根据本申请的烹饪器具的控制方法,当烹饪器具处于沸腾阶段时,烹饪器具通过控制烹饪器具的加热部,使加热部加热烹饪器具内的水,使水沸腾产生大量的气泡,其中一部分气泡会在介质置换部中储存起来,使介质置换部内的压强变大,在压力的作用下,将介质置换部中的水排出到烹饪腔中,当盛放部中的水位达到一定高度后,烹饪器具及时停止加热,介质置换部中的水蒸气会迅速溶解,然后烹饪腔内的水会流回介质置换部,使盛放部内的水位快速下降,从而可以使烹饪腔内的液位在第一液位与第二液位之间变化。

如图1-图22所示,根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具10,烹饪器具10可以为电饭煲、电压力锅、电炖锅、电磁炉或者养生壶,本申请以烹饪器具10为电饭煲为例进行说明, 但这并非是对本申请保护范围的限制。本领域的普通技术人员在阅读了本申请的说明书之后,在知悉本申请的技术构思的情况下,显然可以将本申请的烹饪器具10应用于电压力锅、电炖锅、电磁炉或者养生壶等。
在一些实施例中,烹饪器具10可以包括:本体部1、盛放部2和介质置换部3,盛放部2用于盛放食材,例如米。本体部1内具有烹饪腔11,在一些实施例中,烹饪腔11可以是本体部1的锅体部12和上盖部13所限定形成的空腔。
盛放部2设置于烹饪腔11内。介质置换部3设置于烹饪腔11内,介质置换部3用于实现第一介质39与第二介质31的替换,从而改变烹饪腔11内的液位。
例如,介质置换部3设置成利用第一介质39(如图4)替换位于介质置换部3内的液态的第二介质31(如图4),从而使得被替换的第二介质31能够排出介质置换部3,使第二介质31流入烹饪腔11,从而可以改变烹饪腔11内的液位。这里,第一介质39可以来自于介质置换部3之外,通过进入到介质置换部3内实现对第二介质31的替换;或者,第一介质39可以来自于介质置换部3内部,例如通过加热介质置换部3内的液体如水,使得内部形成气态的第一介质39,第一介质39可以从内部将液态的水排出介质置换部3之外;当然,第一介质39的来源也可以采用上述两种可行方式的结合,但不限于此。
又如,介质置换部3还设置成利用处在介质置换部3之外且为液态的第二介质31进入到介质置换部3内以占据由第一介质39占用的至少一部分空间,从而使得烹饪腔11内的液位下降,在液位下降的过程中,液体会冲刷大米,使大米内的糖减少。换言之,液态的第二介质31可以进入到介质置换部3内,从而占据先前由第一介质39占有的至少一部分空间,比如,当烹饪器具10停止加热或者加热功率降低时,介质置换部3内的第一介质39如水蒸气液化,介质置换部3之外的液态的第二介质31如水则会进入到介质置换部3之内,替换先前第一介质39所占用的空间。
而且,盛放部2能够与烹饪腔11连通,第二介质31流入烹饪腔11后,可以使盛放部2内的液位可变。需要说明的是,第一介质39可以是水蒸气,第二介质31可以是水,但本申请不限于此。
其中,烹饪器具10例如电饭煲的工作过程主要包括沸腾阶段和蒸米阶段,在沸腾阶段,电饭煲以周期性加热为主,电饭煲的控制程序中设置周期T,T满足关系式:32秒≥T≥4秒,周期调功比为a,a满足关系式:1≥a≥1/8,沸腾阶段总持续时间t1,t1满足关系式:15分钟≥t1≥3分钟。在沸腾阶段结束后,电饭煲进入蒸米阶段,在蒸米阶段,米水分离,控制程序保持米汤温度为b,b满足关系式110度≥b≥80度,整个蒸米阶段总持续时间t2,t2满足关系式:30分钟≥t2≥3分钟。
具体地,电饭煲的具体工作过程为:电饭煲在烹饪过程中,首先将适量清水倒入烹饪腔11,然后将盛放部2和介质置换部3放入到烹饪腔11内,使烹饪腔11内的水位大致没过介质置换部3(当然也可以适当高于介质置换部3或者适当低于介质置换部3),再将洗好的大米放入盛放部2内,需要说明的是,大米放入盛放部2内后,大米与水可以完全分离,水也可以没过一部分大米,水还可以没过全部大米。如图3所示,此时的米水可以是分离的,即米在上方,水在下面,米没有浸泡在水中。
如图4所示,电饭煲开始加热烹饪腔11,当烹饪腔11内的水沸腾时,烹饪腔11内的水会产生大量的气泡,其中一部分气泡会在介质置换部3中储存起来,使介质置换部3内的压强变大,在压力的作用下,将介质置换部3中的水排出到烹饪腔11中,使得烹饪腔11中的水面升高,由于盛放部2与烹饪腔11连通,介质置换部3中的水流入烹饪腔11后,烹饪腔11内的水会流入盛放部2,此时,整个盛放部2中的水位就会上升,没过大米,如图4所示,实现对大米的一煮。
当盛放部2中的水位达到一定高度后,通过时间传感器或者信号传感器感知后或通过其它公知手段,电饭煲及时停止加热,介质置换部3中的水蒸气会迅速冷却液化,介 质置换部3内的压力随之消减,然后烹饪腔11内的水会流回介质置换部3,使盛放部2内的水位快速下降,盛放部2内的水位下降过程中,盛放部2内的水穿过大米下落,盛放部2内的水会对大米进行冲刷,并且,电饭煲在烹饪的过程中,电饭煲也可以间断性地实现米水分离,例如电饭煲通过控制加热等效功率等控制程序,使电饭煲对烹饪腔11反复加热并停止,在电饭煲对烹饪腔11反复加热过程中,盛放部2内的水会反复地的上升和回落,水在反复地的上升和回落过程中冲刷大米,然后清水逐渐变成米汤。在沸腾阶段结束后,电饭煲进入蒸米阶段,在蒸米阶段,米水分离,控制程序保持米汤温度在80度以上,使米饭蒸熟或者焖熟。
并且,电饭煲在沸腾阶段,通过水反复冲刷大米,能够进一步降低大米中糖的含量,用户食用完大米后,可以使用户不容易发胖,同时,也能够使大米受热均匀,可以使大米充分吸收水分,从而可以防止米饭夹生,进而可以提升米饭的口感。
并且,在蒸米阶段,由于电饭煲内的水经过前期蒸发和大米的吸水,原来的水位会降低,为了保证大米与水分离以及蒸饭效果,防止米汤对米饭进行浸泡,最终烹饪腔11内的水位到最底层米饭的距离大于等于4mm。
另外,当介质置换部3的体积不变时,可以使用气体充放装置向介质置换部3内充气,使介质置换部3内的压强变大,从而使烹饪腔11内的液位上升,需要烹饪腔11内的液位下降时,可以使用气体充放装置从介质置换部3内抽气,使介质置换部3内的压强降低,从而可以达到液位降低的效果。并且,当介质置换部3的体积可变时,使用气体充放装置向介质置换部3内充气或者抽取介质置换部3内的气体,也可以实现烹饪腔11内液位上升和下降的功能。
例如,在本申请的一些具体示例中,在烹饪的过程中,可以通过外部充气机构对介质置换部3进行充气,以实现盛放部2内的液位的变化,并且,介质置换部3的体积可以随着充气量发生变化。这样,当不需要进行介质置换时,介质置换部3的体积可以较小,减少对烹饪腔11的占用,并且,在充气时可以增加体积,以提升容纳气体的量,进一步增大液体的置换量,使得盛放部2内的液面上升更为明显,利于提升烹饪效果。
由此,通过本体部1、盛放部2和介质置换部3配合,改善了食材与水的分离机制,利用介质置换部3实现介质的置换,使得烹饪腔11内的液位可调,食材与水的分离变得可控。米放入到烹饪器具10内后,可以使烹饪器具10做出的米饭利于糖尿病患者食用,并且,烹饪器具10在沥米饭时,水会不断冲刷米,使米中的糖被冲刷掉,从而可以使用户吃完米饭后不容易变胖。
在本申请的一些实施例中,介质置换部3可以构造为气液置换部3,气液置换部3可以设置成利用气态的第一介质39替换液态的第二介质31,具体地,电饭煲将烹饪腔11内的水加热至沸腾的过程中,气液置换部33内的水蒸气会逐渐增多,然后气液置换部33内的压力逐渐变大,将气液置换部33内的水压入烹饪腔11,从而可以实现烹饪腔11内的水位上升的工作目的,进而可以实现盛放部2水位上升的工作目的。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图10、图12、图14和图17所示,气液置换部33可以包括:第一介质进口32和第二介质出口33,第一介质进口32允许第一介质39进入到气液置换部33内,第二介质出口33允许第二介质31从气液置换部33内排出。其中,电饭煲将烹饪腔11内的水加热至沸腾的过程中,水蒸气会通过第一介质进口32进入至气液置换部33内,然后气液置换部33内的压力逐渐变大,可以将气液置换部33内的水从第二介质出口33压入烹饪腔11,从而可以实现用第一介质39替换气液置换部3内的第二介质31的工作目的。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一介质进口32和第二介质出口33可以设置为同一开口,而且第一介质进口32和第二介质出口33形成在气液置换部33的底部,这样设置能够简化气液置换部33的结构,可以节约气液置换部33的加工时间,从而可以提升气液置换部33的生产效率,并且,也能够省去加工开口的数量,可以节省大量人力,从 而可以降低气液置换部33的制造成本。并且,通过底部共用开口,水蒸气更易进入,水也更易排出。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图6所示,介质置换部3与盛放部2连接,如此设置能够使介质置换部3与盛放部2形成整体结构,可以使介质置换部3与盛放部2一起放入和拿出烹饪腔11,从而可以便于介质置换部3的清洗,进而可以提升用户满意度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,介质置换部3至少部分地设置在盛放部2的下方,也就是说,可以将介质置换部3的一部分结构设置在盛放部2的下方,也可以将介质置换部3的全部结构设置在盛放部2的下方,在上下方向上,这样设置能够减小介质置换部3和盛放部2的整体投影面积,在烹饪腔11的尺寸大小一定的情况下,可以便于将介质置换部3和盛放部2放入烹饪腔11。而且,通过调整介质置换部3与盛放部2的高度,可以更好地适应全品类烹饪器具,满足电饭煲、电压力锅、电磁炉等不同烹饪器具要求。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图19所示,介质置换部3可以包括:介质置换部周壁34,介质置换部周壁34的顶部贴合盛放部2的底面,从而形成一定密封,防止水蒸气逃逸,也可以理解为,介质置换部周壁34的顶部与盛放部2的底面连接,如此设置能够使盛放部2的底面封闭介质置换部3的顶端,水蒸气从第一介质进口32进入介质置换部3后,可以避免水蒸气从介质置换部3的顶端流出介质置换部3,从而可以保证水蒸气能够存储在介质置换部3内,进而可以保证将介质置换部3内的水压入烹饪腔11。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图19所示,介质置换部周壁34的顶部设置有环形翻边35,环形翻边35与盛放部2的底面贴合,环形翻边35与盛放部2的底面可拆卸地相连。其中,介质置换部3与盛放部2装配在一起后,环形翻边35与盛放部2的底面装配在一起,环形翻边35与盛放部2的接触面积大于介质置换部周壁34与盛放部2的接触面积,通过设置环形翻边35,能够增大介质置换部3与盛放部2的安装面积,可以将介质置换部3与盛放部2更好地装配在一起,从而可以提升介质置换部3与盛放部2的整体结构强度。并且,能够保证介质置换部3与盛放部2连接处的密封性,可以进一步避免水蒸气从介质置换部3的顶端流出介质置换部3。同时,水在沸腾过程中会形成大量的水蒸气,水蒸气具有浮力,这样设置可以防止介质置换部3抖动,从而可以降低电饭煲工作时的噪音。
