按照0<(V1-B)/B≤1可以满足沥米饭结束后,物料完全与溶液分离,从而可以保证蒸笼底壁上的食物的口感。
上述任一技术方案中,所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁;所述锅具组件包括第一量具,所述第一量具配置为对待烹饪物料的体积进行定量,其中,所述第一量具具有定量容积V11;所述内锅的内侧壁、所述蒸笼的底壁所在的水平面与所述沥米饭水位线所在的水平面合围出第一容纳区域,在所述第一容纳区域中,所述蒸笼的容积为B1,B1≤(V11×n+100)ml,其中,n为与所述沥米饭水位线对应的第一量具的系数。
按照B1≤(V11×n+100)ml可以满足沥米饭结束后,物料完全与溶液分离,从而可以保证蒸笼底壁上的食物的口感。
上述任一技术方案中,锅具组件包括:第二量具,配置为对待烹饪物料的体积进行定量,其中,所述第二量具具有定量容积V12;所述内锅的内侧壁、所述蒸笼的底壁所在的水平面与所述沥米饭水位线所在的水平面合围出第一容纳区域所述内锅的侧壁的内壁面与所述蒸笼的底壁合围出以所述蒸笼的底壁为下边界、以所述沥米饭水位线为上边界的第一容纳区域,所述第一容纳区域的容积为B2,则B2≤(V12×n+100)ml,其中,n为与所述沥米饭水位线 对应的待烹饪物料的第二量具的系数。
按照B2≤(V12×n+100)ml可以满足沥米饭结束后,物料完全与溶液分离,从而可以保证蒸笼底壁上的食物的口感。
上述任一技术方案中,所述内锅和/或所述蒸笼上设有自上而下的多条所述沥米饭水位线,所有的所述沥米饭水位线均高于所述蒸笼的底壁;和/或,所述内锅和/或所述蒸笼上设有多组所述沥米饭水位线,每组所述沥米饭水位线包括自上而下设置的多条所述沥米饭水位线,多组所述沥米饭水位线对应不同的待烹饪物料,且多组所述沥米饭水位线沿所述内锅和/或所述蒸笼的周向设置。
设置自上而下的多条沥米饭水位线,可以满足用户多种烹饪量的需求。每条沥米饭水位均高于蒸笼的底壁,使得沥米饭结束后沥米饭的饭粒与溶液相分离,提高沥米饭的口感。
设置多组沥米饭水位线可以满足不同种待烹饪物料的需求,针对不同的烹饪物料设置相对应的沥米饭水位线,使得沥米饭水位线更加精确,使得不同的待烹饪物料均能做出好的口感。
上述任一技术方案中,所述沥米饭水位线满足:
0<C/D≤1.4,其中,C为所述沥米饭水位线指示的溶液信息对应的所述第一容纳区域中溶液的重量,D为所述沥米饭水位线指示的待烹饪物料信息对应的待烹饪物料的重量,所述蒸笼的底壁上适于放置所述待烹饪物料。
以待烹饪物料为平均含水率低于17%的米为例,沥米饭水位线指示的待烹饪物料信息对应的平均含水率低于17%的米的重量指的是,与沥米饭水位线对应的平均含水率低于17%的米的重量D,在制作沥米饭时该重量为D的平均含水率低于17%的米放置于蒸笼的底壁上。
例如,沥米饭水位线h处标识3,则需要添加到蒸笼的底壁上的待烹饪物料为3量具(该量具为与该锅具组件配套的量具,为第一量具或第二量具),添加完待烹饪物料后,往烹饪腔中加溶液至沥米饭水位线h。可以理解,沥米饭水位线指示的物料信息可以直接设置在沥米饭水位线附近,例如沥米饭水位线h处标识3,3为物料的量具的系数,物料信息还可以写在产品附带的说明书里,或者用户可以扫码或从网络获取。
为满足不同烹饪量的需求,沥米饭水位线包括自上而下设置的多条,每一条沥米饭水位线均满足0<C/D≤1.4,其中C、D分别为与具体的沥米饭水位线对应的溶液和待烹饪物料的重量。例如,沥米饭水位线h1处标识2,则需要添加到蒸笼的底壁上的待烹饪物料为2量具(该量具为与该锅具组件配套的量具,为第一量具或第二量具),在第一容纳区域中添加完待烹饪物料后,往烹饪腔中加溶液至沥米饭水位线h1,溶液和待烹饪物料的量分别为C1、D1,则0<C1/D1≤1.4;沥米饭水位线h2处标识4,则需要添加到蒸笼的底壁上的待烹饪物料为4量具(该量具为与该锅具组件配套的量具,为第一量具或第二量具),在第一容纳区域中添加完待烹饪物料后,往烹饪腔中加溶液至沥米饭水位线h2,溶液和待烹饪物料的量分别为C1、D1,则0<C1/D1≤1.4。
C/D>1.4会导致烹饪完成后,会导致位于蒸笼底壁上方的物料与溶液不能完全分离,会降低位于蒸笼底壁上的食物的口感。因此C/D≤1.4使得烹饪完成后,物料完全与溶液分离,从而可以保证蒸笼底壁上的食物的口感。
以沥米饭为例,物料为米、溶液为水,C/D>1.4会导致沥米饭煮完后,米汤与米不能完全分离,降低米饭的口感。因此C/D≤1.4使得沥米饭煮完后,米汤完全与蒸笼分离,从而可以保证米饭的口感。C/D>0,即C>0,其中,C指的是蒸笼上放置与沥米饭水位线相对应的米量D后,在沥米饭水位线所在的平面与蒸笼的底壁所在的平面之间,烹饪腔中蒸笼的底壁所在的平面上方的水的重量,即在第一容纳区域内蒸笼的底壁上放置与沥米饭水位线相对应的米量D后,第一容纳区域内根据沥米饭水位线填充满水,应该添加的水的量。
平均含水率低于17%的米可以称为未吸水的米或干米。物料为米,溶液为水,可以制作沥米饭。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述沥米饭水位线高于所述沥米饭水位线指示的待烹饪物料信息对应的待烹饪物料的上表面,其中所述蒸笼的底壁上适于放置所述待烹饪物料;和/或,所述沥米饭水位线与所述蒸笼的底壁之间的所述蒸笼的容积大于与所述沥米饭水位线指示的物料信息对应的待烹饪物料的容积,其中所述蒸笼的底壁上适于放置所述待烹饪物料。
待烹饪物料的上表面为待烹饪物料完全摊平后的上表面,使得溶液完全浸泡待烹饪物料,保证上层待烹饪物料的烹饪效果。
例如沥米饭水位线与蒸笼的底壁之间的所述蒸笼的容积为V,1量具米(例如150克米)大约对应170ml容量,则V≥170ml×E,E为与所述沥米饭水位线相对应的米量具的系数。沥米饭水位线与蒸笼底壁之间的容积V≥对应米量的容积,因此V≥170ml×量具的系数,例如1量具米对应的沥米饭水位线的容积V≥170ml,2量具米对应的沥米饭水位线的容积V≥340ml,以此类推,以保证上层米饭烹饪效果。为更好的提高上层米饭的烹饪效果,V≥180ml×量具的系数。
对于蒸笼不包括侧壁的情况,“沥米饭水位线与蒸笼的底壁之间的蒸笼的容积”指的位于烹饪腔内的沥米饭水位线所在的平面与蒸笼的底壁之间的容积。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述蒸笼的侧壁与所述内锅的内侧壁之间的间隙小于或等于20mm,从而控制(V1-B)/B及C/D的比值,在沥米饭煮完后,实现米汤与米的完全分离。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述蒸笼的底壁与所述内锅的底壁之间的所述内锅的容积为V2,则V2≤1000ml。
1量具米的米汤大于1000ml时,米汤会比较清彻,容易见底,口感与白开水差不多,没粘稠感。因此为保证米汤有一定的浓度,看不见锅底,需要满足V2≤1000ml,以保证在较小米量(如1量具米)烹饪后米水分离得到的米汤浓度少于1000ml,这时的米汤看不到锅底,呈乳白色,喝进口里有一定的粘稠感,其中量具可以为第一量具或第二量具。V2可以为但不限于200ml、400ml、600ml、700ml、800ml或1000ml。为兼顾不同米量都能得到较好的口感和一定量的米汤,V2的范围为400~700ml。
需要说明的是V2≤1000ml,既适用于蒸笼包括侧壁的情况,也适用于蒸笼不包括侧壁的情况。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述蒸笼的侧壁与所述蒸笼的底壁之间设有圆角,所述圆角在所述蒸笼的底壁所在平面上的正投影的长度小于或等于50mm;或者,所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述蒸笼的侧壁与所述蒸笼的底壁之间通过连接斜面连接或通过非圆弧形曲线连接。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述 连通孔包括所述蒸笼的侧壁上设置的第一连通孔,所述第一连通孔的面积小于或等于20mm 2;和/或,所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述连通孔包括所述蒸笼的侧壁上设置的第一连通孔,所述第一连通孔的总面积大于烹饪器具的蒸汽通道的最小通流面积;和/或,所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述连通孔包括所述蒸笼的侧壁上设置的第一连通孔,所述第一连通孔的总面积大于10mm 2;和/或,所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述连通孔包括所述蒸笼的侧壁上设置的第一连通孔,至少部分所述第一连通孔高于最高的所述沥米饭水位线。
蒸笼侧壁上的第一连通孔连通烹饪腔与第一容纳区域,烹饪腔中的蒸汽通过第一连通孔排出至外界或进入第一容纳区域内,因此第一连通孔用于在沸腾过程中排出蒸汽,防止蒸笼被蒸汽顶起。第一连通孔的面积小于或等于20mm 2,保证第一连通孔的尺寸,一方面使得第一连通孔起到破泡作用,防止米汤溢出烹饪器具,另一方面防止第一连通孔会较大的降低蒸笼侧壁的强度。需要说明的是,第一连通孔的面积小于或等于20mm 2指的是单个第一连通孔的面积小于或等于20mm 2,单个第一连通孔的面积可以为但不限于5mm 2、10mm 2、15mm 2或20mm 2
以第一连通孔为圆形孔为例,第一连通孔的孔径小于等于5mm,第一连通孔的孔径可以为但不限于1mm、3mm或5mm。可以理解,第一连通孔还可以是长条形孔、椭圆形孔或其它任意形状的孔。
通流面积为蒸汽通道在垂直于蒸汽流动方向上的截面积,第一连通孔的总面积大于蒸汽通道的最小通流面积,保证蒸笼外部和内部气压相同,蒸笼外部的压力过大会将蒸笼顶起来;第一连通孔用于在沸腾过程中排出蒸汽,同时将内锅中沸腾膨胀的米汤留到蒸笼内部。当第一连通孔的总面积小于蒸汽通道的最小通流面积时,蒸笼外部的蒸汽不能及时排出,就会产生气压,将蒸笼顶起来。即使蒸笼底壁上设有连通孔,例如连通孔还包括蒸笼底壁上设置的第二连通孔,但此时的大米会将第二连通孔密封起来,蒸汽无法穿透米饭层排出来,因此第一连通孔的总面积仍需要大于蒸汽通道的最小通流面积。以蒸汽通道在垂直于蒸汽流动方向的截面为圆形为例,第一连通孔的总面积大于所述烹饪器具的蒸汽通道的最小口径。可以理解,蒸汽通道在垂直于蒸汽流动方向的截面 还可以为多边形、椭圆形等其它任意形状。
