- 제7항에 있어서,상기 수신된 응답 정보가 제2 정보에 대응하는 경우, 상기 오배송 이벤트에 대한 정정 배송이 완료됨을 나타내는 정보를 생성하는 단계와,상기 생성된 정보를 상기 오배송 이벤트와 관련된 고객에 대응하는 제2 단말에 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오배송 이벤트에 대응하는 배송 정보를 기초로 오배송된 시점으로부터 경과된 시간 정보를 확인하는 단계를 더 포함하고,상기 오배송 이벤트에 대응하는 배송 정보를 전송하는 단계는,상기 시간 정보를 기반으로 상기 오배송 이벤트에 대응하는 배송 정보의 전송 여부를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는, 제어 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 오배송 이벤트에 대응하는 배송 정보가 전송되지 않는 경우 상기 오배송 이벤트에 대응하는 상품에 대한 처리가 수행되는 단계를 더 포함하는, 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오배송 이벤트에 대응하는 배송 정보는 상기 오배송 이벤트에 따라 촬영된 이미지 정보, 상기 오배송 이벤트에 대한 정정 배송을 위한 주소 정보 및 상기 정정 배송을 위한 주소와 관련된 이미지 정보, 상기 오배송 이벤트에 대응하는 상품의 주문 정보, 오배송 이벤트에 대한 정정 배송 요청 시점, 오배송 이벤트에 대한 정정 배송 요청기한, 및 오배송 이벤트에 대한 정정 배송 실패에 대응한 상품 처리 방법 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오배송 이벤트는 상기 오배송 이벤트와 관련된 고객에 대응하는 제2 단말로부터 수신된 정보를 기반으로 확인되고,상기 제어 방법은,상기 제1 단말로부터 상기 오배송 이벤트에 대한 정정 배송 처리에 대한 정보를 수신하는 단계와,상기 오배송 이벤트에 대한 정정 배송 처리에 대한 정보를 기반으로 상기 제2 단말에 알람 정보를 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 제어 방법.
- 배송 관리를 위한 전자 장치에 있어서,트랜시버와,메모리와,프로세서를 포함하고,상기 프로세서는,오배송 이벤트를 확인하고,상기 오배송 이벤트에 대응하는 배송 정보 및 배달원에 대한 정보를 확인하고,상기 확인된 배달원에 대한 정보를 기반으로 상기 배달원이 이용가능한지 확인하고,상기 배달원이 이용가능할 경우 상기 배달원에 대응하는 제1 단말에 상기 오배송 이벤트에 대응하는 배송 정보를 전송하는, 전자 장치.
