portion extending downward. If the user moves the razor forward in this state, the razor can be moved while the grip portion extends downward and the contact surface is in close contact with the skin under the user's chin.
- a part of the contact surface for example, the upper end of the cheek of the user is kept in a state where the grip portion extends downward. Can be applied to the skin of the cheeks. Then, when the user applies a force to the grip portion so as to press the contact surface against the skin, the blade assembly tilts to a position where the contact surface and the vertical direction are substantially perpendicular to each other, and the grip portion moves downward.
- the contact surface can be brought into close contact with the skin of the user's cheek while remaining extended. If the user moves the razor forward in this state, the contact surface can be moved on the skin of the user's cheek while the grip portion extends downward.
- the second state allows the user to hold the contact surface in a state where the grip portion extends downward without raising the elbow too much. Including The movable body is restricted from moving from the first position to the second position. The restriction on the movement of the movable body from the first position to the second position is released when the operation unit is pressed by the user.
- the handle bending razor having the above configuration, when the razor is moved to the front side during use, an external force that moves the blade assembly from the position in the first state to the position in the second state is applied to the blade assembly. Even if it is added, since the movement of the movable body is restricted, it is possible to prevent the razor in the first state from suddenly changing to the second state. As a result, the razor can be used stably. Further, the user can change the razor from the first state to the second state by a simple operation of pressing the operation unit.
- the difference between the second angle and the first angle is 20 ° or more and 40 ° or less.

