Description
上記事情を鑑み、本発明が解決しようとする課題は、耐熱性、機械強度(靭性)を維持し、優れた表面硬度および寸法安定性を有するアクリル系樹脂組成物及び成形体を提供することである。

本発明に関わるアクリル系共重合体(A)は、メタクリル酸メチル単位と、α-メチルスチレン単位と、構造単位(R)とを、含有する。本発明に関わるアクリル系共重合体は、さらに、メタクリル酸メチルに共重合可能なその他のビニル系単量体単位(C)を含んでもよい。メタクリル酸メチルに共重合可能なその他のビニル系単量体単位(C)は、下記式(A)で表されるメタクリル酸アミド単位、下記式(B)で表される2-(ヒドロキシアルキル)アクリル酸メチル単位でもよい。
N-置換若しくは無置換2,6-ジオキソピペリジンジイル構造を有する単位としては、式(I)で表される構造単位を挙げることができる。
式(I)で表される構造単位は、例えばスキーム(i)で示されるように対応する酸無水物(IIa)とR2NH2で表されるイミド化剤の反応により生成してもよく、式(III)の部分構造を有する共重合体の分子内環化反応により生成してもよい。分子内環化反応により式(III)で表される構造単位を式(I)で表される構造単位に変換するために加熱することが好ましい。
スキーム(i)
上記アクリル酸エステル単量体単位(C-1)は、1種のみを単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
上記芳香族ビニル単量体単位(C-2)は、1種のみを単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
上記シアン化ビニル単量体単位(C-3)は、1種のみを単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
本明細書において、「ガラス転移温度(Tg)」は、JIS K7121に準拠して測定する。具体的には、230℃まで一度昇温し、次いで室温まで冷却し、その後、室温から230℃までを10℃/分で昇温させる条件にてDSC曲線を測定する。2回目の昇温時に測定されるDSC曲線から求められる中間点を「ガラス転移温度(Tg)」として求める。
即ち該製造方法は、メタクリル酸メチル60~93質量%およびα-メチルスチレン30~7質量%、共重合可能な単量体(C)0~20質量%を含む単量体混合物と、ラジカル重合開始剤と、必要に応じ連鎖移動剤とを含んでなる反応原料を、槽型反応器に連続的に供給する工程、
槽型反応器内で前記単量体混合物を重合転化率30~60質量%まで塊状重合して反応生成物を得る工程、および
反応生成物中の単量体混合物を除去して前駆体ポリマーを得る工程、
得られた前駆体ポリマーに環構造形成反応をさせる工程
を含み、各工程は公知の技術によって実施することができる。
エステル化剤としては、コスト、反応性などの観点から、ジメチルカーボネートが好ましい。
本発明のアクリル系樹脂組成物中のエラストマー(B)の含有量は1~49質量%であり、5~45質量%であることが好ましく、10~40質量%の範囲であることがより好ましい。本発明のアクリル系樹脂組成物は、エラストマー(B)の含有量が1~49質量%の範囲であることで脆性が改良される。
エラストマー(B)に有するアクリル酸エステル単位の量は、好ましくは30質量%以上、より好ましくは35%質量以上90質量%以下、さらに好ましくは40質量%以上80質量%以下である。
メタクリル酸C1-8アルキルエステル以外の単官能単量体としては、アクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸エチル、アクリル酸ブチル、アクリル酸2-エチルヘキシル、アクリル酸プロルなどのアクリル酸エステル;スチレンなどの芳香族ビニル化合物を挙げることができる。
メタクリル酸メチル以外の単官能単量体としては、アクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸エチル、アクリル酸ブチル、アクリル酸2-エチルヘキシル、アクリル酸プロピルなどのアクリル酸エステル;スチレンなどの芳香族ビニル化合物を挙げることができる。