在本申请的一些实施例中,介质置换部周壁34与盛放部2融合为一体,如此设置能够将介质置换部3与盛放部2设置为一体成型件,可以提升介质置换部3与盛放部2的整体结构强度和刚度,从而可以防止介质置换部3与盛放部2分离,进而可以保证烹饪器具10的工作可靠性。例如,介质置换部周壁34与盛放部2为注塑一体件。
在一些实施例中,介质置换部周壁34与盛放部2还可以采用卡接、焊接或者铆接相连,这样设置能够将介质置换部3与盛放部2可靠地装配在一起,可以进一步避免介质置换部3与盛放部2分离,并且,也可以便于介质置换部3与盛放部2的装配,从而可以进一步提升介质置换部3与盛放部2的装配效率。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图9-图11所示,介质置换部3可以包括介质置换部周壁34,盛放部2可以包括盛放部周壁21,介质置换部周壁34从盛放部周壁21的下端向下延伸,如此设置能够提升介质置换部3与盛放部2的结构一致性,可以提升介质置换部3与盛放部2的整体美观性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图9-图11所示,介质置换部周壁34与盛放部周壁21均构造为圆环形,而且介质置换部周壁34与盛放部周壁21的直径相等,这样设置能够使介质置换部3的横截面积等于盛放部2的横截面积,可以进一步提升介质置换部3与盛放部2的结构一致性,且还提升了介质置换部3可置换的体积。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图14和图15所示,介质置换部周壁34的直径渐变,介质置换部周壁34的小径端(如图15的上端)与盛放部周壁21相连,介质置换部周 壁34的大径端(如图15的下端)为自由端,而且介质置换部周壁34的大径端向着远离盛放部2的方向延伸。其中,如图15所示,介质置换部周壁34的小径端为介质置换部3的上端,介质置换部周壁34的大径端为介质置换部3的下端,如此设置能够避免介质置换部周壁34阻挡介质置换部3内的水蒸气和水流出介质置换部3,可以加快介质置换部3内水的流出速度,从而可以加快烹饪腔11内的水位上升速度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图7和图8所示,盛放部2的底部形成有盛放部凹部22,盛放部凹部22可以构造为介质置换部3,这样设置能够使介质置换部3与盛放部2一体成型,可以避免单独生产介质置换部3,从而可以减少生产模具的开发,进而可以降低烹饪器具10的生产成本。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图8所示,盛放部2可以包括盛放部底壁23和盛放部周壁21,盛放部底壁23的至少一部分向上隆起以形成盛放部凹部22,如此设置能够使盛放部凹部22设置在盛放部底壁23上,盛放部2放入烹饪腔11内后,可以保证盛放部凹部22内储存有水,从而可以使盛放部凹部22的布置位置更加合理。而且,这种集成设计也降低了成本,同时方便用户使用。
在本申请的一些实施例中,盛放部凹部22可以布置在盛放部底壁23的中心区域,其中,当水蒸气进入盛放部凹部22后,盛放部凹部22内的压力会变大,水蒸气会施加给盛放部2力,这样设置能够使盛放部2的受力更加均匀(气压作用在盛放部上形成向上浮力),可以避免盛放部2倾斜,从而可以保证大米均匀地盛放在盛放部2内,而且通过居中布置,使得排出的水能够均匀地向四周扩散,烹饪腔内液面上升速度相对更快更均匀。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图12和图13所示,介质置换部3可以构造为环形结构36,需要解释的是,在介质置换部3的周向方向上,介质置换部3为封闭的环形结构36,如此设置能够形成介质置换部3,可以使介质置换部3的结构更加简单,从而可以更加方便介质置换部3的生产。
在本申请的一些实施例中,介质置换部3可以设置在盛放部2的盛放部底壁23上,当盛放部2放入烹饪腔11内后,这样设置能够便于水流入介质置换部3,可以保证介质置换部3内存储有水,从而可以保证盛放部2内的水位能够上升和下降,进而可以保证烹饪器具10的工作可靠性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图12和图13所示,为环形结构的介质置换部3可以包括:置换部外周壁37和置换部内周壁38,置换部外周壁37和置换部内周壁38分别连接至盛放部底壁23,置换部外周壁37套设在置换部内周壁38的外侧,而且置换部外周壁37和置换部内周壁38在径向方向上间隔开布置。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图20所示,介质置换部3可以构造为具有凹入结构的介质置换板39,介质置换部3放入烹饪腔11内后,水可以存储在介质置换部3的凹入结构内,当烹饪器具10工作时,水蒸气可以进入凹入结构内,从而可以将凹入结构内的水压入烹饪腔11,该实施例结构更加简单。
在本申请的一些实施例中,介质置换板39具有内凹面391和外凸面392,外凸面392朝向盛放部2并与盛放部2相连,内凹面391背离盛放部2,如此设置能够保证水和水蒸气存储在介质置换板39的内凹面391所形成的内凹空间内,可以保证第一介质39和第二介质31能够在介质置换板39的内凹空间内随意替换。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图18所示,介质置换部3还配置有与介质置换部3内连通且用于排气的排气微孔5。其中,烹饪器具10内的水沸腾前,盛放部2内的大米与水是分离的,此时,介质置换部3内充满水或者部分充水,水沸腾时,介质置换部3下方的水产生水蒸气,由于产生大量水蒸气,通过排气微孔5无法将介质置换部3内的水蒸气及时排除到外面,介质置换部3内的压强逐渐增大,从而把介质置换部3的水逐步排出,最终介质置换部3内可全部为水蒸气,盛放部2内的水位上升浸过米面,使 大米充分均匀吸水,水沸腾一定时间后(一般为4~10分钟),停止加热或者小功率加热一定时间(10~30分钟),此时介质置换部3内的空气冷却,米汤下降,排气微孔5能加快米汤回流的速度,此时米汤不会浸过米面,同时可以维持米饭的温度在80℃或者80℃以上,使米饭能够蒸熟或者焖熟。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图18所示,介质置换部3可以包括:介质置换部周壁34,排气微孔5可以设置在介质置换部周壁34上,而且排气微孔5位于介质置换部周壁34的中上部,也就是说,排气微孔5设置在介质置换部周壁34的中上部。其中,将介质置换部3放入烹饪腔11时,水进入介质置换部3的过程中,介质置换部3内的气体可以从排气微孔5排出介质置换部3,从而可以保证水能够顺利进入介质置换部3,并且,在水回流至介质置换部3内的过程中,可以提升盛放部2内的水位下降迅速。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图7、图10、图12、图14和图17所示,介质置换部3可以包括:介质置换部周壁34,介质置换部周壁34连接在盛放部2的盛放部底壁23上,排气微孔5开设在盛放部底壁23上。其中,将介质置换部3放入烹饪腔11时,能够使水快速流入介质置换部3,可以保证介质置换部3内不密封气体,从而可以保证介质置换部3与盛放部2、介质置换部3与烹饪腔11连通,并且,水不沸腾时,介质置换部3内的气体可以从排气微孔5快速排出,从而可以使盛放部2内的水位快速下降。
在本申请的一些实施例中,排气微孔5可以设置为一个,而且排气微孔5布置在盛放部底壁23的中心处,如此设置能够使盛放部2内的水从排气微孔5流入介质置换部3,可以使盛放部2内的水均匀冲刷大米,也可以使大米受热更加均匀,从而可以提升米饭的口感。但本申请不限于此,排气微孔5也可以设置为多个,并且,排气微孔5的形状不做限定,例如:排气微孔5可以是圆孔、三角孔等。
在本申请的一些实施例中,排气微孔5的排气面积为3mm2-20mm2,进一步优选为5mm2-10mm2。其中,若排气微孔5的排气面积大于20mm2,水沸腾时,介质置换部3内的水蒸气就会从排气微孔5流出介质置换部3,介质置换部3内就不会存储有水蒸气,若排气微孔5的排气面积小于3mm2,水不沸腾时,会导致盛放部2内的水回流不及时,因此,这样设置可以保证盛放部2内的水位能够上升,也可以使盛放部2内的水快速回流至介质置换部3内。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4所示,盛放部2上可以设置有盛放部通孔24,盛放部通孔24用于连通烹饪腔11与盛放部2的内部空间。其中,烹饪腔11内的水位上升时,烹饪腔11内的水能够从盛放部通孔24流入盛放部2,可以使沸腾的水进行煮大米和冲刷大米,并且,水不沸腾时,烹饪腔11内的水能够从盛放部通孔24流出盛放部2,可以使水与大米分离,同时,由于水沸腾时产生大量水蒸气,有一部分水蒸气可以从盛放部通孔24排出烹饪腔11。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图17所示,盛放部2可以包括:盛放部周壁21和盛放部底壁23,盛放部通孔24可以包括:周壁通孔241,周壁通孔241可以设置于盛放部周壁21,周壁通孔241可以设置为多个,如此设置能够使水快速流入和流出盛放部2,可以减小水浸泡大米的时间。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图17和图21所示,盛放部2可以包括:盛放部周壁21和盛放部底壁23,盛放部通孔24可以包括:底壁通孔242,底壁通孔242可以设置于盛放部底壁23,烹饪器具10没有对水加热时,这样设置能够使底壁通孔242到水面的距离最小,可以更加方便水从底壁通孔242流入盛放部2,也可以使盛放部2内的水从底壁通孔242流出盛放部2,从而可以使水更好地冲刷大米。