- the vertical length of the recess 20a may be the same as or larger than the vertical length of the recess 10a of the handle bending razor 1 of the embodiment.
- the abdomen of the fingertip of the middle finger hits the front side of the substantially center of the grip portion 20, but the abdomen of the fingertip of the middle finger hits the recess 20a due to the formation of the recess 20a.
- the handle bending razor 2 can be easily held, and the operability of the handle bending razor 2 can be improved.
- the abdomen near the second joint of the middle finger hits the front side of the substantially center of the grip portion 20.
- the concave portion 20a is formed, the abdomen near the second joint of the middle finger hits the concave portion 20a, which makes it easier to hold the handle bending razor 2 and improves the operability of the handle bending razor 2.
- ⁇ Right side recess 20i and left side recess 20j> When the handle bending razor 2 is viewed in a plan view from the front-rear direction, a part between the upper end 10 g and the lower end 10 h is thinned.
- the upper wide portion 20b In the vicinity of the upper end 10 g of the grip portion 20, when viewed in a plan view from the front-rear direction, the upper wide portion 20b has a wide width in the left-right direction.
- the narrow portion 20c has a narrow width in the left-right direction when viewed in a plan view from the front-rear direction.
- the lower wide portion 20d On the lower side of the narrow portion 20c, when viewed in a plan view from the front-rear direction, the lower wide portion 20d has a wide width in the left-right direction.
- the right side recess 20i and the left side recess 20j are formed on the right side and the left side, respectively, from the upper wide portion 20b to the lower wide portion 20d.
- the shape of the right side recess 20i and the shape of the left side recess 20j are symmetrical.
- the user grasps any position between the upper wide portion 20b and the lower wide portion 20d. In some cases, it is possible to prevent the user's hand from slipping on the grip portion 20 when the user applies a downward force.
- the protruding portion 20e has a tip portion most protruding toward the Z-axis-side at both ends in the left-right direction, and has a shape similar to a Y shape in which a recess is provided between these two tip portions. There is.
- the tip portion and the lower end 10h of the grip portion 20 It is supported by three points, the tip portion and the lower end 10h of the grip portion 20. As a result, it is possible to prevent the lower end of the razor head 70 from coming into contact with the mounting surface, so that the shaving aid attached to the contact surface 74a of the upper portion 79b and the lower portion 79c of the frame portion 79 is mounted on the mounting surface. It is possible to prevent the blade body 80 from adhering to the blade or damaging the blade edge 80a of the blade body 80. Further, it is possible to prevent the dirt on the mounting surface from adhering to the contact surface 74a of the razor head 70 and the dirt from adhering to the skin of the user. Further, since the structure is supported at three points, the handle bending razor 2 can be stably supported.
- the handle bending razors 1 and 2 have a configuration in which the angle formed by the contact surface 74a and the vertical direction in which the grip portion 10 extends can be changed by the operation of the user. Specifically, when the blade assembly 74 is in a neutral position where no external force is applied, the neutral angle formed by the contact surface 74a and the vertical direction is ⁇ f, and the contact surface 74a and the vertical direction are substantially parallel.
- the pre-bending state (first state) and the bending state (second state) in which the neutral angle is ⁇ s larger than ⁇ f can be switched by the switching mechanism 50. Further, in the bent state, the blade assembly can be tilted to a position where the contact surface 74a and the vertical direction are at least substantially vertical (90 °) by applying an external force.
- the grip portion 10 extends downward by setting the contact surface 74a and the vertical direction to be substantially parallel to each other in the pre-bending state.
- the contact surface 74a can be moved on the skin of the user's cheek in the state of being.
- the lower end 10h of the grip portion 10 interferes with the user's body by setting the bending state so that the neutral angle is ⁇ s larger than ⁇ f.
- the contact surface 74a can be brought into close contact with the skin under the chin of the user without the grip portion 10 extending downward.
- the blade assembly 74 tilts to a position where the contact surface 74a and the vertical direction are substantially perpendicular to each other, and grips the grip.
- the contact surface 74a can be reliably brought into close contact with the skin under the user's chin while the lower end 10h of the portion 10 is kept away from the user's body and the grip portion 10 extends downward. If the user moves the razor forward in this state, the contact surface 74a can be moved while being in close contact with the skin under the user's chin while the grip portion 10 is extended downward. can.
- a part of the contact surface 74a for example, the upper end of the contact surface 74a is covered by the user while the grip portion 10 is extended downward. Can be applied to the skin of the cheeks. Then, when the user applies a force to the grip portion 10 so as to press the contact surface 74a against the skin, the blade assembly 74 is tilted to a position where the contact surface 74a and the vertical direction are substantially perpendicular to each other, and the grip is gripped. The contact surface 74a can be brought into close contact with the skin of the user's cheek while the portion 10 is extended downward.
- the contact surface 74a can be moved on the skin of the user's cheek while the grip portion 10 extends downward. Further, for example, when the user shave the submandibular gland by reverse shaving, the user is in a bent state so that the contact surface 74a is in a state where the grip portion 10 extends downward without raising the elbow too much. Can be in close contact with the skin under the chin. Even when the user moves the razor 1 to the front side, the contact surface 74a can be moved while being in close contact with the skin under the user's chin while the grip portion 10 extends downward.
- the contact surface 74a When the user shave the submandibular gland by reverse shaving, the contact surface 74a is brought into close contact with the skin under the chin of the user with the grip portion 10 extended downward even in the pre-flexion state. It is possible. However, if the submandibular shave is performed in a bent state, the user can shave without raising the elbow too much, so that the submandibular shave can be performed more comfortably. It is also possible to continuously perform submandibular shaving, submandibular reverse shaving, and cheek reverse shaving while in the bent state. That is, in either case of forward shaving or reverse shaving, the contact surface 74a can be moved on the user's skin and the skin under the chin while the grip portion 10 is extended downward. Therefore, the user can easily perform forward shaving and reverse shaving without changing the grip portion 10 so that the grip portion 10 extends upward.
- the neutral angle ⁇ f in the pre-bending state is set to 5 ° or more and 25 ° or less, and when an external force such as the user presses against the skin in the bent state is applied, the contact surface 74a and the vertical direction
- the blade assembly 74 is configured to be tiltable so that the angle between the blade and the blade is 80 ° or more.
- the blade assembly 74 is tilted so that the angle between the contact surface 74a and the vertical direction is 80 ° or more, so that the grip portion is used when the user shave under the jaw by shaving forward. Achieves a state in which the contact surface 74a is securely adhered to the skin under the user's chin while keeping the lower end of 10 away from the user's body and keeping the grip portion 10 extending downward. can do. Further, in a scene where the user shave the cheeks and the submandibular gland by reverse shaving, it is possible to realize a state in which the contact surface 74a is in close contact with the skin of the user's cheeks while the grip portion 10 is extended downward. can.
- the switching mechanism 50 includes the operation unit 52c and the movable body 52, the movable body 52 is restricted from moving, and the user presses the operation unit 52c to cause the movable body 52.
- the movement restriction is lifted and it becomes possible to move between the pre-bending position and the bending position.
- the difference between the bending angle and the bending angle is 20 ° or more and 40 ° or less. According to this, the angle of the contact surface suitable for the forward shaving of the cheek in the pre-flexion state is realized, and the angle of the contact surface suitable for the forward shaving and the reverse shaving under the jaw and the reverse shaving of the cheek in the bending state is realized. It can be realized.
- a groove 10f accommodating a part of the movable body 52 is formed in the grip portion 10, and the width in the left-right direction of the operation portion 52c is larger than the width in the left-right direction of the groove 10f. .. This makes it possible to improve the operability of the operation unit 52c by the user.
- vertical or “substantially vertical” in the present specification does not mean only when the angle between one and the other is 90 °, but, for example, one and the other are used as long as the purpose of the invention is not deviated. It shall include those with an angle of 60 °. Further, the term “parallel” or “substantially parallel” does not mean only when the angle between one and the other is 0 °, but also, for example, between one and the other within a range that does not deviate from the purpose of the invention. It shall include those with an angle of up to 30 °.
- the handle bending razor of the present invention is particularly suitable as a razor for face shaving described in the embodiment, it can be used for a part other than the face.
- the handle flexing razor of the present invention is also useful for shaving, for example, armpits, bikini zones, or leg hair. Even when used for such a portion, the razor can be easily brought into close contact with the skin by switching between the pre-bent state and the bent state of the grip portion 10. In addition, it is possible to make it easier for the user to bring the razor into close contact with the target site without taking an unreasonable posture such as raising the elbow or twisting the wrist.
- the razor of the present invention is suitably applied as a razor or the like that can be used by the user without changing the handle so that the handle is turned upside down.

Abstract
Description

<把持部10>
<幅広部52a>