第一连通孔可以为圆形、多边形、椭圆形等任意形状。第一连通孔的数量为多个,多个第一连通孔在蒸笼侧壁上均匀分布,或不均匀分布,例如多个第一连通孔分布在多个区域内,每一区域中包括至少一个第一连通孔,在每一区域中多个第一连通孔集中布置。
第一连通孔的总面积大于10mm 2,保证从第二连通孔中流入蒸笼内的米汤能够通过第一连通孔顺利回流到烹饪腔中。
所述第一连通孔的数量为多个,多个所述第一连通孔中至少一个所述第一连通孔的至少部分高于与最高的所述沥米饭水位线,进一步地,所述第一连通孔的数量为多个,多个所述第一连通孔中至少一个所述第一连通孔的至少部分高于与最大的所述沥米饭水位线对应的平均含水率低于17%的米的上表面,该上表面为米摊平后的上表面。
或者,所述第一连通孔的数量为一个,所述第一连通孔至少部分高于最高的所述沥米饭水位线。进一步地,所述第一连通孔至少部分高于与最大的所述沥米饭水位线对应的平均含水率低于17%的米的上表面。
当蒸笼中放入适量的洗好的米后,确保至少有一个或者多个第一连通孔高于平均含水率低于17%的米的上表面,保证第一连通孔通气通畅,防止侧面气压过大将蒸笼顶起来,导致烹饪腔漏气。进一步地,当蒸笼中放入适量的洗好的米后,确保至少有一个或者一部分第一连通孔高于水平面,进一步提高蒸汽及米汤进入第一连通孔的顺畅性。再进一步地,烹饪结束后,至少有一个或者多个第一连通孔保持畅通,即至少有一个或者多个第一连通孔高于烹饪结束后米的上表面,确保蒸汽通畅。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述连通孔包括所述蒸笼的底壁上设有的第二连通孔,能够平穿过所述第二连通孔的最大圆的直径在0.5mm~2.5mm的范围内;或者,所述第二连通孔的面积在0.5mm 2~4mm 2的范围内;和/或,所述连通孔包括所述蒸笼的底壁上设有的第二连通孔,所述第二连通孔的总面积为S1,S1≥150mm 2;和/或,所述连通孔包括所述蒸笼的底壁上设有的第二连通孔,所述第二连通孔的总面积为S1,所述蒸笼在水平面上的正投影的面积为S2,S1/S2≥1/100。
最大圆的直径小于0.5mm或第二连通孔的面积小于0.5mm 2时,导致第二连通孔加工成型困难,使得蒸笼的制造成本提高;最大圆的直径大于2.5mm或第二连通孔的面积大于4mm 2时,会导致蒸笼的底壁上的米通过第二连通孔泄漏。最大圆的直径可以为但不限于0.5mm、1.0mm、1.5mm、2.0mm或2.5mm。进一步地,为方便模具实现蒸笼的制造且满足蒸笼的寿命,最大圆的直径为1.8mm~2.0mm。
第二连通孔可以是圆形孔、多边形孔、椭圆形孔或其它任意形状的孔,第二连通孔的尺寸要满足内锅中的沸腾的米汤能够通过第二连通孔进入和流出蒸笼,还要满足蒸笼底壁上的米不能通过第二连通孔泄漏。
锅内会产生大量米汤及泡沫的混合物,进入到蒸笼里面,浸过米饭;沸腾阶段不加热时,米水及泡沫的混合物会通过第二连通孔回流,S1≥150mm 2可以使得蒸笼内的米汤及泡沫混合物能够顺利快速回流,防止不易回流从而积聚更多的米汤在蒸笼内导致溢出。
S2为蒸笼的总投影面积,可以是放置于内锅中使用时蒸笼在内锅的底壁上的正投影。S1/S2≥1/100进一步保证第二连通孔的总面积的占比,保证米汤及泡沫混合物能够快速通过第二连通孔从蒸笼内回流到内锅中,防止米汤及泡沫回流速度慢导致米汤及泡沫溢出烹饪器具。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述蒸笼的底壁的上表面上设有导流槽。
蒸笼的底壁的上表面凹陷形成导流槽,因此导流槽低于与导流槽连接处的蒸笼的底壁,这样导流槽可以起到导流作用,引导蒸笼中的米汤及泡沫流动,进一步防止米汤及泡沫在蒸笼中的积聚。而且导流槽还具有增强蒸笼底部强度的作用。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述导流槽上设有贯穿所述蒸笼的底壁的导流孔,且所述导流槽位于所述蒸笼的底壁的最低处;和/或,所述连通孔包括所述蒸笼的底壁上设有的第二连通孔,所述蒸笼的底壁上设有多个所述导流槽,多个所述导流槽在所述蒸笼的底壁上呈辐射状设置,所述第二连通孔设置在相邻的两个所述导流槽之间,或者,所述蒸笼的底壁上设有多个所述导流槽,所述导流槽呈环形,且多个所述导流槽依次套设,所述第二连通孔设置在相邻的两个所述导流槽之间。
蒸笼中的米汤和泡沫可以通过导流孔流回内锅中,至于导流孔的尺寸,导流孔需要满足米汤和泡沫能够通过,同时米粒不同通过,防止蒸笼中的米通过导流孔漏至内锅中。导流孔的数量可以为一个或多个,导流孔的形状可以为圆形孔、多边形孔、椭圆形孔或其它任意形状的孔。
为进一步增强导流槽的导流效果,导流槽是蒸笼的底壁的最低处,使得更多的米汤和泡沫能够进入到导流槽中并从导流孔中回流入内锅。
可以理解,导流槽的形状还可以为多边形或其它任意形状,导流槽的分布除辐射状或同心圆外,也可以呈其它形状,例如多个导流槽的连线呈多边形,或者多个导流槽呈无规则分布。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述蒸笼包括侧壁,所述蒸笼的侧壁套设在所述蒸笼的底壁的外侧并部分位于所述蒸笼的底壁的下方,所述侧壁中位于所述蒸笼的底壁上方的部分与所述蒸笼的底壁限定出容纳空间,或者,所述蒸笼包括侧壁,所述蒸笼的侧壁连接在所述蒸笼的底壁的边缘并位于所述蒸笼的底壁的上方;和/或,所述蒸笼的底壁的上表面或下表面向上或向下凸出形成加强筋。
蒸笼的侧壁上设有第一连通孔,沸腾阶段加热时,混有淀粉的水沸腾后,锅内产生的米汤及泡沫的混合物,把蒸笼与内锅之间的间隙填满,从蒸笼的侧壁进入到蒸笼里面,完全浸过米饭;沸腾阶段不加热时,米水及泡沫的混合物会通过第二连通孔流回到内锅。当蒸笼的侧壁套设在蒸笼的底壁的外侧时,至少部分第一连通孔设置在位于蒸笼的底壁上方的侧壁上。
蒸笼的侧壁与蒸笼的底壁可以为一体式结构或分体式结构。
加强筋可以增强蒸笼的底壁的强度,提高蒸笼的抗变形能力。可以是蒸笼的底壁凹陷或凸出形成加强筋,例如蒸笼的底壁的上表面或下表面凹陷形成加强筋,又例如蒸笼的底壁的上表面或下表面向上或向下凸出形成加强筋。
加强筋的数量可以为一个或多个,加强筋的形状可以为长条形、三角形或其它任意形状。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述蒸笼的侧壁上设有第一台阶,所述第一台阶距离所述蒸笼的上端面的高度为H1,则5mm≤H1≤50mm;和/或,所述第一台阶距离所述蒸笼的上端面的高度为H1,所述蒸笼的高度为H,则1/9≤H1/H≤3/4。
蒸笼的侧壁包括上侧壁段、下侧壁段和第一台阶,沿自上而下的方向,上侧壁段、第一台阶和下侧壁段依次设置。第一台阶为沿蒸笼的侧壁的周向设置的环形,设置第一台阶可以增强蒸笼侧壁的强度。
上侧壁段、下侧壁段和第一台阶中的至少一个上设有第一连通孔。
当H1小于5mm时,第一台阶与蒸笼的翻边之间的距离过小,不利于蒸笼的成型,当H1大于50mm时,第一台阶与蒸笼的底壁之间的距离过小,在烹饪时米会触及第一台阶处,烹饪完成后第一台阶处不容易清理,而且当第一连通孔设置在第一台阶上时,米容易从第一连通孔漏出蒸笼。H1可以为不限于5mm、10mm、20mm、30mm、40mm或50mm。进一步地,7mm≤H1≤20mm。
1/9≤H1/H≤3/4避免第一台阶距离蒸笼的上端面距离过大或过小。H1/H可以为但不限于1/9、1/3、1/2或3/4。进一步地,1/7≤H1/H≤1/2。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述蒸笼的高度为H,则40mm≤H≤100mm。
H小于40mm影响蒸笼的容积,从而影响沥米饭能够煮的米饭量;H大于100mm,导致内锅容积大,使得烹饪器具体积大。H可以为但不限于40mm、60mm、80mm或100mm。进一步地60mm≤H≤80mm。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述蒸笼的侧壁上设有第一翻边,所述内锅的侧壁向外延伸形成锅沿,所述第一翻边被支撑在所述锅沿上或所述锅沿与所述内锅的侧壁的连接处,且所述第一翻边低于所述锅沿;其中,所述内锅的侧壁与所述锅沿之间采用第一圆弧连接,所述第一翻边被支撑在所述第一圆弧处;或者,所述锅沿上设有第二台阶,所述第一翻边被支撑在所述第二台阶上;或者,所述内锅的侧壁与所述锅沿之间通过第一斜面连接,所述第一翻边被支撑在所述第一斜面上。
蒸笼的侧壁的上端外翻形成第一翻边,可以是蒸笼的侧壁的上端向外周向延伸形成环形的第一翻边,也可以是蒸笼的侧壁的上端向外延伸形成间隔设置的多个第一翻边。
第一翻边被支撑在内锅上,即蒸笼通过第一翻边悬挂于内锅上,实现蒸笼在内锅中的定位。第一连通孔还可以设置在第一翻边上。
烹饪器具的盖体盖设在锅体上,且烹饪器具包括密封环,密封环的一端连 接在盖体上,密封环的另一端抵接在内锅上,进一步地,密封环的另一端抵接在锅沿上,盖体与内锅之间通过密封环形成封闭的烹饪腔。
第一翻边低于锅沿,这样第一翻边不影响密封环与内锅之间的密封,不会导致密封环处漏气。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述内锅上设有第一定位结构,所述蒸笼通过所述第一定位结构与所述内锅进行定位;其中,所述第一定位结构包括所述内锅的侧壁上设置的第三台阶,所述蒸笼的底壁被支撑在所述第三台阶上;或者,所述第一定位结构包括设置在所述内锅的内侧壁上的第一定位凸起,所述蒸笼的底壁被支撑在所述第一定位凸起上;或者,所述第一定位结构包括所述内锅的侧壁与所述内锅的底壁之间连接的第一过渡段,所述第一过渡段的截面积小于与所述第一过渡段连接的所述内锅的侧壁的截面积,所述蒸笼被支撑在所述第一过渡段上或所述第一过渡段与所述内锅的侧壁的连接处。
蒸笼放置于内锅中后,蒸笼与第一定位结构配合,实现蒸笼在内锅中的稳定放置。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述蒸笼上设有支架,所述支架抵接在所述内锅上。
蒸笼的底壁上设有支架,支架抵接在内锅上,例如抵接在内锅的底壁上。为提高支架对蒸笼支撑的稳定性,支架的数量为多个,且沿蒸笼的周向均匀设置。支架与蒸笼可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接。
