Claims (11)
- 휴대기기에 내장된 프로그램을 통해 제품의 바코드를 휴대기기로 촬영하여 제품을 인식하거나, 제품의 정보를 상기 휴대기기에 직접입력하여 제품을 인식시키는 제품인식단계;상기 제품인식단계로부터 인식된 제품의 정보에 관한 데이타를 관리서버에 전송하여 상기 제품을 등록하는 제품등록단계; 및상기 제품등록단계 완료후 상기 휴대기기 사용자에 의해 온라인 상에서 상기 제품의 사후관리가 이루어지는 제품사후관리단계;를 포함하는, 휴대기기를 이용한 제품의 사후관리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제품인식단계 및 상기 제품등록단계는 상기 바코드의 개별 인스턴스 포함 또는 미포함된 경우, 상기 관리서버에 데이타베이스화된 등록제품 또는 미등록제품인 경우 및 상기 바코드의 식별 가능 또는 식별 불가능인 경우로 구분되어 처리되는, 휴대기기를 이용한 제품의 사후관리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제품인식단계 및 상기 제품등록단계는,제품의 바코드를 휴대기기로 촬영하여 상기 바코드의 코드값을 서버로 전송하는 코드값 전송 단계;상기 서버는 수신된 상기 바코드의 코드값이 식별 가능한 지 여부를 판단하고 그 결과에 따라 다음 단계를 수행하는 코드값 식별단계;상기 코드값 식별단계에 의해 코드값 식별이 불가능한 경우 상기 서버는 상기 휴대기기로 하여금 단계별 등록 및 직접입력 등록을 거치도록 하며, 코드값 식별이 가능한 경우 상기 서버는 제품의 개별 인스턴스의 식별이 가능한지 판단하는 개별 인스턴스 식별단계; 및상기 개별 인스턴스 식별단계에 의해 인스턴스 식별이 가능한 경우 상기 휴대기기는 제품의 등록을 실행하고, 인스턴스 식별이 불가능한 경우 상기 서버에서 시리얼넘버를 자체 생성하거나 또는 상기 서버는 상기 제품의 제조사에게 상기 시리얼넘버를 생성하도록 요청하는 시리얼넘버 생성단계;를 포함하는, 휴대기기를 이용한 제품의 사후관리방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 단계별 등록 및 직접입력 등록은 제품과 관련된 정보를 상위정보로부터 하위정보로 순차적으로 구분하여 제시함으로서 순차적으로 제품의 등록을 수행하는 단계인, 휴대기기를 이용한 제품의 사후관리방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 단계별 등록 및 직접입력 등록에 따라 수신된 정보를 기초로 하여 상기 서버 또는 상기 제조사는 해당 제품에 대한 2차원 코드를 생성하고, 상기 2차원 코드를 상기 휴대기기 소유자로 하여금 확인하도록 전송하는, 휴대기기를 이용한 제품의 사후관리방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 개별 인스턴스는 동일 모델을 갖는 다수의 제품군에서 하나의 개별 제품에 대한 개별값을 의미하는, 휴대기기를 이용한 제품의 사후관리방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 시리얼넘버 생성단계 후, 상기 서버는 상기 시리얼넘버를 기초로 하여 상기 제품에 대한 2차원 바코드를 자동으로 생성하고 상기 휴대기기 소유자에게 확인시키는 2차원 바코드 생성단계를 더 포함하는, 휴대기기를 이용한 제품의 사후관리방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 휴대기기 소유자는 상기 제품에 대한 위조나 도난을 확인하기 위해 해당 정보를 상기 서버에 전송하여 상기 서버로부터 상기 제품에 대한 진위 여부를 수신하여 확인하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 휴대기기를 이용한 제품의 사후관리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 휴대기기 소유자는 상기 제품에 대한 위조나 도난을 확인하기 위해 해당 정보를 상기 서버에 전송하여 상기 서버로부터 상기 제품에 대한 진위 여부를 수신하여 확인하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 휴대기기를 이용한 제품의 사후관리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제품사후관리단계의 사후관리는 상기 제품의 구입 및 처리에 따라 결제되는 금액만큼의 포인트가 가감되어 기록되는 제품의 포인트관리, 상기 제품의 온라인 중고거래를 실행하는 제품의 중고거래관리, 상기 제품의 A/S을 요청하고 확인되는 제품의 A/S관리, 상기 제품의 폐기를 요청하고 확인하는 제품의 폐기관리, 상기 제품의 기부 또는 기증을 요청하고 확인하는 제품의 기부 및 기증관리, 또는 상기 제품의 분실시 분실 제품의 확인 요청 및 회수가 가능하도록 하는 분실물관리 중 어느 하나 이상의 관리를 포함하는, 휴대기기를 이용한 제품의 사후관리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제품인식단계의 전후, 상기 제품등록단계의 전후 또는 상기 제품사후관리단계의 전후 중 어느 시기에도 상기 제품의 구입시 처리되는 구입내역증빙 서류를 상기 휴대기기를 통해 촬영하여 저장하는, 휴대기기를 이용한 제품의 사후관리방법.
