前述的一种提高猫的消化系统功能的益生菌猫粮,添加料包括:海藻粉,蓝莓,复合维生素,磷酸氢钙,蛋氨酸铜络合物,蛋氨酸铁络合物,蛋氨酸锌络合物,赖氨酸镁络合物,天然抗氧化剂,胆汁酸,氯化胆碱,甘露寡糖,果寡糖,酵母细胞壁,啤酒酵母。
前述的一种提高猫的消化系统功能的益生菌猫粮,天然抗氧化剂包括:杜仲叶提取物,迷迭香提取物,茶多酚。
前述的一种提高猫的消化系统功能的益生菌猫粮,每吨成品猫粮的配料投料量为:鸡肉464.2Kg,牛肉粉318.3Kg,牛肉132.6Kg,鱼肉132.6Kg,鸭肉粉79.6Kg,鱼粉66.3Kg,红薯粉66Kg,马铃薯粉66Kg,鸡脂肪60Kg,鱼油60Kg,苜蓿颗粒26.5Kg,鸡肝粉26.5Kg,鸡胸肉冻干10Kg,胡萝卜6.6Kg,全蛋6.6Kg,海藻粉6.6Kg,蓝莓1.3Kg。
前述的一种提高猫的消化系统功能的益生菌猫粮,鱼肉包括:鲅鱼、三文鱼。
前述的一种提高猫的消化系统功能的益生菌猫粮,鱼粉为秘鲁鱼粉。
前述的一种提高猫的消化系统功能的益生菌猫粮,鱼油为秘鲁鱼油。
本发明的有益之处在于:
本发明的配料配方还原猫最原始的食物链状态,基于猫是肉食动物的特征,添加了88.98%的肉类,保证95%以上的蛋白质为肉源蛋白质,保证0.3%的牛磺酸全部来源于肉及动物器官;
配料配方严格控制鱼肉比例的添加,控制其中钾、镁的含量;
添加的益生菌组合解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06、枯草芽孢杆菌B10,这两种菌配合使用可以有效调节猫肠道菌群平衡,增加猫肠粘膜屏障功能。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
一种提高猫的消化系统功能的益生菌猫粮,包括:配料,益生菌组合;益生菌组合包括:解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06,枯草芽孢杆菌B10;解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06的活菌数为1.3*1010CFU/kg-2*1010CFU/kg,枯草芽孢杆菌B10为2*109CFU/kg-1*1010CFU/kg。需要说明的是解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06已在专利号:ZL 2012 1 0382963.3中公开。
猫粮的制备方法为:准备配料配方的材料按照常规方法制成猫粮,再将猫粮膨化成形,冷却至20℃后将益生菌与鸡肝、鸡心研磨成的肉浆混合喷涂至猫粮颗粒表面。
配料的配方按照质量百分比包括:鸡肉28-32%,牛肉粉19-23%,牛肉6-11%,鱼肉6-11%,鸭肉粉4-7%,鱼粉3-6%,红薯粉3-5%,马铃薯粉3-6%,鸡脂肪3-6%,鱼油3-6%,苜蓿颗粒0.3-0.5%,鸡肝粉0.3-0.5%,胡萝卜0.3-0.5%,全蛋0.3-0.5%,海带粉0.3-0.5%,鸡胸肉冻干0-1%,添加料0-3%。作为一种优选,鱼肉包括:鲅鱼、三文鱼;鱼粉为秘鲁鱼粉;鱼油为秘鲁鱼油。
添加料包括:海藻粉,蓝莓,复合维生素,磷酸氢钙,蛋氨酸铜络合物,蛋氨酸铁络合物,蛋氨酸锌络合物,赖氨酸镁络合物,天然抗氧化剂,胆汁酸,氯化胆碱,甘露寡糖,果寡糖,酵母细胞壁,啤酒酵母。
作为一种优选,天然抗氧化剂包括:杜仲叶提取物,迷迭香提取物,茶多酚;选择这样的天然抗氧化剂,避免使用防腐剂,避免破坏猫肠胃微生物环境的平衡。
为了验证本配方的有益效果,根据如下实施例的配方,制备出样品1,样品2,样品3,对比样品。
实施例1:鸡肉464.2Kg,牛肉粉318.3Kg,牛肉132.6Kg,鱼肉(鲅鱼)132.6Kg,鸭肉粉79.6Kg,秘鲁鱼粉66.3Kg,红薯粉66Kg,马铃薯粉66Kg,鸡脂肪60Kg,秘鲁鱼油60Kg,苜蓿颗粒26.5Kg,鸡肝粉26.5Kg,鸡胸肉冻干10Kg,胡萝卜6.6Kg,全蛋6.6Kg,海藻粉6.6Kg,蓝莓1.3Kg。
实施例2:鸡肉464.2Kg,牛肉粉318.3Kg,牛肉132.6Kg,鱼肉(鲅鱼)132.6Kg,鸭肉粉79.6Kg,秘鲁鱼粉66.3Kg,红薯粉66Kg,马铃薯粉66Kg,鸡脂肪60Kg,秘鲁鱼油60Kg,苜蓿颗粒26.5Kg,鸡肝粉26.5Kg,鸡胸肉冻干10Kg,胡萝卜6.6Kg,全蛋6.6Kg,海藻粉6.6Kg,蓝莓1.3Kg,解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06,枯草芽孢杆菌B10;解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06的活菌数为1.3*1010CFU/kg-2*1010CFU/kg,枯草芽孢杆菌B10为2*109CFU/kg-1*1010CFU/kg。
对比实施例:现有猫粮配方:脱水鸡肉50kg,玉米粒10kg,鸡脂肪30kg,小麦40kg,脱水鸭肝20kg,矿物质2kg,鱼油10kg,酵母15kg,微量元素0.8kg,稻米16kg,牛磺酸8kg,玉米粉13kg,植物纤维5kg,植物油19kg,蛋粉6kg,L-赖氨酸0.2kg,乙氧喹(防腐剂)0.03kg。
按照常规生产线生产出样品1-2和对比样品。
实验一:营养成分测试:拿样品2做营养成分测试,得到的结果如表1所示:

实验二:肠道菌群结构测试:
征集具有肠胃问题的猫30只,分成3组,每组10只,分别用样品1、2和对比样品对这30只猫进行喂养,喂养60天后,采用代谢笼采集新鲜粪便样本,每个样本需1g,采好后立刻冻存于-80℃冰箱,反复冻融。
采用PacBio第三代高通量测序分析肠道菌群结构,通过R软件,对属水平的菌群落组成结构进行主成分分析(PCA分析),主要变化菌群的相对丰度,如表2所示:

由表2可知,本配方的猫粮对猫咪菌群结构影响明显,使用本配方的猫粮后,猫肠道乳杆菌、双歧杆菌等属的菌群丰度增加,而布雷德菌、链球菌等属菌群丰度减少,与使用市场的普通猫粮后的菌群结构对比明显,丰度相对增加的多为益生菌,而丰度减少的大部分为致病菌或条件致病菌,该结果表明,本发明的配方可以改善肠道菌群,起到促进猫肠道健康的作用。
实验三:解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06、枯草芽孢杆菌B10组合对猫肠道免疫功能的影响;
将喂样品2的猫组作为实验组,喂对比样品的猫组作为对照组检测如下项目,结果如下表3:

注:同行数据肩标不同小写字母表示差异显著(P<0.05),无字母肩标表示差异不显著(P>0.05);下表同。
由表3可知,实验组猫空肠粘膜IL-6、IL-12、IFN-α、IL-10、TGF-β及sLGA水平显著提高抗生素对照组,分别提高了163.39%、59.72%、121.46%267.52%、211.74%及60.52%(P<0.05);两组间TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-17、β-D水平差异不明显(P>0.05)。
实验四,解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06、枯草芽孢杆菌B10组合对猫肝脏抗氧化功能的影响;
将喂样品2的猫组作为实验组,喂对比样品的猫组作为对照组检测如下项目,结果如下表4:

由表4可知,与抗生素对照组相比,实验组猫肝脏SOD酶活性显著降低了19.49%(P<0.05),而T-AOC、GSH-PX、CAT活性及MDA水平虽有所降低,但差异却均不显著(P>0.05),两组间GSH水平无显著影响(P>0.05)。
实验五,解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06、枯草芽孢杆菌B10组合对猫肝脏细胞因子含量的影响;
将喂样品2的猫组作为实验组,喂对比样品的猫组作为对照组检测如下项目,结果如下表5:

由表5可知,实验组猫肝脏IL-6、IL-17、TNF-α、TGF-β、IFN-α及IFN-γ水平与抗生素对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。
实验六,解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06、枯草芽孢杆菌B10、、组合对猫肠粘膜屏障功能相关酶活性和化合物的影响;
将喂样品1的猫组作为组Ⅰ,将喂样品2的猫组作为组Ⅱ,喂对比样品的猫组作为组Ⅲ检测如下项目,结果如下表6:

由表6可知,免疫抑制组小肠灌洗液中NO含量和INOS活性均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),与芽孢杆菌组相比无显著差异(p>0.05);TNOS活性3组之间无(0.5)与对照组相比,免疫抑制组小肠灌洗液中DAO活性极显著降低(P<0.01),MPO活性极显著提高(P<0.01),SPLA2活性无显著差异(p>0.05);与免疫抑制组相比,芽孢杆菌组小肠灌洗液中MPO和SPLA2活性分别极显著和显著提(P<0.01和P<0.05),DAO活性无显著差异(p>0.05)。
实验七,解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06、枯草芽孢杆菌B10组合对猫肠粘膜屏障功能相关细胞因子含量的影响;
将喂样品1的猫组作为组Ⅰ,将喂样品2的猫组作为组Ⅱ,喂对比样品的猫组作为组Ⅲ检测如下项目,结果如下表7:

由表7可知,与对照组相比,免疫抑制组小肠灌洗液中APRIL、IFNγ、IL-6和IL-12含量分别提高了63.77%、39.75%、22.22%和26.88(P<0.01),与芽孢杆菌组相比则无显著差异(p>0.05)。小肠灌洗液中IL-10含量从高到低依次为芽孢杆菌组、免疫抑制组和对照组,组间差异极显著(P<0.01);TNFα和IL-4含量3组之间无显著差异(p>0.05)。
实验八,解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06、枯草芽孢杆菌B10组合对猫肠粘膜屏障功能相关免疫因子含量的影响;
将喂样品1的猫组作为组Ⅰ,将喂样品2的猫组作为组Ⅱ,喂对比样品的猫组作为组Ⅲ检测如下项目,结果如下表7:

由表8可知,免疫抑制组和芽孢杆菌组小肠灌洗液中sIgA和β-DF含量均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),但前2组之间无显著差异(p>0.05)。
本发明添加的益生菌组合解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06、枯草芽孢杆菌B10,这两种菌配合使用可以有效调节猫肠道菌群平衡,增加猫肠粘膜屏障功能。

1.一种提高猫的消化系统功能的益生菌猫粮,其特征在于,包括:配料,益生菌组合;所述益生菌组合包括:解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06,枯草芽孢杆菌B10;解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06的活菌数为1.3*1010CFU/kg-2*1010CFU/kg,枯草芽孢杆菌B10为2*109CFU/kg-1*1010CFU/kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高猫的消化系统功能的益生菌猫粮,其特征在于,配料的配方按照质量百分比包括:鸡肉28-32%,牛肉粉19-23%,牛肉6-11%,鱼肉6-11%,鸭肉粉4-7%,鱼粉3-6%,红薯粉3-5%,马铃薯粉3-6%,鸡脂肪3-6%,鱼油3-6%,苜蓿颗粒0.3-0.5%,鸡肝粉0.3-0.5%,胡萝卜0.3-0.5%,全蛋0.3-0.5%,海带粉0.3-0.5%,鸡胸肉冻干0-1%,添加料0-3%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种提高猫的消化系统功能的益生菌猫粮,其特征在于,所述添加料包括:海藻粉,蓝莓,复合维生素,磷酸氢钙,蛋氨酸铜络合物,蛋氨酸铁络合物,蛋氨酸锌络合物,赖氨酸镁络合物,天然抗氧化剂,胆汁酸,氯化胆碱,甘露寡糖,果寡糖,酵母细胞壁,啤酒酵母。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种提高猫的消化系统功能的益生菌猫粮,其特征在于,所述天然抗氧化剂包括:杜仲叶提取物,迷迭香提取物,茶多酚。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高猫的消化系统功能的益生菌猫粮,其特征在于,每吨成品猫粮的配料投料量为:鸡肉464.2Kg,牛肉粉318.3Kg,牛肉132.6Kg,鱼肉132.6Kg,鸭肉粉79.6Kg,鱼粉66.3Kg,红薯粉66Kg,马铃薯粉66Kg,鸡脂肪60Kg,鱼油60Kg,苜蓿颗粒26.5Kg,鸡肝粉26.5Kg,鸡胸肉冻干10Kg,胡萝卜6.6Kg,全蛋6.6Kg,海藻粉6.6Kg,蓝莓1.3Kg。
