本发明涉及宠物饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种含鸡肉酶解物的宠物猫狗粮及其制备方法。
背景技术
宠物猫狗粮是专门为宠物猫狗提供的营养食品,其主要作用是给宠物猫狗提供机体生长发育和形体毛发美观所需要的营养物质。传统的宠物猫狗粮是从传统畜牧饲料的配方上加以修改而制,基本可以满足宠物猫狗生长所需的营养物质。但随着越来越多的宠物主开始重视爱宠的饮食习惯和健康问题,对宠物食品的原料使用要求越严格科学,希望爱宠得到适口性更佳、营养更全面、使毛发更靓丽的营养配方粮。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含鸡肉酶解物的宠物粮,鸡肉酶解物中的小分子肽和活性多肽通过反应产生的肉香能有效提高诱食性,提高采食量,使得肉蛋白能得到充分消化吸收,增强宠物的机体免疫力。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种含鸡肉酶解物的宠物猫狗粮的制备方法,利用膨化技术提供一种适口性强、消化率更高的宠物食品,能够有效提高机体营养物质的吸收率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种含鸡肉酶解物的宠物猫狗粮,包括下述重量份配比的原料:鸡肉酶解物10-50份,肉粉类10-40份,果蔬粉类7-25份,核心预混料类0.8-3份,油脂类4-15份,草本植物类0.1-3份,啤酒酵母0.5-1.5份,复合调味料4-8份。
进一步的,所述肉粉类为鸡肉粉、鸭肉粉、牛肉粉、牛肉骨粉、鸡肝粉、鱼粉中的一种或多种的组合。
进一步的,所述果蔬粉类为马铃薯粉、木薯粉、红薯粉、紫薯粉、海带粉、南瓜粉、菠菜、豌豆、鹰嘴豆、西红柿、胡萝卜、去皮扁豆中的一种或多种的组合。
进一步的,所述核心预混料类包括牛磺酸、赖氨酸、果寡糖、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、D-生物素、D-泛酸、叶酸、烟酸、硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、碘酸钙、亚硒酸钠、氯化胆碱。
进一步的,所述油脂类为鸡油、牛油、鸭油、鱼油、大豆油、亚麻籽油、大豆磷脂油中的一种或多种的组合。
进一步的,所述草本植物类为苜蓿草颗粒、车前子、茜草、丝兰、菊苣根、黄芪、枸杞、野菊花中的一种或多种的组合。
进一步的,所述复合调味料包括调味膏和调味粉。
一种如上任意一项所述的含鸡肉酶解物的宠物猫狗粮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取肉粉类、果蔬粉类、草本植物类、啤酒酵母进行混合,然后预混过80目筛,此时得到混合物A;
(2)将上述步骤的混合物A和核心预混料类、1-3份的油脂类预混合,得到混合物B;
(3)将鸡肉酶解物与混合物B在调质机中100±5℃下调质至水分含量在25-30%范围内,此时得到混合物C;
(4)将上述步骤的混合物C送到膨化机,在100℃以上高温下进行高温膨化造粒得到颗粒粮D,将颗粒粮D在100±5℃下烘干直至水分将至3-4%得到颗粒粮E;
(5)将上述步骤的颗粒粮E在调味混合仓中依次真空高压喷涂剩余的油脂、复合调味料后送入冷却塔进行冷却至室温,制得猫狗粮;