设置第一定位结构和支架的结构,适用于带有侧壁的蒸笼,也适合不带侧壁的蒸笼。
可以理解,支架也可以连接在内锅上,支架与内锅可以是固定连接或可拆卸连接。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述沥米饭水位线设置在所述内锅上。
对于不带有侧壁的蒸笼,沥米饭水位线设置在内锅的侧壁上。可以理解,也可以在烹饪器具附带的说明书中对沥米饭水位线进行说明,例如说明书中说明水浸没过米面,此时内锅和蒸笼上可以均不设置沥米饭水位线,当然,也可以在内锅和/或蒸笼上设置沥米饭水位线。或者,在烹饪器具出售时附带出售水位尺,水位尺上设有沥米饭水位线,用户烹饪时,将水位尺置于内锅中,此 时水位尺与刻印在内锅侧壁上的沥米饭水位线用法相同。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述蒸笼包括底壁和连接在所述底壁上方的侧壁,所述沥米饭水位线设在所述内锅的侧壁上和/或所述蒸笼的侧壁上。
为方便用户观察沥米饭水位线,沥米饭水位线设置在内锅的侧壁上或蒸笼的侧壁上。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述蒸笼上设有提手,其中,所述提手与所述蒸笼固定连接,或者,所述提手与所述蒸笼可转动连接;和/或,所述锅具组件包括:蒸锅,被配置为适于放置于所述内锅内,并位于所述蒸笼的底壁的上方;和/或,所述锅具组件包括蒸格,所述蒸格包括底壁和与所述蒸格的底壁相连接的侧围壁,所述蒸格的底壁和侧围壁限定出安装空间,所述蒸笼位于所述安装空间内,所述蒸格的底壁和/或侧围壁上设有第三连通孔。
为方便蒸笼从内锅中取出或放置于内锅中,蒸笼上设有提手。用户手握提手,实现蒸笼的取放。
对于不带有侧壁的蒸笼,提手连接在蒸笼的底壁上。蒸笼的底壁向上凸出形成多个提手,例如形成两个提手,两个提手设置在蒸笼的底壁上相对的两端部。提手可以是实心的,或者提手可以为提手环的形式。提手可以跨越蒸笼中部,提手的一端连接在蒸笼底壁的一端部,提手的另一端连接在蒸笼底壁的另一端部,为减少蒸笼的体积,此时提手与蒸笼可转动连接。
对于带有侧壁的蒸笼,提手可以连接在蒸笼的侧壁上。蒸笼的侧壁凸出形成多个提手,为不妨碍蒸笼与内锅的配合,提手设置在蒸笼的侧壁的内壁面上并位于蒸笼的侧壁的内侧,例如蒸笼的侧壁的内壁面向内凸出形成两个提手,两个提手设置在蒸笼的侧壁上相对的两端部。提手可以是实心的,或者提手可以为提手环的形式。提手可以跨越蒸笼中部,提手的一端连接在蒸笼侧壁的一端部,提手的另一端连接在蒸笼侧壁的另一端部,为减少蒸笼的体积,此时提手与蒸笼可转动连接。
蒸锅包括底壁,蒸锅的底壁上可以设置贯穿蒸锅底壁的通孔,也可以不设置贯穿蒸锅底壁的通孔。蒸锅还可以包括侧壁,蒸锅的侧壁呈环形并连接蒸锅的底壁的上方,蒸锅的侧壁上可以设置贯穿蒸锅侧壁的通孔,也可以不设置贯穿蒸锅侧壁的通孔。当蒸锅的底壁和侧壁上均不设置通孔时,蒸锅可以用来蒸 米饭或煮粥,从而可实现同时沥米饭和蒸米饭或者同时沥米饭和煮粥。可以理解,当蒸笼从内锅中取出时,蒸锅可以与内锅配合使用。
需要使用蒸锅时,将蒸锅放置于蒸笼的上方,当不需要使用蒸锅时,将蒸锅从内锅中取出。
蒸格的侧围壁可以是套设在蒸格的底壁的外侧,且部分侧围壁位于蒸格的底壁的上方,部分侧围壁位于蒸格的底壁的下方。还可以是蒸格的侧围壁全部位于蒸格的底壁的上方。
当第三连通孔满足沥米饭的要求时,即第三连通孔能够允许蒸汽进入安装空间内,又能够阻止安装空间中的米漏至内锅中时,可以在蒸格中沥米饭,即将用于沥米饭的米放置在蒸格的底壁的上方,此时蒸笼可以用于其它用途,例如蒸馒头等。
对于第三连通孔的尺寸没有限定,可以根据第三连通孔的大小,合理的安排蒸格和蒸笼的用途。
上述任一技术方案中,锅具组件包括:分隔件,被配置为适于放置于所述烹饪腔内,所述分隔件与所述蒸笼共同将所述烹饪腔分隔为多个容纳区域,多个所述容纳区域包括所述第一容纳区域和第二容纳区域。
通过分隔件和蒸笼将烹饪腔分隔为第一容纳区域和第二容纳区域,第一容纳区域中可以用于制作沥米饭,用于可以自己的实际需求使用第二容纳区域,例如利用第二容纳区域蒸米饭、煮粥等。
上述任一技术方案中,所述分隔件、所述蒸笼和所述内锅的内壁面共同限定出所述第二容纳区域。
内锅的内壁面是第二容纳区域的一部分,可以简化分隔件的结构,降低分隔件的成本。

为了能够更清楚地理解本申请的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本申请进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本申请,但是,本申请还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的方式来实施,因此,本申请的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照附图图1至图35描述根据本申请一些实施例的锅具组件和烹饪器具。
沥米饭又称“甑子饭”,是米饭的一种传统做法,传统做法是首先需要将米用水煮至半分熟,再将米捞起沥干,在蒸筒底部垫好一块打湿水的布,将沥干的米置入,上锅蒸煮,待煮熟后食用。做好的沥米饭饭粒干爽饱满,口感十足,还附带有甘甜可口的米汤。并且在沥米的过程中,溶液反复冲刷米粒,将米粒中的淀粉、糖分等冲刷掉,因此,煮好的沥米饭含糖量低,非常适合糖尿病患者和肥胖人群。
针对沥米饭的传统做法工艺复杂,不易操作的问题,本申请提供一种用于烹饪器具的锅具组件,如图1和图15所示,根据本申请一些实施例提供的一种锅具组件,包括内锅1和蒸笼2。内锅1限定出烹饪腔18;蒸笼2放置于烹饪腔18内,进一步地,蒸笼能够取放的放置于烹饪腔内,蒸笼2上设有与烹饪腔18相连通的连通孔,蒸笼2包括底壁21;如图9所示,内锅1和/或蒸笼2上设有沥米饭水位线28,沥米饭水位线28高于蒸笼2的底壁21,当沥米饭水位线设置在内锅上时,当蒸笼放置于内锅的状态下,沥米饭水位线高于蒸笼的底壁。
对于蒸笼的底壁为平面的情况,如图3至图5所示,沥米饭水位线高于蒸笼的底壁指的是沥米饭水位线高于蒸笼的底壁所在的平面。对于蒸笼的底壁呈非平面的情况,沥米饭水位线高于蒸笼的底壁指的是沥米饭水位线高于蒸笼底壁的最低点,例如蒸笼底壁的上表面中部上凸,即蒸笼的底壁呈现中间高、四周低的情况时,沥米饭水位线高于蒸笼四周。
本申请上述实施例提供的锅具组件,沥米饭水位线28用于制作沥米饭时,指示待烹饪物料的信息和溶液信息。在制作沥米饭时,将与沥米饭水位线指示的待烹饪物料信息相对应的待烹饪物料放置于蒸笼的底壁上,在烹饪腔中加溶液至沥米饭水位线,烹饪器具工作过程中,通过对烹饪器具的加热方式进行控制,以控制烹饪腔内的溶液交替上升与下降,烹饪腔内的溶液通过蒸笼的连通孔对待烹饪物料进行反复沥煮,将待烹饪物料中的糖分等冲刷下来。
具体地,以待烹饪物料为大米为例,将蒸笼悬挂于内锅中,把大米(与沥米饭水位线指示的待烹饪物料信息相对应)淘洗好后放入蒸笼,同时按照蒸笼沥米饭水位线28放入合适水量,开始加热煮沸,约2-10分钟后(大米达到5-7分熟),如图6所示,停止加热,原来的水因为蒸发和被大米吸收后,水位下 降,水位低于蒸笼的底壁,此时保持米汤的微沸,或者是保持米汤在70-99°C之间,继续对米饭进行熏蒸10分钟左右,既可以得到沥米饭。沸腾过程具体的加热方法:加热到第一次沸腾时之后,间断性加热、停止,使米汤(水)反复出现起落,实现对米饭的冲刷,防止米饭结块,同时刷掉一部分糖分和淀粉,口感独特,GI值低,又减少了用户对糖分的摄入,更加健康。
本申请中沥米饭水位线28高于蒸笼2的底壁21,在蒸笼2的底壁21上放置待烹饪物料并添加溶液至沥米饭水位线28,其中,待烹饪物料的使用量(可以为重量或体积等)与沥米饭水位线指示的待烹饪物料的信息相对应,使得沥米饭结束后时,可以更好的满足沥米饭的口感。
内锅1和/或蒸笼2上设有沥米饭水位线28指的是,沥米饭水位线28可以设置在内锅1上,可选地,设置在内锅的侧壁的内壁面上,沥米饭水位线28还可以设置在蒸笼2上,可选地,设置在蒸笼的侧壁的内壁面上,沥米饭水位线还可以同时设置在内锅和蒸笼上。设置在内锅和蒸笼上的沥米饭水位线都要满足本申请中对沥米饭水位线的限定,且待烹饪物料和溶液的添加标准适用同一沥米饭水位线,例如物料是按照内锅上的高度为h处的沥米饭水位线添加的,溶液也应该按照内锅上的高度为h处的沥米饭水位线添加。
至于沥米饭水位线28的划定方式,可以根据待烹饪物料和溶液的量的比来确定,例如根据待烹饪物料和溶液的重量比或体积比来确定。
实施例一:
如图2和图3所示,蒸笼2包括与蒸笼2的底壁21相连接的侧壁22,进一步地,蒸笼2的侧壁22连接在蒸笼2的底壁21的上方,再进一步地,侧壁22呈环形形成侧围壁的形式,环形的侧壁22连接在底壁21的边沿,环形的侧壁22与底壁21限定出沥米饭时用于盛装待烹饪物料的空间。
进一步地,内锅和/或蒸笼上设有自上而下的多条沥米饭水位线,所有的沥米饭水位线均高于蒸笼的底壁,即所有的沥米饭水位线均高于蒸笼的底壁的最低点。
设置自上而下的多条沥米饭水位线,可以满足用户多种烹饪量的需求。每条沥米饭水位均高于蒸笼的底壁,使得沥米饭结束后沥米饭的饭粒与溶液相分离,提高沥米饭的口感。
可以理解,沥米饭水位线也可以是一条。
进一步地,内锅和/或蒸笼上设有多组沥米饭水位线,每组沥米饭水位线包括自上而下设置的多条沥米饭水位线,多组沥米饭水位线对应不同的待烹饪物料,且多组沥米饭水位线沿内锅和/或蒸笼的周向设置。
设置多组沥米饭水位线可以满足不同种待烹饪物料的需求,例如设置两组沥米饭水位线,分别对应东北米和南方米。针对不同的烹饪物料设置相对应的沥米饭水位线,使得沥米饭水位线更加精确,使得不同的待烹饪物料均能做出好的口感。
可以理解,沥米饭水位线也可以只有一组。
进一步地,内锅的内侧壁(内锅侧壁的内壁面)、蒸笼的底壁所在的水平面、沥米饭水位线所在的水平面合围出体积为V1的第一容纳区域4,在第一容纳区域4中,蒸笼的容积为B,0<(V1-B)/B≤1,其中在制作沥米饭时,待烹饪物料放置于蒸笼内,即蒸笼的底壁与蒸笼的侧壁限定出的空间内。
对于蒸笼的侧壁呈沿蒸笼的底壁周向延伸的环形的情况,蒸笼的容积B为蒸笼的底壁和蒸笼的侧壁合围出的体积。
