背景技术
随着国内经济的快速发展,以及空巢青年等社会结构的改变,人们对宠物的关注度不断提升,这成为推动宠物行业发展的重要动力。以80后、90后为主的养宠群体逐渐开始重视爱宠的饮食习惯及健康问题,对宠物食品的营养及原料配方的要求与日俱增,养宠人数也不断增加。
专业的宠物粮是为宠物提供营养的食品,其主要作用是给宠物提供所需的营养物质,具有促进机体成长发育、提高机体免疫力、润肤美毛、保护肾脏及尿路健康等作用。目前,市场上很多宠物粮是基于传统畜牧饲料的配方上加以修改而制,基本可以满足宠物生长所需的营养物质。但为了满足目前庞大的宠物食品的需求,并依着深入推进可持续发展战略的总体思路,我们需要开发科学、经济、可持续性食品原料,全面推动具有潜能的原料在宠物食品中的应用,选择优质原料,调配科学配方,给宠物猫狗提供营养更均衡、适口性更佳的宠物粮。
有研究发现,黑水虻蛋白质含量高达40%-50%,必需氨基酸种类较全,同时也含有一定量的脂肪,并且在黑水虻内检测不出沙门氏菌等有害菌。有研究表明,黑水虻体内含有一种抗菌肽,可以有效抑制病原性细菌感染,因此黑水虻等可持续原料具备作为新型宠物食品原料的潜能。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种高蛋白的含黑水虻幼虫酶解物的宠物猫狗粮,通过添加黑水虻幼虫酶解物,增加宠物粮的肉香味,能有效增加诱食性,提高采食量,使得肉源蛋白能得到充分被消化吸收,做到过敏原相对单一,增强宠物机体免疫力,推动黑水虻等可持续原料在宠物食品中的广泛开发与应用,从而提高新型原料在宠物行业中的发展,降低成本,减少环境污染。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种含黑水虻幼虫酶解物的宠物猫狗粮的制备方法,通过对黑水虻幼虫进行酶解,使黑水虻中的蛋白质分解成小分子肽和活性多肽,释放肉香味,结合膨化技术制备得到一种风味好、适口性强、消化率高的宠物食品,可有效提高机体营养物质的吸收率。

(1)按重量份称取黄粉虫幼虫粉、果蔬粉类、草本植物类、益生菌、藻粉类进行混合,然后预混过80目筛,此时得到混合物A;
(2)将上述步骤的混合物A和核心预混料类、1-3份的油脂类预混合,得到混合物B;
(3)将黑水虻幼虫酶解物与混合物B在调质机中100±5℃下调质至水分含量在25-30%范围内,此时得到混合物C;
(4)将上述步骤的混合物C送到膨化机,在100℃以上高温下进行高温膨化造粒得到颗粒粮D,将颗粒粮D在100±5℃下烘干直至水分将至3-4%得到颗粒粮E;
(5)将上述步骤的颗粒粮E在调味混合仓中依次真空高压喷涂剩余的油脂、复合调味料后送入冷却塔进行冷却至室温,制得猫狗粮。
进一步的,在步骤(1)中可以添加肉粉类和乳制品类进行混合。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中的黑水虻幼虫酶解物的生产工艺是是将4-10日期的黑水虻幼虫清洗沥干后用绞肉机加工成肉泥,然后向肉泥中添加20%的水,在100℃进行熟化;后降温至60±2℃添加蛋白酶酶解4h,后降温至60±2℃添加蛋白酶酶解4h,酶解完升温至95±5℃对酶进行灭活,后再降温至65±2℃,添加氨基酸恒温反应4h,降温至室温即为黑水虻幼虫酶解物。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本发明中所添加的黑水虻幼虫酶解物,富含大量的小分子肽和活性肽,有助于宠物的消化吸收,通过热反应增强了肉香,提高了诱食性,使宠物的采食量增加,有效降低了宠物厌食的概率;同时,添加黄粉虫幼虫粉,给宠物猫狗提供丰富的蛋白来源;相比植物源蛋白,黄粉虫幼虫蛋白质氨基酸种类平衡比例较高,可有效提高宠物猫狗对猫狗粮的利用率;此外,黑水虻幼虫体内蛋白中含有一定量的抗菌肽,宠物长期食用可增强其机体免疫力。
