本实用新型采用如下技术方案。
一种结构改进的电热锅,包括底座和锅体,上述底座设有用于放置锅体的电热腔,还包括可拆卸地设置于底座上方的支撑架,上述支撑架在上述电热腔的对应位置设有用于放置锅体的让位槽,并沿上述让位槽的周边设有用于收集汤油的沟槽。
进一步,上述底座在电热腔的开口处边缘设有一环形台阶面;上述支撑架的外周边缘与上述底座相互齐平,且支撑架中部向下凹陷至与上述环形台阶面相抵触,从而形成上述沟槽。

参照图1至图4,蒸架2包括蒸盘21和支撑罩22;蒸盘21可放置于第一锅体4或者第二锅体5上方;支撑罩22的下端可拆卸地设置于蒸盘21,且支撑罩22的上端设有用于放置盖体3的台阶面221。优选地,蒸盘21的外周边缘设有用于防止支撑罩22跑位的环形挡圈211。蒸煮时先在第一锅体4或者第二锅体5内加入适量的水,然后将蒸盘21放置于第一锅体4或者第二锅体5上方,再将支撑罩22放置于蒸盘21上方,最后将待蒸煮的食物放置于蒸盘21上并盖上盖体3即可启动电源开始蒸煮。由于本实施例中第二锅体5为煎锅,其锅内高度较低,传热速度较快,因此可优选地将蒸架2放置于第二锅体5来进行蒸煮。