(6)将猫狗粮按需求重量包装封袋即可。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中的肉粉类是将肉、鱼等产品处理后在120±5℃下恒温微波干燥使其脱水至10~14%后粉碎,果蔬粉类是经新鲜果蔬清洗后切粒、切片经120±5℃下恒温微波干燥使其脱水至7~10%后粉碎,草本植物类是经过85±5℃下恒温烘干使其脱水至5~8%后粉碎。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中的鸡肉酶解物的生产工艺是先用绞肉机和骨泥磨将鸡肉加工成肉泥,然后向肉泥中添加20%的水,在100℃熟化;后降温至60±2℃添加蛋白酶酶解4h,酶解完升温至95±5℃对酶进行灭活,后再降温至65±2℃,添加氨基酸恒温反应4h,降温至室温即为鸡肉酶解物。
所述复合调味料包括调味膏和调味粉,所述调味膏是将鸡肉、鸡肝、三文鱼的混合物经过熟化、酶解、热反应、调质、乳化、均质得到的膏状物,所述调味粉是将鸡肉、鸡肝、三文鱼的混合物经过熟化、酶解、热反应、调质、喷雾干燥得到的粉体物。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本发明中所添加的鸡肉酶解物,富含大量的小分子肽和活性肽,有助于宠物的消化吸收,通过热反应增强了肉香,提高了诱食性,使宠物的采食量增加,宠物长期食 用可增强其机体免疫力,有效降低了宠物厌食的概率,同时添加有肉粉类,肉粉类给宠物猫狗提供动物源蛋白,相比植物源蛋白,其氨基酸平衡比例较高,可有效提高宠物猫狗对猫狗粮的利用率。
2、本发明中所添加的草本植物类可有效调节宠物的免疫系统,促进营养物质消化吸收,提高猫狗粮的转化率,促进机体生长。
3、本发明中所添加的果蔬粉类中不含谷物蛋白,减少了过敏原,降低了宠物猫狗在采食后出现呕吐、腹泻等乳糜泻症引起的体重下降和营养不良等现象。
4、本发明中所添加的复合调味料含有丰富的小分子肽,香气丰满,不需要添加香精香料,制备的产品营养科学,可进一步促进宠物消化吸收;在制备过程中将油脂类和复合调味料喷涂在猫狗粮的外面,使其香气外漏,可诱导宠物进食,通过本发明制备的一种营养价均衡、适口性佳、消化率高的宠物食品,可有效提高机体营养物质的吸收率,使宠物猫狗更加健康的成长发育。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
本发明提供了一种含鸡肉酶解物的宠物猫狗粮,包括下述重量份配比的原料:鸡肉酶解物10-50份,肉粉类10-40份,果蔬粉类7-25份,核心预混料类0.8-3份,油脂类4-15份,草本植物类0.1-3份,啤酒酵母0.5-1.5份,复合调味料4-8份。
其中,所述肉粉类为鸡肉粉、鸭肉粉、牛肉粉、牛肉骨粉、鸡肝粉、鱼粉中的一种或多种的组合,相比植物源蛋白,这些原料组合能给宠物猫狗提供动物源蛋白,氨基酸平衡比例较高,有效提高宠物猫狗对猫狗粮的利用率。
其中,所述果蔬粉类为马铃薯粉、木薯粉、红薯粉、紫薯粉、海带粉、南瓜粉、菠菜、豌豆、鹰嘴豆、西红柿、胡萝卜、去皮扁豆中的一种或多种的组合,马铃薯粉淀粉较高,高达9~20%,给机体提供能量;淀粉在生产猫狗粮过程中有膨化颗粒的作用,添加油脂类和维生素时使猫狗粮颗粒更充分吸收,从而给宠物猫狗提供优质的猫狗粮;猫狗粮添加海带粉即给宠物猫狗提供矿物质和维生素,弥补宠物猫狗粮的营养成分不足,促进宠物猫狗生长,增强动物的抗病能力;豌豆蛋白质含量一般为23~27%,质量较好,其中,赖氨酸含量较高(每100克蛋白质中含6.8~7.9克),脂肪1.8%,碳水化合物52.6%,富含胡萝卜素、维生素B1、B2、硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸及钙、铁、磷、锌等多种矿物质元素。猫狗粮中添加豌豆不仅提供机体所需的蛋白质,而且也是优质的碳水化合物的来源。