多官能単量体としては、エチレングリコールジメタクリレート、プロピレングリコールジメタクリレート、トリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、ヘキサンジオールジメタクリレート、エチレングリコールジアクリレート、プロピレングリコールジアクリレート、トリエチレングリコールジアクリレート、アリルメタクリレート、トリアリルイソシアヌレートなどを挙げることができる。
多官能単量体としては、架橋重合体(R)で挙げたものなどを挙げることができる。
乳化重合による場合は、例えば、架橋重合体(R)を構成するための単量体(r)を乳化重合して架橋重合体(R)を含有するラテックスを得、これに架橋ゴム重合体(Q)を構成するための単量体(q)を添加して、単量体(q)をシード乳化重合して架橋重合体(R)と架橋ゴム重合体(q)を含有するラテックスを得、これに熱可塑性重合体(P)を構成するための単量体(p)を加えて、単量体(p)をシード乳化重合して多層共重合体エラストマーを含有するラテックスを得ることができる。なお、乳化重合は重合体を含有するラテックスを得るために用いられる公知の方法である。シード乳化重合はシード粒子の表面で単量体の重合反応を行わせる方法である。シード乳化重合はコアシェル構造重合体粒子を得るために好ましく用いられる。
ブロック共重合体エラストマーは、重合体ブロック(b1)を、一分子中に、1つのみ有するものであってもよいし、複数有するものであってもよい。また、ブロック共重合体エラストマーは、重合体ブロック(b2)を、一分子中に、1つのみ有するものであってもよいし、複数有するものであってもよい。
本発明のアクリル系樹脂組成物は、アクリル系共重合体(A)/エラストマー(B)の質量比が、耐衝撃性、表面硬度の観点から99/1~51/49であり、95/5~55/45であることが好ましく、90/10~60/40であることがより好ましい。
リン系酸化防止剤とヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤とを併用する場合、その割合は特に制限されないが、リン系酸化防止剤/ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤の質量比で、好ましくは1/5~2/1、より好ましくは1/2~1/1である。
紫外線吸収剤としては、ベンゾフェノン類、ベンゾトリアゾール類、トリアジン類、ベンゾエート類、サリシレート類、シアノアクリレート類、蓚酸アニリド類、マロン酸エステル類、ホルムアミジン類などを挙げることができる。これらは1種を単独で用いても、2種以上を併用してもよい。これらの中でも、ベンゾトリアゾール類、トリアジン類、または波長380~450nmにおけるモル吸光係数の最大値εmaxが1200dm3mol-1cm-1以下である紫外線吸収剤が好ましい。

該重合体粒子は、単一組成比および単一極限粘度の重合体からなる単層粒子であってもよいし、また組成比または極限粘度の異なる2種以上の重合体からなる多層粒子であってもよい。この中でも、内層に低い極限粘度を有する重合体層を有し、外層に5dl/g以上の高い極限粘度を有する重合体層を有する2層構造の粒子が好ましいものとして挙げられる。高分子加工助剤は、極限粘度が3~6dl/gであることが好ましい。極限粘度が小さすぎると成形性の改善効果が低い。極限粘度が大きすぎるとアクリル系樹脂組成物の溶融流動性の低下を招きやすい。
光拡散剤や艶消し剤としては、ガラス微粒子、ポリシロキサン系架橋微粒子、架橋ポリマー微粒子、タルク、炭酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウムなどを挙げることができる。
蛍光体としては、蛍光顔料、蛍光染料、蛍光白色染料、蛍光増白剤、蛍光漂白剤などを挙げることができる。
