- 제1 전극 및 제2 전극이 형성된 대상 기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 대상 기판 상에 일 방향으로 배향된 발광 소자를 포함하는 잉크를 분사하는 단계; 및상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 상기 발광 소자를 안착시키는 단계를 포함하는 표시 장치의 제조방법.
- 제25 항에 있어서,상기 발광 소자는 일 방향으로 연장된 형상을 갖고, 상기 잉크를 분사하는 단계는 상기 발광 소자의 장축이 향하는 방향이 상기 대상 기판의 상면에 수직인 상태로 배향되어 분사되는 단계인 표시 장치의 제조방법.
- 제26 항에 있어서,상기 발광 소자를 안착시키는 단계는 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 상에 전계가 생성되고,상기 전계에 의해 상기 발광 소자의 배향 방향이 정렬되는 단계를 더 포함하는 표시 장치의 제조방법.
