Claims (20)
- 상품 운반을 위한 전자 장치의 동작 방법에 있어서,상품의 특징 정보를 확인하는 단계와,상기 확인된 특징 정보가 계획된 배치와 관련된 주요 특징 정보를 포함하는지 여부를 확인하는 단계와,상기 주요 특징 정보의 포함 여부 결과에 기초하여, 복수의 배치 공간 중 상기 주요 특징 정보에 대응하는 배치 공간을 확인하거나 상기 복수의 배치 공간 중 하나의 배치 공간을 확인하는 단계와,상기 확인된 배치 공간에 대응하는 위치로 상기 상품이 운반되도록 운반 장치를 제어하는 단계를 포함하는, 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배치 공간을 확인하는 단계는,상기 확인된 특징 정보가 상기 주요 특징 정보를 포함하는 경우 복수의 배치 공간 중 상기 주요 특징 정보에 대응하는 배치 공간을 확인하고, 상기 확인된 특징 정보가 상기 주요 특징 정보를 포함하지 않는 경우 랜덤하게 상기 복수의 배치 공간 중 하나의 배치 공간을 확인하는 단계를 포함하는, 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 특징 정보를 확인하는 단계는,사용자 단말로부터 상기 상품에 대한 기본 정보를 획득하는 단계와,상기 획득된 기본 정보를 기반으로, 상기 상품의 특징 정보를 확인하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 상품에 대한 기본 정보는, 상품명, 상품 종류 및 상기 상품에 지정된 일련번호 중 적어도 하나에 대한 정보를 포함하는, 동작 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 확인된 특징 정보를 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하고,상기 확인된 특징 정보는 상기 사용자 단말에 표시되는, 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 운반 장치를 제어하는 단계는,상기 확인된 배치 공간이 복수인 경우, 상기 확인된 배치 공간 각각의 여유 공간, 상기 확인된 배치 공간 별 할당된 작업자의 수 및 상기 확인된 배치 공간 각각에 배치된 상품 종류의 수 중 적어도 하나에 대한 정보를 기초로 상기 확인된 배치 공간 중 하나의 배치 공간을 선택하는 단계와,상기 선택된 배치 공간에 대응하는 위치로 상기 상품이 운반되도록 상기 운반 장치를 제어하는 단계를 포함하는, 동작 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 배치 공간을 선택하는 단계는,상기 확인된 배치 공간 각각의 여유 공간에 대한 정보를 확인하는 단계와,상기 확인된 배치 공간 중 여유 공간이 가장 큰 배치 공간을 상기 상품이 운반될 배치 공간으로 선택하는 단계를 포함하는, 동작 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 배치 공간을 선택하는 단계는,상기 확인된 배치 공간 별 할당된 작업자의 수에 대한 정보를 확인하는 단계와,상기 확인된 배치 공간 중 작업자의 수가 가장 많은 배치 공간을 상기 상품이 운반될 배치 공간으로 선택하는 단계를 포함하는, 동작 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 배치 공간을 선택하는 단계는,상기 확인된 배치 공간 각각에 미리 배치된 상품의 종류의 수를 확인하는 단계와,상기 확인된 배치 공간 중 미리 배치된 상품의 종류의 수가 가장 적은 배치 공간을 상기 상품이 운반될 배치 공간으로 선택하는 단계를 포함하는, 동작 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나에 대한 정보는 사용자 단말로부터 수신되는, 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 배치 공간 각각은 상품이 배치되도록 미리 지정된 공간을 포함하고,상기 주요 특징 정보는 판매율, 파손 위험도, 가격, 도난률 및 분실률 중 적어도 하나와 관련된 정보를 포함하는, 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주요 특징 정보는, 판매율이 특정 값 이상인 특징, 파손의 위험도가 특정 값 이상인 특징, 가격이 특정 값 이상인 특징, 도난률이 특정 값 이상인 특징, 또는 분실률이 특정 값 이상인 특징에 대한 정보를 포함하는, 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주요 특징 정보가 판매율이 특정 값 이상인 특징을 포함하는 경우, 상기 주요 특징 정보에 대응하는 배치 공간은 출고 위치로부터 미리 지정된 거리 범위 내에 위치되는 배치 공간을 포함하는, 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주요 특징 정보가 파손의 위험도가 특정 값 이상인 특징을 포함하는 경우, 상기 주요 특징 정보에 대응하는 배치 공간은 입고 위치 또는 출고 위치로부터 미리 지정된 거리 범위 내에 위치되는 배치 공간을 포함하는, 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주요 특징 정보가 가격이 특정 값 이상인 특징, 도난률이 특정 값 이상인 특징, 또는 분실률이 특정 값 이상인 특징을 포함하는 경우, 상기 주요 특징 정보에 대응하는 배치 공간은 미리 지정된 위치로부터 특정 거리 범위 내에 위치되는 배치 공간을 포함하는, 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주요 특징 정보에 대응하는 배치 공간은 사용자의 입력을 기초로 미리 지정되는, 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상품의 특징 정보는 상기 상품의 종류에 따라 미리 지정되는, 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 확인된 배치 공간에 대한 정보를 사용자 단말로 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 운반 장치는 상기 전자 장치와 연결된 컨베이어를 포함하는, 동작 방법.
- 상품 운반을 위한 전자 장치에 있어서,적어도 하나의 명령어(instructions)를 저장하는 메모리와,상기 적어도 하나의 명령어를 실행하여,상품의 특징 정보를 확인하고,상기 확인된 특징 정보가 계획된 배치와 관련된 주요 특징 정보를 포함하는지 여부를 확인하고,상기 주요 특징 정보의 포함 여부 결과에 기초하여, 복수의 배치 공간 중 상기 주요 특징 정보에 대응하는 배치 공간을 확인하거나 상기 복수의 배치 공간 중 하나의 배치 공간을 확인하고,상기 확인된 배치 공간에 대응하는 위치로 상기 상품이 운반되도록 운반 장치를 제어하는 프로세서를 포함하는,전자 장치.
- 상품의 특징 정보를 확인하는 단계와,상기 확인된 특징 정보가 계획된 배치와 관련된 주요 특징 정보를 포함하는지 여부를 확인하는 단계와,상기 주요 특징 정보의 포함 여부 결과에 기초하여, 복수의 배치 공간 중 상기 주요 특징 정보에 대응하는 배치 공간을 확인하거나 상기 복수의 배치 공간 중 하나의 배치 공간을 확인하는 단계와,상기 확인된 배치 공간에 대응하는 위치로 상기 상품이 운반되도록 운반 장치를 제어하는 단계를 포함하는, 상품 운반을 위한 전자 장치의 동작 방법을 컴퓨터에서 실행시키기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 비일시적 기록매체.