鏡面ロールまたは鏡面ベルトは金属製であることが好ましい。鏡面ロールとしては金属剛体ロール、金属弾性体ロールなどを用いることができ、金弾弾性体ロールと金属剛体ロールとを組み合わせて用いることが好ましい。また、鏡面ロールまたは鏡面ベルトの表面温度は共に130℃以下であることが好ましい。また、一対の鏡面ロール若しくは鏡面ベルトは、少なくとも一方の表面温度が60℃以上であることが好ましい。このような表面温度に設定すると、押出機から吐出される溶融樹脂を自然放冷よりも速い速度で冷却することができ、表面平滑性に優れ且つヘイズの低いフィルムを製造し易い。一対のロールまたはベルトの間の線圧は好ましくは10N/mm以上、より好ましくは30N/mm以上である。押出成形で得られる未延伸フィルムの厚さは、10~300μmであることが好ましい。フィルムのヘイズは、厚さ100μmにおいて、好ましくは0.57%以下、より好ましくは0.35%以下、さらに好ましくは0.3%以下である。
製造例で得られた樹脂の重量平均分子量(Mw)は、GPC法(ガスクロマトグラフィ法)により求めた。測定対象樹脂4mgをテトラヒドロフラン5mlに溶解させて試料溶液を調整した。カラムオーブンの温度を40℃に設定し、溶離液流量0.35ml/分で、試料溶液20μlを装置内に注入して、クロマトグラムを測定した。分子量が400~5,000,000の範囲内にある標準ポリスチレン10点をGPC測定し、保持時間と分子量との関係を示す検量線を作成した。この検量線に基づいて測定対象樹脂のMwを決定した 。GPC(ゲル・パーミエイション・クロマトグラフィー)により測定されたクロマトグラムから標準ポリスチレンの分子量に相当する値を共重合体の分子量とした。

13C-NMRによりα-メチルスチレン単位のフェニル基とメタクリル酸メチル単位のカルボニル基とスチレン単位のフェニル基とのカーボン比を求め、これによって各単位組成を算出した。
製造例で得られた樹脂を、JIS K7121に準拠して、示差走査熱量測定装置(島津製作所製、DSC-50(品番))を用いて、250℃まで一度昇温し、次いで室温まで冷却し、その後、室温から200℃までを10℃/分で昇温させる条件にてDSC曲線を測定した。2回目の昇温時に測定されるDSC曲線から求められる中間点ガラス転移温度を本発明におけるガラス転移温度とした。
α-メチルスチレン単位とスチレン単位は前駆体ポリマーの各単位組成と同組成とした。1H-NMR(Bruker社製;商品名ULTRA SHIELD 400 PLUS)を用いて、アクリル系共重合体の1H-NMR測定を行い、アクリル系共重合体中のグルタルイミド単位、メタクリル酸メチル単位、芳香族ビニル(α-メチルスチレンとスチレン)単位などの各単量体単位それぞれの含有量(mol%)を求め、当該含有量(mol%)を、各単量体単位の分子量を使用して含有量(重量%)に換算した。
製造例で得られたアクリル系共重合体、実施例および比較例で得られたアクリル系樹脂組成物を熱重量測定装置(島津製作所製、TGA-50)を用いて、窒素雰囲気下、10℃/minで昇温し、1%重量減少した時点での温度を、1%熱重量減少温度とした。
射出成形機(株式会社名機製作所製、M-100C)を用いて、シリンダ温度260℃、金型温度50℃、射出速度50mm/秒の条件で実施例および比較例で得られたアクリル系樹脂組成物を射出成形して、厚さ4mm、長片80mm、短辺10mmの長方形の試験片を得た。各試験片をJIS K7206のB50法に記載された方法に準拠して、HDT試験装置3M-2 株式会社東洋精機製作所製を使用し、ビカット軟化温度(VST)を測定した。
射出成形機(株式会社名機製作所製、M-100C)を用いて、シリンダ温度260℃、金型温度50℃、射出速度50mm/秒の条件で製造例で得られたアクリル系共重合体、実施例および比較例で得られたアクリル系樹脂組成物を射出成形して、厚さ4mm、長片80mm、短辺10mmの長方形の試験片を得た。各試験片をJIS K7171に記載された方法に準拠して、精密万能試験機オートグラフAG-IS5kN 株式会社島津製作所を使用し、曲げ弾性率を測定した。
射出成形機(株式会社名機製作所製、M-100C)を用いて、シリンダ温度260℃、金型温度50℃、射出速度50mm/秒の条件で製造例で得られたアクリル系共重合体、実施例および比較例で得られたアクリル系樹脂組成物を射出成形して、厚さ3mm、一辺50mmの正方形の試験片を得た。温度80℃、5mmHgの条件下において試験片を24時間真空乾燥させた。次いで、試験片をデシケータ中で放冷した。デシケータから試験片を取り出して直ぐに質量(初期質量)を測定した。次いで該試験片を23℃の蒸留水に浸漬した。試験片を水から取り出し、表面に付着した水を拭き取って質量を測定した。質量変化がなくなるまで蒸留水への浸漬、質量測定を繰り返した。質量変化がなくなったときの質量(吸水質量)と、初期質量とから、下式によって飽和吸水率を算出した。