简言之,本申请的优选实施方式为,同时配置周壁通孔241和底壁通孔242,水可以从周壁通孔241和底壁通孔242进入到盛放部2内,由于底壁通孔242可能被米部分遮挡,因此大部分水将从周壁通孔241进入,这样向下冲刷米,最后盛放部2内的水可以通过底壁通孔242流回至烹饪腔11。周壁通孔241和底壁通孔242的设置可以等同 为高位通孔241和低位通孔242,高位通孔241的高度大于低位通孔242的高度,水通过高位通孔241进入盛放部2内,并从低位通孔242排出,从而对位于高位通孔241和低位通孔242之间的食材例如米进行冲刷、搅拌。
在本申请的一些实施例中,底壁通孔242环绕在介质置换部3的径向外侧,也可以理解为,在介质置换部3的周向方向上,多个底壁通孔242环绕在介质置换部3的外侧,如此设置能够使烹饪腔11内的水更加快速流入盛放部2,可以保证水流入盛放部2后的温度,从而可以使水更好地煮大米。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图12所示,介质置换部3可以构造为环形结构36,而且介质置换部3可以包括:置换部外周壁37和置换部内周壁38,置换部内周壁38围绕底壁通孔242,这样设置能够使介质置换部3内的水从底壁通孔242直接流入和流出盛放部2,可以减小水的热量散失,从而可以进一步保证水流入盛放部2后的温度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图2所示,本体部1可以包括:锅体部12和上盖部13,盛放部2支撑并伸入到锅体部12内。其中,烹饪器具10烹饪米饭时,上盖部13将盛放部2盖上,如此设置能够减少烹饪器具10内水沸腾所需的时间,可以减小烹饪米饭所需时间,并且,也能够避免外界物体进入烹饪器具10内,可以保证米饭清洁卫生,从而可以保证用户的食用安全性,同时,也能够防止水蒸气迅速流出烹饪器具10,可以保证介质置换部3内气体的压强,从而可以保证水位能够上升和下降。
在本申请的一些实施例中,本体部1可以包括:锅体部12和上盖部13,盛放部2设置于上盖部13。
在本申请的一些实施例中,烹饪器具10可以设置为电饭煲、电压力锅、电炖锅、电磁炉或者养生壶,如此设置能够提升电饭煲、电压力锅、电炖锅、电磁炉、养生壶的工作性能,可以提升电饭煲、电压力锅、电炖锅、电磁炉、养生壶的市场竞争力。
在本申请的一些实施例中,介质置换部周壁34可以设置为圆环形,介质置换部3的内部空间在垂直于烹饪器具10的中心轴线的投影面上的正投影面积为S1,烹饪器具10还可以包括:加热部,加热部在投影面上的正投影面积为S2,其中,S1和S2满足关系式:S1≥1/3S2,进一步满足为:S1≥1/2S2。
其中,若介质置换部3的内部空间在垂直于烹饪器具10的中心轴线的投影面上的正投影面积与加热部在投影面上的正投影面积的重合区域太小,介质置换部3下方的水形成水蒸气的量会不足,导致水蒸气较少,介质置换部3内排水速度缓慢,也就是说,烹饪器具10内水位上升速度缓慢,由此,这样设置能够保证介质置换部3的下方形成充足的水蒸气,可以提升介质置换部3内的排水速度,从而可以提升烹饪器具10内水位上升速度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,介质置换部3的内部空间的体积V满足关系式:V≥80ml,V进一步满足,80Nml≤V≤200Nml,V再进一步满足,100Nml≤V≤180Nml。其中,烹饪器具10烹饪米饭时的最大烹饪量为N杯米,每杯米为140g-160g。
具体地,烹饪器具10烹饪米饭时的最大烹饪量为1杯米时,介质置换部3的内部空间的体积V满足关系式:100Nml≤V≤180Nml,最大烹饪量为2杯米时,介质置换部3的内部空间的体积V满足关系式:200ml≤V≤360ml,最大烹饪量为3杯米时,介质置换部3的内部空间的体积V满足关系式:300ml≤V≤540ml,如此设置能够保证介质置换部3的内部空间内存储足够的水,水沸腾时,可以保证烹饪器具10内水位上升足够的高度,从而可以保证沸腾的水没过大米。
如图1-图21所示,根据本申请实施例的用于烹饪器具10的烹饪附件4包括:盛放部2和介质置换部3,盛放部2和介质置换部3均设置于烹饪器具10的烹饪腔11内,介质置换部3连接于盛放部2,介质置换部3设置成适于利用第一介质39替换位于介质置换部3内的液态的第二介质31,从而使得被替换的第二介质31能够排出介质置换部3以改变盛放部2内的液位。
如图1-图21所示,根据本申请实施例的用于烹饪器具10的烹饪附件4,烹饪附件4适于设置在烹饪器具10内部,烹饪附件4包括:盛放篮2和气液置换部3,盛放篮2为上述实施例的盛放部2,气液置换部3为上述实施例的介质置换部3。盛放篮2具有盛放篮周壁21和盛放篮底壁23,盛放篮周壁21上设置有周壁通孔241,需要说明的是,盛放篮周壁21为上述实施例的盛放部周壁21,盛放篮底壁23为上述实施例的盛放部底壁23。气液置换部3设置在盛放篮底壁23的下表面上,气液置换部3的下端敞开以允许水蒸气进入气液置换部3,并且允许气液置换部3内的液体排出气液置换部3。
其中,气液置换部3内的液体排出气液置换部3后,烹饪器具10内的水位会上升,然后沸腾的水会从周壁通孔241和/或排气微孔5和/或底壁通孔242流入盛放篮2,然后水会进行煮大米,通过烹饪腔11、盛放部2和介质置换部3配合,米放入到烹饪器具10内,水逐渐沸腾后,盛放部2内的水会对大米进行冲刷且回流至烹饪腔11,水在冲刷大米时,能够带走大米里的糖,可以使烹饪器具10做出的米饭利于糖尿病患者食用,并且,烹饪器具10在沥米饭时,水会不断冲刷米,使米中的糖被冲刷掉,从而可以使用户吃完米饭后不容易变胖。
在本申请的一些实施例中,气液置换部3可以包括气液置换部周壁34,气液置换部周壁34为上述实施例的介质置换部周壁34,气液置换部周壁34与盛放篮底壁23相连,盛放篮底壁23上还可以设置有底壁通孔242,底壁通孔242环绕气液置换部周壁34。其中,烹饪器具10没有对水加热时,这样设置能够使底壁通孔242到水面的距离最小,可以更加方便水从底壁通孔242流入盛放篮2,也可以使盛放篮2内的水从底壁通孔242流出盛放篮2,从而可以使水更好地冲刷大米。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图8所示,盛放篮底壁23的至少一部分向上隆起,隆起的部分构造为气液置换部3,如此设置能够使气液置换部3与盛放篮2构造为一个整体,可以提升盛放篮2的整体结构强度。
如图1-图5所示,根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具10,包括上述实施例的烹饪附件4,烹饪附件4设置安装在烹饪器具10上,根据本申请的烹饪器具10,改善了食材与水的分离机制,利用介质置换部3实现介质的置换,使得烹饪腔11内的液位可调,食材与水的分离变得可控。
如图22所示,根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具10的控制方法包括以下步骤:在烹饪器具10的烹饪过程中,判断烹饪器具10当前的烹饪阶段,其中,烹饪器具10的烹饪阶段包括沸腾阶段,当烹饪器具10处于沸腾阶段时,烹饪器具10通过控制烹饪器具10的加热部,使加热部加热烹饪器具10内的水,使水沸腾产生大量的气泡,其中一部分气泡会在介质置换部3中储存起来,使介质置换部3内的压强变大,在压力的作用下,将介质置换部3中的水排出到烹饪腔11中,当盛放部2中的水位达到一定高度后,通过时间传感器或者信号传感器感知后,烹饪器具10及时停止加热,介质置换部3中的水蒸气会迅速溶解,然后烹饪腔11内的水会流回介质置换部3,使盛放部2内的水位快速下降,从而可以使烹饪腔11内的液位在第一液位与第二液位之间变化。
在本申请的一些实施例中,控制烹饪器具10的加热部,可以使烹饪腔11内的液位在第一液位与第二液位之间变化,包括:以第一调功比和第二调功比控制加热部进行交替加热,其中,通过以第一调功比控制加热部进行加热,可以使盛放部2内的液位上升至第一液位,并通过以第二调功比控制加热部进行加热,可以使盛放部2内的液位下降至第二液位,其中,第二调功比小于第一调功比,第二液位低于第一液位,这样设置能够实现盛放部2内的液位在第一液位与第二液位之间变化的工作目的。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第二调功比和第一调功比的取值范围为大于等于1/8且小于等于1,加热部的加热周期为大于等于4秒且小于等于32秒,其中,在每个加热周期内,都以第一调功比和第二调功比控制加热部进行加热,如此设置能够保证盛放部2内的液位在第一液位与第二液位之间变化,可以避免水长时间浸泡大米。
在本申请的一些实施例中,控制烹饪器具10的加热部,可以使烹饪腔11内的液位在第一液位与第二液位之间变化,包括:以第一功率控制加热部进行加热工作,可以使烹饪腔11内的液位上升至第一液位,在烹饪腔11内的液位上升至第一液位之后,烹饪器具10控制加热部停止加热或者控制加热部减小加热功率,可以使烹饪腔11内的液位下降至第二液位,其中,第二液位低于第一液位。
在本申请的一些实施例中,烹饪器具10的烹饪阶段还可以包括蒸米阶段,方法还可以包括:当烹饪器具10处于蒸米阶段时,烹饪器具10通过控制烹饪器具10的加热部,可以使烹饪腔11内的米汤温度维持在预设温度范围内,从而可以保证能够将米饭蒸熟。
在本申请的一些实施例中,预设温度范围为大于等于80摄氏度且小于等于110摄氏度,如此设置能够使米汤温度维持在适宜的温度范围内,可以进一步保证将米饭蒸熟,从而可以保证米饭的烹饪质量。