其中,所述油脂类为鸡油、牛油、鸭油、鱼油、大豆油、亚麻籽油、大豆磷脂油中的一种或多种的组合,鸡油油脂中含有丰富的氨基酸,增强机体免疫力;牛油含有均衡的不饱和脂肪酸,且易被机体所吸收,满足机体营养需求。此外,牛油含有丰富的维生素A,且容易被宠物猫狗吸收,同时还有其他的脂溶性维生素,如维生素E、维生素K和维生素D。
其中,所述草本植物类为苜蓿草颗粒、车前子、茜草、丝兰、菊苣根、黄芪、枸杞、野菊花中的一种或多种的组合,苜蓿草颗粒大量的粗蛋白,丰富的碳水化合物(糖类,淀粉,果胶,半纤维素和纤维素),微量元素以铁和锰含量较多,也有微量的钙,胡萝卜素,维生素C,B族维生素,是一种适口性非常好的能量原料;丝兰中含有较高的淀粉含量,给机体提供能源,在猫狗粮颗粒在生产过程中有膨化作用。丝兰还有其他维生素和矿物质,如维生素A、维生素C、叶酸、胆碱、维生素K和少量硫胺、核黄素、烟酸、维生素B6、泛酸和甜菜碱。矿物质包括钙、镁、磷、钾、钠、锰和少量的锌和硒。
其中,所述复合调味料包括调味膏和调味粉,调味膏和调味粉是鸡肝等的酶解物经过热反应然后分别通过乳化、均质得到的调味膏及通过调质、喷雾干燥得到的调味粉,调味膏和调味粉的添加进一步增强了产品风味,可诱导宠物进食。
一种含鸡肉酶解物的宠物猫狗粮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取肉粉类、果蔬粉类、草本植物类、啤酒酵母进行混合,然后预混过80目筛,此时得到混合物A;
(2)将上述步骤的混合物A和核心预混料类、1~3份的油脂类预混合,得到混合物B;
(3)将鸡肉酶解物与混合物B在调质机中100±5℃下调质至水分含量在25-30%范围内,此时得到混合物C;
(4)将上述步骤的混合物C送到膨化机,在100℃以上高温下进行高温膨化造粒得到颗粒粮D,将颗粒粮D在100±5℃下烘干直至水分降至3~4%得到颗粒粮E;
(5)将上述步骤的颗粒粮E在调味混合仓中依次真空高压喷涂剩余的油脂类、调味膏、调味粉,制得猫狗粮;
(6)将猫狗粮按需求重量包装封袋即可。

所述步骤(3)中的鸡肉酶解物的生产工艺是将冻鸡肉自然解冻缓化后用绞肉机和骨泥磨将鸡肉加工成肉泥,然后向肉泥中添加20%的水,在100℃熟化;后降温至60±2℃添加蛋白酶酶解4h,使肉类中的蛋白质降解成小分子单肽和活性多肽,酶解完升温至95±5℃对酶进行灭活,后再降温至65±2℃,添加氨基酸恒温反应4h,降温至室温即为鸡肉酶解物。
实施例1
本实施例的猫狗粮含有如下组分:鸡肉酶解物200kg,鸡肉粉100kg,鱼粉100kg,木薯粉70kg,红薯粉50kg,豌豆40kg,鸡油62kg,鱼油15kg,大豆磷脂油3kg,核心预混料16kg,苜蓿草颗粒1kg,茜草0.5kg,车前子0.5kg,啤酒酵母10kg,调味膏60kg,调味粉20kg。
本实施例的产品中各成分的含量(单位%)
本宠物食品中,肉类成分提供了丰富的动物源蛋白和氨基酸,鸡肉酶解物提供大量的小分子肽和活性多肽,使蛋白质容易被机体所消化吸收,从而促进进宠物生长发育,增强宠物猫狗体质,提高机体免疫力;植物类原料提供丰富的植物纤维,有效的促进宠物肠道蠕动,提高营养物质的消化率,此外,植物类原料提供机体所需的维生素和矿物质。车前子有很强的抗病原微生物作用,可以有效抑制各类病菌,车前子还对胃肠道功能有调节、保健作用,茜草叶子中富含维生素、蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪和钙、硒,易被机体吸收,促进机体生长,在猫狗粮中添加茜草有助于改善饲料营养价值提高动物的生产能力、保证动物健康、节省饲料成本;果蔬粉类提供丰富的能源,在高温加工过程中淀粉不仅发生变化提高能量的消化率,而且也会增强粘性,有利于饲料的制粒质量,提高饲料适口性,达到最佳饲料颗粒膨化作用;鱼油可提供丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,改善产品的适口性,具有美毛、亮毛的功效。