进一步地,第一容纳区域4的上边界指沥米饭水位线所在的平面,可选地,沥米饭水位线所在的平面为水平面,下边界是指蒸笼的底壁的上表面所在的平面,如图3中,第一容纳区域4指的是烹饪腔18中,在沥米饭水位线28所在的平面P、蒸笼2的底壁21所在的水面F、内锅的侧壁的内壁面共同围设出的空间。当蒸笼的整个底壁不在同一平面上时,例如蒸笼的底壁呈台阶状、弧形等,蒸笼的底壁所在的水平面指的是蒸笼的底壁的最低处所在的水平面。
对于蒸笼的底壁为平面的情况,如图3至5所示,第一容纳区域指的是沥米饭水位线所在的水平面、内锅的内侧壁、蒸笼的底壁的上表面所在的水平面合围出的空间,内锅的内侧壁与蒸笼之间的容积为A,则V1=A+B。
(V1-B)/B大于0,是指内锅的侧壁的内壁面与蒸笼之间的容积大于0,0<(V1-B)/B≤1可以满足沥米饭结束后,物料完全与溶液分离,使做好的沥米饭饭粒干爽饱满,口感十足,沥米饭含糖量低,非常适合糖尿病患者和肥胖人群,还附带有甘甜可口的米汤。
以待烹饪物料及物料为米(大米),溶液为水进行说明。可以理解,在沥米饭中用户也可以根据自身的爱好,添加其它辅料,例如豆类,此时,待烹饪物料或物料包括米和其它辅料,溶液除水之外用户也可以自行选择。针对除沥米饭外的其它烹饪过程,待烹饪物料或物料不一定为米,溶液不一定是水。
满足0<(V1-B)/B≤1时,将与沥米饭水位线对应的米量(重量或体积)放置于蒸笼内,并加水至沥米饭水位线处,沥米饭结束后,水位低于蒸笼的底壁,从而实现米与水的分离,提高沥米饭的口感。
进一步地,(V1-B)/B可以为但不限于0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8或1。
沥米饭水位线28满足:
0<C/D≤1.4,其中,C为沥米饭水位线28指示的溶液信息对应的第一容纳区域4中溶液的重量,D为沥米饭水位线28指示的待烹饪物料信息对应的第一容纳区域4中待烹饪物料的重量。
沥米饭水位线28指示的待烹饪物料信息对应的第一容纳区域4中待烹饪物料的重量指的是,与沥米饭水位线28对应的待烹饪物料的重量D,在制作沥米饭时该重量为D的待烹饪物料放置于蒸笼2的底壁21上。
沥米饭水位线28指示的溶液信息指的是若沥米饭水位线28的高度为h,将h高度的沥米饭水位线指示的待烹饪物料信息对应的待烹饪物料放置于蒸笼的底壁上的情况下,往烹饪腔中加入溶液至h高度,沥米饭水位线28指示的溶液信息对应的第一容纳区域4中的溶液的重量指的是将与h高度的沥米饭水位线28对应的待烹饪物料放置于蒸笼2的底壁21上的情况下,将溶液的高度添加至h时,烹饪腔18中位于沥米饭水位线28与蒸笼2的底壁21之间的溶液的重量C。
例如,沥米饭水位线h处标识3,表示量具的系数为3,需要添加到蒸笼2的底壁21上的待烹饪物料为3量具(该量具为与该锅具组件配套的量具,为第一量具或第二量具),添加完待烹饪物料后,往烹饪腔18中加溶液至沥米饭水位线h。可以理解,沥米饭水位线28指示的待烹饪物料信息可以直接设置在沥米饭水位线28附近,例如沥米饭水位线h处标识3,3为物料的量具的系数,即使用量具满容量量取3次,待烹饪物料信息还可以写在产品附带的说明书里,或者用户可以扫码或从网络获取。
为满足不同烹饪量的需求,沥米饭水位线28包括自上而下设置的多条,每一条沥米饭水位线28均满足0<C/D≤1.4,其中C、D分别为与具体的沥米饭水位线28对应的溶液和待烹饪物料的重量。例如,沥米饭水位线h1处标识2,则需要添加到蒸笼2的底壁21上的待烹饪物料为2量具(该量具为与该锅具组件配套的量具),添加完待烹饪物料后,往烹饪腔18中加溶液至沥米饭水位线h1,溶液和待烹饪物料的量分别为C1、D1,则0<C1/D1≤1.4;沥米饭水位线h2处标识4,则需要添加到蒸笼2的底壁21上的待烹饪物料为4量具(该量具为与该锅具组件配套的量具),添加完待烹饪物料后,往烹饪腔18中加溶液至沥米饭水位线h2,溶液和待烹饪物料的量分别为C1、D1,则0<C1/D1≤1.4。
C/D>1.4会导致烹饪完成后,会导致位于蒸笼2底壁21上方的物料与溶液不能完全分离,会降低位于蒸笼2底壁21上的食物的口感。因此C/D≤1.4使得烹饪完成后,物料完全与溶液分离,从而可以保证蒸笼2底壁21上的食物的口感。
进一步地,D为平均含水率低于17%的米的重量,C为水的重量。
平均含水率低于17%的米可以称为未吸水的米或干米,例如未经淘米的米。
烹饪前,沥米饭水位线指示的待烹饪物料信息对应的平均含水率低于17%的米(即与沥米饭水位线28对应的平均含水率低于17%的米)放置于蒸笼2上的状态下,在沥米饭水位线28所在的平面D与蒸笼2的底壁21对应的平面F之间,蒸笼2的底壁21所在的平面上侧的水的重量为C,与沥米饭水位线28对应的平均含水率低于17%的米的重量为D,则C/D≤1.4。
C/D>1.4会导致沥米饭煮完后,米汤与米不能完全分离,降低米饭的口感。因此C/D≤1.4使得沥米饭煮完后,米汤完全与蒸笼2分离,从而可以保证米饭的口感。其中,C指的是蒸笼2上放置平均含水率低于17%的且与沥米饭水位线28相对应的米量后,在沥米饭水位线28所在的平面与蒸笼2的底壁21对应的平面之间,烹饪腔中蒸笼2的底壁21所在的平面上方的水的重量,包括蒸笼的底壁上方的米间隙中的水的重量。
对于蒸笼包括侧壁,蒸笼的侧壁连接在蒸笼的底壁上方的情况,C包括: 与沥米饭水位线28对应的平均含水率低于17%的米放置于蒸笼2上的状态下,在沥米饭水位线28所在的平面D与蒸笼2的底壁21对应的平面F之间,蒸笼的侧壁与内锅的侧壁之间的水的重量及蒸笼内水的重量。此时蒸笼的侧壁与蒸笼的底壁垂直连接或呈斜面连接或其它形状的连接。例如,当蒸笼的侧壁与底壁斜面连接时,C指的是:与沥米饭水位线28对应的平均含水率低于17%的米放置于蒸笼2上的状态下,在沥米饭水位线28所在的平面D与蒸笼2的底壁21对应的平面F之间,位于蒸笼内蒸笼的底壁正上方和斜上方的水的重量、蒸笼的侧壁与内锅的侧壁之间的水的重量的和。
烹饪时,将与沥米饭水位线相对应的平均含水率低于17%的米放置于蒸笼上,加水至水面达到沥米饭水位线,开始烹饪。
C/D可以为但不限于1.0、1.1、1.2、1.3或1.4。进一步地,C/D≤1.1,使得沥米饭煮完后,米汤完全与蒸笼分离,保证米饭效果。
进一步地,对于不同的米具有不同的吸水率及含水率,因此可以设置针对不同米的不同沥米饭水位线28。
烹饪前,在沥米饭水位线28所在的平面D与蒸笼2的底壁21对应的平面F之间,内锅与蒸笼之间的水的重量为W,蒸笼中的水的重量为C1,则C=W+C1,蒸笼中的米的重量为D(指平均含水率低于17%的米),满足(C1+W)/D≤1.4。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,烹饪前沥米饭水位线28所在的平面高于与沥米饭水位线28对应的平均含水率低于17%的米的上表面,该上表面为米完全摊平后的上表面,使得水完全浸泡米面,保证上层米饭的烹饪效果,该处米的上表面指的是米在蒸笼上摊平后的上表面。
在一些实施例中,沥米饭水位线28所在的平面与蒸笼2的底壁21之间的蒸笼2的容积大于与沥米饭水位线对应的平均含水率低于17%的米的容积,使得水能够完全浸没米。
例如沥米饭水位线所在的平面与蒸笼的底壁之间的蒸笼的容积为V,1量具米(例如150克米)大约对应170ml容量,则V≥170ml×E,E为与沥米饭水位线28相对应的米量具的系数。沥米饭水位线28对应的平面与蒸笼2底部(底壁21)之间的容积V≥对应米量的容积,因此V≥170ml×量具的系数, 例如1量具米(量具的系数为1)对应的沥米饭水位线28的容积V≥170ml,2量具米(量具的系数为1)对应的沥米饭水位线28的容积V≥340ml,以此类推,以保证上层米饭烹饪效果。为更好的提高上层米饭的烹饪效果,V≥180ml×量具的系数。
进一步地,蒸笼包括连接在蒸笼的底壁上方的侧壁,蒸笼的侧壁与内锅的内侧壁之间的间隙L小于或等于20mm,从而控制(V1-B)/B的比值,在沥米饭煮完后,实现米汤与米的完全分离。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,蒸笼2的底壁21与内锅1的底壁21之间的内锅1的容积为V2,则V2≤1000ml。
1量具米的米汤大于1000ml时,米汤会比较清彻,容易见底,口感与白开水差不多,没粘稠感。因此为保证米汤有一定的浓度,看不见锅底,需要满足V2≤1000ml,以保证在较小米量(如1量具米)烹饪后米水分离得到的米汤浓度少于1000ml,这时的米汤看不到锅底,呈乳白色,喝进口里有一定的粘稠感。V2可以为但不限于200ml、400ml、600ml、700ml、800ml或1000ml。为兼顾不同米量都能得到较好的口感和一定量的米汤,V2的范围为400~700ml。
需要说明的是V2≤1000ml,既适用于蒸笼2包括侧壁22的情况,也适用于蒸笼2不包括侧壁22的情况。进一步地,V2指的是蒸笼的底壁的最低处所在的水平面与内锅的底壁的最低处所在的水平面之间的内锅的容积。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,蒸笼2的侧壁22与蒸笼2的底壁21之间设有圆角26过渡,圆角在蒸笼2的底壁21所在平面上的正投影的长度L1小于或等于50mm,从而控制A/B的比值,在沥米饭煮完后,实现米汤与米的完全分离。可以理解,蒸笼的侧壁与蒸笼的底壁之间也可以采用非圆弧形直线或曲线连接。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,连通孔包括蒸笼2的侧壁22上设置的第一连通孔221,第一连通孔221的面积小于或等于20mm 2
如图6所示,蒸笼2侧壁22上的第一连通孔221连通烹饪腔18与蒸笼内部,烹饪腔18中的蒸汽30通过第一连通孔221排出至外界或进入蒸笼内,因此第一连通孔221用于在沸腾过程中排出蒸汽30,防止蒸笼2被蒸汽30顶起。第一连通孔221的面积小于或等于20mm 2,保证第一连通孔的尺寸,一方面 使得第一连通孔221起到破泡作用,防止米汤溢出烹饪器具100,另一方面防止第一连通孔221会较大的降低蒸笼2侧壁22的强度。
需要说明的是,第一连通孔的面积小于或等于20mm 2指的是单个第一连通孔的面积小于或等于20mm 2,单个第一连通孔的面积可以为但不限于5mm 2、10mm 2、15mm 2或20mm 2