在本申请的一些实施例中,当烹饪器具10处于蒸米阶段时,烹饪腔11内的液位低于盛放部2的底壁,而且烹饪腔11内的液位与盛放部2的底壁的距离大于等于4mm,这样设置能够保证大米与米汤分离,也能够保证蒸饭效果,可以防止米汤对米饭进行浸泡,从而可以避免米汤与米饭接触。
在本申请的一些实施例中,当沸腾阶段持续第一预设时间之后,烹饪器具10进入蒸米阶段,而且蒸米阶段持续第二预设时间,如此设置能够使大米的受热更加均匀,可以使大米吸水足够的水分,从而可以进一步防止米饭夹生,进而可以提升米饭的口感。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一预设时间的取值范围为大于等于3分钟且小于等于15分钟,第二预设时间的取值范围为大于等于3分钟且小于等于30分钟,这样设置能够更好地使大米的受热均匀,可以进一步使大米吸水足够的水分,从而可以进一步防止米饭夹生,进而可以提升米饭的口感。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图23-31所示,烹饪器具10可以为电饭煲、电压力锅、电炖锅、电磁炉或者养生壶等,在下面的描述中,将以烹饪器具10为电饭煲为例进行说明,但这并非是对本申请保护范围的限制。本领域的普通技术人员在阅读了本申请的说明书之后,在知悉本申请的技术构思的情况下,显然可以将本申请的烹饪器具10应用于电压力锅、电炖锅、电磁炉或者养生壶等。
参照图23至图27所示,在一些实施例中,烹饪器具10可以包括:本体部1和盛放组件230。本体部1内具有烹饪腔11,在一些实施例中,烹饪腔11可以是本体部1的锅体部12和上盖部13所限定形成的空腔。盛放组件230设在烹饪腔11内。并且,盛放组件230具有盛放腔231和介质置换腔232。盛放腔231可以用于盛放食材,例如米。
盛放组件230可以用于实现第一介质39与第二介质31的替换,从而改变烹饪腔11内的液位。如盛放组件230可以设置成利用第一介质39替换位于介质置换腔232内的液态的第二介质31,从而使得被替换的第二介质31能够排出介质置换腔232,并进入烹饪腔11内以改变烹饪腔11内的液位。
这里,第一介质39可以来自于介质置换腔232之外,通过进入到介质置换腔232内实现对第二介质31的替换,例如从外界向介质置换腔232内泵入气体;或者,第一介质39可以来自于介质置换腔232内部,例如通过加热介质置换腔232内的液体如水,使得内部形成气态的第一介质39,第一介质39可以从内部将液态的水排出介质置换腔232之外;当然,第一介质39的来源也可以采用上述两种可行方式的结合,但不限于此。
介质置换腔232还设置成利用处在介质置换腔232之外且为液态的第二介质31进入到介质置换腔232内以占据由第一介质39占用的至少一部分空间,从而使得烹饪腔11内的液位下降,在液位下降的过程中,液体会冲刷大米,使大米内的糖减少。换言 之,液态的第二介质31可以进入到介质置换腔232内,从而占据先前由第一介质39占有的至少一部分空间。
可选地,在一些实施例中,当烹饪器具10停止加热或者加热功率降低时,介质置换腔232内的第一介质39如水蒸气液化,介质置换腔232之外的液态的第二介质31如水则会进入到介质置换腔232之内,替换先前第一介质39所占用的空间。再例如,在另一些实施例中,当介质置换腔232内的至少一部分第一介质39如空气被抽出时,介质置换腔232之外的液态的第二介质31如水可以进入到介质置换腔232内,以替换被抽出的第一介质39。
而且,盛放腔231能够与烹饪腔11连通以使盛放腔231内的液位可变。具体地,第二介质31流入烹饪腔11后可以进入到本体部1与盛放组件230之间的间隙,并进一步进入到盛放腔231内,进入盛放腔231内的液体的量不同,会使盛放腔231的液面发生变化。可选地,第一介质39可以为水蒸汽或者空气,第二介质31可以为水,但本申请不限于此。
大米刚放入盛放部2内后,当盛放腔231的液面上下变化时,液体可以反复冲刷盛放腔231内的米,能够进一步降低大米中糖的含量,用户食用完大米后,可以使用户不容易发胖,同时,也能够使大米受热均匀,可以使大米充分吸收水分,从而可以防止米饭夹生,进而可以提升米饭的口感。
由此,通过本体部1和盛放组件230的配合,使米放入到烹饪器具10内后,烹饪器具10在沥米饭时,液体会不断冲刷米,使米中的糖被冲刷掉,从而可以使用户吃完米饭后不容易变胖。
盛放组件230可以由多个可拆卸连接的分体件233构成。与不可拆的一体成型和后期组合焊接等结构相比,根据本申请实施例中的上述分体可拆结构更便于进行制造,而且外观可选择的形态更多,例如圆形、方形等其他不规则形状等,使用更为灵活,同时用户便于拆卸后进行更方便地清洗,清洗死角少,用户体验性提升。
结合本申请的一些实施例,任意两个分体件233可以通过卡接结构或者磁吸结构相连,连接较可靠且拆装方便。本申请对于卡接结构和磁吸结构的具体结构不做特殊限制,可以采用多种结构,这是本领域技术人员容易理解的,在此不再详述。
可选地,卡接结构可以为旋转卡接结构、凹凸点卡接结构、上下式套卡接结构或左右滑动式卡接结构。这些结构均可以实现有效的卡接并且也便于拆装。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图23至图27所示,多个分体件233可以包括:盛放部2和介质置换部3。盛放部2内可以设有开口向上的盛放腔231,这样更便于放置食材。介质置换部3位于盛放部2的下方,并且介质置换部3与盛放部2可拆卸地连接,介质置换部3内设有开口向下的介质置换腔232,这样更易于收集第一介质39。
参照图27和图28,根据本申请的一些实施例,介质置换部3具有置换部顶壁32,盛放部2具有盛放部底壁23,置换部顶壁32和盛放部底壁23的其中一个设置有卡接凸部24,其中另一个设置有适于卡接在卡接凸部24内的卡接凹部331。由此,不仅便于制造,而且卡接效果好。
进一步地,卡接凸部24可以包括一个或多个凸点部25,卡接凹部331可以包括一个或多个贯通孔341,凸点部25与贯通孔341一一对应,每个凸点部25穿设并卡入对应的贯通孔341内。其中,多个凸点部25可以沿盛放组件230的周向间隔开设置,卡接效果好。
如图28和图29所示,凸点部25可以包括:柱部251和端头部252,柱部251可以穿设于贯通孔341,端头部252凸出地设在柱部251的端部,并且端头部252止挡在贯通孔341的一侧,以止挡柱部251脱出贯通孔341。可选地,沿柱部251的轴向,端头部252的两端中的至少一端可以构造有倒角253。倒角253可以在凸点部25与贯通孔341配合或者脱离配合时起到引导作用,在施力操作时使凸点部25更易于插入或移 出贯通孔341。
可选地,柱部251的轴向尺寸可以大于等于贯通孔341的轴向尺寸。由此,盛放部2和介质置换部3可以实现有效卡合,并且当柱部251的轴向尺寸大于贯通孔341的轴向尺寸时,盛放部2与介质置换部3在卡接时还可以具有一定的可活动性,可以减少盛放部2与介质置换部3之间的死角。
参照图28和图29所示,盛放部2设有定位部26,介质置换部3设有定位配合部35(即上述的环形翻边35),定位部26与定位配合部35配合,以对盛放2和介质置换部3进行定位,使得盛放组件230的装配更准确。
本申请对于定位部26和定位配合部35的具体结构不做特殊限制,可选地,在本申请的一些实施例中,定位部26可以沿盛放部2的周向设于盛放部底壁23的定位凸筋,置换部顶壁32设置有敞开口321,定位配合部35可以由敞开口321的边沿形成,敞开口321的边沿可以外套在定位凸筋的外周面,定位效果较好。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,参照图30和图31所示,多个分体件233可以包括:盛放筒234和分隔板235。盛放筒234内可以设有上下贯通的筒腔2341。分隔板235可拆卸地设在盛放筒234内且将筒腔2341上下分隔成盛放腔231和位于盛放腔231的下方的介质置换腔232。可选地,盛放腔231的内径和介质置换腔232的内径可以相同也可以不同,可以灵活进行设置。
下面描述根据本申请一些具体实施例的烹饪器具10。该烹饪器具10为电饭煲,电饭煲的具体工作过程为:电饭煲在烹饪过程中,首先将适量清水倒入烹饪腔11,然后将盛放部2和介质置换部3放入到烹饪腔11内,使烹饪腔11内的水位大致没过介质置换部3(当然也可以适当高于介质置换部3或者适当低于介质置换部3),再将洗好的大米放入盛放部2内,如图23所示,此时的米水可以是分离的,即米在上方的盛放部2内,水在下面,米没有浸泡在水中。
之后,电饭煲开始加热烹饪腔11,当烹饪腔11内的水被加热时,烹饪腔11内的水会产生大量的气泡(水蒸气),其中一部分气泡会在介质置换部3中储存起来,使介质置换部3内的压强变大,在压力的作用下,将介质置换部3中的水排出到烹饪腔11中,使得烹饪腔11中的水面升高,由于盛放部2与烹饪腔11连通,介质置换部3中的水流入烹饪腔11后,烹饪腔11内的水会流入盛放部2,此时,整个盛放部2中的水位就会上升,没过大米,如图25所示,实现对大米的一煮。
当盛放部2中的水位达到一定高度后,通过时间传感器或者信号传感器感知后或通过其它公知手段,电饭煲及时停止加热,介质置换部3中的水蒸气会迅速冷却液化,介质置换部3内的压力随之消减,然后烹饪腔11内的水会流回介质置换部3,使盛放部2内的水位快速下降,盛放部2内的水位下降过程中,盛放部2内的水穿过大米下落,盛放部2内的水会对大米进行冲刷,并且,电饭煲在烹饪的过程中,电饭煲也可以间断性地实现米水分离,例如电饭煲通过控制加热等效功率等控制程序,使电饭煲对烹饪腔11反复加热并停止,在电饭煲对烹饪腔11反复加热过程中,盛放部2内的水会反复地的上升和回落,水在反复地的上升和回落过程中冲刷大米,然后清水逐渐变成米汤。在水沸腾阶段结束后,电饭煲进入蒸米阶段,在蒸米阶段,米水分离,控制程序保持米汤温度在80度以上,使米饭蒸熟或者焖熟。
并且,电饭煲在水沸腾阶段,通过水反复冲刷大米,能够进一步降低大米中糖的含量,用户食用完大米后,可以使用户不容易发胖,同时,也能够使大米受热均匀,可以使大米充分吸收水分,从而可以防止米饭夹生,进而可以提升米饭的口感。