射出成形機(株式会社名機製作所製、M-100C)を用いて、シリンダ温度280℃、金型温度75℃、成形サイクル1分の条件で実施例および比較例で得られたアクリル系樹脂組成物を射出成形して、長さ205mm、幅160mm、厚さ0.5mmの平板を製造した。厚さに対する樹脂流動長さ(190mm)の比が380である。
また、軸径20mの単軸押出機を用いて、樹脂温度260℃にて、実施例および比較例で得られたアクリル系樹脂組成物を150mm幅のTダイから押出し、幅100mm、厚さ80μmの単層フィルムを得た。
平板の外観を目視で観察した。ヒケやシルバーなどの成形不良の有り無しで成形性の良否を判断した。また、フィルムの外観を目視で観察した。発泡やゲルブツの有り無しで成形性の良否を判断した。

射出成形機(株式会社名機製作所製、M-100C)を用いて、シリンダ温度280℃、金型温度75℃、成形サイクル1分の条件で実施例および比較例で得られたアクリル系樹脂組成物を射出成形して、長さ205mm、幅160mm、厚さ0.5mmの平板を製造した。厚さに対する樹脂流動長さ(190mm)の比が380である。
平板を(1)温度60℃で相対湿度90%、(2)温度90℃で相対湿度60%の恒温器に其々入れて大気中で500時間放置した。恒温器から平板を取り出して、長さ方向の寸法を測定した。恒温器に入れる前の長さ方向の寸法からの寸法変化率を算出した。
(1)、(2)いずれの条件においても寸法変化率が0.3%以下であるものを「◎」、
(1)、(2)いずれか一方の条件において寸法変化率が0.3%以下であるものを「○」、
(1)、(2)両方の条件において寸法変化率が0.3%より大きいものを「×」とした。
射出成形機(株式会社名機製作所製、M-100C)を用いて、シリンダ温度260℃、金型温度50℃、射出速度50mm/秒の条件で実施例および比較例で得られたアクリル系樹脂組成物を射出成形して、厚さ3mm、一辺50mmの正方形の試験片を得た。
また、軸径20mの単軸押出機を用いて、樹脂温度260℃にて、実施例および比較例で得られたアクリル系樹脂組成物を150mm幅のTダイから押出し、幅100mm、厚さ80μmの単層フィルムを得た。
各試験片および単層フィルムをJIS K5600-5-4に準拠して、0.75Kg荷重で、鉛筆硬度を測定した。

本製造例に関わる前駆体ポリマーA-a~A-f、およびA-hは、以下の方法で製造した。
前駆体ポリマーA-a~A-f、およびA-h
撹拌機付オートクレーブに、精製されたメタクリル酸メチル(MMA)、α-メチルスチレン(αMSt)、スチレン(St)、2,2’-アゾビス(2-メチルプロピオニトリル)(AIBN)およびn-オクチルメルカプタン(n-OM)を表1に記載の割合で仕込み、均一に溶解させて重合原料を得た。窒素ガスを反応原料に吹き込み、溶存酸素3ppmまで除去した。次いで、ブライン冷却凝縮器を備えた連続流通式槽型反応器内を窒素ガスで置換した。重合原料を、表1に記載の平均滞留時間となるように一定流量で、前記の槽型反応器内に連続的に供給し、表1に記載の重合温度にて塊状重合させ、槽型反応器から前駆体ポリマーを含む液を連続的に排出した。なお、槽型反応器内の圧力は、ブライン冷却凝縮器に接続された圧力調整弁によって調整した。重合転化率は表1に記載の値になった。次いで、反応器から排出された液を230℃に加温し、240℃に制御された二軸押出機に供給した。該二軸押出機において未反応単量体を主成分とする揮発分を分離除去して、前駆体ポリマーをストランドにして押し出した。該ストランドをペレタイザーでカットし、前駆体ポリマーを得た。得られた前駆体ポリマーの重量平均分子量Mw、各単量体単位の割合、ガラス転移温度を測定した。その結果を表1に示す。