以第一连通孔为圆形孔为例,第一连通孔的孔径小于等于5mm,第一连通孔221的孔径可以为但不限于1mm、3mm或5mm。进一步地,第一连通孔的孔径为1.5mm-2.5mm的范围内。可以理解,第一连通孔还可以是长条形孔、椭圆形孔或其它任意形状的孔。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,第一连通孔221的总面积大于烹饪器具100的蒸汽通道101的最小通流面积。
通流面积为蒸汽通道在垂直于蒸汽流动方向上的截面积,第一连通孔221用于在沸腾过程中排出蒸汽30,同时将内锅1中沸腾膨胀的米汤留到蒸笼2内部。第一连通孔221的总面积大于蒸汽通道101的最小通流面积,保证蒸笼2外部和内部气压相同,避免蒸笼2外部的压力过大会将蒸笼2顶起来。当第一连通孔221的总面积小于蒸汽通道101的最小通流面积时,蒸笼2外部的蒸汽30不能及时排出,就会产生气压,将蒸笼2顶起来。即使蒸笼2底壁21上设有第二连通孔211,但此时的大米会将第二连通孔211密封起来,蒸汽30无法穿透米饭层排出来,因此第一连通孔221的总面积仍需要大于蒸汽通道101的最小通流面积。以蒸汽通道在垂直于蒸汽流动方向的截面为圆形为例,第一连通孔的总面积大于烹饪器具的蒸汽通道的最小口径。可以理解,蒸汽通道在垂直于蒸汽流动方向的截面还可以为多边形、椭圆形等其它任意形状。烹饪器具包括盖体,盖体盖设在锅体上,蒸汽通道设置在盖体上,并用于连通烹饪腔与外界,烹饪腔中的蒸汽通过蒸汽通道排出至外界。
第一连通孔221可以为圆形、多边形、椭圆形等任意形状。第一连通孔221的数量为多个,多个第一连通孔221在蒸笼2侧壁22上均匀分布,或不均匀分布,如图2所示,例如多个第一连通孔221分布在多个区域内,每一区域中包括至少一个第一连通孔221,在每一区域中多个第一连通孔221集中布置。
在一些实施例中,第一连通孔的总面积大于10mm 2,保证从第二连通孔中流入蒸笼内的米汤能够通过第一连通孔顺利回流到烹饪腔中。
在一个具体的实施例中,第一连通孔的数量为多个,多个第一连通孔中至少一个第一连通孔的至少部分高于最高的沥米饭水位线。
进一步地,第一连通孔的数量为多个,多个第一连通孔中至少一个第一连通孔的至少部分高于与最大的沥米饭水位线对应的平均含水率低于17%的米的上表面,该上表面为米摊平后的上表面。
在另一个具体的实施例中,第一连通孔的数量为一个,第一连通孔至少部分高于最高的沥米饭水位线,进一步地,第一连通孔至少部分高于与最大的沥米饭水位线对应的平均含水率低于17%的米的上表面。
当蒸笼中放入适量的洗好的米后,确保至少有一个或者多个第一连通孔高于平均含水率低于17%的米的上表面,保证第一连通孔通气通畅,防止侧面气压过大将蒸笼顶起来,导致烹饪腔漏气。进一步地,当蒸笼中放入适量的洗好的米后,确保至少有一个或者多个第一连通孔高于水平面,进一步提高蒸汽及米汤进入第一连通孔的顺畅性。再进一步地,烹饪结束后,至少有一个或者多个第一连通孔保持畅通,即至少有一个或者一部分第一连通孔高于烹饪结束后米的上表面,确保蒸汽通畅。
在一些实施例中,如图2和图3所示,蒸笼2的侧壁22上设有第一台阶224。
第一台阶224为沿蒸笼2的侧壁22的周向设置的环形,设置第一台阶224可以增强蒸笼2侧壁22的强度。上侧壁段222、下侧壁段223和第一台阶224中的至少一个上设有第一连通孔221。
在一些实施例中,第一台阶224距离蒸笼2的上端面的高度为H1,则5mm≤H1≤50mm。
当H1小于5mm时,第一台阶224与蒸笼2的第一翻边23之间的距离过小,不利于蒸笼2的成型,当H1大于50mm时,第一台阶224与蒸笼2的底壁21之间的距离过小,在烹饪时米会触及第一台阶224处,烹饪完成后第一台阶224处不容易清理,而且当第一连通孔221设置在第一台阶224上时,米容易从第一连通孔221漏出蒸笼2。H1可以为不限于5mm、10mm、20mm、 30mm、40mm或50mm。进一步地,7mm≤H1≤20mm。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,第一台阶224距离蒸笼2的上端面的高度为H1,蒸笼2的高度为H,则1/9≤H1/H≤3/4。
1/9≤H1/H≤3/4避免第一台阶224距离蒸笼2的上端面距离过大或过小。H1/H可以为但不限于1/9、1/7、1/5、1/3、1/2或3/4。进一步地,1/7≤H1/H≤1/2。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,蒸笼2的高度为H,则40mm≤H≤100mm。
H小于40mm影响蒸笼的容积,从而影响沥米饭能够煮的米饭量;H大于100mm,导致内锅1容积大,使得烹饪器具100体积大。H可以为但不限于40mm、60mm、80mm或100mm。进一步地60mm≤H≤80mm。
在一些实施例中,如图12至图14所示,蒸笼2的侧壁22上设有第一翻边23,第一翻边23被支撑在内锅1上。
蒸笼2的侧壁22的上端外翻形成第一翻边23,可以是蒸笼2的侧壁22的上端向外周向延伸形成环形的第一翻边23,也可以是蒸笼2的侧壁22的上端向外延伸形成间隔设置的多个第一翻边23。
第一翻边23被支撑在内锅1上,即蒸笼2通过第一翻边23悬挂于内锅1上,实现蒸笼2在内锅1中的定位。
在一些实施例中,内锅1的侧壁22向外延伸形成锅沿13,第一翻边23被支撑在锅沿13上或锅沿13与内锅1的侧壁12的连接处,且第一翻边23低于锅沿13,如图12至图14中H2大于0。
烹饪器具100的盖体10盖设在锅体20上,且烹饪器具100包括密封环102,密封环102的一端连接在盖体10上,密封环102的另一端抵接在内锅1上,进一步地,密封环102的另一端抵接在锅沿13上,盖体10与内锅1之间通过密封环102形成封闭的烹饪腔18。
第一翻边23低于锅沿13,这样第一翻边23不影响密封环102与内锅1之间的密封,不会导致密封环102处漏气。
在第一个具体的实施例中,如图12所示,内锅1的侧壁12向外延伸形成锅沿13,内锅1的侧壁12与锅沿13之间采用第一圆弧15或第一非圆弧的曲线连接,第一翻边23被支撑在第一圆弧15或第一非圆弧的曲线处。
在第二个具体的实施例中,如图13所示,内锅1的侧壁12向外延伸形成锅沿13,锅沿13上或锅沿13与内锅1的侧壁12的连接处凹陷形成第二台阶16,第一翻边23被支撑在第二台阶16上。
在第三个具体的实施例中,如图14所示,内锅1的侧壁12向外延伸形成锅沿13,内锅1的侧壁12与锅沿13之间通过第一斜面17连接,第一翻边23被支撑在第一斜面17上。
在一些实施例中,沥米饭水位线28设在内锅1的侧壁上和/或蒸笼2的侧壁22上。
为方便用户观察沥米饭水位线28,沥米饭水位线28设置在内锅1的侧壁12的内壁面上或蒸笼2的侧壁22的内壁面上,还可以同时在内锅的侧壁的内壁面和蒸笼的侧壁的内壁面上设置沥米饭水位线28。可以理解,也可以在烹饪器具100附带的说明书中对沥米饭水位线28进行说明,例如说明书中说明水浸没过米面,此时内锅和蒸笼上可以均不设置沥米饭水位线,当然,也可以在内锅和/或蒸笼上设置沥米饭水位线。或者,在烹饪器具100出售时附带出售水位尺,水位尺上设有沥米饭水位线28,用户烹饪时,将水位尺置于内锅1中,此时水位尺与刻印在内锅1侧壁22上的沥米饭水位线28用法相同。
在一些实施例中,如图22所示,连通孔包括蒸笼2的底壁21上设有的第二连通孔211,能够平穿过第二连通孔211的最大圆40的直径在0.5mm~2.5mm的范围内。
“平穿过”是相对于斜穿过来说,例如第二连通孔在水平面上,平穿过指的是最大圆也在水平面内,最大圆沿上下方向穿过第二连通孔。
当整个第二连通孔在一个平面上时,如图22(C)中,该最大圆为第二连通孔的内切圆,例如第二连通孔为圆形孔,则第二连通孔的孔径(直径)在0.5mm~2.5mm的范围内,又例如第二连通孔呈长条形,则第二连通孔的宽度的范围为0.5mm~2.5mm。如图22(D)中,当整个第二连通孔不在一个平面上时,第二连通孔在任意平面上做正投影得到投影图形,各投影图形做内切圆,内切圆中直径最大的为该最大圆。
在一些实施例中,第二连通孔211的面积在0.5mm 2~4mm 2的范围内。
最大圆的直径小于0.5mm或第二连通孔的面积小于0.5mm 2时,导致第二 连通孔211加工成型困难,使得蒸笼2的制造成本提高;最大圆的直径大于2.5mm或第二连通孔的面积大于4mm 2时,会导致蒸笼2的底壁21上的米通过第二连通孔211泄漏。最大圆的直径可以为但不限于0.5mm、1.0mm、1.5mm、2.0mm或2.5mm,或者,第二连通孔的面积可以为但不限于0.5mm 2、1.0mm 2、2.0mm 2、3.0mm 2或4.0mm 2。进一步地,为方便模具实现蒸笼2的制造且满足蒸笼2的寿命,最大圆的直径为1.8mm~2.0mm。
第二连通孔211可以是圆形孔、多边形孔、椭圆形孔或其它任意形状的孔。第二连通孔211的尺寸要满足内锅1中的沸腾的米汤能够通过第二连通孔211进入和流出蒸笼2,还要满足蒸笼2底壁21上的米不能通过第二连通孔211泄漏。
第二连通孔的总面积为S1,S1≥150mm 2,可以使得蒸笼内的米汤及泡沫混合物能够顺利快速回流,防止不易回流从而积聚更多的米汤在蒸笼内导致溢出。
进一步地,第二连通孔211沿蒸笼2的底壁21的厚度方向贯穿蒸笼2的底壁21。
如图28所示,在沥米饭过程中,在烹饪器具沸腾阶段加热时,混有淀粉的水沸腾后,锅内会产生大量米汤及泡沫的混合物,进入到蒸笼2里面,浸过米饭;如图29所示,沸腾阶段不加热时,米水及泡沫的混合物会通过第二连通孔211回流,S1≥150mm 2可以使得蒸笼2内的米汤及泡沫混合物能够顺利快速回流,防止不易回流从而积聚更多的米汤在蒸笼2内导致溢出。
第二连通孔的数量为多个时,第二连通孔的总面积S1指的是全部第二连通孔的面积和。
蒸笼2的侧壁22上设有第一连通孔221,沸腾阶段加热时,混有淀粉的水沸腾后,锅内产生的米汤及泡沫的混合物,把蒸笼2与内锅1之间的间隙填满,从第一连通孔221进入到蒸笼2里面,完全浸过米饭;沸腾阶段不加热时,米水及泡沫的混合物会通过第二连通孔211流回到内锅1。
进一步地,蒸笼2在水平面上的正投影的面积为S2,S1/S2≥1/100。
S2为蒸笼2的总投影面积,可以是放置于内锅1中使用时蒸笼2在内锅1的底壁上的正投影,换言之蒸笼在内锅的底壁所在平面上或水平面上的正投影 的面积为S2,S1/S2≥1/100。S1/S2≥1/100进一步保证第二连通孔211的总面积的占比,保证米汤及泡沫混合物能够快速通过第二连通孔211从蒸笼2内回流到内锅1中,防止米汤及泡沫回流速度慢导致米汤及泡沫溢出烹饪器具。
