第2例の紙容器の第1例との違いは、第1補助折線43の端部41,42の位置にある。図10に示すように、第2例の第1補助折線43は基準点40の近傍であって胴部縦折線3,4上から離れた位置で且つ高さ方向基準点40の下方の位置同士を繋ぐように端部41,42が配されている。
長さL1が3mm未満であると、第1例と同様に、紙容器の切妻屋根型の頂部37の形成の際、頂部横折線25から山折りする圧力を掛けたときに、小さい力で曲げ荷重受部分44が座屈してしまい、第1補助折線43から山折れして形状の歪んだ不良品が発生してしまう場合がある。また、長さL2が頂部横折線25の長さの20%を超えると、紙容器の開封の際、曲げ荷重受部分44が容易に座屈せず、苦労を伴うような大きい力を要する場合がある。
このようにすると、第1例と同様に、胴部パネル7における頂部横折線25と第1補助折線43の端部41,42側の間の曲げ荷重受部分44が小さい力では容易に座屈せず、紙容器の切妻屋根型の頂部37の形成の際、頂部横折線25から山折りする圧力を掛けたときに、第1補助折線43に力が伝わり、第1補助折線43から山折れして形状の歪んだ不良品が発生してしまうといった事態をより効果的に防ぐことができるとともに、また、紙容器の開封の際には大きい力を要することなく座屈し、紙容器の開封を容易に行うことができる。

これにより、第1例と同様、紙容器の切妻屋根型の頂部37の形成の際には、頂部横折線25から山折りする圧力を掛けたときに、頂部横折線25と第1補助折線43の端部41,42側の間の曲げ荷重受部分44が小さい力で座屈してしまうことがないので、第1補助折線43から山折れして形状の歪んだ不良品が発生してしまうといった事態を効果的に防ぐことができる。
その他の効果は、第1例と同様なので第1例を援用し、その説明を省略する。
図14は図13に示す第2補助折線の形状の他例を示す説明図、図15は図13に示すカートンブランクスから形成した紙容器を示す側面図、図16は図15に示す紙容器の第1補助折線、第2補助折線を折り曲げ胴部を凹ませた状態を示す側面拡大説明図、図17は図16に示す紙容器の斜視図である。
第3例の紙容器の第1例との違いは、開封側の胴部パネル7および開封側の妻壁形成パネル23が備える略三角面部36に、第1補助折線43の中央部最下点46方向から、頂部横折線25を跨ぎ、略三角面部36の頂点57方向に延在する第2補助折線58が形成されていることにある。
また、ポイント表示部64の形状にあっては特に限定されず、例えばデザイン化することにより、紙容器の意匠的効果を発揮させるものとなる。

第4例の紙容器の第3例との違いは、開封側の胴部パネル7および開封側の妻壁形成パネル23が備える略三角面部36に、第1補助折線43の中央部最下点46方向から、頂部横折線25を跨ぎ、略三角面部36の頂点57方向に延在する第2補助折線61が形成されていることにある。
また、図示しないが第2補助折線61の下側端部62が第1補助折線43の最下点46に位置し、上側端部63が略三角面部36の頂点57の近傍に位置するようにしてもよく、また、第2補助折線61の下側端部62が第1補助折線43の最下点46の近傍に位置し、上側端部63が略三角面部36の頂点57に位置するようにしてもよい。
その他の構成は、第3例と同様なので第3例を援用し、その説明を省略する。
その他の開封方法は、第3例と同様なので第3例を援用し、その説明を省略する。
第5例の紙容器の第3例との違いは、第1補助折線43の端部41,42の位置にある。図26に示すように、第5例の第1補助折線43は、第2例と同様、基準点40の近傍であって胴部縦折線3,4上から離れた位置で且つ高さ方向基準点40の下方の位置同士を繋ぐように端部41,42が配されている。

