Description
(1) 目付け
JIS L1096-2010により織物の目付け(g/m2)を測定した。
(2)抗スナッギング性
JIS L 1058-1995 D3法のカナノコにより15時間テストした。
(3)捲縮率
以下の方法により捲縮率を測定した。

(4)インターレース度
交絡糸を8.82mN×表示テックス(0.1g/de)の荷重下で1mの長さをとり、除重後、室温で24時放縮後の結節点の数を読み取り、個/mで表示する。
(5)複合糸における、非引き揃え部および引き揃え部の比率
布帛から複合糸(20cm)を10本抜き出し、複合糸(20cm)に対するそれぞれの比率を算出し、10本の平均を求めた。
(6)スパン調外観
試験者の目視判定により「〇」(優れている。)、「△」(普通である。)、「×」(劣っている。)の3段階でスパン調外観を評価した。
特開2000-234232号公報の実施例1に記載の方法に従い、表1に示すような、紡績糸なみの太さ斑を有し単繊維間にもランダムな太さ斑をもった、非捲縮のシックアンドシンヤーンを得た。また、実施例1~5では、表1に示すような仮撚捲縮加工糸を常法により得た。なお、表1の中で、「FD」はケミカルリサイクルされたフルダルポリエステル、「SD」はケミカルリサイクルされたセミダルポリエステル、「CD」はケミカルリサイクルされたカチオン可染性ポリエステルを示す。また、例えば「44T36」は総繊度44dtex、フィラメント数36本を意味する。

- 前記捲縮糸の単繊維繊度が1.5dtex以下である、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の複合糸。
- 前記シックアンドシンヤーンおよび/または捲縮糸が、ポリエステル繊維またはナイロン繊維からなる、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の複合糸。
- 前記シックアンドシンヤーンおよび/または捲縮糸が、ケミカルまたはマテリアルリサイクルされたポリマーからなる、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の複合糸。
- 前記シックアンドシンヤーンおよび/または捲縮糸が、カチオン可染性ポリエステルからなる、請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の複合糸。
- 前記シックアンドシンヤーンおよび/または捲縮糸において、艶消し剤の含有率が0.1質量%以上である、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の複合糸。
- 請求項1~13のいずれかに記載の複合糸を含む布帛。
- 布帛が、35~100コース/2.54cmかつ30~100ウエール/2.54cmの密度を有する編物である、請求項14に記載の布帛。
- JIS L 1058-1995 D3法のカナノコにより15時間テストして、抗スナッギング性が3級以上である、請求項14または請求項15に記載の布帛。
- 請求項1~16のいずれかに記載の複合糸または布帛を用いてなる、スポーツウエアー、アウターウエアー、インナーウエアー、紳士衣料、婦人衣料、介護用衣料、作業衣、カーシート表皮材、および寝具からなる群より選択されるいずれかの繊維製品。