蒸笼2放置在内锅1上,蒸笼2的侧壁22上设有第一连通孔221;沸腾阶段加热时,混有淀粉的水沸腾后,锅内会产生大量米汤及泡沫的混合物,把蒸笼2与内锅1之间的间隙填满,从蒸笼2的侧壁22进入到蒸笼2里面,完全浸过米饭,如图28所示;沸腾阶段不加热时,米水及泡沫的混合物会通过蒸笼2底壁的第二连通孔211流回到内锅1,为使第一连通孔221进入到蒸笼2内的米水及泡沫混合物能够顺利快速回流,防止不易回流从而积聚更多的米水在蒸笼2内,冲刷多次后容易导致溢出,第一连通孔25的总面积S1:蒸笼2的总投影面积S2≥1/100,且S1≥150mm 2
在一些实施例中,蒸笼2的底壁21上设有加强筋。
加强筋可以增强蒸笼2的底壁21的强度,提高蒸笼2的抗变形能力。可以是蒸笼2的底壁21凹陷或凸出形成加强筋,例如蒸笼2的底壁21的上表面或下表面凹陷形成加强筋,又例如蒸笼2的底壁21的上表面或下表面向上或向下凸出形成加强筋。
加强筋的数量可以为一个或多个,加强筋的形状可以为长条形、三角形或其它任意形状。
在一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,蒸笼2的底壁21的上表面上设有导流槽29。
蒸笼2的底壁21的上表面凹陷形成导流槽29,因此导流槽29低于与导流槽29连接处的蒸笼2的底壁21,这样导流槽29可以起到导流作用,引导蒸笼2中的米汤及泡沫流动,进一步防止米汤及泡沫在蒸笼2中的积聚。而且导流槽29还具有增强蒸笼2底部强度的作用。
进一步地,导流槽29上设有导流孔291,导流孔291沿蒸笼2的底壁21的厚度方向贯穿蒸笼2的底壁21。
蒸笼2中的米汤和泡沫可以通过导流孔291流回内锅1中,至于导流孔291的尺寸,导流孔291需要满足米汤和泡沫能够通过,同时米粒不同通过,防止蒸笼2中的米通过导流孔291漏至内锅1中。导流孔291的数量可以为一 个或多个,导流孔291的形状可以为圆形孔、多边形孔、椭圆形孔或其它任意形状的孔。
在一些实施例中,导流槽29位于蒸笼2的底壁21的最低处。
为进一步增强导流槽29的导流效果,导流槽29是蒸笼2的底壁21的最低处,使得更多的米汤和泡沫能够进入到导流槽29中并从导流孔291中回流入内锅1。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1和图2所示,蒸笼2的底壁21上设有多个导流槽29,多个导流槽29在蒸笼2的底壁21上呈辐射状设置,第二连通孔211设置在相邻的两个导流槽29之间。
在另一个具体的实施例中,蒸笼2的底壁21上设有多个导流槽29,导流槽29呈环形,且多个导流槽29依次套设,第二连通孔211设置在相邻的两个导流槽29之间,例如多个导流槽29呈同心圆设置,进一步地多个导流槽29所在的同心圆的圆心与蒸笼2的底壁21所在的圆的圆心重合。
可以理解,导流槽29的形状还可以为多边形或其它任意形状,导流槽29的分布除辐射状或同心圆外,也可以呈其它形状,例如多个导流槽29的连线呈多边形,或者多个导流槽29呈无规则分布。一个导流槽29上设有至少一个导流孔291。
在一些实施例中,如图8至图11所示,蒸笼2上设有提手24。
为方便蒸笼2从内锅1中取出或放置于内锅1中,蒸笼2上设有提手24。用户手握提手24,实现蒸笼2的取放。
提手24与蒸笼2固定连接。提手24与蒸笼2可转动连接,为方便提手与蒸笼之间的连接,蒸笼上设有固定座25,固定座固定在蒸笼上,提手与固定座转动连接。
示例性1:对于带有侧壁22的蒸笼2,提手24可以连接在蒸笼2的侧壁22上。蒸笼2的侧壁22凸出形成多个提手24,为不妨碍蒸笼2与内锅1的配合,提手24设置在蒸笼2的侧壁22的内壁面上并位于蒸笼2的侧壁22的内侧,例如蒸笼2的侧壁22的内壁面向内凸出形成两个提手24,两个提手24设置在蒸笼2的侧壁22上相对的两端部。如图9所示,提手24可以是实心的,或者如图8所示提手24可以为提手环的形式。此时,提手与蒸笼固定连接或 可转动连接。
示例性2:提手24可以跨越蒸笼2中部,提手24的一端连接在蒸笼2侧壁22的一端部,提手24的另一端连接在蒸笼2侧壁22的另一端部,为减少蒸笼2的体积,此时提手24与蒸笼2可转动连接,如图10所示,提手的另一端通过固定座25与蒸笼2侧壁22的一端部转动连接,蒸笼的另一端通过固定座25与蒸笼2侧壁22的另一端部转动连接。
实施例二:
与实施例一的不同在于,锅具组件包括第一量具,第一量具配置为对待烹饪物料的体积进行定量,其中,第一量具具有定量容积V11;内锅的内侧壁、蒸笼的底壁所在的水平面与沥米饭水位线所在的水平面合围出第一容纳区域4,蒸笼的底壁所在的水平面指的是蒸笼底壁的上表面的最低处所在的水平面,在第一容纳区域4中,蒸笼的容积为B1,B1≤(V11×n+100)ml,其中,n为与沥米饭水位线对应的待烹饪物料的第一量具的系数。
按照B1≤(V11×n+100)ml可以满足沥米饭结束后,物料完全与溶液分离,从而可以保证蒸笼底壁上的食物的口感,避免B1>(V11×n+100)ml导致沥米饭结束后,蒸笼底壁上的米与烹饪腔中的水没有完全分离而影响沥米饭的口感。
n为与沥米饭水位线对应的待烹饪物料的第一量具的系数,指的是待烹饪物料需要盛装n个第一量具,例如沥米饭水位线h处标识3,则n=3,需要添加到蒸笼2的底壁21上的物料为3第一量具,即使用第一量具满容量量取3次,(该第一量具为与该锅具组件配套的第一量具),添加完米后,往烹饪腔18中加水至沥米饭水位线h,又例如沥米饭水位线h处标识0.5,则n=0.5,需要添加到蒸笼的底壁上的物料为1/2第一量具。因此,n大于0,可以为整数或分数。
可以理解,与沥米饭水位线对应的待烹饪物料的第一量具的系数可以直接设置在水位线28附近,例如沥米饭水位线h处标识3,3为待烹饪物料的第一量具的系数,待烹饪物料的第一量具的系数还可以写在产品附带的说明书里,或者用户可以扫码或从网络获取。
第一量具上设有至少一条体积刻度线,V11为第一量具的最大刻度线处的 体积读数。例如第一量具上设有3条体积刻度线,从上到下分别为180ml、100ml、50ml,V11为180ml。
进一步地,第一量具可以呈杯状。
实施例三:
与实施例一和实施例二的不同在于,如图16至图18所示,蒸笼2不带有侧壁22。
锅具组件包括:第二量具,配置为对待烹饪物料的体积进行定量,其中,第二量具具有定量容积V12;内锅的内侧壁、蒸笼的底壁所在的水平面、以沥米饭水位线为上边界的第一容纳区域4,蒸笼的底壁所在的水平面指的是蒸笼底壁的上表面的最低点所在的水平面,第一容纳区域4的容积为B2,则B2≤(V12×n+100)ml,其中,n为与沥米饭水位线对应的待烹饪物料的第二量具的系数。
按照B2≤(V12×n+100)ml可以满足沥米饭结束后,物料完全与溶液分离,从而可以保证蒸笼底壁上的食物的口感,避免B2>(V12×n+100)ml导致沥米饭结束后,蒸笼底壁上的米与烹饪腔中的水没有完全分离而影响沥米饭的口感。
n为与沥米饭水位线对应的待烹饪物料的第二量具的系数,指的是待烹饪物料需要盛装n个第二量具,例如沥米饭水位线h处标识3,则n=3,即使用第二量具满容量量取3次,需要添加到蒸笼2的底壁21上的物料为3第二量具(该第二量具为与该锅具组件配套的第二量具),添加完米后,往烹饪腔18中加水至沥米饭水位线h,又例如沥米饭水位线h处标识0.5,则n=0.5,需要添加到蒸笼的底壁上的物料为1/2第二量具。因此,n大于0,可以为整数或分数。

沥米饭水位线28满足:
0<C/D≤1.4,其中,C为沥米饭水位线28指示的溶液信息对应的第一容纳区域4中溶液的重量,D为沥米饭水位线28指示的待烹饪物料信息对应的第一容纳区域4中待烹饪物料的重量。
C指的是与沥米饭水位线对应的平均含水率低于17%的米放置于蒸笼上的状态下,在沥米饭水位线所在的平面与蒸笼的底壁对应的平面之间,位于蒸笼的底壁所在的平面的上侧的水的重量,C包括米间隙中的水。
在一个具体的实施例中,对于不带有侧壁22的蒸笼2,提手24连接在蒸笼2的底壁21上。蒸笼2的底壁21向上凸出形成多个提手24,例如形成两个提手24,两个提手24设置在蒸笼2的底壁21上相对的两端部。提手24可以是实心的,或者每一提手24可以呈提手环的形式。
在另一个具体的实施例中,提手24可以跨越蒸笼2中部,提手24的一端连接在蒸笼2底壁21的一端部,提手24的另一端连接在蒸笼2底壁21的另一端部,为减少蒸笼2的体积,此时提手24与蒸笼2可转动连接。
为实现蒸笼在内锅中的定位,内锅1上设有第一定位结构。
蒸笼2放置于内锅1中后,蒸笼2与第一定位结构配合,实现蒸笼2在内锅1中的稳定放置。
示例性1:第一定位结构包括内锅1的侧壁12上设置的第三台阶14,蒸笼2的底壁21被支撑在第三台阶14上。第三台阶为沿内锅的周向设置的环形,或者,第三台阶的数量为多个,且多个第三台阶均匀的设置在内锅的侧壁上,多个第三台阶可以处于同一高度。
示例性2:第一定位结构包括设置在内锅1的侧壁12的内壁面上的第一定位凸起,蒸笼2的底壁21被支撑在第一定位凸起上。内锅的侧壁的内壁面向内凸出形成第一定位凸起,可以是内锅的侧壁的内壁面向内周向凸出形成环形的第一定位凸起,或者,第一定位凸起的数量为多个,并均匀分布在内锅的侧壁上,多个第一定位凸起可以处于同一高度。
示例性3:第一定位结构包括内锅1的侧壁12与内锅1的底壁11之间连 接的第一过渡段19,第一过渡段19的截面积小于与第一过渡段19连接的内锅1的侧壁12的截面积,蒸笼2被支撑在第一过渡段19上,或者蒸笼2被支撑在第一过渡段与内锅的侧壁的连接处。第一过渡段可以呈弧形或直线形,如图19所示,第一过渡段呈直线形,第一过渡段与内锅的侧壁的连接处形成拐角,蒸笼被支撑在拐角处。如图20所示,第一过渡段呈圆弧形,蒸笼被支撑在第一过渡段上。
在一些实施例中,如图21所示,蒸笼2上设有支架27,支架27抵接在内锅1上。
蒸笼2的底壁21上设有支架27,支架27抵接在内锅1上,例如抵接在内锅1的底壁21上。为提高支架27对蒸笼2支撑的稳定性,支架27的数量为多个,且沿蒸笼2的周向均匀设置。支架27与蒸笼2可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接。可以理解,支架也可以连接在内锅1上,支架与内锅1可以是固定连接或可拆卸连接。
设置第一定位结构和支架的结构,适用于带有侧壁22的蒸笼2,也适合不带侧壁22的蒸笼2。