2、本发明中使用的黑水虻幼虫相比动物源原料,其生长周期快,经济实惠,成本低,环境污染小,是一种可持续性强的食品原料。

本发明中所添加的黑水虻幼虫酶解物,富含大量的小分子肽和活性肽,有助于宠物的消化吸收,通过热反应增强了肉香,提高了诱食性,使宠物的采食量增加,有效降低了宠物厌食的概率,同时,添加黄粉虫幼虫粉,给宠物猫狗提供丰富的蛋白来源;相比植物源蛋白,黄粉虫幼虫蛋白质氨基酸种类平衡比例较高,可有效提高宠物猫狗对猫狗粮的利用率;此外,黑水虻幼虫体内蛋白中含有一定量的抗菌肽,宠物长期食用可增强其机体免疫力。
本发明中添加的油脂类为鸡油、牛油、鸭油、鱼油、亚麻籽油、卵磷脂中的一种或多种的组合,油脂类在宠物粮生产过程中不仅有润滑作用,还会提高宠物粮颗粒的外观质量,减少运输储藏过程中产生灰分,使宠物猫狗更充分的利用营养成分。

其中,所述果蔬粉类为马铃薯粉、木薯粉、红薯粉、海带粉、南瓜粉、紫薯粉、西蓝花、西红柿、胡萝卜中的一种或多种的组合。马铃薯粉淀粉较高,高达9~20%,给机体提供能量;淀粉在生产猫狗粮过程中有膨化颗粒的作用,在膨化过程中,在蒸汽加热使淀粉糊化,具黏性,助黏效果更佳;海带粉给宠物猫狗提供丰富的矿物质和维生素,弥补宠物猫狗粮的营养成分不足,促进宠物猫狗生长,增强动物的抗病能力;南瓜粉富含类胡萝卜素,可在机体内转化为维生素A,从而对上皮组织的生长分化、维持正常视觉、促进骨骼的发育具有重要生理功能。此外,南瓜还含有果胶、矿物元素、维生素、氨基酸,其中有机体所需要的必需氨基酸含量较高,如赖氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、苏氨酸等。
其中,所述核心预混料类包括牛磺酸、赖氨酸、果寡糖、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、D-生物素、D-泛酸、叶酸、烟酸、硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、碘酸钙、亚硒酸钠、氯化胆碱,为宠物补充所需的微量元素和矿物质,有利于宠物生长。
其中,所述草本植物类为苜蓿草颗粒、车前子、茜草、丝兰、菊苣根、黄芪、当归、迷迭香中的一种或多种的组合,丝兰中含有较高的淀粉含量,给机体提供能源,猫狗粮颗粒在生产过程中有膨化作用,丝兰还含有其他维生素和矿物质,维生素包括维生素A、维生素C、叶酸、胆碱、维生素K和少量硫胺、核黄素、烟酸、维生素B6、泛酸和甜菜碱,矿物质包括钙、镁、磷、钾、钠、锰和少量的锌和硒;当归具有润肠通便、增强免疫力等功能性作用。
其中,所述益生菌为产阮假丝酵母、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌中的一种或两种的组合,益生菌可调节宠物肠道微生物环境,促营养物质吸收,与果蔬粉、草本植物类协同作用能更有效的保护肠道的健康,增强机体的代谢及免疫。
其中,所述藻粉类为小球藻粉、裂壶藻粉中的一种或两种的组合,小球藻和裂壶藻是优质的、经济成本较低的可持续性原料。
其中,所述复合调味料包括调味膏和调味粉,调味膏和调味粉是鸡肝等的酶解物经过热反应然后分别通过乳化、均质得到的调味膏及通过调质、喷雾干燥得到的调味粉,调味膏和调味粉含有丰富的小分子肽,香气丰满,不需要添加香精香料,制备的产品营养科学,可进一步促进宠物消化吸收;在制备过程中将油脂类和复合调味料喷涂在猫狗粮的外面,使其香气外漏,可诱导宠物进食。