并且,在蒸米阶段,由于电饭煲内的水经过前期蒸发和大米的吸水,原来的水位会降低,为了保证大米与水分离以及蒸饭效果,防止米汤对米饭进行浸泡,在一些实施例中,最终烹饪腔11内的水位到最底层米饭的距离可以大于等于4mm。在本申请的另一些实施例中,也可以使水位线稍高于最底层米饭,这样位于上层的米饭仍然不能被水浸 泡到,同样可以减少米饭的最终含糖量。
可选地,结合本申请的一些实施例,介质置换腔232的体积可以变化,也可以不变化。在一些实施例中,介质置换腔232的体积不变,可以使用气体充放装置向介质置换腔232内充气,使介质置换腔232内的压强变大,从而使烹饪腔11内的液位上升,需要使介质置换腔232内的液位下降时,可以使用气体充放装置从介质置换腔232内抽气,使介质置换腔232内的压强降低,从而可以达到液位降低的效果。
在另一些实施例中,介质置换腔232的体积可变时,使用气体充放装置向介质置换腔232内充气或者抽取介质置换腔232内的气体,也可以实现烹饪腔11内液位上升和下降的功能。例如,在本申请的一些具体示例中,在烹饪的过程中,可以通过气体充放装置对介质置换腔232进行充气,以实现烹饪腔11内的液位的变化,并且,介质置换腔232的体积可以随着充气量发生变化。这样,当不需要进行介质置换时,介质置换腔232的体积可以较小,减少对烹饪腔11的占用,并且介质置换腔232在充气时可以增加体积,以提升容纳气体的量,进一步增大液体的置换量,使得烹饪腔11内的液面变化更为明显,更利于提升烹饪效果。
由此,通过本体部1、盛放部2和介质置换部3配合,米放入到烹饪器具10内后,烹饪器具10在沥米饭时,水会不断冲刷米,使米中的糖被冲刷掉,从而可以使用户吃完米饭后不容易变胖。
下面参考附图32-图34描述烹饪器具10。需要说明的是,烹饪器具10可以为电饭煲、电压力锅、电炖锅、电磁炉或者养生壶等,在下面的描述中,将以烹饪器具10为电饭煲为例进行说明,但这并非是对本申请保护范围的限制。本领域的普通技术人员在阅读了本申请的说明书之后,在知悉本申请的技术构思的情况下,显然可以将本申请的烹饪器具10应用于电压力锅、电炖锅、电磁炉或者养生壶等。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具是本申请的设计者根据对相关技术中的技术问题的发现以及原因分析的基础上所得到。
具体地,针对相关技术中所存在的大米量烹饪时出现的米饭不均匀且沥糖效果差的问题,本申请的设计者经过研究创造性的发现,相关技术中出现上述问题的主要原因是:大米量时,蒸笼内的米堆积较高,只靠从蒸笼底部进水,其水位很难漫过所有的米,从而造成上层的米偏硬甚至夹生。
有鉴于此,本申请的设计者进行了相关改进,从而得到本申请实施例的烹饪器具10。参照图32至图34所示,在一些实施例中,烹饪器具10可以包括:本体部1、盛放部2和介质置换部3,盛放部2用于盛放食材,例如米。本体部1内具有烹饪腔11,在一些实施例中,烹饪腔11可以是本体部1的锅体部12和上盖部13所限定形成的空腔。
盛放部2设置于烹饪腔11内,介质置换部3设置于烹饪腔11内。介质置换部3用于实现第一介质39与第二介质31的替换,从而改变烹饪腔11内的液位。
例如,介质置换部3设置成利用第一介质39替换位于介质置换部3内的液态的第二介质31,从而使得被替换的第二介质31能够排出介质置换部3,并进入烹饪腔11内。第二介质31流入烹饪腔11后,可以使盛放部2内的液位可变。这里,第一介质39可以来自于介质置换部3之外,通过进入到介质置换部3内实现对第二介质31的替换,例如从外界向介质置换部3内泵入气体;或者,第一介质39可以来自于介质置换部3内部,例如通过加热介质置换部3内的液体如水,使得内部形成气态的第一介质39,第一介质39可以从内部将液态的水排出介质置换部3之外;当然,第一介质39的来源也可以采用上述两种可行方式的结合,但不限于此。
又如,介质置换部3还设置成利用处在介质置换部3之外且为液态的第二介质31进入到介质置换部3内以占据由第一介质39占用的至少一部分空间,从而使得烹饪腔11内的液位下降,在液位下降的过程中,液体会冲刷大米,使大米内的糖减少。换言 之,液态的第二介质31可以进入到介质置换部3内,从而占据先前由第一介质39占有的至少一部分空间。
可选地,在一些实施例中,当烹饪器具10停止加热或者加热功率降低时,介质置换部3内的第一介质39如水蒸气液化,介质置换部3之外的液态的第二介质31如水则会进入到介质置换部3之内,替换先前第一介质39所占用的空间。再例如,在另一些实施例中,当介质置换部3内的至少一部分第一介质39如空气被抽出时,介质置换部3之外的液态的第二介质31如水可以进入到介质置换部3内,以替换被抽出的第一介质39。
而且,盛放部2能够与烹饪腔11连通,第二介质31流入烹饪腔11后可以进入到本体部1与盛放部2之间的间隙,并进一步进入到盛放部2内,使得盛放部2内的液面可变,并且,进入盛放部2内的液体的量不同,会使盛放部2的液面发生变化。
大米刚放入盛放部2内后,当盛放部2的液面上下变化时,液体可以反复冲刷盛放部2内的米,能够降低大米中糖的含量,用户食用完大米后,可以使用户不容易发胖,同时,也能够使大米受热均匀,可以使大米充分吸收水分,从而可以防止米饭夹生,进而可以提升米饭的口感。
由此,通过本体部1、盛放部2和介质置换部3配合,米放入到烹饪器具10内后,烹饪器具10在沥米饭时,液体会不断冲刷米,使米中的糖被冲刷掉,从而可以使用户吃完米饭后不容易变胖。
如图32所示,介质置换部3可以位于盛放部2下方,并且介质置换部3与盛放部2为分体件,两者没有连接成一个整体。由此,当将盛放部2放入烹饪腔11内后,介质置换部3可以选择性的放入,当介质置换部3也放入烹饪腔11内时,烹饪器具10可以进行沥米饭或者进行其它烹饪。当介质置换部3未放入烹饪腔11内时,盛放部2可以作为正常的蒸笼使用。这样可以提升烹饪器具10使用的灵活性,可以做出更多样的饭。
同时,介质置换部3与盛放部2没有连接,这样也减少了两者的拆装操作,操作更为简便。并且,介质置换部3位于盛放部2的下方,使得盛放部2可以从上侧对介质置换部3构成止挡,避免介质置换部3向上移出烹饪腔11,较为安全。
此外,这种结构制造相对更简单,外观可选择的形态更多,例如,圆形、方形等其他不规则形状等也可以选择,用户使用简单,清洗死角少,易清洗,用户体验更好。在图32所示的实施例中,介质置换部3形成为下部带有支脚的结构,在图33所示的实施例中,介质置换部3形成为下边沿带有外翻边的结构。
根据本申请的一些实施例,介质置换部3可以构造为气液置换部,气液置换部可以设置成利用气态的第一介质39替换液态的第二介质31。由此,这种通过不同介质的彼此替换设置,使得替换效果更好,可以减少第一介质对第二介质的影响。
可选地,第一介质39可以是水蒸气,第二介质31可以是水,但本申请不限于此。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图32所示,介质置换部3的下部设有用于排出第二介质39的第二介质开口33,本体部1的下部设置有加热件6,加热件6可以加热第二介质39以沸腾形成第一介质31,即第一介质31为水蒸气。可选地,加热件6可以为线圈盘组件。
由此,烹饪器具10将烹饪腔11内的液体加热的过程中,介质置换部3内的水蒸气会逐渐增多,然后气液置换部内的压力逐渐变大,将气液置换部内的液体压入烹饪腔11,从而可以实现烹饪腔11内的水位上升的工作目的,进而可以实现盛放部2水位上升的工作目的。此时,不仅可以实现液位上升,同时进入盛放部2内的液体为高温液体,还可以提升烹饪效果。
可选地,如图32和图33所示,第二介质开口33的朝向朝下设置,这样在液体排出的过程中减少介质置换部3的摇晃,降低介质置换部3翻转的风险。当然,在本申请 的另一些实施例中,第二介质开口33也可以朝向侧面,例如,在介质置换部3的相对的两个侧面分别设置第二介质开口33,这样在进行介质置换时,介质置换部3的两侧同时受力,受力较为均衡,同样可以降低介质置换部3发生翻转的几率。
如图33和图34所示,根据本申请的另一些实施例,介质置换部3在第二介质31未沸腾前可以与盛放部2间隔开并且在第二介质31沸腾时在第一介质39的压力驱动下能上升至与盛放部相抵。由此,在介质置换部3承受压力时,可以通过与之相接触的盛放部2进行限位,以提高介质置换部3的稳定性,进一步减少介质置换部3发生翻转的风险。同时,在将盛放部2往烹饪腔11内放置时,由于盛放部2与介质置换部3不接触,这样可以减少盛放部2与介质置换部3之间的摩擦,减少受损。
结合本申请的一些实施例,烹饪器具10内还可以设置有用于防止介质置换部3翻转的防翻转结构,防翻转结构可以安装于本体部1、介质置换部3和盛放部2中的至少一个上,以进一步降低介质置换部3发生翻转的风险。
本申请对于防翻转结构的具体结构不做特殊限制,例如,防翻转结构可以为防翻转筋,如在烹饪腔11的内壁面和/或盛放部2上设置凸出的防翻转筋以对介质置换部3进行限位。再例如,防翻转结构3可以为磁吸结构,磁吸结构与介质置换部3之间存在磁性作用力,以降低介质置换部3发生翻转的风险。
参照图32至图34所示,结合本申请的一些实施例,可选地,介质置换部3的外径向尺寸L11与烹饪腔11的径向尺寸L21可以满足:L1≥0.2L2。可选地,介质置换部3的轴向尺寸L12与烹饪腔11的轴向尺寸L22可以满足:L12≥0.1L22。可选地,盛放部2的外径向尺寸L31可以小于烹饪腔11的径向尺寸L21,盛放部2的轴向尺寸L32与烹饪腔11的轴向尺寸L22可以满足:L32≥0.2L22。这些设置也有利于减少介质置换部3翻转的几率。
可以理解的是,在实际设计中,上述参数关系以及下面即将描述的参数取值或者参数关系在不矛盾的情况下可以同时采用,也可以选择性的采用其中的一部分,它们之间在彼此不矛盾的情况下可以相互组合使用。
此外,在本申请的描述中,“径向”在此做广义理解,某个结构具有径向尺寸不代表该结构一定是圆形的,例如,烹饪腔11具有径向尺寸,由此不代表烹饪腔11必然为圆形腔,还可以为方形或者其它形状,这里,烹饪腔11的径向尺寸可以理解在沿垂直于烹饪腔11的轴向且大致经过烹饪腔的中心的方向上,烹饪腔11的两端之间的距离。如,当烹饪腔11为方形时,烹饪腔11的径向尺寸可以理解为在垂直于烹饪腔11的轴向且大致经过烹饪腔11的中心的方向上,烹饪腔11的两端的距离,如烹饪腔11的对角线方向的两端的距离。