给宠物喂食,可见明显无挑嘴迹象,食用30天后肠道消化吸收有显著提升,体质有较明显的增强。
实施例2。
本实施例的猫狗粮含有如下组分:鸡肉酶解物180kg,牛肉粉315kg,鱼粉110kg,木薯粉150kg,紫薯粉100kg,豌豆70kg,海带粉5kg,菠菜5kg,胡萝卜10kg,鸡油55kg,牛油15kg,鱼油15kg,大豆油5kg,核心预混料20kg,苜蓿草颗粒20kg,丝兰2kg,车前子2kg,啤酒酵母15kg,调味膏36kg,调味粉9kg。
本实施例的产品中各成分的含量(单位%)
本宠物食品中,添加的牛肉粉蛋白质含量高达68%,是猫狗粮重要的蛋白质来源,同时也含有钙和磷,其中磷的吸收率较高;紫薯粉含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素、矿物质营养元素,其中丰富的膳食纤维有助于肠道蠕动,提高猫狗粮的利用率;丝兰中含有较高的淀粉含量,给机体提供能源,在猫狗粮颗粒在生产过程中具有膨化作用,丝兰还有其他维生素和矿物质,如维生素A、维生素C、叶酸、胆碱、维生素K和少量硫胺、核黄素、烟酸、维生素B6、泛酸和甜菜碱,其矿物质元素包括钙、镁、磷、钾、钠、锰和少量的锌和硒。丝兰含有抑制病原菌,有效调节免疫系统,促进营养物质消化吸收,提高猫狗粮的转化率,降低浪费,提高效率给宠物喂食。宠物食用30天后其效果与实施例1基本相同。

本实施例的猫狗粮含有如下组分:鸡肉酶解物250kg,鸡肉粉100kg,鸭肉粉100kg,木薯粉150kg,紫薯粉100kg,豌豆50kg,南瓜粉15kg,西红柿15kg,鸡油65kg,鸭油10kg,鱼油15kg,亚麻籽油3kg,核心预混料20kg,苜蓿草颗粒20kg,丝兰2kg,车前子2kg,啤酒酵母10kg,调味膏30kg,调味粉7.5kg。
本实施例的产品中各成分的含量(单位%)
本宠物食品中,鸭油的添加能增加宠物猫狗粮的能量含量,为机体提供机体所需脂肪酸,同时也能改善猫狗粮的适口性;枸杞富含蛋白质,碳水化合物,脂肪,胡萝卜素,硫胺素和矿物质,如钙、铁、磷、镁、钾、钠。枸杞具有提高人体免疫力,具有高效的保健功能。给宠物喂食后,其效果与实施例1基本相同。

  8. 一种含鸡肉酶解物的宠物猫狗粮的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    (1)按重量份称取肉粉类、果蔬粉类、草本植物类、啤酒酵母进行混合,然后预混过80目筛,此时得到混合物A;
    (2)将上述步骤的混合物A和核心预混料类、1-3份的油脂类预混合,得到混合物B;
    (3)将鸡肉酶解物与混合物B在调质机中100±5℃下调质至水分含量在25-30%范围内,此时得到混合物C;
    (4)将上述步骤的混合物C送到膨化机,在100℃以上高温下进行高温膨化造粒得到颗粒粮D,将颗粒粮D在100±5℃下烘干直至水分降至3-4%得到颗粒粮E;
    (5)将上述步骤的颗粒粮E在调味混合仓中依次真空高压喷涂剩余的油脂类、调味膏、调味粉,制得猫狗粮;
    (6)将猫狗粮按需求重量包装封袋即可。