特開2003-231785号公報の[実施例]の項に記載の共重合体(A)の製造方法に従って、MS樹脂(メタクリル酸メチル(MMA)とスチレン(St)との共重合体)を製造した。オートクレーブ内に仕込むMMAとStとt-ドデシルメルカプタン(t-DM)の質量比を変えて、前駆体ポリマーA-g;Mw=95000、Tg=116℃、スチレン単量体単位の含有量10質量%を得た。
製造例1
輸送部、溶融混練部、脱揮部および排出部からなり且つスクリュー回転数100rpmおよび温度230℃に設定された二軸押出機(日本製鋼社製;商品名TEX30α‐77AW-3V)の輸送部にアクリル系共重合体〔A-a〕を10kg/hrで供給し、ニーディングブロックの設置された溶融混練部においてモノメチルアミンを表1のグルタルイミドに由来する構造単位の含有量になるように添加量を調整し二軸押出機の添加剤供給口から注入し、アクリル系共重合体〔A-a〕とモノメチルアミンとを反応させた。なお、溶融混練部は、殆どがニーディングディスクから構成され、その両端にシールエレメントが装着されている。脱揮部において、副生成物および過剰のモノメチルアミンを、溶融混練部を通過した溶融樹脂から揮発させ、複数のベントを通して排出した。
二軸押出機の排出部の末端に設けられたダイスからストランドとして押し出された溶融樹脂を、水槽で冷却し、その後、ペレタイザでカットしてペレット状のイミド化樹脂〔A-1〕を得た。イミド化樹脂〔A-1〕中のグルタルイミドに由来する構造単位の含有量は9wt%であった。イミド化樹脂〔A-1〕の組成と物性を表1示す。
アクリル系共重合体〔A-a〕の替わりに、アクリル系共重合体〔A-b〕を用い、モノメチルアミンの添加量をグルタルイミドに由来する構造単位の含有量が7wt%になるように変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で、イミド化樹脂〔A-2〕を得た。イミド化樹脂〔A-2〕の組成と物性を表1に示す。
アクリル系共重合体〔A-a〕の替わりに、アクリル系共重合体〔A-b〕を用い、モノメチルアミンの添加量をグルタルイミドに由来する構造単位の含有量が15wt%になるように変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で、イミド化樹脂〔A-3〕を得た。イミド化樹脂〔A-3〕の組成と物性を表1に示す。
アクリル系共重合体〔A-a〕の替わりに、アクリル系共重合体〔A-c〕を用い、モノメチルアミンの添加量をグルタルイミドに由来する構造単位の含有量が8wt%になるように変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で、イミド化樹脂〔A-4〕を得た。イミド化樹脂〔A-4〕の組成と物性を表1に示す。
アクリル系共重合体〔A-a〕の替わりに、アクリル系共重合体〔A-d〕を用い、モノメチルアミンの添加量をグルタルイミドに由来する構造単位の含有量が9wt%になるように変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で、イミド化樹脂〔A-5〕を得た。イミド化樹脂〔A-5〕の組成と物性を表1に示す。
アクリル系共重合体〔A-a〕の替わりに、アクリル系共重合体〔A-d〕を用い、モノメチルアミンの添加量をグルタルイミドに由来する構造単位の含有量が23wt%になるように変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で、イミド化樹脂〔A-6〕を得た。イミド化樹脂〔A-6〕の組成と物性を表1に示す。
アクリル系共重合体〔A-a〕の替わりに、アクリル系共重合体〔A-d〕を用い、モノメチルアミンの替わりにアンモニアの添加量をグルタルイミドに由来する構造単位の含有量が15wt%になるように変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で、イミド化樹脂〔A-7〕を得た。イミド化樹脂〔A-7〕の組成と物性を表1に示す。
アクリル系共重合体〔A-a〕の替わりに、アクリル系共重合体〔A-e〕を用い、モノメチルアミンの添加量をグルタルイミドに由来する構造単位の含有量が19wt%になるように変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で、イミド化樹脂〔A-8〕を得た。イミド化樹脂〔A-8〕の組成と物性を表1に示す。