根据本申请的一些具体示例,介质置换部3的外径向尺寸L11、介质置换部3的轴向尺寸L12、烹饪腔11的径向尺寸L21与烹饪腔11的轴向尺寸L22可以满足:L11<0.5L21且L12>0.3L22,或者,L11≥0.5L21且L12≤0.3L22。研究表明,这种设置也可以减少介质置换部3发生翻转的几率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图32至图34所示,本体部1可以包括:锅体部12和上盖部13,上盖部13盖设于锅体部12,锅体部12包括外壳121和设于外壳121内的内锅122,内锅122可以与上盖部13配合形成烹饪腔11,盛放部2和介质置换部3可以设在内锅122内。
由此,烹饪器具10的隔热性更好,安全性更高。此外,烹饪器具10烹饪米饭时,上盖部13将盛放部2盖住,如此设置能够减少烹饪器具10内水沸腾所需的时间,可以减小烹饪米饭所需时间,并且,也能够避免外界物体进入烹饪器具10内,可以保证米饭清洁卫生,从而可以保证用户的食用安全性。
结合本申请的一些实施例,参照图32至图34所示,盛放部2的轴向尺寸L32、介质置换部3的轴向尺寸L12与内锅122的轴向尺寸L42可以满足:L32+L12≤L42。由此, 盛放部2与介质置换部3更易于放入至烹饪腔11内,并且盛放部2与上盖部13的彼此干涉更小。在一些实施例中,盛放部2放入内锅122内时,盛放部2的上部可以不向上凸出于内锅122的锅沿,这样更便于上盖部13的盖合。
可选地,参照图32至图34所示,内锅121的内径向尺寸L41和内锅的轴向尺寸L42分别可以满足:14cm≤L41≤25cm,11cm≤L42≤13cm。这种尺寸的内锅121可以满足大部分用户的煮饭需求,适应性更广。例如,L41可以为16cm、18cm、20cm、22cm等,L42可以为11.5cm、12cm、12.5cm等。
下面描述根据本申请一些具体实施例的烹饪器具10。烹饪器具10例如电饭煲的工作过程主要包括水沸腾阶段和蒸米阶段,在水沸腾阶段,电饭煲以周期性加热为主,电饭煲的控制程序中设置周期T,T满足关系式:32秒≥T≥4秒,周期调功比为a,a满足关系式:1≥a≥1/8,水沸腾阶段总持续时间t1,t1满足关系式:15分钟≥t1≥3分钟。在水沸腾阶段结束后,电饭煲进入蒸米阶段,在蒸米阶段,米水分离,控制程序保持米汤温度为b,b满足关系式110度≥b≥80度,整个蒸米阶段总持续时间t2,t2满足关系式:30分钟≥t2≥3分钟。
可选地,电饭煲的具体工作过程为:电饭煲在烹饪过程中,首先将适量清水倒入烹饪腔11,然后将盛放部2和介质置换部3放入到烹饪腔11内,使烹饪腔11内的水位大致没过介质置换部3(当然也可以适当高于介质置换部3或者适当低于介质置换部3),再将洗好的大米放入盛放部2内,如图32所示,此时的米水可以是分离的,即米在上方的盛放部2内,水在下面,米没有浸泡在水中。
之后,电饭煲开始加热烹饪腔11,当烹饪腔11内的水被加热时,烹饪腔11内的水会产生大量的气泡(水蒸气),其中一部分气泡会在介质置换部3中储存起来,使介质置换部3内的压强变大,在压力的作用下,将介质置换部3中的水排出到烹饪腔11中,使得烹饪腔11中的水面升高,由于盛放部2与烹饪腔11连通,介质置换部3中的水流入烹饪腔11后,烹饪腔11内的水会流入盛放部2,此时,整个盛放部2中的水位就会上升,没过大米,如图34所示,实现对大米的一煮。
当盛放部2中的水位达到一定高度后,通过时间传感器或者信号传感器感知后或通过其它公知手段,电饭煲及时停止加热,介质置换部3中的水蒸气会迅速冷却液化,介质置换部3内的压力随之消减,然后烹饪腔11内的水会流回介质置换部3,使盛放部2内的水位快速下降,盛放部2内的水位下降过程中,盛放部2内的水穿过大米下落,盛放部2内的水会对大米进行冲刷,并且,电饭煲在烹饪的过程中,电饭煲也可以间断性地实现米水分离,例如电饭煲通过控制加热等效功率等控制程序,使电饭煲对烹饪腔11反复加热并停止,在电饭煲对烹饪腔11反复加热过程中,盛放部2内的水会反复地的上升和回落,水在反复地的上升和回落过程中冲刷大米,然后清水逐渐变成米汤。在水沸腾阶段结束后,电饭煲进入蒸米阶段,在蒸米阶段,米水分离,控制程序保持米汤温度在80度以上,使米饭蒸熟或者焖熟。
并且,电饭煲在水沸腾阶段,通过水反复冲刷大米,能够进一步降低大米中糖的含量,用户食用完大米后,可以使用户不容易发胖,同时,也能够使大米受热均匀,可以使大米充分吸收水分,从而可以防止米饭夹生,进而可以提升米饭的口感。
并且,在蒸米阶段,由于电饭煲内的水经过前期蒸发和大米的吸水,原来的水位会降低,为了保证大米与水分离以及蒸饭效果,防止米汤对米饭进行浸泡,可选地,在一些实施例中,最终烹饪腔11内的水位到最底层米饭的距离可以大于等于4mm。在本申请的另一些实施例中,也可以使水位线稍高于最底层米饭,这样位于上层的米饭仍然不能被水浸泡到,同样可以减少米饭的最终含糖量。
可选地,结合本申请的一些实施例,介质置换部3的体积可以变化,也可以不变化。在一些实施例中,介质置换部3的体积不变,可以使用气体充放装置向介质置换部3内充气,使介质置换部3内的压强变大,从而使烹饪腔11内的液位上升,需要使介质 置换部3内的液位下降时,可以使用气体充放装置从介质置换部3内抽气,使介质置换部3内的压强降低,从而可以达到液位降低的效果。
在另一些实施例中,介质置换部3的体积可变时,使用气体充放装置向介质置换部3内充气或者抽取介质置换部3内的气体,也可以实现烹饪腔11内液位上升和下降的功能。例如,在本申请的一些具体示例中,在烹饪的过程中,可以通过气体充放装置对介质置换部3进行充气,以实现烹饪腔11内的液位的变化,并且,介质置换部3的体积可以随着充气量发生变化。这样,当不需要进行介质置换时,介质置换部3的体积可以较小,减少对烹饪腔11的占用,并且介质置换部3在充气时可以增加体积,以提升容纳气体的量,进一步增大液体的置换量,使得烹饪腔11内的液面变化更为明显,更利于提升烹饪效果。
由此,通过本体部1、盛放部2和介质置换部3配合,米放入到烹饪器具10内后,烹饪器具10在沥米饭时,水会不断冲刷米,使米中的糖被冲刷掉,从而可以使用户吃完米饭后不容易变胖。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具10的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
下面参考附图8、图20以及图35-图39描述烹饪器具10。
需要说明的是,烹饪器具10可以为电饭煲、电压力锅、电炖锅、电磁炉或者养生壶等,在下面的描述中,将以烹饪器具10为电饭煲为例进行说明,但这并非是对本申请保护范围的限制。本领域的普通技术人员在阅读了本申请的说明书之后,在知悉本申请的技术构思的情况下,显然可以将本申请的烹饪器具10应用于电压力锅、电炖锅、电磁炉或者养生壶等。
具体地,针对相关技术中所存在的大米量烹饪时出现的米饭不均匀的问题,本申请的设计者经过研究创造性的发现,相关技术中出现上述问题的主要原因是:大米量时,蒸笼内的米堆积较高,只靠从蒸笼底部进水,其水位很难漫过所有的米,从而造成上层的米偏硬甚至夹生、糖分未被充分沥掉。
有鉴于此,本申请的设计者进行了相关改进,从而得到本申请实施例的烹饪器具10。参照图35至图37所示,在一些实施例中,烹饪器具10可以包括:本体部1、盛放部2和介质置换部3,盛放部2用于盛放食材,例如米。本体部1内具有烹饪腔11,在一些实施例中,烹饪腔11可以是本体部1的锅体部12和上盖部13所限定形成的空腔。
盛放部2设置于烹饪腔11内,介质置换部3设置于烹饪腔11内,介质置换部3用于实现第一介质39与第二介质31的替换,从而改变烹饪腔11内的液位。
具体而言,例如,介质置换部3设置成利用第一介质39替换位于介质置换部3内的液态的第二介质31,从而使得被替换的第二介质31能够排出介质置换部3,并进入烹饪腔11内。第二介质31流入烹饪腔11后,可以使盛放部2内的液位改变。
这里,第一介质39可以来自于介质置换部3之外,通过进入到介质置换部3内实现对第二介质31的替换,例如从外界向介质置换部3内泵入气体;或者,第一介质39可以来自于介质置换部3内部,例如通过加热介质置换部3内的液体如水,使得内部形成气态的第一介质39,第一介质39可以从内部将液态的水排出介质置换部3之外;当然,第一介质39的来源也可以采用上述两种可行方式的结合,但不限于此。
又如,介质置换部3还设置成利用处在介质置换部3之外且为液态的第二介质31进入到介质置换部3内以占据由第一介质39占用的至少一部分空间,从而使得烹饪腔11内的液位下降,在液位下降的过程中,液体会冲刷大米,使大米内的糖减少。换言之,液态的第二介质31可以进入到介质置换部3内,从而占据先前由第一介质39占有的至少一部分空间。
可选地,在一些实施例中,当烹饪器具10停止加热或者加热功率降低时,介质置 换部3内的第一介质39如水蒸气液化,介质置换部3之外的液态的第二介质31如水则会进入到介质置换部3之内,替换先前第一介质39所占用的空间。再例如,在另一些实施例中,当介质置换部3内的至少一部分第一介质39如空气被抽出时,介质置换部3之外的液态的第二介质31如水可以进入到介质置换部3内,以替换被抽出的第一介质39。
大米放入盛放部2内后,当盛放部2的液面变化时,液体可以冲刷盛放部2内的米,使得更多的糖分可以进入到液体中,从而能够降低大米中糖的含量,用户食用完大米后,可以使用户不容易发胖,同时,也能够使大米受热均匀,可以使大米充分吸收水分,从而可以防止米饭夹生,进而可以提升米饭的口感。
由此,通过本体部1、盛放部2和介质置换部3配合,米放入到烹饪器具10内后,当第一介质39置换液态的第二介质31时,液态的第二介质31可以进入到盛放部2内,才使米被浸泡,并且,烹饪器具10在沥米饭时,液体会不断冲刷米,使米中的糖被冲刷掉,从而可以使用户吃完米饭后不容易变胖。
进一步地,参照图35至图37所示,在间隙101的至少一段上,在同一高度处的盛放部2的外周面所围面积S1与本体部1的内周面所围面积S2满足:0.9≤S1/S2≤0.98。例如,在本申请的一些具体示例中,S1/S2可以为0.91、0.93、0.95、0.97等。