在一些实施例中,沥米饭水位线28设置在内锅1的侧壁12上。对于不带有侧壁22的蒸笼2,沥米饭水位线28设置在内锅1的侧壁22上。可以理解,也可以在烹饪器具100附带的说明书中对沥米饭水位线28进行说明,例如说明书中说明水浸没过米面,此时内锅和蒸笼上可以均不设置沥米饭水位线,当然,也可以在内锅和/或蒸笼上设置沥米饭水位线。或者,在烹饪器具100出售时附带出售水位尺,水位尺上设有沥米饭水位线28,用户烹饪时,将水位尺置于内锅1中,此时水位尺与刻印在内锅1侧壁22上的沥米饭水位线28用法相同。
实施例四:
在实施例一、实施例二或实施例三的基础上,锅具组件包括:蒸锅,蒸锅放置于内锅1内,并位于蒸笼2的底壁21的上方。
蒸锅包括底壁,蒸锅的底壁上可以设置贯穿蒸锅底壁的通孔,也可以不设置贯穿蒸锅底壁的通孔。蒸锅还可以包括侧壁,蒸锅的侧壁呈环形并连接蒸锅的底壁的上方,蒸锅的侧壁上可以设置贯穿蒸锅侧壁的通孔,也可以不设置贯 穿蒸锅侧壁的通孔。当蒸锅的底壁和侧壁上均不设置通孔时,蒸锅可以用来蒸米饭或煮粥,从而可实现同时沥米饭和蒸米饭或者同时沥米饭和煮粥。可以理解,当蒸笼2从内锅1中取出时,蒸锅可以与内锅1配合使用。需要使用蒸锅时,将蒸锅放置于蒸笼2的上方,当不需要使用蒸锅时,将蒸锅从内锅1中取出。
蒸锅可以被支撑在内锅上或蒸笼上。
实施例五:
如图23中,在实施例一、实施例二、实施例三或实施例四的基础上,锅具组件包括:分隔件3,位于烹饪腔内,分隔件3与蒸笼2共同将烹饪腔分隔为多个容纳区域,多个容纳区域包括第一容纳区域4和第二容纳区域5。
分隔件3设置在内锅1上,进一步地,分隔件3与内锅1可拆卸连接或固定连接;或者,分隔件3设置在蒸笼2上,进一步地,分隔件3与蒸笼2可拆卸连接或固定连接。
通过分隔件3和蒸笼2将烹饪腔分隔为第一容纳区域4和第二容纳区域5,第一容纳区域4中可以用于制作沥米饭,用于可以自己的实际需求使用第二容纳区域5,例如利用第二容纳区域5蒸米饭、煮粥等,从而可以极大的扩展本申请中烹饪器具的使用范围。
进一步地,分隔件3、蒸笼2和内锅1的内壁面共同限定出第二容纳区域5。
内锅1的内壁面是第二容纳区域5的一部分,可以简化分隔件3的结构,降低分隔件3的成本。
进一步地,蒸笼2包括连接在蒸笼2的底壁21上方的侧壁,分隔件3位于蒸笼2外。例如,蒸笼2的底壁21可以不呈圆形,蒸笼2的底壁21呈半圆形,在蒸笼2的底壁21与侧壁的连接处设有分隔件3,分隔件3向下延伸至内锅1底部,进一步地,分隔件3与内锅1的底壁面相抵接。
分隔件3位于蒸笼2外,使得分隔件3不影响蒸笼2的结构。
进一步地,分隔件3位于蒸笼2的底壁21的下方,更进一步简化了分隔件3的结构,且能够增大第二容纳区域5的尺寸。
进一步地,分隔件3可以呈板状,分隔板3可以为平面板或曲面板。
进一步地,分隔件3上设有通孔或未设置通孔。如图23中,蒸笼2的侧壁22a的中上端设有连通孔。
实施例六:
如图24至26中,与实施例五的不同在于,分隔件3包括底壁和与分隔件3的底壁31相连接并位于分隔件3的底壁31上方的侧壁,蒸笼2和分隔件3共同限定出第二容纳区域5。
分隔件3的底壁31与蒸笼2的底壁21处于同一高度或处于不同高度,如图26中,例如分隔件3的底壁31与蒸笼2的底壁21处于同一高度,如图24中,分隔件3的底壁31低于蒸笼2的底壁21,可以理解,分隔件3的底壁31也可以高于蒸笼2的底壁21。
分隔件3包括底壁31和侧壁32,可以根据对第二容纳区域5形状和尺寸的需求,合理的设置分隔件3的结构,从而构造成任意形状的第二容纳区域5,更加丰富烹饪器具的用途。
进一步地,分隔件3的侧壁32上设有第二翻边321,第二翻边321被支撑在内锅1上。
分隔件3的侧壁32的上端外翻形成第二翻边321,可以是分隔件3的侧壁32的上端向外周向延伸形成环形的第二翻边321,也可以是分隔件3的侧壁32的上端向外延伸形成间隔设置的多个第二翻边321。
第二翻边321被支撑在内锅1上,即分隔件3通过第二翻边321悬挂于内锅1上,实现分隔件3在内锅1中的定位。
进一步地,内锅1的侧壁向外延伸形成锅沿,第二翻边321被支撑在锅沿上或锅沿与内锅1的侧壁的连接处,且第二翻边321低于锅沿。
第二翻边321低于锅沿,这样第二翻边321不影响密封环与内锅1之间的密封,不会导致密封环处漏气。
在第一个具体的实施例中,内锅1的侧壁向外延伸形成锅沿,内锅1的侧壁与锅沿之间采用第二圆弧或第二非圆弧的曲线连接,第二翻边321被支撑在第二圆弧或第二非圆弧的曲线处。
在第二个具体的实施例中,内锅1的侧壁向外延伸形成锅沿,锅沿上或锅沿与内锅1的侧壁的连接处凹陷形成第四台阶,第二翻边321被支撑在第四台 阶上。
在第三个具体的实施例中,内锅1的侧壁向外延伸形成锅沿,内锅1的侧壁与锅沿之间通过第二斜面连接,第二翻边321被支撑在第二斜面上。
进一步地,内锅1上设有第二定位结构,分隔件3通过第二定位结构与内锅1进行定位。
分隔件3放置于内锅1中后,分隔件3与第二定位结构配合,实现分隔件3在内锅1中的稳定放置。
示例性1:第二定位结构包括内锅1的侧壁上设置的第五台阶,分隔件3被支撑在第五台阶上。第五台阶为沿内锅1的周向设置的环形,或者,第五台阶的数量为多个,且多个第五台阶均匀的设置在内锅1的侧壁上,多个第五台阶可以处于同一高度。

进一步地,分隔件3上设有通孔或未设置通孔,如图24中,可以在分隔板3的底壁31上设置通孔,如图25中,在分隔板3上没有通孔。
根据第二容纳区域5的用途及分隔件3的结构,分隔件3上可以设置通孔或不设置通孔。
实施例七:
与实施例一的不同在于,如图33和图34所示,蒸笼2包括:侧壁22,蒸笼2的侧壁22套设在蒸笼2的底壁21的外侧并与蒸笼2的底壁21相连接,侧壁22中位于蒸笼2的底壁21上方的部分与蒸笼2的底壁21限定出容纳空间,容纳空间用于盛放用于制作沥米饭的米,该实施例中,蒸笼2的部分侧壁 22位于蒸笼2的底壁21的上方,部分侧壁22位于蒸笼2的底壁21的下方,进一步地,蒸笼的侧壁22呈沿蒸笼的底壁的周向延伸的环形。
蒸笼2的侧壁22上设有第一连通孔221,沸腾阶段加热时,混有淀粉的水沸腾后,锅内产生的米汤及泡沫的混合物,把蒸笼2与内锅1之间的间隙填满,从第一连通孔221进入到蒸笼2里面,完全浸过米饭;沸腾阶段不加热时,米水及泡沫的混合物会通过第二连通孔211流回到内锅1。当蒸笼2的侧壁22套设在蒸笼2的底壁21的外侧时,至少部分第一连通孔221设置在位于蒸笼2的底壁21上方的侧壁上。
蒸笼2的侧壁22与蒸笼2的底壁21可以为一体式结构或分体式结构。
实施例八:
在实施例一至实施例七的基础上,如图35所示,烹饪器具包括:蒸格6,蒸格6放置于内锅1内,蒸格6包括底壁61和与蒸格6的底壁61相连接的侧围壁62,蒸格6的底壁61和侧围壁62限定出安装空间,蒸格6的底壁61和侧围壁62上设有连通安装空间和烹饪腔的第三连通孔63,蒸笼2位于安装空间内。
蒸格6的侧围壁62可以是套设在蒸格6的底壁61的外侧,且部分侧围壁62位于蒸格6的底壁61的上方,部分侧围壁62位于蒸格6的底壁61的下方。还可以是蒸格6的侧围壁62全部位于蒸格6的底壁61的上方。
当第三连通孔63满足沥米饭的要求时,即第三连通孔63能够允许蒸汽进入安装空间内,又能够阻止安装空间中的米漏至内锅1中时,可以在蒸格6中沥米饭,即将用于沥米饭的米放置在蒸格6的底壁61的上方,此时蒸笼2可以用于其它用途,例如蒸馒头等。
对于第三连通孔63的尺寸没有限定,可以根据第三连通孔63的大小,合理的安排蒸格6和蒸笼2的用途。例如,第三连通孔63的直径大于8mm时,可以单独用蒸格6进行蒸馒头等,即蒸格6可以与现有的蒸格进行通用,只需要在现有蒸格的基础上增加蒸笼2,就可以实现现有的蒸功能和本申请的沥米饭功能。
本申请第二个方面的实施例提供一种烹饪器具100,包括:锅体20;和如第一个方面的实施例中任一项的锅具组件,锅具组件放置于锅体20内。
本申请第二个方面的实施例提供的烹饪器具100,因包括第一个方面的实施例中任一项的锅具组件,因而具有上述实施例中任一项的锅具组件的全部有益效果,在此不再赘述。
烹饪器具100可以为电饭煲或压力锅等。
本申请中的烹饪器具100由于内锅1内放置有蒸笼2,从而可以实现沥米饭的功能,当将蒸笼2从内锅1中取出时,可以实现正常的烹饪,例如蒸米饭或煮粥。

  1. 一种锅具组件,其中,包括:
    内锅,限定出烹饪腔;和
    蒸笼,被配置为适于放置于所述烹饪腔内,所述蒸笼上设有与所述烹饪腔相连通的连通孔,所述蒸笼包括底壁;
    所述内锅和/或所述蒸笼上设有沥米饭水位线,所述蒸笼放置于所述烹饪腔内,所述沥米饭水位线高于所述蒸笼的底壁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述内锅的内侧壁、所述蒸笼的底壁所在的水平面与所述沥米饭水位线所在的水平面合围出第一容纳区域,所述第一容纳区域的体积为V1,在所述第一容纳区域中,所述蒸笼的容积为B,则0<(V1-B)/B≤1。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁;
    所述锅具组件包括第一量具,所述第一量具配置为对待烹饪物料的体积进行定量,其中,所述第一量具具有定量容积V11;
    所述内锅的内侧壁、所述蒸笼的底壁所在的水平面与所述沥米饭水位线所在的水平面合围出第一容纳区域,在所述第一容纳区域中,所述蒸笼的容积为B1,则B1≤(V11×n+100)ml,其中,n为与所述沥米饭水位线对应的第一量具的系数。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的锅具组件,其中,包括:
    第二量具,配置为对待烹饪物料的体积进行定量,其中,所述第二量具具有定量容积V12;
    所述内锅的内侧壁、所述蒸笼的底壁所在的水平面与所述沥米饭水位线所在的水平面合围出第一容纳区域,所述第一容纳区域的容积为B2,则B2≤(V12×n+100)ml,其中,n为与所述沥米饭水位线对应的第二量具的系数。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述内锅和/或所述蒸笼上设有自上而下的多条所述沥米饭水位线,所有 的所述沥米饭水位线均高于所述蒸笼的底壁;和/或,
    所述内锅和/或所述蒸笼上设有多组所述沥米饭水位线,每组所述沥米饭水位线包括自上而下设置的多条所述沥米饭水位线,多组所述沥米饭水位线对应不同的待烹饪物料,且多组所述沥米饭水位线沿所述内锅和/或所述蒸笼的周向设置。