Claims (16)
- 表裏面に熱可塑性樹脂を積層した板紙素材からなり、4つの胴部パネルを備え、縦方向シールパネルによって縁部が接合されて四角の筒状胴部が形成され、前記胴部パネルの上端に、上部に外側トップシールパネルを有し互いに対向する一対の切妻屋根形成パネルと、上部に内側トップシールパネルを有し互いに対向して何れか一方が注出口となり開封される一対の妻壁形成パネルが連設され、前記一対の切妻屋根形成パネルの間に前記一対の妻壁形成パネルが折り込まれて、外側トップシールパネルおよび内側トップシールパネルが所定の位置で加熱されシールされて密封されることによって頂部が形成される切妻屋根型の紙容器において、
開封側の前記妻壁形成パネルに頂部横折線を介して連設する開封側の胴部パネルには、開封側の前記胴部パネルの両側の胴部縦折線上に、前記胴部縦折線の端部と前記頂部横折線の端部との交点から3mm以上離反した基準点が設定され、前記基準点同士を、または前記基準点の近傍であって前記胴部縦折線上あるいは前記胴部縦折線から離れた位置で且つ高さ方向前記基準点以下の位置同士を繋ぐように端部が配された下向き曲線状の第1補助折線が形成されており、前記基準点の近傍であって前記胴部縦折線上あるいは前記胴部縦折線から離れた位置で且つ高さ方向前記基準点以下の位置同士を繋ぐ前記第1補助折線の端部は、前記交点から3mm以上、且つ、前記頂部横折線の長さの20%以下の長さの範囲内で離反していることを特徴とする紙容器。 - 前記基準点は、前記交点から上下方向に3~4mm離反しており、前記第1補助折線の端部は、前記交点から5~6mm離反していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紙容器。
- 下向き曲線状の前記第1補助折線は、円弧状、V字状、多角形状あるいはこれらの組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の紙容器。
- 前記第1補助折線は、連続線であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の紙容器。
- 前記第1補助折線は、非連続線であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の紙容器。
- 前記第1補助折線は、曲線の最下点が開封側の前記胴部パネルの左右方向中央に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の紙容器。
- 前記第1補助折線は、左右対称に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の紙容器。
- 開封側の前記妻壁形成パネルが備える略三角面部、または開封側の前記妻壁形成パネルが備える略三角面部および開封側の前記胴部パネルには、横方向中央部を縦方向に延在する第2補助折線が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の紙容器。
- 前記第2補助折線は、前記第1補助折線の最下点方向側の下側端部が前記第1補助折線の前記最下点または前記最下点近傍に位置しており、前記略三角面部の頂点側の上側端部が前記略三角面部の頂点または頂点の近傍に位置していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の紙容器。
- 前記略三角面部と前記胴部パネルに跨がって、又は前記略三角面部と前記胴部パネルのいずれかで、前記頂部横折線の中央部又はその近傍にプッシュポイントを示すポイント表示部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の紙容器。
- 前記ポイント表示部はエンボスで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の紙容器。
- 注出口となり開封される側の前記妻壁形成パネルの上部に連設されている前記内側トップシールパネルの上辺は直線状となっていることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の紙容器。
- 注出口となり開封される側の前記妻壁形成パネルの上部に連設されている前記内側トップシールパネルの内面に第1易剥離領域が設けられ、その両側に位置する前記一対の切妻屋根形成パネルの上部に連設されている前記外側トップシールパネルの内面における横長さ方向のほぼ半分で前記内側トップシールパネル寄りの部分に前記第1易剥離領域に重なる第2易剥離領域が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の紙容器。
- 前記第1易剥離領域は前記内側トップシールパネルの横長さ方向の両端に所定の横幅の端部シール域を残して設けられ、前記第2易剥離領域は前記内側トップシールパネル寄りに所定の横幅の端部シール域を残して設けられており、前記第1易剥離領域および第2易剥離領域は、前記第1易剥離領域の両端部および第2易剥離領域における前記内側トップシールパネル寄り端部に、上方から下方に向けて前記胴部パネル側が長くなるように傾斜する延長部をそれぞれ有していることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の紙容器。
- 前記胴部パネルの横幅は57mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の紙容器。
- 前記切妻屋根形成パネルには、裏面側から形成されたストロー挿入口となる第1ハーフカットと前記第1ハーフカットを囲むように表面側から形成された第2ハーフカットにより構成されたストロー用注出口が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の紙容器。