由此,可保证从介质置换部3置换出来的液体,能够尽量多的涌入蒸盛放部2内,使得盛放部内的液位变化更为明显,并且实现盛放部2内有足够的液位高度,用来冲刷、沥糖和烹饪盛放部2内的米饭,从而解决相关技术中所存在的具有沥米饭或低糖饭的烹饪器具其大米量烹饪存在的米饭不均匀,沥糖效果差问题。
结合本申请的一些实施例,参照图38和图39所示,在间隙101的至少一段上,间隙101的宽度L1可以满足:L1≤5mm。由此,可以实现同样烹饪腔11的情况下,盛放部2的内部容积能够尽量大,这样使得同样的米量,在盛放部2内的高度最低,从而实现进水后能更容易漫过所有米,使得所有米都被冲刷、沥糖、烹饪的概率最大,进一步提升米饭的均匀性以及沥糖效果。例如,在本申请的一些示例中,L1可以为1mm、2mm、3mm、4mm等。
根据本申请的一些实施例,介质置换部3可以构造为气液置换部,气液置换部可以设置成利用气态的第一介质39替换液态的第二介质31。由此,这种通过不同介质的彼此替换设置,使得替换效果更好,可以减少第一介质对第二介质的影响。
可选地,第一介质39可以是水蒸气,第二介质31可以是水,但本申请不限于此。可选地,烹饪器具10还可包括加热件6,加热件6可以适于加热介质置换部3内的第二介质31以形成第一介质39,即第一介质39可以为水蒸气。由此,电饭煲将烹饪腔11内的水加热至沸腾的过程中,气液置换部内的水蒸气会逐渐增多,然后气液置换部内的压力逐渐变大,将气液置换部内的水压入烹饪腔11,从而可以实现烹饪腔11内的水位上升的工作目的,进而可以实现盛放部2水位上升的工作目的。此时,不仅可以实现液位上升,同时进入盛放部2内的液体为高温液体,还可以提升烹饪效果。
如图35至图37所示,根据本申请的一些可选实施例中,加热件6具有连续加热模式,在连续加热模式下,加热时间为T,盛放部2内可进入液体且盛放部2内的液位A2相对于烹饪腔11的初始液位A1的高度差为H,即A2-A1=H。这里,初始液位A1是指未沸腾前的液位。其中,H≥10mm,T≥10秒。
由此,可以进一步提升对盛放部2内米的处理效果。通常T的值越大,H的值会越大,对米的冲刷和沥糖效果越好。可选地,加热件6可以为线圈盘组件。
继续参照图38和图39所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,间隙101的至少一段的内侧面和外侧面可以平行设置并且分别沿竖直方向延伸。由此,液体在间隙101处可以竖直升降,行程更短,更易于进入到盛放部2内。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图38和图39所示,盛放部2可以包括:盛放部周 壁21和盛放部底壁23,盛放部周壁21的上部设置有连通间隙101与盛放部2的周壁通孔241,由此,可以使水从相对较高的位置进入到盛放部2内,从而使得进来的水能更好地对所有米进行冲刷、沥糖、烹饪。可选地,周壁通孔241可以设置为多个,如此设置能够进一步使水快速流入和流出盛放部2,可以减小水浸泡大米的时间。
继续参照图38和图39所示,盛放部2包括盛放部底壁23和盛放部周壁21,间隙101的至少一段可以由盛放部周壁21和本体部1的内周面形成,介质置换部3可以安装于盛放部底壁23。由此,介质置换部3对间隙101的影响更小,有利于间隙101的小尺寸设置。
可选地,如图38和图39所示,盛放部周壁21可以设置有底壁通孔242,底壁通孔242位于介质置换部3的径向外侧,以用于使盛放部底壁23与本体部1之间的液体进入盛放部2。由此,烹饪器具10没有对水加热时,这样设置能够使底壁通孔242到水面的距离最小,可以更加方便水从底壁通孔242流入盛放部2,也可以使盛放部2内的水从底壁通孔242流出盛放部2,从而可以使水更好地冲刷大米。
简言之,本申请的一种实施方式可以为,同时配置周壁通孔241和底壁通孔242,水可以从周壁通孔241和底壁通孔242进入到盛放部2内,这样可以提升进水效率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图38和图39所示,烹饪器具10设置有初始液位线,初始液位线102低于盛放部底壁23且高于介质置换部3的下端。由此,用户可以以初始液位线102为基准进行加水,防止加水过多或者过少,而影响烹饪效果。在一些具体示例中,初始液位线102可以设置在内锅的内周面,较便于观察。可选地,初始液位线102可以沿内锅的周向延伸成一个圆圈,也可以仅仅为一条线段。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图35所示,本体部1可以包括:锅体部12和上盖部13,盛放部2支撑并伸入到锅体部12内。其中,烹饪器具10烹饪米饭时,上盖部13将盛放部2盖上,如此设置能够减少烹饪器具10内水沸腾所需的时间,可以减小烹饪米饭所需时间,并且,也能够避免外界物体进入烹饪器具10内,可以保证米饭清洁卫生,从而可以保证用户的食用安全性。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,盛放部2可以安装于上盖部13。由此,在将上盖部13盖设于盛放部2的同时可以实现盛放部2的安装,操作较为方便。
需要说明的是,烹饪器具10的介质置换部3不限为图35至图39中所示的结构,还可以为其它结构。例如,在图8所示的实施例中,介质置换部3与盛放部2形成为一个整体结构,具体而言,介质置换部3可以由盛放部2的底壁上凹形成,如此设置能够使介质置换部3与盛放部2形成整体结构,可以使介质置换部3与盛放部2一起放入和拿出烹饪腔11,从而可以便于介质置换部3的清洗,进而可以提升用户满意度。
再例如,在图20所示的实施例中,介质置换部3可以构造为具有凹入结构的介质置换板39,介质置换部3放入烹饪腔11内后,水可以存储在介质置换部3的凹入结构内,当烹饪器具10工作时,水蒸气可以进入凹入结构内,从而可以将凹入结构内的水压入烹饪腔11,结构较为简单。
进一步可选地,如图20所示,介质置换板39可具有内凹面391和外凸面392,外凸面392朝向盛放部2并与盛放部2相连,内凹面391背离盛放部2,如此设置能够保证水和水蒸气存储在介质置换板39的内凹面391所形成的内凹空间内,可以保证第一介质39和第二介质31能够在介质置换板39的内凹空间内随意替换。
下面描述根据本申请一些具体实施例的烹饪器具10。烹饪器具10例如电饭煲的工作过程主要包括水沸腾阶段和蒸米阶段,在水沸腾阶段,电饭煲以周期性加热为主,电饭煲的控制程序中设置周期T,T满足关系式:32秒≥T≥4秒,周期调功比为a,a满足关系式:1≥a≥1/8,水沸腾阶段总持续时间t1,t1满足关系式:15分钟≥t1≥3分钟。在水沸腾阶段结束后,电饭煲进入蒸米阶段,在蒸米阶段,米水分离,控制程序保持米汤温度为b,b满足关系式110度≥b≥80度,整个蒸米阶段总持续时间t2,t2 满足关系式:30分钟≥t2≥3分钟。
可选地,电饭煲的具体工作过程为:电饭煲在烹饪过程中,首先将适量水倒入烹饪腔11,然后将盛放部2和介质置换部3放入到烹饪腔11内,使烹饪腔11内的水位大致没过介质置换部3(当然也可以适当高于介质置换部3或者适当低于介质置换部3),再将洗好的大米放入盛放部2内,如图35所示,此时的米水可以是分离的,即米在上方的盛放部2内,水在下面,米没有浸泡在水中。
之后,电饭煲开始加热烹饪腔11,当烹饪腔11内的水沸腾时,烹饪腔11内的水会产生大量的气泡(水蒸气),其中一部分气泡会在介质置换部3中储存起来,使介质置换部3内的压强变大,在压力的作用下,将介质置换部3中的水排出到烹饪腔11中,使得烹饪腔11中的水面升高,由于盛放部2与烹饪腔11连通,介质置换部3中的水流入烹饪腔11后,烹饪腔11内的水会流入盛放部2,此时,整个盛放部2中的水位就会上升,没过大米,如图37所示,实现对大米的一煮。
当盛放部2中的水位达到一定高度后,通过时间传感器或者信号传感器感知后或通过其它公知手段,电饭煲及时停止加热,介质置换部3中的水蒸气会迅速冷却液化,介质置换部3内的压力随之消减,然后烹饪腔11内的水会流回介质置换部3,使盛放部2内的水位快速下降,盛放部2内的水位下降过程中,盛放部2内的水穿过大米下落,盛放部2内的水会对大米进行冲刷,并且,电饭煲在烹饪的过程中,电饭煲也可以间断性地实现米水分离,例如电饭煲通过控制加热等效功率等控制程序,使电饭煲对烹饪腔11反复加热并停止,在电饭煲对烹饪腔11反复加热过程中,盛放部2内的水会反复地的上升和回落,水在反复地的上升和回落过程中冲刷大米,然后水逐渐变成米汤。在水沸腾阶段结束后,电饭煲进入蒸米阶段,在蒸米阶段,米水分离,控制程序保持米汤温度在80度以上,使米饭蒸熟或者焖熟。
需要特别说明的是:大米放入盛放部2内后,且电饭煲没有对烹饪腔11进行加热时,盛放部2内的大米没有被水浸泡,并且,电饭煲在水沸腾阶段,通过水反复冲刷大米,能够进一步降低大米中糖的含量,用户食用完大米后,可以使用户不容易发胖,同时,也能够使大米受热均匀,可以使大米充分吸收水分,从而可以防止米饭夹生,进而可以提升米饭的口感。
并且,在蒸米阶段,由于电饭煲内的水经过前期蒸发和大米的吸水,原来的水位会降低,为了保证大米与水分离以及蒸饭效果,防止米汤对米饭进行浸泡,最终烹饪腔11内的水位到最底层米饭的距离可以大于等于4mm。
可选地,结合本申请的一些实施例,介质置换部3的体积可以变化,也可以不变化。在一些实施例中,介质置换部3的体积不变,可以使用气体充放装置向介质置换部3内充气,使介质置换部3内的压强变大,从而使烹饪腔11内的液位上升,需要使介质置换部3内的液位下降时,可以使用气体充放装置从介质置换部3内抽气,使介质置换部3内的压强降低,从而可以达到液位降低的效果。
在另一些实施例中,介质置换部3的体积可变时,使用气体充放装置向介质置换部3内充气或者抽取介质置换部3内的气体,也可以实现烹饪腔11内液位上升和下降的功能。例如,在本申请的一些具体示例中,在烹饪的过程中,可以通过气体充放装置对介质置换部3进行充气,以实现烹饪腔11内的液位的变化,并且,介质置换部3的体积可以随着充气量发生变化。这样,当不需要进行介质置换时,介质置换部3的体积可以较小,减少对烹饪腔11的占用,并且介质置换部3在充气时可以增加体积,以提升容纳气体的量,进一步增大液体的置换量,使得烹饪腔11内的液面变化更为明显,更利于提升烹饪效果。
