この下枠部材30は、上記構成以外の態様にしたり、省いたりすることも可能である。
上記構成によれば、縦枠部材10と上枠部材20の接続部分が、嵌合部14aと被嵌合部20aの嵌り合いによって、高精度に位置決めされる。
このため、これら縦枠部材10と上枠部材20を、溶接やネジ止め等によって接続固定する作業を容易化することができ、ひいては、工場での製造作業性が良好なのは勿論のこと、現場等でのノックダウン方式による組立作業性も良好である。
なお、上記実施態様の建具枠Bは、左右の縦枠部材10,10の構造を、上枠部材に適用し、上枠部材20の構造を、左右の縦枠部材に適用することも可能である。換言すれば、上記構成の建具枠Bを横に角度90度回転させて、縦横の寸法を適宜に調整した構成にすることも可能である。この構成では、上記構成の縦枠部材10を上枠部材(あるいは横枠部材)と呼称し、上記構成の上枠部材20を縦枠部材と呼称することになる。
このようにした場合も、縦枠部材10の構造による上枠部材の端部側を上記塞部として機能させることができる。すなわち、上枠部材20の構造による縦枠部材の上端の開口を、縦枠部材10の構造による上枠部材の端部側(塞部)によって塞ぐことができる。
言い換えれば、建具枠B’の縦枠部材10は、上記建具枠Bの縦枠部材10(図3参照)から小切欠部14bを省いて、凸部11a’の上端部11a1’を、切欠部14の下側の内縁と面一にしたものである。
言い換えれば、建具枠B’の上枠部材20は、上記建具枠Bの上枠部材20(図3参照)に対し、切欠部21b’を設けたものである。
更に他例としては、左右の縦枠部材の間に方立を有する建具枠において、方立の上端の開口部を塞ぐ構造に適用することも可能である。

Claims (7)
- 上下方向へ延設される縦枠部材と、前記縦枠部材の上端側に接続されて見付け方向へ延設される上枠部材とを備え、
前記縦枠部材は、その上端に、当該縦枠部材内の空間に連通する開口部を有し、
前記上枠部材は、前記縦枠部材に設けられる嵌合部に対し見付け方向及び見込み方向へ移動不能に嵌り合う被嵌合部と、前記開口部を塞ぐ塞部とを一体に有することを特徴とする建具枠。 - 前記塞部は、見付け方向に沿う平板状に形成され、前記縦枠部材の上端縁に近接又は接触していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の建具枠。
- 前記嵌合部と前記被嵌合部のうち、その一方は、他方を有する前記部材に対し交差する突片状に形成され、その他方は、前記一方に対し嵌り合うスリット状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の建具枠。
- 前記縦枠部材は、上下方向にわたって枠内側の面を形成する枠内側板部と、この枠内側板部における見込み方向の一端側と他端側からそれぞれ見付け方向に沿って枠外側へ向かう見付け板部とを有し、
前記上枠部材は、見付け方向にわたって枠内側の面を形成する枠内側板部と、この枠内側板部における見込み方向の一端側と他端側からそれぞれ上方へ向かう上向き板部と、一端側の前記上向き板部の上端側と他端側の前記上向き板部の上端側とから互いに対向し合うように内向きに突出する内向き板部とを有し、
前記嵌合部は、前記縦枠部材における前記枠内側板部の上端側に、上方を開口した凹状の切欠部を設けることで、この切欠部の両側にそれぞれ突片状に形成され、
前記被嵌合部は、前記上枠部材における見込み方向の両側で、前記枠内側板部と前記上向き板部と前記内向き板部にわたるスリット状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の建具枠。 - 前記塞部は、前記上枠部材の前記内向き板部を枠外側へ延設することで形成されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の建具枠。
- 前記切欠部における下側の縁には、該縁を部分的に切欠してなる小切欠部が設けられ、前記上枠部材の前記枠内側板部には、前記小切欠部に嵌り合う凸部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の建具枠。
- 前記縦枠部材の前記枠内側板部には、上下方向へわたって枠内側へ突出する凸部が設けられ、
前記上側部材の前記枠内側板部には、前記縦枠部材の前記凸部に嵌り合う切欠部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の建具枠。