アクリル系共重合体〔A-a〕の替わりに、アクリル系共重合体〔A-f〕を用い、モノメチルアミンの添加量をグルタルイミドに由来する構造単位の含有量が12wt%になるように変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で、イミド化樹脂〔A-9〕を得た。イミド化樹脂〔A-9〕の組成と物性を表1に示す。
アクリル系共重合体〔A-a〕の替わりに、アクリル系共重合体〔A-b〕を用い、モノメチルアミンの添加量をグルタルイミドに由来する構造単位の含有量が45wt%になるように変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で、イミド化樹脂〔A-10〕を得た。イミド化樹脂〔A-10〕の組成と物性を表1に示す。
アクリル系共重合体〔A-a〕の替わりに、アクリル系共重合体〔A-g〕を用い、モノメチルアミンの添加量をグルタルイミドに由来する構造単位の含有量が10wt%になるように変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で、イミド化樹脂〔A-11〕を得た。イミド化樹脂〔A-11〕の組成と物性を表1に示す。
アクリル系共重合体〔A-a〕の替わりに、アクリル系共重合体〔A-g〕を用い、モノメチルアミンの添加量をグルタルイミドに由来する構造単位の含有量が44wt%になるように変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で、イミド化樹脂〔A-12〕を得た。イミド化樹脂〔A-12〕の組成と物性を表1に示す。
アクリル系共重合体〔A-a〕の替わりに、アクリル系共重合体〔A-h〕を用い、モノメチルアミンの添加量をグルタルイミドに由来する構造単位の含有量が24wt%になるように変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で、イミド化樹脂〔A-13〕を得た。イミド化樹脂〔A-13〕の組成と物性を表1に示す。
アクリル系共重合体〔A-a〕の替わりに、アクリル系共重合体〔A-b〕を用い,イミド化剤を加えず押出機を素通ししたこと以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で、イミド化樹脂〔A-14〕を得た。イミド化樹脂〔A-14〕の組成と物性を表1に示す。
製造例15
攪拌機、温度計、窒素ガス導入管、単量体導入管および還流冷却器を備えた反応器内に、イオン交換水1050質量部、ポリオキシエチレントリデシルエーテル酢酸ナトリウム0.44質量部および炭酸ナトリウム0.7質量部を仕込み、反応器内を窒素ガスで十分に置換した。次いで内温を80℃にした。そこに、過硫酸カリウム0.25質量部を投入し、5分間攪拌した。これに、メタクリル酸メチル95.4質量%、アクリル酸メチル4.4質量%およびメタクリル酸アリル0.2質量%からなる単量体混合物245質量部を60分間かけて連続的に滴下した。滴下終了後、重合転化率が98%以上になるようにさらに30分間重合反応を行った。
次いで、同反応器内に、過硫酸カリウム0.32質量部を投入して5分間攪拌した。その後、アクリル酸ブチル80.5質量%、スチレン17.5質量%およびメタクリル酸アリル2質量%からなる単量体混合物315質量部を60分間かけて連続的に滴下した。滴下終了後、重合転化率が98%以上になるようにさらに30分間重合反応を行った。
次に、同反応器内に、過硫酸カリウム0.14質量部を投入して5分間攪拌した。その後、メタクリル酸メチル95.2質量%、アクリル酸メチル4.4質量%およびn-オクチルメルカプタン0.4質量%からなる単量体混合物140質量部を30分間かけて連続的に滴下した。滴下終了後、重合転化率が98%以上になるようにさらに60分間重合反応を行った。以上の操作によって、多層共重合体エラストマーを含むラテックスを得た。該ラテックスを凍結して凝固させた。次いで水洗・乾燥して多層共重合体エラストマー(B-1)を得た。多層共重合体エラストマー(B-1)の平均粒子径は0.2μmであった。