由此,通过本体部1、盛放部2和介质置换部3配合,当将米放入到烹饪器具10内后,视水位情况,米可以被水浸泡到,也可以不被水浸泡到,当水位相对较高时,如上升到至少浸没盛放部2的下部时,至少一部分米可以被水浸泡到,当水位较低如低于 盛放部2时,米不会被水浸泡到,当进一步地,烹饪器具10在沥米饭时,水会不断冲刷米,使米中的糖被冲刷掉,从而可以使用户吃完米饭后不容易变胖。

  1. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:
    本体部,所述本体部内具有烹饪腔;
    盛放部,所述盛放部设置于所述烹饪腔内;
    介质置换部,所述介质置换部设置于所述烹饪腔内,所述介质置换部设置成利用第一介质替换位于所述介质置换部内的第二介质,从而使得被替换的所述第二介质能够排出所述介质置换部,所述介质置换部还设置成利用处在所述介质置换部之外的所述第二介质进入到所述介质置换部内以占据由所述第一介质占用的至少一部分空间,其中所述盛放部能够与所述烹饪腔连通以使所述盛放部内的液位可变。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第二介质为液态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述介质置换部构造为气液置换部,所述气液置换部设置成利用气态的所述第一介质替换液态的所述第二介质。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述气液置换部包括:第一介质进口和第二介质出口,所述第一介质进口允许所述第一介质进入到所述气液置换部内,所述第二介质出口允许所述第二介质从所述气液置换部内排出。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一介质进口和所述第二介质出口为同一开口且形成在所述气液置换部的底部。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述介质置换部与所述盛放部连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述介质置换部至少部分地设置在所述盛放部的下方。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述介质置换部包括介质置换部周壁,所述介质置换部周壁的顶部贴合所述盛放部的底面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述介质置换部周壁的顶部设置有环形翻边,所述环形翻边与所述盛放部的底面贴合,所述环形翻边与所述盛放部的底面可拆卸地相连。

  11. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述介质置换部包括介质置换部周壁,所述盛放部包括盛放部周壁,所述介质置换部周壁从所述盛放部周壁的下端向下延伸。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述介质置换部周壁与所述盛放部周壁均为圆环形且直径相等;或者所述介质置换部周壁的直径渐变,所述介质置换部周壁的小径端与所述盛放部周壁相连,所述介质置换部周壁的大径端为自由端且向着远离所述盛放部的方向延伸。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述盛放部的底部形成有盛放部凹部,所述盛放部凹部构造为所述介质置换部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述盛放部包括盛放部底壁和盛放部周壁,所述盛放部底壁的至少一部分向上隆起以形成所述盛放部凹部。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述盛放部凹部布置在所述盛放部底壁的中心区域。

  21. 根据权利要求1-20中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述介质置换部还配置有与所述介质置换部内连通且用于排气的排气微孔。

  36. 根据权利要求1-35中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述盛放部内设有开口向上的所述盛放腔,所述介质置换部与所述盛放部可拆卸地连接,所述介质置换部内设有开口向下的所述介质置换腔,所述介质置换部设置成利用第一介质替换位于所述介质置换腔内的第二介质,从而使得被替换的所述第二介质能够排出所述介质置换部,所述介质置换部还设置成利用处在所述介质置换腔之外的所述第二介质进入到所述介质置换腔内以占据由所述第一介质占用的至少一部分空间,其中所述盛放腔能够与所述烹饪腔连通以使所述盛放腔内的液位可变。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述盛放部和所述介质置换部通过卡接结构或者磁吸结构相连。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述卡接结构为旋转卡接结构、凹凸点卡接结构、上下式套卡接结构或左右滑动式卡接结构。
  39. 根据权利要求1-38中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述介质置换部具有置换部顶壁,所述盛放部具有盛放部底壁,所述置换部顶壁和所述盛放部底壁的其中一个设置有卡接凸部,其中另一个设置有适于卡接在所述卡接凸部内的卡接凹部。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述卡接凸部包括一个或多个凸点部,所述卡接凹部包括一个或多个贯通孔,所述凸点部与所述贯通孔数量相等且一一对应,每个所述凸点部伸入并卡入对应的所述贯通孔内,其中多个所述凸点部沿所述盛放组件的周向间隔开设置。
  41. 根据权利要求40所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述凸点部包括:
    柱部,所述柱部穿设于所述贯通孔,所述柱部的轴向尺寸大于等于所述贯通孔的轴向尺寸;
    端头部,所述端头部凸出地设在所述柱部的端部且所述端头部止挡在所述贯通孔的一侧,以止挡所述柱部脱出所述贯通孔,沿所述柱部的轴向,所述端头部的两端中的至少一端构造有倒角。

  59. 根据权利要求58所述的用于烹饪器具的烹饪附件,其特征在于,所述第二介质为液态。
  60. 一种用于烹饪器具的烹饪附件,其特征在于,包括:
    盛放篮,所述盛放篮具有盛放篮周壁和盛放篮底壁,所述盛放篮周壁上设置有周壁通孔;
    气液置换部,所述气液置换部设置在所述盛放篮底壁的下表面上,所述气液置换部的下端敞开以允许水蒸气进入并允许所述气液置换部内的液体排出。
  61. 根据权利要求60所述的用于烹饪器具的烹饪附件,其特征在于,所述烹饪附件适于设置在所述烹饪器具内部。
  62. 根据权利要求58或59所述的用于烹饪器具的烹饪附件,其特征在于,所述气液置换部包括气液置换部周壁,所述气液置换部周壁与所述盛放篮底壁相连,所述盛放篮底壁上还设置有底壁通孔,所述底壁通孔环绕所述气液置换部周壁。
  63. 根据权利要求60或61所述的用于烹饪器具的烹饪附件,其特征在于,所述盛放篮底壁的至少一部分向上隆起,隆起的部分构造为所述气液置换部。
  64. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求58-62中任一项所述的烹饪附件。
  65. 一种如权利要求1-57中任一项所述的烹饪器具的控制方法,其特征在于,包 括以下步骤:
    在所述烹饪器具的烹饪过程中,判断所述烹饪器具当前所处的烹饪阶段,其中,所述烹饪器具的烹饪阶段包括沸腾阶段;

  66. 根据权利要求65所述的烹饪器具的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制所述烹饪器具的加热部,以使所述烹饪腔内的液位在第一液位与第二液位之间变化,包括:
    以第一调功比和第二调功比控制所述加热部进行交替加热,其中,通过以第一调功比控制所述加热部进行加热,以使所述盛放部内的液位上升至所述第一液位,并通过以第二调功比控制所述加热部进行加热,以使所述盛放部内的液位下降至所述第二液位;
    其中,所述第二调功比小于所述第一调功比,所述第二液位低于所述第一液位。
  67. 根据权利要求66所述的烹饪器具的控制方法,其特征在于,其中,
    所述第二调功比和所述第一调功比的取值范围为大于等于1/8且小于等于1;
    所述加热部的加热周期为大于等于4秒且小于等于32秒,其中,在每个所述加热周期,以所述第一调功比和第二调功比控制所述加热部进行加热。
  68. 根据权利要求65-67中任一项所述的烹饪器具的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制所述烹饪器具的加热部,以使所述烹饪腔内的液位在第一液位与第二液位之间变化,包括:
    以第一功率控制所述加热部进行加热工作,以使所述烹饪腔内的液位上升至所述第一液位;
    在所述烹饪腔内的液位上升至所述第一液位之后,控制所述加热部停止加热或控制所述加热部减小加热功率,以使所述烹饪腔内的液位下降至所述第二液位,其中,所述第二液位低于所述第一液位。
  69. 根据权利要求65-68中任一项所述的烹饪器具的控制方法,其特征在于,所述烹饪器具的烹饪阶段还包括蒸米阶段,所述方法还包括:
    当所述烹饪器具处于所述蒸米阶段时,通过控制所述烹饪器具的加热部,以使烹饪腔内的米汤温度维持在预设温度范围内。
  70. 根据权利要求69所述的烹饪器具的控制方法,其特征在于,其中,所述预设温度范围为大于等于80摄氏度且小于等于110摄氏度。
  71. 根据权利要求69所述的烹饪器具的控制方法,其特征在于,当所述沸腾阶段持续第一预设时间之后,所述烹饪器具进入所述蒸米阶段,且所述蒸米阶段持续第二预设时间。
  72. 根据权利要求71所述的烹饪器具的控制方法,其特征在于,所述第一预设时间的取值范围为大于等于3分钟且小于等于15分钟,所述第二预设时间的取值范围为大于等于3分钟且小于等于30分钟。