  6. 根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述沥米饭水位线满足:
    0<C/D≤1.4,其中,C为所述沥米饭水位线指示的溶液信息对应的所述第一容纳区域中溶液的重量,D为所述沥米饭水位线指示的待烹饪物料信息对应的待烹饪物料的重量,所述蒸笼的底壁上适于放置所述待烹饪物料。
  7. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述沥米饭水位线高于所述沥米饭水位线指示的待烹饪物料信息对应的待烹饪物料的上表面,其中所述蒸笼的底壁上适于放置所述待烹饪物料;和/或,
    所述沥米饭水位线与所述蒸笼的底壁之间的所述蒸笼的容积大于与所述沥米饭水位线指示的物料信息对应的待烹饪物料的容积,其中所述蒸笼的底壁上适于放置所述待烹饪物料。
  8. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述蒸笼的侧壁与所述内锅的内侧壁之间的间隙小于或等于20mm。
  9. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述蒸笼的底壁与所述内锅的底壁之间的所述内锅的容积为V2,则V2≤1000ml。
  10. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述蒸笼的侧壁与所述蒸笼的底壁之间设有圆角,所述圆角在所述蒸笼的底壁所在平面上的正投影的长度小于或等于50mm;或者,所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述蒸笼的侧壁与所述蒸笼的底壁之间通过连接斜面连接或通过非圆弧形曲线连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述连通孔包括所述蒸笼的侧壁上设置的第一连通孔,所述第一连通孔的面积小于或等于20mm 2;和/或,
    所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述连通孔包括所述蒸笼的侧壁上设置的第一连通孔,所述第一连通孔的总面积大于烹饪器具的蒸汽通道的最小通流面积;和/或,
    所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述连通孔包括所述蒸笼的侧壁上设置的第一连通孔,所述第一连通孔的总面积大于10mm 2;和/或,
    所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述连通孔包括所述蒸笼的侧壁上设置的第一连通孔,至少部分所述第一连通孔高于最高的所述沥米饭水位线。
  12. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述连通孔包括所述蒸笼的底壁上设有的第二连通孔,能够平穿过所述第二连通孔的最大圆的直径在0.5mm~2.5mm的范围内,或者,所述第二连通孔的面积在0.5mm 2~4.0mm 2的范围内;和/或,
    所述连通孔包括所述蒸笼的底壁上设有的第二连通孔,所述第二连通孔的总面积为S1,S1≥150mm 2;和/或,
    所述连通孔包括所述蒸笼的底壁上设有的第二连通孔,所述第二连通孔的总面积为S1,所述蒸笼在水平面上的正投影的面积为S2,S1/S2≥1/100。
  13. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述蒸笼的底壁的上表面上设有导流槽。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述导流槽上设有贯穿所述蒸笼的底壁的导流孔,且所述导流槽位于所述蒸笼的底壁的最低处;和/或,
    所述连通孔包括所述蒸笼的底壁上设有的第二连通孔,所述蒸笼的底壁上设有多个所述导流槽,多个所述导流槽在所述蒸笼的底壁上呈辐射状设置,所述第二连通孔设置在相邻的两个所述导流槽之间,或者,所述蒸笼的底壁上设有多个所述导流槽,所述导流槽呈环形,且多个所述导流槽依次套设,所述第 二连通孔设置在相邻的两个所述导流槽之间。
  15. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述蒸笼包括侧壁,所述蒸笼的侧壁套设在所述蒸笼的底壁的外侧并部分位于所述蒸笼的底壁的下方,所述蒸笼的侧壁中位于所述蒸笼的底壁上方的部分与所述蒸笼的底壁限定出容纳空间,或者,所述蒸笼包括侧壁,所述蒸笼的侧壁连接在所述蒸笼的底壁的边缘并位于所述蒸笼的底壁的上方;和/或,
    所述蒸笼的底壁的上表面或下表面向上或向下凸出形成加强筋。
  16. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述蒸笼的侧壁上设有第一台阶;
    所述第一台阶距离所述蒸笼的上端面的高度为H1,则5mm≤H1≤50mm;和/或,所述第一台阶距离所述蒸笼的上端面的高度为H1,所述蒸笼的高度为H,则1/9≤H1/H≤3/4。
  17. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述蒸笼的高度为H,则40mm≤H≤100mm。
  18. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述蒸笼的侧壁上设有第一翻边,所述内锅的侧壁向外延伸形成锅沿,所述第一翻边被支撑在所述锅沿上或所述锅沿与所述内锅的侧壁的连接处,且所述第一翻边低于所述锅沿;
    其中,所述内锅的侧壁与所述锅沿之间采用第一圆弧连接,所述第一翻边被支撑在所述第一圆弧处;或者,所述锅沿上设有第二台阶,所述第一翻边被支撑在所述第二台阶上;或者,所述内锅的侧壁与所述锅沿之间通过第一斜面连接,所述第一翻边被支撑在所述第一斜面上。
  19. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述内锅上设有第一定位结构,所述蒸笼通过所述第一定位结构与所述内锅进行定位;
    其中,所述第一定位结构包括所述内锅的侧壁上设置的第三台阶,所述蒸笼的底壁被支撑在所述第三台阶上;或者,所述第一定位结构包括设置在所述 内锅的内侧壁上的第一定位凸起,所述蒸笼的底壁被支撑在所述第一定位凸起上;或者,所述第一定位结构包括所述内锅的侧壁与所述内锅的底壁之间连接的第一过渡段,所述第一过渡段的截面积小于与所述第一过渡段连接的所述内锅的侧壁的截面积,所述蒸笼被支撑在所述第一过渡段上或所述第一过渡段与所述内锅的侧壁的连接处。
  20. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述蒸笼上设有支架,所述支架抵接在所述内锅上。
  21. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述沥米饭水位线设在所述内锅的侧壁上和/或所述蒸笼的侧壁上。
  22. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述蒸笼上设有提手,其中,所述提手与所述蒸笼固定连接,或者,所述提手与所述蒸笼可转动连接;和/或,
    所述锅具组件包括:蒸锅,被配置为适于放置于所述内锅内,并位于所述蒸笼的底壁的上方;和/或,
    所述锅具组件包括蒸格,所述蒸格包括底壁和与所述蒸格的底壁相连接的侧围壁,所述蒸格的底壁和侧围壁限定出安装空间,所述蒸笼位于所述安装空间内,所述蒸格的底壁和/或侧围壁上设有第三连通孔。
  23. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的锅具组件,其中,包括:
    分隔件,被配置为适于放置于所述烹饪腔内,所述分隔件与所述蒸笼共同将所述烹饪腔分隔为多个容纳区域,多个所述容纳区域包括所述第一容纳区域和第二容纳区域。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述分隔件、所述蒸笼和所述内锅的内壁面共同限定出所述第二容纳区域。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述蒸笼包括与所述蒸笼的底壁相连接的侧壁,所述分隔件位于所述蒸笼外;和/或,
    所述分隔件位于所述蒸笼的底壁的下方。
  26. 根据权利要求23所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述分隔件包括底壁和与所述分隔件的底壁相连接并位于所述分隔件的底壁上方的侧壁,所述蒸笼和所述分隔件共同限定出所述第二容纳区域。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述分隔件的侧壁上设有第二翻边,所述内锅的侧壁向外延伸形成锅沿,所述第二翻边被支撑在所述锅沿上或所述锅沿与所述内锅的侧壁的连接处,且所述第二翻边低于所述锅沿;
    其中,所述内锅的侧壁与所述锅沿之间采用第二圆弧连接,所述第二翻边被支撑在所述第二圆弧处;或者,所述锅沿上设有第四台阶,所述第二翻边被支撑在所述第四台阶上;或者,所述内锅的侧壁与所述锅沿之间通过第二斜面连接,所述第二翻边被支撑在所述第二斜面上。
  28. 根据权利要求23所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述内锅上设有第二定位结构,所述分隔件通过所述第二定位结构与所述内锅进行定位;
    其中,所述第二定位结构包括所述内锅的侧壁上设置的第五台阶,所述分隔件被支撑在所述第五台阶上;或者,所述第二定位结构包括设置在所述内锅的内侧壁上的第二定位凸起,所述分隔件被支撑在所述第二定位凸起上;或者,所述第二定位结构包括所述内锅的侧壁与所述内锅的底壁之间连接的第二过渡段,所述第二过渡段的截面积小于与所述第二过渡段连接的所述内锅的侧壁的截面积,所述分隔件被支撑在所述第二过渡段上或所述第二过渡段与所述内锅的侧壁的连接处。
  29. 根据权利要求23所述的锅具组件,其中,
    所述分隔件上设有通孔或未设置通孔。
  30. 一种烹饪器具,其中,包括:
    锅体;和
    如权利要求1至29中任一项所述的锅具组件,所述锅具组件放置于所述锅体内。