耐圧オートクレーブ中に、イオン交換水150質量部、1,3-ブタジエン85質量部、スチレン15質量部、t-ドデシルメルカプタン0.5質量部、ジイソプロピルベンゼンヒドロペルオキシド0.4質量部、ピロリン酸ソーダ1.5質量部、硫酸第一鉄0.02質量部、デキストローズ1.0質量部、及びオレイン酸カリウム1.0質量部を仕込み、撹拌しながら50℃で15時間反応させて、ブタジエン系ゴム重合ラテックスを製造した。
内部を脱気し、窒素で置換したブライン冷却できるジャケットおよび撹拌機つきのグラスライニング製3m3反応容器に、室温にて乾燥トルエン735kg、ヘキサメチルトリエチレンテトラミン0.4kg、およびイソブチルビス(2,6-ジ-t-ブチル-4-メチルフェノキシ)アルミニウム20molを含有するトルエン溶液39.4kgを加え、さらに、sec-ブチルリチウム1.17molを加えた。これにメタクリル酸メチル35.0kgを加え、室温で1時間反応させて、重量平均分子量(以下、Mw(b1-1)と称する。)40,000のメタクリル酸メチル重合体(重合体ブロック(b1-1))を得た。
80質量部のアクリル系共重合体(A-1)と20質量部の多層共重合体エラストマー(B-1)とを混ぜ合わせ、軸径20mmの二軸押出機で250℃にて溶融混練し、押出して、ガラス転移温度が120℃のペレット状のアクリル系樹脂組成物(C-1)を得た。評価結果を表2に示す。
表2に記載した処方以外は実施例1と同じ方法で、アクリル系樹脂組成物を得た。評価結果を表2に示す。

Claims (11)
- メタクリル酸メチル単位30~87質量%と、無水グルタル酸単位およびN-置換若しくは無置換グルタルイミド単位からなる群より選ばれる少なくともひとつの環構造を主鎖に有する構造単位(R)6~40質量%と、α-メチルスチレン単位7~30質量%と、メタクリル酸メチルに共重合可能なその他のビニル系単量体単位(C)0~20質量%とを有して成るアクリル系共重合体(A)51~99質量%、並びにエラストマー(B)1~49質量%を含有するアクリル系樹脂組成物。
- メタクリル酸メチル単位に共重合可能なその他のビニル系単量体単位(C)が、アクリル酸エステル単量体、芳香族ビニル単量体、及びシアン化ビニル単量体からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種により形成されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載のアクリル系樹脂組成物。
- メタクリル酸メチル単位に共重合可能なその他のビニル系単量体単位(C)が、アクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸エチル、スチレン、及びアクリロニトリルからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種により形成されている、請求項1~3のいずれかひとつに記載のアクリル系樹脂組成物。
- メタクリル酸メチル単位に共重合可能なその他のビニル系単量体単位(C)が、スチレンにより形成されている、請求項1~3のいずれかひとつに記載のアクリル系樹脂組成物。
- エラストマー(B)が、メタクリル酸エステル単位とアクリル酸エステル単位を有する多層共重合体エラストマーを含有する、請求項1~5のいずれかひとつに記載のアクリル系樹脂組成物。
- エラストマー(B)が、メタクリル酸エステル単位を有する重合体ブロック(b1)と、アクリル酸エステル単位を有する重合体ブロック(b2)とからなるブロック共重合体エラストマーを含有する、請求項1~6のいずれかひとつに記載のアクリル系樹脂組成物。
- JIS K7206のB50法で定められた方法で測定した成形体の軟化温度が110℃以上である請求項1~7のいずれかひとつに記載のアクリル系樹脂組成物。
- 飽和吸水率が2.5%以下である、請求項1~8のいずれかひとつに記載のアクリル系樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~9のいずれかひとつに記載のアクリル系樹脂組成物を含む成形体。
- 請求項1~9のいずれかひとつに記載のアクリル系樹脂組成物を含むフィルム。