一种含黑水虻幼虫酶解物的宠物猫狗粮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取黄粉虫幼虫粉、果蔬粉类、草本植物类、益生菌、藻粉类进行混合,然后预混过80目筛,此时得到混合物A;
(2)将上述步骤的混合物A和核心预混料类、1-3份的油脂类预混合,得到混合物B;
(3)将黑水虻幼虫酶解物与混合物B在调质机中100±5℃下调质至水分含量在25-30%范围内,此时得到混合物C;
(4)将上述步骤的混合物C送到膨化机,在100℃以上高温下进行高温膨化造粒得到颗粒粮D,将颗粒粮D在100±5℃下烘干直至水分将至3-4%得到颗粒粮E;
(5)将上述步骤的颗粒粮E在调味混合仓中依次真空高压喷涂剩余的油脂、复合调味料后送入冷却塔进行冷却至室温,制得猫狗粮。
进一步的,在步骤(1)中可以添加肉粉类和乳制品类进行混合。

实施例1
本实施例的猫狗粮含有如下组分:黑水虻酶解物180kg,鸡肉150kg,黄粉虫幼虫粉100kg,羊奶粉10kg,鸡油62kg,小球藻粉50kg,裂壶藻粉60kg,木薯粉70kg,产阮假丝酵母15kg,金银花0.5kg,调味膏30kg,双歧杆菌10kg,调味粉30kg,迷迭香1kg,丝兰1kg,核心预混料类20kg。
本实施例的产品成分分析值
本宠物食品中,鸡肉和黄粉虫幼虫粉提供了丰富的蛋白质,黑水虻幼虫酶解物提供大量的小分子肽和活性多肽,使蛋白质容易被机体所消化吸收,从而促进宠物生长发育,增强宠物猫狗体质,提高机体免疫力;藻粉类中小球藻和裂壶藻是优质的绿色营养源食品,具有高蛋白、低脂肪、低糖、低热量以及维生素、矿物质元素含量丰富的优点;木薯粉提供丰富的能源,在高温加工过程中淀粉不仅发生变化提高能量的消化率,而且也会增强粘性,有利于饲料的制粒质量,提高饲料适口性,达到最佳饲料颗粒膨化作用。此外,木薯粉还能提供丰富的植物纤维,有效的促进宠物肠道蠕动,提高营养物质的消化率,也能提供机体所需的维生素和矿物质;羊奶中的蛋白质、矿物质,尤其是钙、磷的含量比较高,对保护视力、恢复体能有好处,幼猫狗对羊奶的消化率很高。
给宠物喂食,可见明显无挑嘴迹象,食用30天后肠道消化吸收有显著提升,体质有较明显的增强。

本实施例的猫狗粮含有如下组分:黑水虻酶解物200kg,鱼肉150kg,黄粉虫幼虫粉100kg,羊奶粉10kg,紫薯粉100kg,鱼油62kg,复合调味料40kg,小球藻粉50kg,裂壶藻粉60kg,西蓝花5kg,产阮假丝酵母15kg,金银花0.5kg,调味膏30kg,双歧杆菌10kg,调味粉30kg,迷迭香1kg,丝兰1kg,核心预混料20kg。
本实施例的产品成分分析值
本宠物食品中,紫薯粉含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素、矿物质营养元素,其中丰富的膳食纤维有助于肠道蠕动,提高猫狗粮的利用率;西蓝花的营养成分,不仅含量高,而且十分全面,含有蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪、矿物质、维生素C和胡萝卜素等。其中,矿物质成分比其他蔬菜更全面,钙、磷、铁、钾、锌、锰等含量都很丰富。此外,西蓝花所含的维生素种类也非常齐全,而且含量很丰富,尤其是叶酸和维生素C。本实施例中宠物粮在宠物食用30天后其效果与实施例1基本相同。
实施例3。
本实施例的猫狗粮含有如下组分:黑水虻酶解物220kg,鸭肉150kg,黄粉虫幼虫粉100kg,羊奶粉10kg,紫薯粉100kg,鸭油62kg,小球藻粉50kg,裂壶藻粉60kg,西红柿15kg,胡萝卜10kg,产阮假丝酵母15kg,金银花0.5kg,调味膏30kg,双歧杆菌10kg,调味粉30kg,迷迭香1kg,枸杞1kg,丝兰1kg,核心预混料20kg。
本实施例的产品成分分析值
本宠物食品中,鸭油的添加能增加宠物猫狗粮的能量含量,为机体提供机体所需脂肪酸,同时也能改善猫狗粮的适口性;枸杞富含蛋白质,碳水化合物,脂肪,胡萝卜素,硫胺素和矿物质,如钙、铁、磷、镁、钾、钠,枸杞具有提高机体免疫力,具有高效的保健功能;具有保健作用的金银花主要功能在于调节血脂、血糖,适合饲喂给肥胖的宠物猫狗,而且金银花还有很好的杀菌消炎的作用,对于相对应的细菌性感染有一定的治疗作用。给宠物喂食后,其效果与实施例1基本相同。
本发明的宠物粮,宠物长期使用可保障肠道健康,促进消化吸收,增强其机体免疫力,同时推动了黑水虻等可持续原料在宠物食品中的广泛开发与应用,提高新型原料在宠物行业中的发展,降低成本,生长周期短,减少环境污染。

2.如权利要求1所述的含黑水虻幼虫酶解物的宠物猫狗粮,其特征在于,还包括10-30份的肉粉类、2-15份的乳制品类,所述肉粉类为鸡肉粉、鸭肉粉、牛肉粉、鱼粉中的一种或多种的组合;所述乳制品类为奶酪粉、羊初乳、羊奶粉中的一种或多种的组合。
3.如权利要求1所述的含黑水虻幼虫酶解物的宠物猫狗粮,其特征在于,所述果蔬粉类为马铃薯粉、木薯粉、红薯粉、紫薯粉、海带粉、南瓜粉、西蓝花、西红柿、胡萝卜中的一种或多种的组合。
4.如权利要求1所述的含黑水虻幼虫酶解物的宠物猫狗粮,其特征在于,所述草本植物类为苜蓿草颗粒、车前子、茜草、丝兰、菊苣根、黄芪、当归、迷迭香中的一种或多种的组合。
5.如权利要求1所述的含黑水虻幼虫酶解物的宠物猫狗粮,其特征在于,所述益生菌为产阮假丝酵母、双歧杆菌中的一种或两种的组合。
6.如权利要求1所述的含黑水虻幼虫酶解物的宠物猫狗粮,其特征在于,所述藻粉类为小球藻粉、裂壶藻粉中的一种或两种的组合。
7.如权利要求1所述的含黑水虻幼虫酶解物的宠物猫狗粮,其特征在于,所述复合调味料包括调味膏和调味粉。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一所述的含黑水虻幼虫酶解物的宠物猫狗粮的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取黄粉虫幼虫粉、果蔬粉类、草本植物类、益生菌、藻粉类进行混合,然后预混过80目筛,此时得到混合物A;
(2)将上述步骤的混合物A和核心预混料类、1-3份的油脂类预混合,得到混合物B;
(3)将黑水虻幼虫酶解物与混合物B在调质机中100±5℃下调质至水分含量在25-30%范围内,此时得到混合物C;
(4)将上述步骤的混合物C送到膨化机,在100℃以上高温下进行高温膨化造粒得到颗粒粮D,将颗粒粮D在100±5℃下烘干直至水分将至3-4%得到颗粒粮E;
(5)将上述步骤的颗粒粮E在调味混合仓中依次真空高压喷涂剩余的油脂、复合调味料后送入冷却塔进行冷却至室温,制得猫狗粮。
9.如权利要求8所述的含黑水虻幼虫酶解物的宠物猫狗粮的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(1)中可以添加肉粉类和乳制品类进行混合。
10.如权利要求8所述的含黑水虻幼虫酶解物的宠物猫狗粮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的黑水虻幼虫酶解物的生产工艺是是将4-10日期的黑水虻幼虫清洗沥干后用绞肉机加工成肉泥,然后向肉泥中添加20%的水,在100℃进行熟化;后降温至60±2℃添加蛋白酶酶解4h,酶解完升温至95±5℃对酶进行灭活,后再降温至65±2℃,添加氨基酸恒温反应4h,即为黑水虻幼虫酶解物。
